all right all right all right all right so we want to say welcome to the private Banker Society Show podcast we just wanted to say thank you for joining us we have uh missed a week but we didn't really miss we were doing some really crazy amazing things with AI and Iggy if you missed it that's your fault positive you got the either the promotion and or the email so if you missed it that's your fault anyway um I want to get started I want to introduce everybody I want to let you know my name is Big mogul introduce ourselves what up it's Nick what's happening what's happening this is Iggy right now on the private Banker side listen I it's been a minute since I've been over here in this seat Morgan I'm excited we in Dallas so you know we got some heartfelt stuff to discuss tonight but we're gonna talk that business talk to what we got Mogul so our oh yeah yeah let's sink in yeah I'm I'ma just I'm gonna say I am
um thoroughly hurt of what happened but I I appreciate having to be being able to see it um and our word of the day can kind of go to our business and it can go toward boxing all right it's called pivot oh sometimes you gotta be that pivot that pivot foot you know anyway yeah uh in the business context the pivot is refers to a strategic change made by a company in response to a shifting marketing conditions customer needs or unexpected challenges involves altering a company's core business model product service offerings or Target Market to adapt to new circumstances in fact uh effectively so um everybody that was in I'm gonna do my first sentence because I'm I'm just here already so um when covet happened a lot of businesses weren't prepared to Pivot so now that kovitz supposedly gone you don't see them no more I like that I like that what you got Nick oh sometimes it is so necessary to Pivot
in anything you have going on in life you got to make a pivot okay when it comes to the understanding of business especially this speaks more to needing to know your exit and what your intentions are so that you can make the proper pivots throughout the course of operating that business so you can have the proper exit when it comes to pivoting I had to Pivot my expectations because I thought I would have watermelon but I realized everybody ate it oh false accusation no you know what happened doc you know what actually actually do you know what happened I put them in the refrigerator for you [ __ ] there's actually a full tray in the refrigerator currently so they can get chilled for you now I have to Pivot my response and say thank you you're welcome doc look at us I got you man I got you look at them listen you've been you've been working hard all day you know what I'm saying you've been on
you've been doing Live's been on the phone closing deals locking in strategic Partnerships and uh so I had to make sure they were chilled for you though I appreciate that before we get started I want you to uh tell us about this two day that you have coming up oh we have a two-day uh ultimate CEO boot camp if you go to bizcocapital.com forward slash CEO um you will see about the two-day boot camp that we have coming up oh by the way uh we teach business game for free our free is better than your paid a guru uh High ticket program and so with this boot camp what we're trying to do we're trying to raise the uh what's what's where I'm looking for I'm trying to raise the bar the bar for how black and brown businesses are run and the expectations of entrepreneurs along the way and the ultimate CEO program is specifically for those that really want to build lasting businesses they create great impact so if you're one of those
like I'm just in business to uh take care of my lifestyle and my life we ain't talking to you you're talking to people that want to be a real businesses that are here for a while um and that could potentially be able to sell so those that register the class is free but you can always upgrade the recommended uh tools that you'll need for the program and get the workbook uh CEO ultimate CEO uh bootcamp workbook and get you're not a CEO yet because we're going to be pulling from these as we go through the program oh and by the way at the end only the businesses that make it to the end will be um given um the opportunity to apply for our bizco incubator which is when we work with businesses for six months and we become partners with those businesses um and uh do a partnership deal with them um to help them grow their business I like it sounds lovely sounds like so we're gonna get straight into it with
our Hot Topic it's great everybody in Dallas coaches oh everybody in Dallas about this we want to say first and foremost we support our Dallas naves Errol Spence Jr even though he did lose his bout with bud we stand with him for his excellence in the ring and what he's brought to our great City now with that being said we need to know what's the next logical step right um EJ has of course set himself as one of the greats in the in the game uh he earned the millions that he has definitely gotten his different purses um but what's the pivot that you guys see uh in the next stage of his life because um there are a lot of people saying that he might need like clinically to to retire um and all of us on this panel have actually been amazing uh athletes Jake you were a monster on the basketball court and still are nice um Iggy was a phenomenal football player um me y'all know some of y'all we heard
hey we heard the stories hey Mogul was yeah yeah yeah verified now Nick may not be as lethal she'd be hoping though but she do be hooping she be hooping Nick hooping like when it came to the mindset of you guys realizing like it's over I'm not going to keep doing this I'm not going to live my hoop dream my hoop dream is going to be a dream what mindset did you have to adopt in order to really be able to do that and continue to go and grow in your life um or since it's starting with me um I like to I like to make decisions um with transitioning to any new Endeavor on top that was important for me um and even if I felt like because I did get offered to play pro ball um if I felt like my ceiling uh wouldn't be as high and I could leverage what I did in a different industry or a different space more with the myths of he could have been this what would have happened and all of those things there was more
leverage for me to go into a new space with that thought that Jake Jake is the man Jake could have went to the NBA Jay got offered this Jake was this and that and then the myths start happening and some lies get added to it what you used to do but you kind of allow all of that to play so I'm a big believer of leaving an industry while you're on top because that gives you leverage to be able to go into the next industry um leaving when you're at your worst it's kind of a harder transition because people can't take out of their mind all of the bad stuff that that's happened and so for me um after I tore my ACL um I made a promise that I would at least get offered I didn't tell my dad this promise because my father thought that because my father thought that I was going to take the pro deal um but I just wanted to leverage to get offered so that I could leverage that offering in a new industry that I'm in to show
them you know my Excellence of place so um you know it's that but in his case if he's talking you know in particular to uh Earl you know I think right now he's still technically on top he just lost his his belts he got beat bad um but a lot of people are realizing that that wasn't Elite uh Arrow clearly there's lag clearly there is some damages that was done to him and it's shown because he never took any tune-ups so it went from Collision Collision Collision stuff happening directly to a Crawford fight when he's right after months ago he just beat somebody else up for a couple of meals so he's already primed and ready to beat the brakes off of somebody that has some crazy crazy accidents happen to him so he had to take that fight but while he's on up I will use 30 to 40 percent of the capital if I will that he has that he's made from the deal and I would use that to invest into like advances for athletes that you feel like
Got What It Takes coming up pay them to come on your promotion team and really build an ecosystem around them and then and then have training portions where you're teaching them on the mistakes that you made as an athlete and what short is your thing and I think that that can be a playground for growth because what most people don't realize wealth isn't wealth and success isn't just in you being a star the longevity of wealth and success is creating Stars duplication I want to be a star first to show I'm able and then after I show that I'm able now I have all of that that clout to use to create stars that just want to get to that level and I think that that's throughout the Easter play Nick Sam I agree completely um one thing that I also look at is like because I played Sports even though y'all said I wasn't a beast y'all didn't uh Jake did it's fine it's fine you know but I'm bunching us together you know
you know because teamwork is what I was getting at Teamwork Makes the Dream work and I feel like me and Mogul were talking about this and if you have a solid team you know if somebody's ready to step up to the plate or not and somebody should have called those shots you know what I mean so um that too uh somebody has to say something he's not fit for leadership right now guys man down I'm just saying you just yeah but best facts though that's facts yeah um I absolutely agree with both you um when it comes to uh kind of the sentiment that a lot of people in the triple D um I feel that as well I'm not originally from Dallas dirty dirty Dallas you know what I'm saying uh I'm not originally from uh Dallas to the DFW area I'm from Mississippi but I've been here the better part of a decade so it's it feels like home and I've had the privilege of seeing uh EJ fight in person and I know the caliber of
fighter that he is as well as uh having uh the knowledge of uh you know people who had a a role in his past successes uh and so Lou Blu-ray the trainer there you go and uh just so when when I look at at Earl I understand that he is an elite athlete meaning he has the capabilities of being an elite athlete and so with that understanding how you do one thing is how you do everything so the aspect of when I was playing football it I was my my primary sport was football basketball was my secondary sport to stay in shape I got injured in basketball my junior year and couldn't play football my senior year but I had the understanding of what I was capable of and what it took to work as an athlete and if any of you are athletes or you know athletes it's a it's a very competitive Spirit especially to be able to compete at the level that Earl was uh up until this fight he was undefeated championship
belts had knocked uh uh quite a few people out uh technical Knockouts the whole nine so him being able to Pivot and move into the area of you know focus on business I think this is a prime time for him to do that and based on how he excelled as an athlete how you do one thing is how you do everything I feel that he's capable of being able to bring that same energy with the right leadership with the right team around him to be able to uh move into focusing specifically on the business world and be able to elevate in that space as well because um it looked bad for him in the ring I'm not saying that you know I'm an expert or I'm a doctor or I can provide any clinical diagnosis on where he is but based on just a consumer of sports and what I saw uh I definitely think that he needs to be considering a pivot at this point to be able to move forward uh with preserving himself as a being preserving
his his intellect preserving his mind his body and also being able to move forward and provide by the Legacy that I know that he's worked hard to create I don't personally think that it's worth him getting in the ring again especially he's talking about you know a rematch I don't think that's wise for him however you know he has to make his own decision the team around him has to make those decisions but I believe that he's capable of being able to transfer that energy into the business world and being able to excel if it's done right and if it's done with the right people because uh just as an athlete I know what it takes to perform at high levels and I think that he's capable of doing that with the right people around him he's so young you know 33 years old and it man no no what I what I do want to uh what I do want to bring to notion is the importance of understanding of pre-work yes because what a lot of
people don't realize is that Earl Spence walks around at 180 190. right so um and then it was said that um the night the day of his actually weigh in his actual weigh-in he was in the sauna for two hours and didn't sweat the first hour so um what yeah but when you look at Terence Crawford he walks around around the weight that he probably played at yeah he saw that and what people got to understand is that when somebody is already prepared and ready to move now this is a business tip if somebody's already prepared and ready to move at the moment of opportunity versus somebody who has to get ready for the opportunity the one who's already already ready for the opportunity is the one who's always going to win because if you think about if Earl if Earl's uh plan was I got to get from 190 down to 147. the entire time a lot of the workouts are probably weight loss workouts where as of Terence Crawford if
he's already around that weight you're spending more time it's good technical that's good so we talk about a business aspect if I'm working with a business that's already prepped or an entrepreneur is already printed they're working on technical when you're working on trying to downsize to get ready to get technical those are two different ways that you approach any bout whether on the ring out the ring with a relationship if you're if you're if your spouse is ready for the argument they already know what they're gonna mess you up on and you come in the house and gotta get ready after the punch you trying to backtrack and find things to help stabilize your argument it's not as equipped as someone who spent all day or three years or three months preparing for the day that there was gonna bust your ass right and so I think that if I were to be honest even though preparation may have seemed
the same the ability to get to get ready was not the same and the time it takes you to get ready from someone who's already ready they're already going to be here by the time you make the transition to process to practice to even get there and what it showed was Excellence on display when you stay ready when you talk about the grace of any industry every industry you stay ready for whatever class you in so so if I'm if I'm if I'm talking about business the class I'm in is my generation right I'm not I'm not trying to go uh fight with Warren Buffett not at all I'm not trying to go fight with Ray dalio nope I'm not trying to go fight with Grant Cardone nope I want to fight with anyone that's 37 and below and everyone and all of them can get the smoke because I'm at my weight class and I'm practicing every day however if I decide to get my weight up to go and try to uh argue with the people that's been at that weight class
and operating at that weight class never left that weight class I.E Revenue staff efficiency operations I'm going to get spanked when I go into that world if I were to be honest with y'all we were spanked in 2021. our company was not ready to be an 18 million dollar Revenue in company and we took an Earl Spence ass whooping in 2021 yeah and the reason why I'm not so hard on Earl is because we took that ass whooping in 2021 and it showed us what preparation for that level means and if your system your structure your business and your mind is not ready to operate at that level of the pace it takes to operate in that space it'll be hard for you to keep up yeah I uh before we move on listen uh my part before we move on now no no no we're not moving on I just want to make sure everybody understand that every episode it gets gooder and gooder so it's some people watch right now that I want them to go
ahead and make sure they hit the like button and share it with somebody that you care about because this information is that's given on here this free game is better than the information that most of y'all didn't paid for so go ahead and like this and schedule with somebody you care about so y'all can get this good information yeah so my take is a little different because of some being someone that had a car accident that went from being you know one of the best in my field to a kid that they told my mother they told my mother to sell her house sell her cars sell everything and put me in a home put me in a home right because I was going to be a vegetable after being pronounced dead after a car wreck or from being able to fly literally it kissed the rim in seventh grade I'm a nice I'm nice with it let me tell you something coming to me y'all we skeptical and we had a lot of unsolicited like uh uh uh uh
unsolicited credible sources specs that fact check what he told us and they didn't know he told us that so yeah mobile used to be him so with with that being said I had a brain injury as well a lot of you might not know I had a brain injury I have short-term memory loss I literally will forget everything so if you need to tell me something you want to tell me something that's important tell me I don't you can you can vent to me I'm not going to remember it but the truth is this makes me want to cry right now I'm not I'm getting emotional go ahead and cry go ahead do what you gotta do yeah yeah talk that talk dog directly to Earl bro you are a pivotal person in in our community we respect you we love you we we appreciate what you've done right but the realness bro being flung out of a car the first time not talking about the other two accidents for the first time right then that showed us
and you walked away God got a plan for you fam and it might not still be boxing you did what you needed to do on that ring but now it's time to transition time to Pivot into something else and you might need to surround yourself by other people that's not going to allow you to harm yourself I'm getting emotional as hell talk about it harm yourself bro cause like we watched Muhammad Ali do this he had Parkinson's when he was getting beat the [ __ ] up I'm sorry YouTube heart he was getting he had Parkinson's bro I I watched the Nora Nora Nora neurologicalist whatever you how you ever say it talk about you just looking at you here he's never met you just looking at you and saw that you had neurological effects of your car accident I am someone that has neurological effects of my car accidents 12 13 years ago my my anniversary of my car accident when I was pronounced dead was was last month
bro it's okay you done did way more than I have you've done more money you have more money than I have in this in in your industry your your you've you've solidified yourself fam it's time to transition it's time to Pivot if you need help pivoting you don't know me I Know Carl if you need to reach out to me reach out to me I'll talk to you fam but it's time for you to Pivot outside of what you what you know it's time to for you to use the purse that you have garnered and and do something that's generational rather than just you fighting and you don't have nothing to prove to nobody right ain't nobody in these streets about to test you if they are they're stupid so at that point bro it's time for you to say okay I'm done stay at the top and and transition use that money to buy a business we teach that right get into business if you want to do just get into this not buy one we teach that too we will help you but it's
time for you but you have children it's not worth it it's not worth it no nothing to nobody bro it took me five years to get back on the track I had a foot cut off it took me five years and I was still trashed I was I went from number one in the nation to trash bro it's not worth it you you did what you had to do it's time for guys showing you to go somewhere else and it's okay it's okay and I understand sometimes you might need some therapy I understand but therapy is not the the easiest thing in the world it might be the hardest Battle of your life you just went through a hard battle it might be the hardest Battle of your life is going through therapy try it because trauma is a thing that will destroy you now that we are on this subject and and going past you know what's our next next subject but I really had to let like as a man to man bro you got children bro is not worth it you want to be able to
ruin your kids you want to be able to play with your kids do homework with your kids do all that good beautiful thing those beautiful things will have those Beautiful Moments to be able to remember those things me I can't I can't barely remember my grand my birthday um and and if we're gonna be real I don't remember [ __ ] I take the GPS to get to the house I go to the same place every day it's okay bro and that's just me being real with you as somebody that don't know you passed the guy down the street somebody being real that has had a accent in of your caliber bro if not worse I had an amputated leg foot pronounced dead for two hours I'm there with you fam like it take the time take the time it's okay anyway we're gonna talk about a couple of athletes that actually have pivoted at their Peak and they're doing more than amazing um let's talk about Michael Jordan billionaire right own use his money that he made owns uh
owned he just sold um the Charlotte uh Charlotte Hornets uh what's his face George Foreman yeah Mike Tyson yep hey you know they doing their thing life after what would you guys think or would say would be a business per se or something he needs to learn as a a person transitioning where would you where would you guide him if you had the opportunity to talk to him one-on-one um the first thing I would guide him on is repositioning I think repositioning is important um and I think that a lot of people um think that losses have to mean a loss and it can actually mean and they can actually mean a um leveraging it can give you leverage y'all got Mogul emotional um and it can actually mean leverage for your next position and what you've been able to do Earl you've been able to climb the top of a Mountaintop that most people can't climb will never a place that a lot of people in Dallas when it comes to our our
athletic Endeavors you reach the top Olympian did the thing and I know the hardest thing to think about is what happens when I lose do I leave when I lost but you know the worst time to leave is getting your ass beat twice it's getting destroyed twice so leaving the option you know you said hey yo listen I got my refund I got my claws let your doctors do their stuff and say nah you you out in at least if doctors and trainers all come to conclusion and say you know what hey yo he was already in a space where he shouldn't have took taken this fight to be honest and get some neurological training and screening I mean testing screening I think everyone who loves Dallas and potentially loves the the the the the the the the the artwork of Earl we all know that there's a difference in you fighting though we all know the difference in excellence so the transition that you need to play right now is not the transition Ali made
because I don't know if a lot of people remember Ali didn't leave like inexpensive a estate let me let me let's let's look I'm I'm gonna see we're gonna see how much Ollie left Not only was he like money wise but like physically yeah Parkinson's in during his last couple of ballots he was like 10 15 years 20 years yeah yeah he he he he he was in a bad position so um here's the deal Ali it says he estimated died around 80 million dollars he was worth 80 million this included real estate holdings cash and other Investments memorabil year licensing deals that he had each of Ali's children was estimated to receive 6 million from the estate some of the children had previously received up to 5 million in trust set up by Ali years later uh years earlier and Ali's third wife Veronica also inherited undisclosed amount his estate plan to donate a portion of their earnings to uh Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville
Kentucky um so and it was split amongst nine children um with nothing specifically going to his widow Lonnie um or the exact amount inherited it's not publicly known but estimated about six million dollars or more each and although that sounds like a lot when I say nothing to leave I meant like the last 10 15 years of his life he was a shell of himself mm-hmm and money means nothing when your children don't have you period money means nothing when your best friends and your family don't have you and when you come to a place in business to where you're becoming a shell of yourself to perform you got to think about what matters most when you're doing it when you first got started you talk about fighting to take care of your family to give a legacy now that you got that do you risk it all for the sport or do you say you know what maybe I'm a little off maybe I'm a little off maybe I'm off my
game and guess what that's okay too it's okay too it's okay to start thinking about the transition of your plans buying businesses diversifying your income getting more inclined what I will tell you to do is not to give your money to no financial advisor Clan no what I will tell you to do is now you got millions and millions upon millions of dollars pay that to experts to teach you the game so that when you do if you do it invest into advisors or a deal or if you do a partner with somebody you know that industry in and out because you have enough money to invest for high quality education you got enough time to educate yourself to work on you know a rehabilitation practices that can save you um and I think that's important I think everybody needs to know that if your business or your career is is making you a shell of yourself it's time to Pivot um I completely second that um this goes into a lot of what it is
that I represent um when it comes to understanding that you are more important you are more valuable than the wealth that is you bring when it comes to even a hat that I wear wealthy understanding that health is wealth so you've been able to amass wealth like Dr Jake said you've been able to reach a point in your sport and dominate in your sport and go a length of time undefeated you're 33 right now you're still young you're still young baby you got you you your your life your life is not predicated on what you were able to do in the ring that's a piece of it that's a part of it and like I said I'm not from Dallas but being here and understanding like the the how tight you are woven into the community and how much people speak about you and even looking at the comments in in the videos and in the content that people put out people were hurt right it wasn't like a uh a thing where people were like poking fun people
were really hurt and and like damn like that they they knew that that wasn't Earl the Earl that they've come to know the earlier they've grown to know like out of the the the fight that I that I had the opportunity of being present for can't remember who it is that you fought bro but it was in Frisco and I I remember that I had gotten there the the like the exhibition the preliminary fights had happened you got in the ring literally I was on the floor I turned around take a picture and when I was taking a picture the fight was over because man down he had knocked him out like you you've done that you've exhibited Excellence when it comes to your Calibur performance as a boxer the way you understand it the people that you've been able to defeat the belts that you've been able to win I would absolutely suggest and I second getting people around you paying people who are experts at understanding not just giving
your money to somebody to say hey I'm on a pivot go invest this but get understanding of what that is get a solid under understanding not saying that you don't have it but a solid understanding of business get around people who know it and have your best interest at heart and willing to educate you and even get in the fire with you when it comes to investing when it comes to buying when it comes to to navigating the business world and figure out what the rest of this life gonna look like because like mobile said you got children me being a father myself it's important for you to be able to live the rest of your life to execute on the the things that you the duties that you have as a father so that your children can see that you set a great example for them bro you've done what it is that you need to do now I I in nowhere would I tell you that you can't go and win your next match that that's not what it I'm saying I
think that with with God anything is possible but I'm saying be aware of where you are listen to that doctors and the experts who are around you don't just put yourself back out there because I'm telling you here in Dallas at home people don't want to see you in that position again they don't want to see you in a position and and be hurt like that so if the the doctors around you if the experts around you say that you're ready all right cool but if they say that you're not listen figure out what you need to do to Pivot figure out what it is you need to do to grow you 33 you got a long life ahead of you because you got to remember say you win the fight against Terrence you got to do the three the trilogy you got one more after that so you're gonna have three of the hardest fights that you've ever had back to back to back and you talking about it's going to be within a 18-month span you know it's a lot you know the type of
damage that can happen with training camp ass whoopings in in battery in the 18-month period or 24 month period of you trying to get back together um the reason why a lot of people don't leave on top is because of ego yeah Michael Jordan if he would have stayed out after his sixth ring and never did a wizard stint never went to another team never did 45 never did 45. do y'all understand where Jordan would be Jordan could have left at three and still be considered the same he came back you know did the three more then after that if he would have left his stock would have been valued as so much more although he was able to average 20 some at 40 and whatever but basketball is different than boxing yes and what you got to understand like for I'll give an example Insurance everybody know I left the game at on the top I started I started the whole concert the private banking that went viral all
throughout the country Godfather type stuff I'm the starter of the concert the viral concept of private banking infinite banking I didn't start it I made it viral but when I realized that the fight was more of an uphill battle than me being on top I decided to leave when I was at the best of the best of the game so is there projected income I could have made yeah but now there's an unlimited amount of money I can leverage off of me being the top three of my industry specifically in private banking that now I can tote as one of my accolades and left on top before I took a major ill listen um document this this is gonna be one of our shortest shows because you know you got a eight o'clock CEO huddle uh tonight where you really setting the expectations because you got the two-day live this weekend yeah yeah and uh when we talk about two day live we ain't talking about 45 minutes one day and 30
minutes the next day we're talking about 15 to 20 hours of you training so uh if you if you would just take a moment to kind of set the tone for the the Huddle tonight um and what people need to do I'm actually updating the page right now so that people can actually go to um the page uh that's to the link so that you can register for the Huddle tonight just in case they they may be on the fence of trying to understand if this is for them or not for them or are they ready for they're not ready for it and kind of the ground that you're going to lay tonight in the Huddle so uh if you give me 60 seconds I'll have the page updated so um the biggest purpose for the ultimate CEO is almost kind of like what's going on with Earl Spence um a lot of us think that because we start something that we have to be the one to finish it and a lot of us think that the way we started it is the way that you continue
to finish it so there's a lot of black and brown entrepreneurs and to be fair like a bunch of micro small entrepreneurs no matter if you black brown Puerto Rican Asian or white that are ill-equipped with what it takes to actually make a business a brand worth something a Champion brand a champion name something that Earl has done he's became a champion at what he's done and a lot of people build businesses that are forgettable forgettable in your community forgettable in your state forgillable in the country and damn sure forget about uh globally it never existed and the biggest problem that we have as micro business owners is that we can't get from away from the notoriety the ego The Pride um and the money that you're taking from the company you can't think of anything bigger other than worth the position that you're currently in and that's what a lot of athletes face you don't think that you can be bigger
than how you're operating in that space that you're currently in and the the Mantra that I typically can give people Iggy is um most artists that learn the business of music never go back to Artistry full time that's that's facts because once you learn the game of business you'll realize the game of business is creating Stars it's not being a star we just get a verse from Jay-Z every once in a while who do you think makes more money PBC or the athletes Floyd already said it was until he went independent and learned the game and put up his own bread his own money went all the way in that he realized how much money he was leaving on a table by not learning every aspect of the business and a lot of entrepreneurs a lot of you out there right now you're the artist of your company you don't want to learn a business you don't want to learn how to grow and develop you don't want to learn every aspect you don't want to learn the
financials you don't want to know the financial strategy and implementation on the operation you want to learn supply and demand you don't want to supply chain you don't know about optimizing compensation modeling to get amazing talent at a fraction of the price with a proof of plan of growth as the company grow you don't know how to do that so you're an artist you're a boxer and the boxing ring of business fighting your life away and don't know when to let go and put somebody else in a ring that can handle the fighting that can handle the bruising that can handle the Jabs that can't handle the hooks and I can go a little bit further than you with your guidance and the Art of business it's much like that once you learn the art of business you will no longer want to be the face this is why I tell a lot of people you're not a CEO yet in our newest book and the reason why it's so thick is because I
give you a full guideline of how to go from founder to CEO how to go from wanting to be the star to the star maker because the people that make the most money understand the importance and the ability of putting the right people in place and letting them do their thing that's the key and so yes the boot camp is free if you want to upgrade you can get the workbook that goes with the boot camp you can get the book that goes with the boot camp and for those of you that are eligible that make it to the end that qualify you'll be able to be invited to our Excel our incubator program it's a six-month program to implement the proprietary physical system into your business in every business that we've implemented our entire system into has touched a million we hear one of them every business that we've implemented one piece of our four uh methodology framework has seen over 26 percent increase in profitability and
Revenue so the question is do you want to be a pro or do you want to stay in amateur or a boxer in the ring fighting for your life because at the end the moment you stop fighting is the moment you stop getting paid and right now unfortunately there's a lot of you fighting for your life in business and your business Rises and falls on what you produce and what you do if you don't want to be in that predicament or in that position you got to put things in place that allows for you to be the star maker of your company and not the only star of your company where they need to go doc uh you need to go to bizcocapital.com forward slash CEO literally in 14 minutes we're going to be having a CEO huddle and with the CEO huddle we're going to be uh going over what you need to have in place for the boot camp if you're watching the replay of this and you missed everything if you go to bizcocapital.com forward slash CEO you
can get on the waiting list for whenever the next cohort is going to be and the cohorts are after the boot camp when the cohort starts it's a four-month process we take nobody new and we wait till everyone finish and then the next group of people can be added to the waiting list and uh to the registration program our goal is to create businesses that hire create jobs and opportunities in your community that hires in America I know how much y'all hate America but most of people that hate America ain't never travel outside of America every country is corrupt every country has flaws but when you look at the system of America although Black Folk have been quote unquote oppressed and take the course off for real oppressed we're the only historically um we're the only race of people that was able to get freedom in the same country that we were enslaved in and thrived in the same system that was set to be uh
set against us because it's the first generation of real freedom and what Iggy is talking about let me be clear to you talk about for the black and brown folks specifically Black Folk when you think about Freedom you have to think about it in three aspects freedom of opportunity opportunity freedom of education and freedom of access to Capital this period of time of generation cluster Generations this is the first time that African Americans have had access to the same information the same opportunities with the same access to Capital in some form or fashion so this is the first period in time if you think about what Freedom really is that we've actually been free to do something and not feel like we can't grow and expand and and and grow internationally or or domestically within a country so with that being said a lot of entrepreneurs are underdeveloped on what it actually means to grow something
internationally growing International brand a national value ad that brings paper to you if you think about what it means to have a brand that means something scripture says that your name is more precious than silver and gold so if your name of your company isn't considered more precedented silver or gold we got a lot of work to do because you're not a CEO yet and a lot of the times you're not a CEO yet because your entire identity is built within your business and it's not separate so listen build a business that can have a long lasting name because you got to protect the brand listen biscocapital.com forward slash c e o that'll get you access to tonight's CEO huddle and then from there you'll get your free ticket to be able to uh to be able to join our free two-day CEO boot camp and it's going to be hell you're not going to like it I'm going to be up your butt I am going to be tough I'm not
going to be nice no because the people at the end that make it those are the people that we're going to give an opportunity to partner with us so we can be a partner in their business to help grow it listen biscocapital.com CEO I've updated everything so you once you submit your name email address then you will go to a page where you can register for the CEO huddle tonight as well as you can get access to the zoom link for the two-day live this weekend tonight is is going to be setting the groundwork it's going to be landing expectations so if you're not sure if it's for you you're not sure if this is something you need you want to be in attendance tonight tonight's free as well just to give you an idea of what to expect if you haven't already go ahead and get access to your book and your workbook let me see that doc uh get access to your book and your workbook so that you can make sure that you can
