Uh, it's been a long day. Long Beach, but definitely a long day. Uh, because we were out from 6:00 a.m. covering ice raids uh, all across uh, the Twin Cities just driving around in the car for 10 to 12 hours, documenting the uh, the uh, the raids that are happening on the streets. all over Twin City. Uh and people think that uh just because they're pulling back 700 agents, so they claim that and their tactics are going to change their ease up and more targeted range. We've seen uh we've seen different tactics. They have changed up a bit. Not so much today, but they are going straight to pulling out their guns. Uh we had a guy pull out his taser today.
Uh head is always out and ready. Uh so they are definitely taking up their package. We have not is not here anymore. It is now uh just ICE. And these officers that you see here uh in front of the the graduate hotel are state and local police. Uh so I would say if I had to estimate How many people are here right now? I would say 75. 75 people. Uh and these aren't the only officers that are out here. There's a lot more uh around the corner. They have swan cars all lined up with a smart bear. That's like the uh the big tank that they roll out.
um that we've seen. So they are and there are even more officers inside the uh the hotel. So smash the like button again, share your uh subscribe if you are not yet subscribed and if you can support our work here on the ground in Minnesota. I I have been here I feel like I live here now. Um uh I've been here since early December. Uh on and off I've only been home for a couple days at a time. Not so much less. I can't rest when there's this this much happening and fascism is just getting [ __ ] out of control here. So I I don't need a support community on the ground show you guys what is happening because you can't rely on any other any other corporate networks mainstream media.

That is that is the the response we get here on the ground because of the work we've been doing here for for two months straight.
So shout out to the community. Thank you for the love. And you know when we go to gas stations or coffee shops we get coffee going. We really appreciate that. All right guys uh I'm walk around a bit. Just give me a second. I'm by myself, so I got to I got to adjust my my equipment and I wear my gloves. My hands are sore. My fingers have not healed completely from the frost bite that happened uh uh a month ago uh 2 months ago now, almost 2 months ago. But yeah, I'm still hurting. So, uh bear with me here. And uh so what's going to happen here? What happened last time is at 10:00, the police are going to call at 1000 p.m.
Central. That will be 11:00 p.m. Eastern. Police are going to declare an unlawful assembly because of the noise ordinance. And they're going to come in maybe people, push people out, arrest, make arrests, brutalize people. And again, this is state and local police, all right? Not not border patrol state and local police are reinforcing this.
Heat. Heat. Hey, Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right. So, we have a lot of people out here with pads, pants, uh instruments, uh anything they can do, anything they can bring to make noise. Here go the drums.
Heat. Heat. Tell me where you want to find yourself. I mean, my family came out of here. Our family came from came to this country in the 1990s and see civil war and unrest and we got this sick in office trying to create a unrest. We won't [ __ ] get a law because this is our [ __ ] school future. Our parent is to come here for me to be born here for me to work my ass off and go to school here and you think that [ __ ] ruined that? [ __ ] no. There's so many families just like me who are trying to have a better life in this country and they have succeeded and there are examples of it on this camp and students. So you think they better learn that he's having ourselves and the civil unrest are trying to [ __ ] work the [ __ ] team they're trying to do the [ __ ] we all know the tactics they are moving 700 and they are doing face.
It seems so aggressive on Yeah. Yeah. Obviously the whole rhetoric of fighting for the top down is to be aggressive, to be violent, to be hostile. The group of brutality is the point of their tactics. Here's how they operate. That's how Nazi operates. That's how the operates. about the pages he operates, not American law enforcement. You think the Democrats are doing enough in this moment to fight? [ __ ] no. Welcome to good trouble. We're out here doing good trouble. Be patient with us. We're trying to [ __ ] press out of here. You're the one in the office. Keep doing some [ __ ] horseshit. Get the [ __ ] out of our state.
How do you feel about your local and state uh police going up here ready to brutalize protesters? That [ __ ] hurts me. That disappoints me. The whole life car has always been a sort of good company that comes to trying to arrest me in my life. But understood how this system works. I do understand how this system works. They're all trying to tell you it's a fraternity. It is alternating. There's nothing to say.
Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. My friend. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Firew. I'm not going to be able to
take on street and state violence. The reason why I didn't say anything about it is that we are part of the same oppression for black and indigenous people all throughout the history of this country. It's not new. It's not Germany. This has been historically a terrorist institution from hundreds of years ago. So the model is dealing with the people um and we don't have to be reform completely reought because very clearly it doesn't work for me
that they are removing I have been more targeted. Have you seen any on the street? I' I've been out on the street. There are not any less aggressive. What have you seen? So, I don't live in a neighborhood that is a lot of activity, but I know from neighbors across other parts of town that nothing has changed. And in fact, if we consider removing the 700 agents, technically we're down to the level that were there before operation. So I believe that the vehicle and 700 left agents ultimately need something. We need out of everywhere.
Do you think and local Democrats are doing enough at this moment? Absolutely not. I don't think that giving us fair enough. We need to prove relationships for people. We need to be democratized and control. We need to have a victim for them and we need to be not pulling money from affordable housing to help. We should um many different places.
So, no, they're not getting enough. Not too late. Sorry, that was long, but I really Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right. Good. So, every every now and then, every couple minutes, you'll see uh more local and state police coming out. Uh, it's a shift change, so they'll come out and the guys have been out here, they'll go in. But keep in mind, 10:00 Central, 11:00 Eastern, uh, that's when the, uh, the noise ordinance kicks in. Uh, police will probably declare an unlawful assembly. They got the LRAD uh around the back here. So that is ready to be deployed uh for the announcement. Uh and then if people if protesters don't leave uh then they make arrest.
Uh so keep that in mind. Heat. Heat. have protest. You do not have absolute immunity. We will not protect you. You are not eternal. Quit your job. before it's too late. You're all murderers and nothing. You murder American innocent. Is that why you
Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. I'll be able to hear you, but the audio Tell me why you want to be on I was doing the U of and I want to be here tonight because I have friends that are affected by this more than I am. Okay. Um people are being taken illegally and we have to make a space at least at the minimum. I'll do what I can to make the space around me for people like all I've been through all that wanted to come to you in a way you know and it's sad to see like such a hateful environment being like I throw that my campus where I decided to go to school because I looking for somewhere that was inclusive and like was accepting of people like me and everyone in general and you know the police last weekend or last week when we we pulled up for similar noise that like this they run all the media like okay I'll taken without like any actual isation until
later. And it's just sad to see UMPD fighting with ICE like this, especially the Grand Hotel ordering such like this. It's just sad to see honestly claiming that they're pulling 700 out of there. Huh? I only
go back and I would say I personally have, but I know everyone's feeling it the same. Just having ice here makes so many people feel unsafe and not able to live their lives the way they should be, the way everyone should be. And it it's just really hard to see. I just do you think state and local Democrats are doing enough, you know?
No. Hell no. Not even close. The Democratic party at this point needs to entire people. These people, they're way too their own. They're not in touch with reality with the people that we are today with the hearts of of the people that they are supposed to serve so dutifully. They aren't even in touch with it anymore. And it's sad to see them side with ice like this, especially when there's so much more they could be doing as an opposition party. One more question. You might imagine this, but how do you feel about local state and local civil rights you guys? I feel the same way. Our first amendment our first amendment right to protest freely. You know, it should be protection no matter what the cost, especially as students, students throughout our history have been able to protest freely. Okay? Whereas in Vietnam War now, I don't understand why it should be any different at all.
Thank you for keeping our voices heard. All right. There you go. A student at the University of Minnesota University of Minnesota. These are the campus. So this is a student life protest here. Oh my god.
So, this is probably just another shift change, but like I said, uh in about 45 minutes, they're going to declare local assembly because of the 10 p.m. noise ordinance. Uh so we we may see some All right. So this is this is another shift change. All right. So uh more police are going back into the hotel, but I'm sure when it gets close to the Pentagon, they're going to come out here and line up.
Anyway, sorry I I I can't hear exactly what the person is saying that I'm here. I'm trying my best. It's very loud here. Like I said, I can't even hear myself. Um yeah, you know, if it was so noisy, I was talking about the day that we had today and everything we did and what we've been doing, but we'll save that for another time. Thank you for coming in here. We are live outside the graduate hotel University of Minnesota. If you have not done so already, subscribe to our channel. Become a member. We were out since 6:00 a.m. just documenting raids happening all across the port city driving around in the car for 10 hours, not getting a not really getting a break to eat. We've been rolling around doing a lot of work here in Minnesota. So, support independent journalism, independent media as much as you can. Heat. Heat.
Yeah. Heat. Hey guys, and also keep in mind Uh we're I'm going to be on the ground here uh for you know for a while. So uh we're going to be live again tomorrow. I believe there's another uh hotel protest uh noise demo. Not sure where. Uh but we're we're going to be covering that. And then Saturday there's a protest protest. We're going to be covering the counter protest. So Jake Lang's uh whatever he's got going on. Who knows what the [ __ ] is doing, but uh there's going to be a counter protest to that. So, we'll be live for that. So, make sure you uh subscribe so you get that notification uh for when we go live when we post videos.
But anyway, we're here. We're going to be live in the next couple days. So, make sure you get that notification. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. because I was one of those people that was caught off guard when George Floyd was murdered. I thought that the time had risen for all of us. I didn't realize what our black and brown brothers were going through. And I have since educated myself. And for people in this country who have always lived in a police state like this is unacceptable. I will not stop until this is over. And I know my fellow citizens of Minneapolis will not rest and will not let them rest till this is done.
How do you feel about the battle? So you have state and local cops that are that are how do you feel about that? This is just a distraction from the MC file, but it's all a distraction from something. It's older wealthy people taking advantage of everybody, every other American and uh it has to stop. We have to come together and we have to put stop it. uh your local uh elected official Democrat or Liberal government. I don't know what else they could do. Um it's still going on. So, no, they're not doing enough. You know, I think we've elected some great leaders in our city.
We've done that for the last 40 years, which is why it's such a great city because every community in this city has representation and they have for the last 30 40 years. It is the best place to live there is. Um, we have some great leaders. Could they do more? Absolutely. You know what that is? I don't know. What do you think the hiring war here in Minnesota? Because we have a state that works. We have government that works. We have government and we have programs that work. And we have a happy population. And because Waltz was on the on the ballot with Kamla Harris and he's just a sore loser or a sore winner winner as the case may be.
George seemed to isolate on the street. You know, I lived walking distance from ground zero when everything got burned down during the riots of the summer of 2020 and we figured out how to mobilize within 24 hours. Um, they came to the wrong city. He We are not backing down. We are not backing down. I've never seen a community come out so much and protect each other and look out for each other. I mean, you can drive down any street and go see people with whistles, with vests at schools. Like, it's it's incredible the organizing. Yeah. I think we're not sleeping. It's really hard for a lot of us to calm our nervous system.
So, as long as we're not sleeping, these [ __ ] aren't sleeping either. Thank you. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat up here. Okay. Okay. Okay, I'm going say in Spanish. Okay. What? Yes. Yes. I know a lot of immigrants, a lot of people going through a lot of tough times right now. And it's very difficult to see, you know, coming from immigrant parents, coming from, you know, just an immigrant background. You see how hardworking these people are. You know, they say, "Oh, let's take out all the criminals." But they're taking out innocent people, hardworking families, and this just isn't right. So, you know, we say that we say [ __ ] ICE. We want these people out of our communities, out of our college campuses. You know, this isn't safe right now. And, you know, as people like Minneapolis are time for so much triumph, so much hard things. You know, this is the last thing we need right now. It's a new year and this is not how
we want to start it. So, you know, we say we [ __ ] ice. [ __ ] ice. That's all I got. My name is Nicholas. Hey, shout out my mom. Shout out to That's all I got. No, my first time on campus. I did see that. You know, it's really heartbreaking, you know, seeing these people fight for what's right and then seeing, you know, the community, the police that they protect you where our tax dollars go. to see that happen, you know, it's just it breaks your heart, you know. So, we're out here tonight. Whatever happens happens, you know, but we're just fighting for what's right, you know.
People, you know, this is injustice, you know, people who do unifor, you know, and that's not representing what that's what they're saying. So, we're just here reminding them we got to keep them in check. That's most important part.
Nice. That's it. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
Heat up here. Heat up Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Yeah. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. All right, give me a second. Give me like a minute. Uh, just get myself together. Uh like I said, I'm by myself. So, uh it's difficult, especially with my uh injured hands. Uh I got to keep them in my gloves. So tell me to do anything else with all.
Let me uh let me check what time it is. All right. So, we got uh about 14 minutes till uh the 10 p.m. uh ordinance, noise ordinance. Uh again, I I think what's going to happen is police are are going to declare an unlawful assembly, uh give a couple of warnings, and then um then possibly come in and make arrests. I believe there were 70 arrests uh at the last protest here. Uh so there's definitely more than 70 people here right now. Uh I would say uh a little bit over 100.
Yeah, maybe 100 150 somewhere in between that. Heat. Heat. All right, I'm almost uh ready to get back in there. Uh we got to be ready cuz it's almost 7:00. And thankfully it is not as cold tonight. Well, today today was a beautiful day. It wasn't as cold as it's normally been. I've been here in 23° and So, it was not fun. But today was a very nice day. A little bit warmer today. So, I'm thankful for that. If it was any colder, my hands, my fingers will be done. All right, we'll get back in there. Smash that like button. Share this video.

So, if you can, thank you for super chats. I see I see you guys send me some super chats. We really appreciate that. Uh, but if you can sign up as a member for $5 a month.
All right, we'll get back in there. Oh, statuscrew.com/join. That's how you sign up. Thank you. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. I not Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. I I just want to read off some some information to send me.
All right. So, uh, a new, uh, Quinnipac pole. Uh, 1,00 almost 1,200 registered voters nationwide. 63% of voters disapproved of how ICE was enforcing immigration laws and only 34% approved. So again, 63% of voters disapprove of how ICE is enforcing immigration enforcement and only 34% approved. Uh DHS Secretary Chrissy Gnome got even worse ratings than the president in quarterback's poll. Uh 58% wanting her removed, 34% saying she should remain on the job, and 8% saying they didn't know or no answer. Uh so by the looks of it the country is turning the ants ice and what they are doing all across the country in many cities.
All right here come a different group of uh troops. All right. So, we, like I said, we're getting close to this uh this 10:00 uh cur uh not curfew, but the uh noise ordinance uh where uh police will declare an unlawful assembly and then trying to push everybody out. All right. So, now it looks like Henipin State County uh Hen State County uh or or sheriff's uh officers are are are uh in the front here now.
Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. How you doing? How you doing? Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat.
Heat. Heat. Heat. All right. So, I just noticed uh this Jeep parked in front of this uh Dunkin Donuts here. It's got an LRAD system on it. That's a long range acoustic device. I think that's what it stands for. But, so that's like a sonic weapon. You know, the um it's very loud. All right. And it disrupts you. It [ __ ] you up. Uh so, I'm going to I'm going to uh go close in on that.
So you got you got some people going over to check it because uh normally the uh LRAD is on a uh uh a police vehicle. Uh whether it's Henip County Sheriff or local police, I don't I don't know who uses it, but uh that's not a marked police car. So, it's uh it's kind of strange.
So there's the uh uh song was uh the uh Darth Vader uh theme I guess the Stormtroopers Stormtroopers theme song. There you go. Couldn't think of it. Sorry guys, I can't think right now. I can't hear myself. It's been a long day, long week, long month. All right, they are they are making people aware of the uh the LRAD system. Uh that's called street. Uh so let's see what happens. It is now it is now 3 minutes after 10.
Heat up here. Heat. Heat. All right. So, yep. Police are are are going to be pedalling uh protesters in here. They are surrounding them on all sides. Heat. Heat. May I have your attention, please? I'm Officer B with the University of Minnesota Police Department. The police department has declared this is a simple under state laws of the state of Minnesota. Minnesota state statute 609715 prohibits remaining present and unlawful assembly. You are hereby ordered to immediately disperse which means this area. Please do not do so by walking eastbound on Washington Avenue Southeast.
If you do not cease your unlawful behavior and disperse immediately from the area, you will be arrested.
All right, so that guy down there is blocked off. They have police over here, but protesters are now marching. So they are all right, guys. Things could get a little spicy tonight. So, make sure you are sharing anything that goes out cuz obviously CNN's not here, Fox here, all those other [ __ ] networks. Nobody nobody comes out. All right. You got independent media out here with the people.
[ __ ] you. You are collaborating with Nazis. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. You all come Oh, did they call you boys?
Give me a second, guys. I'm trying to adjust my tripod here. So, they have their uh little uh pepper ball guns out. Uh, I saw a guy guys with other bags. I don't know what's in that bag.
And they have uh uh buses uh for uh when if they if they arrest people, they got they got two uh fulls size buses. You better protect our people. You're all [ __ ] Minnesota. The people you took it off to protect. You better protect those [ __ ] We're out here doing this [ __ ] Oh yeah. You understand? You're [ __ ] talking about your [ __ ] car. You I don't know if you guys saw, but over here is a Bearcat. That's the big tank looking truck.
Come on. Come on. You got no You can't even protect your own people. Power yourself. May I have your attention, please? I'm Officer Bets with the University of Minnesota Police Department.
