in the quaint town of Skidmore Missouri the vibrant life of a young woman filled with dreams and happiness was abruptly Shattered by a disturbing crime that would resonate Across the Nation this is The Narrative of Bobby Joe stinet a story intertwined with Hope Community and a terrifying event that left many questioning how could this occur at just 23 years old Bobby Joe was a compassionate and diligent individual beloved for her affection towards animals and her infectious smile she eagerly anticipated the arrival of her first child a dream she had long cherished however what was meant to be a joyous occasion transformed into a harrowing ordeal when she became the unsuspecting Target of a dreadful scheme that surprised everyone Bobby Joe was born on December 4th 1981 in the rural region of Northwest Missouri she was well guarded for her joyful affectionate nature though she could be a bit shy at times

after completing High School in 2000 she quickly married her high school sweetheart Zeb stinet the couple wed in 2002 and made their home in a Charming Little White House in Skidmore Missouri with a population of under 300 residents the community was tight-knit and Zeb and Bobby were well loved by their neighbors eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child expected in January 2005 Bobby spent her time raising breeding and showcasing rap teria puppies during a dog show in 2004 Bobby Joe crossed pars with Lisa Montgomery a resident of Melvin Kansas Lisa along with her daughter was also passionate about raising rack Aras leading to a strong connection among the three following the event Bobby started to communicate with Lisa her daughter and several other dog breeders through an online Message Board named rata Chata as spring 2004 approached both women discovered they had another thing in common they were

both expecting a child moreover Darlene fiser also began reaching out to Bobby Joe during this time by December 2004 Bobby Joe was already 8 months pregnant her online acquaintance Darlene fiser expressed interest in the puppies that Bobby Joe had in Skidmore Missouri communicating through ratchata Darlene arranged to visit Bobby intending to see the puppies and potentially purchase one at least that was Bobby Joe's expectation on December 16th as a Dusty red car arrived in her driveway Bobby ended her phone call with her mother to greet her visitor that afternoon Bobby was meant to pick up her mother from work but never arrived concerned when she couldn't reach her daughter Bobby Joe's mother decided to visit her home what she discovered was her worst fear Bobby Joe was lying on the floor in a pool of blood in the 911 call her mother described it as though Bobby's stomach exploded Bobby was declared dead on the

scene even more horrifying her baby was missing it seemed the fetus had been surgically removed and abducted in the context of this horrific crime Amber Alerts were only permissible when law enforcement had identifiable information to work with and it was unprecedented for an amber alert to be issued for a fetus despite these limitations investigators worked diligently to secure an exception for this particular case resulting in an amber alert being issued for baby stinet the incident sent shock waves through the small town of Skidmore soon enough the story captured the attention of the nation and even reached Global audiences the lingering question remained who could commit such a dreadful act numerous tips flooded into investigators via phone calls one notable call came from a member of the rata chatter Message Board who revealed that a woman named Darlene fiser was scheduled to meet with Bobby Joe that

very day although Darlene was said to be from Missouri investigators struggled to find her or verify her existence another lead emerged from Georgia where a woman reported that an acquaintance had returned home with a newborn baby but many who knew her were skeptical that she had ever been pregnant this acquaintance was identified as Lisa Montgomery but before we dive further into this story here's a word from today's video sponsor Aura I want to talk about something that's really annoying and has been for a long time time and I'm sure many of you can relate to and that is spam emails so first off let's start with when spam emails really start to pile up one of the biggest times for this is during the holiday season think Black Friday Easter or even the leadup to Christmas spammers know everyone's in shopping mode and they take full advantage of that now during these Peak periods you can easily get

bombarded with 2030 even 40 spam emails a day and they're not just your typical congratulations you've won type of spam oh no they've gotten way more sophisticated the design the language even The Links at times seem legit and it's scary how convincing these can be some emails look exactly like they've come from a major retailer offering huge discounts on products you might actually be interested in but once you pay that's when you realize you've been scammed these spam emails can also affect your daily routine as they are a huge productivity killer instead of focusing on work or just enjoying your day you're stuck sifting through a mountain of junk trying to make sure you don't miss anything important and if you're not careful if you accidentally click on one of these links you could be in big trouble you might end up with malware on your computer or Worse your personal information could get stolen and I know

one of the other major reasons we get so many spam emails is because big companies can't keep our data safe recently AT&T revealed that nearly all their customers call and text records had been exposed in a massive data breach the stolen logs also contain a record of every number AT&T customers called or texted so even if you don't use AT&T if someone who texted you did then your number has been exposed so what can we do to protect ourselves that's where Aura the sponsor of today's video comes in Ora will alert me if they find my email address or any other sensitive information has been compromised and they give me fast fraud alerts if anyone tries to use that data to access my credit or bank accounts Ora does so much more to keep me and my family safe too I also get things like transaction monitoring a VPN antivirus a password manager parental controls and identity theft Insurance I get this all

in one app at one affordable price I can even get the AI powered call assistant that will pick up unknown calls on my behalf to screen them to spam or scams the AI forwards legitimate calls to me so I don't miss appointments deliveries and emergencies I'm not leaving myself and my family vulnerable to day to breaches and if you don't want to either you can go to aura.com Twisted truths or click the link down in the description and get your first two weeks for free thank you Aura for sponsoring this video now back to the storage the investigation took a significant turn when the Cyber crimes unit traced the messages from Darlene fiser to an IP address located in Melvin Kansas this address was registered to Kevin Montgomery the husband of Lisa Montgomery further Evidence emerged when Witnesses confirmed that Lisa drove a dirty red car which had been seen at the house during the time of the

crime given the possibility that a child had been abducted and might have crossed the state line between Missouri and Kansas the FBI stepped in to assist with the case and initiated surveillance on the Montgomery residence in Kansas as the FBI conducted surveillance on the home in Melvin Kansas Lisa Montgomery arrived at her farmhouse in her red car accompanied by her husband and a newborn baby when police knocked on the door door they observed Lisa and her husband engrossed in news reports regarding the murder and kidnapping in Skidmore Missouri authorities noted that Lisa appeared to be acting as if she had recently given birth asserting that the child was hers her husband informed the officers that Lisa had called him on December 16th stating that she had delivered the baby at a birthing center in Topeka Kansas the couple had named that child Abigail upon further questioning about Abigail's birth Lisa

confessed that she had not delivered the baby at the birth of Center and was unable to provide any documentation to support her claim she subsequently stated that the birth had occurred at home although her husband contradicted this assertion the infant was taken to the hospital and admitted to the neonatal care unit for DNA testing during interrogation Lisa Montgomery who was 36 years old eventually broke down and confessed that the baby did not belong to her she revealed that she had strangled Bobby Joe stinet and had cut the baby from her womb the results of the DNA testing verified that the baby was indeed the daughter of Zeb and Bobby Joe although born a month premature and lacking adequate nutrition due to Lisa Montgomery's unsuccessful breastfeeding attempts the infant was in remarkably good health she was discharged shortly after to her father's custody named Victoria Joe she was born

on December 16th 2004 a date that will forever be marked by the tragic anniversary of her mother's brutal murder Lisa Montgomery first saw the light of day on February 27th 1968 after her parents separation she was primarily raised by her mother Judy as her father largely absented himself from her life following her mother's remarriage Lisa and her steps sister alleged that she was subjected to continuous sexual abuse and mistreatment by her stepfather allegations also surfaced that her mother would allow men to sexually exploit Lisa during her childhood in exchange for handyman services a claim Judy vly denies Lisa once stated that she was impregnated by her stepfather an assertion her mother also refutes however upon Judy's divorce from her second husband she reported to the police that he had been sexually abusing Lisa despite this The Stepfather was never legally prosecuted after Lisa ended her second

marriage with Carl she went on to meet and marry Kevin Montgomery who was previously divorced and had three sons during his first marriage Kevin and his former wife experienced the loss of a baby girl shortly after their wedding Lisa began informing her ex-husband on his children that she was pregnant Carl contended that this was impossible because Lisa had undergone a tubal ligation after the birth of their fourth child in 1990 despite this it appeared that Lisa's new husband and his children initially accepted her claims until she began to assert that she had suffered multiple miscarriages residents of melver Kansas regarded Lisa as untrustworthy and skepticism surrounded her claims of pregnancy especially since she had repeatedly asserted she was expecting without ever having a child some locals remarked that Lisa had a knack for swallowing air and pushing her belly out to create the illusion of being

pregnant she often wore loose fitting clothing and informed everyone that her due date was in December 2004 on December 15th she told a friend that she had given birth to a baby girl fulfilling her husband desire for a daughter the following morning December 16th she informed her daughter that she was going shopping to induce labor expressing her belief that today is the day rather than going shopping Lisa drove 175 mil to Skidmore missou equipped with a box cutter a home birthing kit and a clamp she contacted Bobby Joe stinet under the Alias darleene Fisher arranging to visit and see Bobby's puppies upon arrival Lisa overpowered the heavily pregnant Bobby strangled her until she was incapacitated and then proceeded to cut open her abdomen authorities later found blood on Bobby Joe's feet suggesting she had regained Consciousness when Lisa began the procedure to remove her baby Victoria Joe after extracting the baby

Lisa wrapped her up and fled in her red car pinching the umbilical cord Lisa claimed to have stopped outside town to Clump the cord Bobby Joe ultimately succumbed to severe blood loss Lisa subsequently confessed that she had contacted her husband and children claiming she had just given birth at a birthing center in Topeka they drove to Topeka and picked her and the baby up from a fast food restaurant her children had been harboring doubts about whether their mother was genuinely pregnant their father who was in the process of suing for custody had informed them that their mother was a pathological liar and intended to use her Fabrications as evidence of her instability in Court he was pursuing full custody of the children throughout the two days that Lisa spent with the baby whom she named Abigail she made multiple attempts to breastfeed but was unable to produce milk instead she took the one-day old

infant around town to show her off to acquaintances although some found it strange to see a newborn out in the winter at such a young age many later concluded that this was Lisa's way of validating her claims about being pregnant however her fabricated reality Came Crashing Down on December 18th 2004 when she was arrested facing charges at the federal level for kidnapping resulting in death Lisa became eligible for the death penalty despite the substantial evidence stacked against her it appeared unlikely that Lisa Montgomery would receive a death sentence following several delays Lisa Montgomery's trial finally commenced in 2008 for the shocking murder and kidnapping that took place on a cold winter day in 2004 the prosecution faced a challenging case as Lisa was found holding the baby when apprehended additionally evidence indicated that she had meticulously planned the crime she had catfished her

victim arranged their meeting and even purchased a home birthing kit beforehand Lisa had also watched online videos on how to perform cesarian sections and had driven 3 hours from her Kansas home to Skidmore Missouri the day prior as a sort of trial run the focus of Lisa's defense was her history of of purported sexual physical mental and emotional abuse her legal team argued that she was born with fetal alcohol syndrome and had sustained brain injuries from various car accidents throughout her life furthermore she had been diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions while incarcerated including bipolar disorder dissociative disorder psychosis and post-traumatic stress disorder after reviewing the evidence the jury ultimately found Lisa Montgomery guilty of kidnapping resulting in death death and sentenced her to death after numerous appeals and a clemency petition directed to president Donald Trump Lisa

Montgomery faced execution on January 13th 2021 her stepsister along with opponents of the death penalty worked tirelessly up until the final moments to Halt the execution hoping instead for a commutation to life in prison unfortunately their efforts fell short an emergency stay of execution was lifted leading to Lisa's execution when given the chance to express any final words she simply replied no she was pronounced dead at 131 a.m on January 13th 2021 in the federal death chamber located in Tera hot Indiana this execution marked her as the first woman to be executed by the federal government in nearly 70 years while many individuals who knew Bobby expressed relief and a sense that Justice had been achieved for Bobby Joe stinet others believed that Lisa Montgomery had become disconnected from reality and no longer grasp the significance of her execution opponents of the execution viewed it as

a show of Power by outgoing president Donald Trump noting that more executions took place in the final year of his presidency than in any other year since the 1800s additionally there were claims that Lisa Montgomery was denied spiritual Counseling in her final moments a statement that the Department of Justice has refuted the death of Bobby Joe created an Indescribable void in the hearts of her family friends and the close-knit community of Skidmore her loved ones continue to grieve for the vibrant young woman and the bright future that was abruptly taken from her and her unborn daughter in the wake of this tragic event Bobby Joe's story has become a rallying point for increased awareness of mental health issues and the necessity of caution in our interactions particularly in online environments her Legacy highlights the vital importance of community support and the responsibility to protect the most
