  2. A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our service (e.g., project URL, share link)
  3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email)
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

2. Designated Agent

DMCA notices should be sent to:

Email: dmca@reclip.ai
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice

3. How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its former location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Multiple valid DMCA notices against the same account will result in account suspension or permanent termination.

6. Good Faith

Please note that knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. Please ensure your claim is valid before submitting a notice.
