Members of Congress are stopping to speak with the Midas Touch Network's DC bureau positioned on Capitol Hill to answer your questions, to speak to the issues you want to hear, and to reveal information that they are not sharing with anyone else. Midas Touch Network has opened up our Washington DC bureau in 2026. And as you know, Pablo Monriquez is there on Capitol Hill. He's joined the Midas Touch network to get these clips exclusively for you. Most of these clips have since gone mega viral since we put them out. Today I want to share them with you, the viewers of the Midas Touch Network. Here you have Democratic Congresswoman AOC talking about how ICE now has less accountability than virtually any law enforcement agency in the US. Watch Pablo Monriquez interview AOC on the steps of the Capitol building. Play this clip.

Congresswoman, can I uh real quick get your reaction to the shooting death in Minnesota of the woman by the the ICE agent?

So, this is what um it's a nightmare. It's a nightmare. Um this is what we've been warning about for a very long time. And it is for me I'm just um it's tragic to say but from the moment that I mean from from the moment that this Congress decided to authorize and explode ISIS budget they are accountable to no one. It's important that people know that ICE has less has less accountability than virtually any law enforcement agency in the United States. And yet they are some of the most wellunded. They are operating with impunity and we just saw the murder an American citizen in cold blood in the street and despite whatever lies that the president wants to say about what was happening in this there is you can see what happened for for yourselves. They shot a woman in the head in cold blood on the street. I hope that this incident is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and this is an

agency that must be reigned in. Next, Monriquez speaks with Seth Molton. Democratic Congress member play this clip.

And do you believe that it was a murder like some of your Democratic colleagues have been saying?

I don't know yet, but it sure looks like it. Okay. I mean, if that ain't a murder, I don't know what is.

More from Congress member Molton right here. Play this clip. Reaction to the shooting of the woman in Minnesota by the ICE.

Absolutely. And that's why I said that that ICE not not only needs to be held accountable, they literally need to be prosecuted when they're breaking the law like this. ICE should be prosecuted. And and Todd Lions, if you're listening, Yeah. You're breaking the law. You can't enforce the law if you can't follow it.

Then we spoke with Congress member Johnson. Here's what he has to say. Play this clip.

All right, Mr. Johnson. Can I get any reaction to the shooting death in Minnesota by the ICE agent of the of the lady in the car?

Like a homicide for which there should be criminal charges. Shooting into a moving vehicle four times, traffic stop, murder. Then Pablo Monriquez was able to speak with Democratic Congress member Gomez from California. Play this clip.

Gomez, any uh reaction to the shooting death of the lady in Minnesota by the ICE agent today?

Yeah, it was murder. Uh it was obvious that she was just driving away. She wasn't driving into the ICE agent. I think that um the attorney general in uh Minnesota has to take a hard look and and uh probably file charges against him. I think it was disgusting. I pointed out earlier um that this was eventually going to happen because you have these agents from all over the country probably without a lot of training getting sent into these communities and ratcheting up their um their enforcement in a way that's pretty reckless um as was going to endanger lives of um uh US citizens as well as um people who um are not documented but in but are not a threat. And this was exactly the fear that I always had um when it came to these uh these this IC these ICE agents and why I'm also scared about the expansion of ICE and CBP using that $175 billion slush fund. Um I think it's going to it's going to be more um

attacks and it's going to be more um uh I would say untrained individuals that shouldn't be on our streets and this is across the country. So, I think the attorney general has to take a Minnesota has to take a hard look at it and then Congress has to um figure out if these people have immunity that we can strip them of that immunity if they violate the law.

Next, we get to hear from Congress member Dan Goldman, a former federal prosecutor from the Southern District of New York. And here he describes what took place by the ICE Gestapo as outright murder. And this comes from a former federal prosecutor who prosecuted murder. Play this clip.

Uh in invading our cities, uh using excessive force lawlessly with new agents without proper training. Uh and sadly this was not unexpected, but it is egregious. Uh it was an outright murder and the fact that the administration is trying to defend the ICE officer when everyone can see with their own eyes that that car was trying to get away because it's still turned away from the officer after she was shot in the head. So the fact that they are arguing that somehow this is domestic terrorism much less an attack on ICE is preposterous.

This officer not only needs to be fired and suspended, but based on the video, he needs to be charged with murder.

And do you think that will happen? I have no idea what what will happen. You need to look at the Homeland Security budget as a result.

I I think we will have to. Yes. Then Pablo Monriquez from the Midas Touch Network's DC bureau was able to capture what was taking place when AOC was approached by Jesse Waters very creepy producer and she was being asked creepy questions. Watch as she responds to Jesse Waters producer Pablo Monriquez caught it all on tape for you. Play this clip. That's nice.

Would you join him? Um, he's accused me of um he has sexualized me on his show. He has sexually harassed me on his show. He has engaged in horrific, sexually exploitative um it is true. It is true cuz he accused me of sleeping of wanting to quote unquote sleep with Steven Miller. So, why don't you tell me what you think is acceptable to tell a woman? Thank you. More from AOC right here. Let's play it.

What are the implications of that? Well, first of all, what happened and what we saw today was a horrific act of violence. Um, and you know, my heart goes out to um the victim's family of this. You know, I think what we have now seen and what we are seeing is that ICE is not just becoming an anti-immigrant force in this country. It is becoming an anti-civilian paramilitary organization. Um, people are getting taken off of the streets for exercising their free speech rights. The president himself has asserted that in fact one of the reasons that this murder may have been quote unquote justified is on free speech grounds. Uh, so this is now turned into what our greatest fear is and has been for a long time around ICE that this will be used as an anti-vilian force. uh that it has no accountability. At the end of the day, what we saw today is a murder and um murders in cold blood need to be

prosecuted. Then Pablo Monriquez was able to speak with Congresswoman Dean. Let's play it.

Is it time to start looking at the Homeland Security budget? Uh maybe. Yes. And of course, the Homeland Security Officer, whatever the heck her name is, the woman in the cowboy hat and many outfits.

Christine, it's time for her to leave. Time for her to go. More from Congresswoman Dean right here. Let's play it.

Congresswoman, any reaction to the shooting of the uh the woman in Minneapolis by the ICE agent?

Sadly, it's um we don't know the details yet. Uh but it was predictable that uh this administration would unleash unmarked and marked ICE agents terrorizing communities. It looks like somebody has lost her life. Uh and and it's horrible. It's absolutely horrible. But what's really unbelievable is this administration and the things they're willing to say immediately as a result of this claiming that this woman is a terrorist. What's wrong with just saying we're going to investigate and find out exactly what happened here? What went wrong? Why can't they do that? Then Mriquez spoke with Democratic Congress member Ro Kana about the murder of a United States citizen in Minneapolis by the ICE Gustapo. Renee Nicole Good was her name.

Say her name. Renee Nicole Good. US citizen. ICE murdered her. Here's what Ro Connor had to say. Play this clip. Uh, what's your reaction to the shooting death in Minnesota by the woman by the ICE agent this morning?

I saw the video. I was disgusted. I was horrified. That ICE agent needs to be arrested and he needs to be prosecuted. He needs to be put on trial. We cannot have a lawless agency continue in this country the way they are. There needs to be accountability.

And do you think it's time to start taking a look at the Homeland Security budget uh, you know, for the next year?

Absolutely. I mean, we've given $150 billion dollar to folks who are acting lawlessly. They're going and separating kids from families. They're shooting people uh in an excessive use of force. They have harassed a lot of people, including American citizens. They've detained American citizens. And they are treating uh immigrants, even if they're here undocumented, like they are not human beings. I was just actually at a nice facility, the California City Immigration Processing Center. Let me tell you, I met with 47 folks detained there. They had rocks in the food they were given. One person who was had blood in his urine was not able to get a medical appointment for days. They were talking about shivering because they didn't have clothes to keep them warm.

Some wanted to have voluntary deport deportations and they weren't being able to get voluntary deportations because of the backlog. They said we are human beings and yet we're being treated like animals and murderers. Something is fundamentally wrong in this country and how we're treating people. It's against the Christian faith. It's against our founding values.

And what what facility was this? This was the California uh city Immigration Processing Center. Uh, I went one of the first times a member of Congress has been able to go in with staff and we talked to 47 detainees there without any supervision where they shared their experiences. I mean, it was horrifying. They said no fresh fruit. They've never given fresh fruit. They only get uh no snacks, no uh ability to get clean water. They often were complaining about the water. Uh I mean that they were literally treated like murderers and prisoners. And last question, do you agree with some of your Democratic colleagues that what we've seen here in Minnesota today was a homicide?

It was a murder. You know, that's what the the the the colleagues that's what the video said. And we of course I believe in due process and that ICE agent should have a trial, but he needs to be arrested and face a trial.

Now, we also had Pablo Monriquez on scene when MAGA Republican Congressman Nells was spewing a bunch of nonsense. We captured that on film for you as well. Let's play it.

I I tell you, I was a sheriff for how many years? We had officer involved shootings. I had unfortunately one of my own deputies shot and killed. One of my own my brother's deputies in a in a blue-on-blue situation, this and that. And it's rushing to judgment, right? You got to let the situation develop and let it the investigation do course. I mean, everybody wants to look at this from this angle, that angle. My god, we got to give it a little bit of time uh and let the situation develop.

DHS came out too soon and saying what? Well, I I'm just The point I'm making is that you're asking me what do you feel about that? Is that what you're asking? What you saw? Do you think it was right? You think it was wrong? I think it's too early right now to offer an opinion.

More from MAGA Republican Congress member Nells right here. Let's play it. I don't like it. I don't like any of this because what you're going to see now is you could go back now to 2020. You could see rioting. I'm sure George Soros is probably spending millions of dollars getting everybody ramped up in major cities across the country and right and tonight the rats are coming out. I'm just telling you, I think the rats are coming out tonight and you're going to see some civil unrest in this country. Tim Waltz, I highly recommend you put a warning order for the National Guard. I'd get the National Guard deployed immediately. I would deploy it because I think it's going to get a little ugly. I think it's going to get a little ugly because this is in my humble opinion, this is what the left wants.

They want destruction. They want everybody just to go out there and start raising hell. They talk about peaceful protests. You're not going to see peaceful protests from the left. You're just not going to see it. You saw it in 2020. Look at Look at what we had. We burned down buildings across the entire country for months. Shameful. Do you think I should leave Minneapolis that the mayor wants?

Well, I let me tell you something. With all the waste, fraud, and abuse, we don't need we need to send Doge and everybody in the in that entire state because of the corruption you've seen with the Democrats. All I'm saying is maybe you could pause a little bit. I mean, we lost a life there, right? There was a loss of life and and there's not an officer in America. There's not a law enforcement officer in this country that says, "I want to go out today and legally kill somebody or shoot somebody." Why in the hell would you want to do that, right? I'm not going to question that officer's tactics or motives. It is what it is, but now you got to let the situation develop and let the investigation due time.

Micas then spoke with Democratic Congress member Walenshaw from Virginia. Let's play it.

So, Congressman, any reaction to the tragic shooting death of the woman in Minneapolis by the ICE agent? It is absolutely horrific and my thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the woman who was killed. And we've been through this in Virginia in 2017. US Park Police shot and killed Bjang Gasar who was unarmed and driving his car after an investigation. The Department of Justice refused to press charges against those police officers. They were however indicted in Virginia in Fairfax County by a local prosecutor. So that option exists under the law in Minnesota as well. There has to be a full investigation of this incident. The video is outrageous. I can think of no justification for the killing of this unarmed woman. There needs to be an investigation and if that in investigation bears it out, there should be charges filed against the ICE officer involved.

And is there anything Congress can do to help facilitate this investigation or gather evidence? Well, in the oversight committee today, we're going to have a vote to subpoena from the Department of Homeland Security all documents related to this shooting. I hope Republicans will join Democrats in voting for that subpoena so we can ensure there's a full and fair investigation of what took place. And

is it time to start looking at uh as a member of the Homeland Security Committee, is it time to start looking at their budget um you know, as as a means to kind of rein in these rogue agents and the rogue agencies?

Absolutely, 100%. Look, the mass deportation agenda of the Trump administration has caused chaos and violence in communities across the country. It's also diverted resources from doing real investigations into child sex trafficking and gun trafficking. It needs to come to an end.

And Monriquez's camera was there when more questions were asked of AOC. Play this clip. Thank you.

And the speaker and some others have said that this is the this was this driver was weaponizing her vehicle. What do you say to them?

I think that they they their editorializing of this event to justify a public murder is disgusting. It is horrifying. And watch it for yourself. Watch it for yourself and make that assessment to yourself. Which of these leaders are lying to you with their statements?

More questions from AOC right here. Let's play it. What we saw today was a criminal,

a criminal murder a woman and shoot her in the head uh while she was trying to escape and flee for her life. And I think what we saw today was a manifestation of every American's worst nightmare, which is their government turning into a tear.

Do you do you believe you should be arrested, the officer involved? I think what we saw was a murder today and I think that we need of course.

And then finally, we captured this from Democratic Congress member Seth Molton. Let's play it. And should the DHS budget and specifically the ICE budget be looked at then?

Absolutely. We got to put everything on the table to constrain these thugs from ruining America, ruining American cities.
