You know we're making art here. Sup gigglers. Gary, fix the Wi-Fi. Manifest that [ __ ]
We can't be managed. I mean, the day just got away from me. What's up, my groundhog gigglers?
Just like a little bit too a week too late but a week too late. I don't I don't really track of the groundhogs. Happy Super Bowl weekend.
Happy Super Bowl weekend. Um, someone was social. Are you okay? Against my will.
I was social. Against your will. No, I'm lying. Yeah. You had a spread. Yeah. You had a Martha Stewart spread. You love a tablescape.
I love a tablescape. I had a little Super Bowl party to celebrate my commercial and to celebrate Bad Bunny. And I invited Hannah's husband
without me cuz mama was working. And I was like, "Do you want to come to my home?" He was the first person to arrive. He was so early that he actually left because I missed the call from my door man of like someone's coming up because it was like 30 minutes prior and I was like running around doing stuff and then he was like I left and I was like are you coming back? Like what's the deal?
You played hard again. And then so he comes back and then I don't think he knew this but like I was sending Hannah like photos and it was as if I was babysitting like I was like okay he ate um not like a lot but he definitely ate
well I wanted to make sure he was getting along with the other kids and I was like I sent her a picture. I was like okay he's sitting here now he's talking to this person. Oh he's getting up. He's going outside. Um so we were I literally felt like I I can't laugh. Wait, what's going on with the Botox situation?
Okay, so she like fixed me, but now I feel like my chin is like not attached to my mouth. Like, no, like when I laugh, I feel like my mouth like goes inside my mouth.
This is the thing. You look gorgeous. And I've been talking to my other friends who like have been getting Botox for years and they're like, "Oh, frozen chin."
Oh, is that not a big deal? Is that a thing? I guess. Well, thank you for raising awareness on it cuz I never heard about it.
Wait, we're really jumping around. Yeah, it's because I'm like about to get my period. So, I'm like really
Wait, I just got mine. Did you? On stage. I got it. Which was honestly feminist.
It was It was I felt it. You know what's not feminist? What? One of my friends texted me and was like, "I just had a dream that you were pregnant."
No. And I was like, "Keep it to yourself." Disgusting cuz every girl thinks slash knows they're a witch. So yeah, just the chance
she's a gay man. Oh, that was called for. Yeah, I was like, why would you try and ruin my day right now?
Wait, what I wanted to bring awareness to was the Adam Sandler story. False. It didn't seem like an Adam Sandler thing to do.
Oh, see, I thought it was like such an Adam Sandler thing to do. I feel like he's very like treat people equally.
Yes, but I feel like he's not he doesn't show off his money. Yeah. You know, he he just wants to wear caros. And it wasn't like I just like saw a TikTok about it. Like this was like a written article that I like New York Times
like I looked and so I feel bad but in my head it happened like I'd like to believe that that's
but it was quality content for the time and we apologize to all the people. It was a good message.
I wonder what it's like having rumors that are like she's a good person. Could you imagine? He's like, "Hey, I just want to clear up this rumor about me being like a really good person." I would love for that to happen. I'm like, I have to clear up rumors where it's like, "I didn't murder her in her own home."
I do have to say one thing cuz the internet is crazy this morning. Yeah. Jake Paul tweeting from Puerto Rico.
I thought, okay, now that I was like, "This is a fake story. That's AI. They're like really getting him with AI." Paul talking [ __ ] about Puerto Rico from his Puerto Rico mansion was crazy behavior.
Um, but I have to say Bad Bunny, not to get all like um industry about it, but the color grading and the videography,
the cinematography, the cinematography was spectacular. I wonder what it was like in person because the way it was filmed was like so perfect for TV where I feel like last year
it was I don't know if it was better on t but it was like so open last year. Yeah. Sometimes they make the set where like if you're there in the um in the arena you can see certain patterns that the camera can't see and stuff. I don't know. There's so many different ways you could do it but that was like
well he told a story. Yes. He did like a mini concert where there was a beginning, middle, and end rather than just like all one big performance. I don't know how to explain it.
I do have to say as New Yorkers like seeing the culture he was talking about like the bodeas
having that woman from Brooklyn and the one from and the and the Oh my god, I was going to cry. But al then the men playing games in the streets like you just realize how much is a part of like at least New York City what we love.
Yeah. So wait, what was like the hit of your snacks? My buffalo chicken wing dip.
Did you make it? Mhm. I made two dips, Hannah. Oh my god. No, I know. So, you didn't order in anything?
Oh, well, god. Yeah. Oh, yes. But you had enough to be like, it's a mix. Honestly, I had so much food at the end. Ompic is rampant. I can't. You want me to host things? We stop taking Ompic. I They have no ompic portions now.
Yeah. I'm like, guys, I This is a full shakuderie board. Mind you, I'm a full adult. I'm the older sister and I was in Indiana visiting my family with my younger brother and his whole family and I was like let's make something for the Super Bowl and my brother laughed at me
and I was like what? I'm here and I'd love to help the party. Do you know my brother's like a full chef?
Oh, he was laughing at you to like you're not help. Why don't you be the personality?
He was like give me your credit card and like figure it out. My My brother's a [ __ ] chef. He's smoking stuff. He's making pasta. He's adding puto.
Why I pictured him smoking a cigarette in the kitchen. He's He's yelling. I'm yelling. Yes, chef. Like, it's getting crazy. Um, so anyway, it was it was a beautiful celebration. I did not watch the game. Really?
I didn't either. I mean, I watched my com Let's talk about the commercials for a second.
Yes. thing is I was with Lois who was we were chatting. Yeah. So we weren't I wasn't able to like
I mean did I get your commercial on camera and everyone freaked out? Yes. But the other commercials I feel like can you fill me in a little?
So some of the commercials obviously mine was 10 out of 10. Gorgeous. It's just like the message was clear.
Kind of great timing. It was like right before the halftime show. I said okay God
um bueno you didn't need to fate me like that. I had a couple situationships text and go, "Oh, wow." And it said, "Yeah, that's what it was intended for."
Did your exes sex you? Just like a couple. Not I wouldn't even classify them as exes. It's like people I used to know.
Um, wait, what was I just going to say about the commercials? Oh, okay. Did you see the Alexa commercial with Chris Hemsworth and his wife?
No. First of all, great casting. He's a very funny actor. I feel like people don't talk enough about. He's got great like comedic timing and inflection.
Well, Australians are inherently kind of funny. Yeah. Like I'd like to see him in more comedy movies. I don't understand why he doesn't do more comedy.
Love that. Like he's very funny. Yeah. He's funny even in Thor. You know what it is? It's cuz he's so beautiful. People don't want beautiful people to be funny. They're like, "Stay in a lane."
That's true. Yeah. But for him, that's why it's so hard for me to do comedy, right?
Yeah. But he's a man, so I'm like, you can get away with it. Yeah. True. Do it all. Do whatever you want. Um, okay. So, they did the commercial for it's the Alexa, but it's like the Supreme Alexa or like the advanced Alexa whatever. And it can see you. And so, I'm watching this commercial and I'm like, well, I don't want it to be able to see me because it has Chris Hemsworth walking into the frame and and holding a snake from like the backyard or something. And the Alexa says, "Wow, that's a big snake." Now that I'm saying it, that's a little bit sexual. Okay, didn't catch that in the beginning. And so then it's like showing you how like it can see you and like it's a normal Alexa can make your appointments, all of this stuff, but like I don't want you to see in my home. Like I think that's so creepy.
Yeah. Then the next commercial was for Ring Camera. I don't get Here's the thing. Critical thinking skills are just like really lacking on the internet most recently and it's like actually like really paining me. Like some things I'm just like, "Guys, you can't be serious." I'll get into that. But anyway, so the Ring camera commercial is, "Oh my god, there's a missing dog. My Ring camera on my front door took a picture of my dog leaving. Then it sends the picture of the dog to everyone in the neighborhood's Ring camera so they can.
And then if it the dog goes by their Ring camera, it'll pick it up." That's literally stalking. You go. How are teenagers are po supposed supposed to leave their house to meet up with their boyfriends?
How are you supposed to sneak out? It It's just the we don't get why everyone's acting like it's so like, "Oh my god, yeah, it's going to help find dogs." Not one dog is going to be used for that.
Well, this is the thing. Data is so scary right now. No, it's so scary. And there's no information that like corporations are not going to have and they're we're just like they're just using us for it. I feel like
I don't Do you own an Alexa or like a Google anything? No, I don't do Bluetooth. Babe, babe,
who am I talking to? I'm literally carving stuff into rocks. Like, I'm not Do you feel like we've aged on this podcast? Like the way we think about things. Did you see the story that Jenz is like the dumbest generation? I'm like, we've only been telling you guys.
I was just happy that when Jenz started getting hate, millennials stopped get like everyone hated millennials. We were lazy.
All we did is like talk about iced coffee. And now people are like, "You know what? Iceed coffee is pretty good." And
the millennials like we've been through a lot. Yeah. And and we like I don't know. I feel bad for the millennials. We tried our best. Do you know what's crazy too about the NFL that these a lot of these players like the concussion rates are so bad and they're not addressing it. Like
did you see the not to be a full sports podcast but like we are sports. Did you see the stuff about the 49ers and how they they think that they're always getting hurt and things happen in that stadium because they're right next to like some power plant.
No, no. There's stories that like when the boy when the when the boys getting bored.
Imagine I like rooted for the boys. Um when they go home they like turn off their Wi-Fi or they have like different like things that cuz they don't they feel like it is affecting their body.
Oh my god. This is like what's the Julia Roberts movie where she plays the lawyer. Aaron Brockovich. We need Aaron Brockovich on the case.
No. I feel like there's like something there. But look, there was a lot of concussion protocol, but then the because the NFL is a um business, they were like, "We can't every time a guy gets a concussion, give him two weeks off because no one would be playing. We wouldn't have players."
Well, that's why I don't understand why those ma those helmets aren't mandatory.
Well, apparently the helmets weren't even like helping that much, but I don't I don't know the the details. We'll have to double check. However, if you were one of these guys and all you know is football and they're like, "We're going to give you $30 million to play for the next 5 years, but you will have anger management and depression for the rest of your life." Which some would argue you have already.
I've dated a lot of guys, not in the NFL, and let me tell you, they could their anger has next level. Next freaking level. That is actually so embarrassing if you're a man going around with anger management and you weren't a professional football player. Did you see the Cardi B drama?
No. What's happening? I don't know if the news is real or not. No, that's the thing.
Were they com There's I don't know. Okay. Well, I actually she was my prediction for um I thought Bad Bunny was going to bring her out to sing. I don't know why I felt that in my gut cuz I was like, "Oh, she's probably she's going to be there.
I love her so much." Um but I love that it was Lady Gaga. I wonder if he'll he's going to open a club like or like get into night.
He seems busy. Yeah, he's busy. Do you realize he was like at the Grammys figuring out what the Super Bowl was going to be? Like he's mid tour right now also like these people's schedules. Side note, is Olivia Dean okay? Has anyone given her water?
Where is Shay? What's going on? All I know is all my friends who are like influencers and going to different events. Every single event Olivia Dean is performing. man I need and in a different dress looking gorgeous.
Mhm. Is she a robot? Yeah. Like she's in that point in her career where you know people are like we need to make money off her.
I just want to say I hope she's okay. Yeah. But she's young. Not to Yeah, she's young. She can
celebrities don't go to the hospital anymore for Austria. Remember that was like a real big thing.
Well, because millennials didn't know that we could Jenz it and be like actually I cancel the tour. So instead we just
going to ruin the tour. Instead we just go until you just have to go to the hospital.
As someone who went on one tour and I'm not kidding it. It changed my whole life. I thought of things so differently. I started medicine. I started, you know, really getting in touch with my inner self. I made so many business decisions in that tour that like just starting to come to fruition, which is we don't talk about ever,
like how transformative that tour was for our careers. It was, but you don't know it when you're in it.
You don't know it when you're in it. But so many things happen in those three months that like we haven't even been able to say yet. But that's just how long things take.
Look at you planting seeds. Well, that's another thing because you can't say certain things. Well, one, legally. I probably would get in trouble, but you can't say certain things because people's energy really is so real.
You're so LA right now. I love when you get like this. No, it is like you can't tell certain people things because for just as much as you manifest for yourself, they manifest your downfall. And you need to remember that.
Like you I know people like to say like, "Look, no one's going home and laying in bed at night thinking about me." I know for a fact people are going home and laying in bed at night thinking about me and how to sabotage me.
You know what I was thinking about with people who like wish bad upon you or who do things that are bad towards you?
That is karmically so bad for them. Like instead of me being like I just go like damn the karma's going to come around.
And you want to know why I believe that? Because there have been times where I've done things
and I'm like that felt bad. I probably shouldn't have done that. And then something will happen to me and I'll be like, I actually deserve that.
It's almost like a self-hate. Like if you try to hurt someone else, then you think, oh, it's going to come back around to me. And it does
cuz you're putting that energy into the world, the negativity. So anyway, we're scared. Okay. So, I can't stop thinking about a commercial I saw during the big game about the Pepsi paradox. Did you see that?
Yeah, I did. It's kind of crazy. It's about a phenomenon that when labels disappear, people prefer the taste of Pepsi Zero Sugar over Coke Zero Sugar. And it makes you think about like, do people just like things cuz they're trendy or popular?
Well, you've accused me of it. Um, but yes, because I think my number one example that I always think about is everyone loves matcha and I rather
I can't. It's cute in the Instagram story. It's green. It makes you look better than people because it's healthy.
Sorry, let me grab my brush really quick. Like, for what? That reminds me of how I want to de-influence people from doing the it girl Bob. Just cuz you see someone edited on Instagram looking hot in a bob doesn't mean you need to ruin your life. I don't have the jawline, right? And I never will.
And they did a blind taste test across the country and Pepsi Zero Sugar won literally everywhere.
In every city. Yeah, in every city. Oo, I love de-influencing and I love a game.
Okay, so we're going to do the Pepsi Zero Sugar challenge. Let's go. So, you open it up like this. Okay, guys. So, we can't see which one is which. I haven't been this excited in years. Oh, no. With my nails. I don't know if I can open this.
I can do it. That's what friends are for. Let's try We're gonna try the this on the on the right. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Which one do you like better? The one on the left. The one on the right is like a little bit too much.
The one on the left has like a sweetness to it. Yeah. But it's not like overwhelming.
Yeah. I'm like dying to know. Yeah. Pepsi. Wow. Pepsi Zero Sugar. Me too. Oh my god.
I'm actually like lowkey very shocked. It has the perfect level of crispiness. The results are in. Pepsi Zero Sugar tastes better.
Okay. So, go out and try Pepsi Zero Sugar today. Mhm. And do the Pepsi challenge yourself and let your taste decide.
Mhm. This segment was brought to you by Pepsi. Um, side note about doing stuff together. I didn't even talk about this. We did this project and they were like, "Okay, one of you has to have their hair down. One of you has to have their hair up." You went first and they were like, "Okay, you have your hair down." I come in all happy, innocent, so excited for a fun day at the job.
I forgot what I Okay, keep going. What was your perspective on it? I would have loved to know cuz I was fighting for my [ __ ] life.
Okay, look, let me just preface. We did this job and Hannah looked stunning coming out of the trailer. Like truly, they had her in like such a cute little outfit. I never see her hair in a ponytail and I'm like, "Oh my god." Like I looked a I did a double take cuz I'm just not used to seeing your hair like that. But I'm also like I'm a confident person, you know that. Like I think I have reverse bi dysmorphia. I think everyone's obsessed with me. And but the second I put my hair in a ponytail, I feel like an Amish boy. I don't like
the only time I've ever You're ever insecure about how you look. So inseure everyone's looking at me.
You look when I should have been insecure and I'm like the ponytail is the least of your problem.
A ponytail. It's so exposing. I feel like people can see every [ __ ] part of my face. And then also, there's something to be said about the shape of your head, where you put the ponytail. Like, I like it kind of high. And look, I want to be easy to work with. I want people to say, "Hannah was a joy."
An absolute pleasure. A pleasure. And that's all I can really bring. Right. It's really all we can bring. Because if you think we're showing up and we know what's we're supposed to do, you're wrong. No one's saying she she knew she did well. It's more the vibes are right. So I walk in, we're doing a ponytail. I said, "Okay."
And then she puts it lower than I like. Mhm. Mid head. Mid head, which I So front on. It's
Yes. scalped. And then And also I I don't have a wide top of my head, so it's hard to get. Long story short, I was scared.
Yeah. It's It's like my dentist's office. Like I was like, "This is bad." And then they're like, "And we are going to put this on camera. So, I walk out of the trailer
and Hannah goes to me. I'm just like, I really No, we're on set at this point. Like, we've walked to the set. Hannah's like, I'm just like, I'm kind of insecure. It's just like my hair's in a ponytail and like it's just like my head is shaped weird. And I
and I was like, I think my head is shaped like put my finger on it cuz I was like, something's [ __ ] off.
And I look at her and I go, "Bab, not your head. It's actually your ears." And I literally right when I said it, I was like, I thought that was going to help. And that actually is probably doing
by the way there's 17 people on set. That's actually probably doing tears. But actually in that moment I said thank you cuz people are gaslighting me being like no you look so good with your ponytail. No when I wear a ponytail.
Well honey that's also a quick fix. Like you could pin those back in one procedure.
This is my thing when I was little cuz I thought about it cuz I've been called elf ears before and you know it made me want
you. You used to put your hair behind your ears a lot when growing up. No. Oh, that would literally I'd be bullied. They called me legalist.
Oh, because usually like I feel like I've seen some girls where like they put their hair behind their ears so much that they made their ears jut out.
Oh, I did a lot of research in middle school. I was like, "Something's different."
But you know what? This is actually so cute. And I said this to myself when I was a teenager. I remember saying, and this is not desentering men. I'm so sorry. I didn't know what it was yet. But I said, "The man who falls in love with me is going to fall in love with me because of my unique ears. And I'm going to keep my ears the way they are. That's a really good message.
And Dez told me I should pin them back. I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding, Ethan. But um No. Yeah. And my ears, whenever I wear a hat with my in a ponytail, I always put the hat over my ears.
I have a lot of rules when it comes to the ears. But I mean, I'm perfect in every way. It's just like
people don't talk about when other people do your glam. The closest way I could describe it to make this a more relatable conversation is, and everyone will understand this, when you get your makeup and hair done.
Yeah. For a wedding. Yeah. And you you don't want to be difficult. Yeah. But you look in the mirror and who you don't know who that is.
Thought I was going to find my husband here. Not tonight. Certainly not at this wedding.
Suddenly they're putting mousse in it. Yeah. You've you've got waves you didn't even know you could have.
Mhm. But I feel like it's most people can relate to like having a hairstyle they feel more comfortable in. I do have to say you're kind of doing this off center.
Get me started on my hair. Are we feeling bad about it again? I just like the color like it only looks good curly now because the color is so insane on the top.
Are you doing a center part or a side part? What's happening here? I don't know.
And then you have fake glasses on but you don't want to put them on. Well, I could put them on but I just felt like it was like aggressive for the pot. It was aggressive for the podcast.
What am I, a guy recording the podcast? What am I like going to bring on an Only Fans model and act like Do you ever get those Tik Toks?
Oh, I have to I always press mute cuz I'll like throw my phone across the Sometimes I get on an algorithm and I'm like, where have I been that this has never come across my desk? And why are like why there eight women around a table talking to one guy who's like berating all of them? talking to one guy who's like never spoken to a woman before and is like telling them what he read online about women.
Wait, speaking of an algorithm that I was never on that I recently got on to was the raw milk.
Oh no, I don't know why. Wasn't there drama? So I was even I was late to like the whole ballerina farm. It was late to all the trad land with her. Let's actually give it a second. It might not land with her.
And so like I missed the bulk of it. But I just got on and realized that people have been drinking raw milk. And in my head I'm like I don't know what raw milk even means. Like in my head I was right out of the cow.
Yeah. I was like, "Oh, you live on a farm. You like I thought like, oh, you drink it warm." I actually dated a guy who lived on a dairy farm and there was all these there's a lot of rules with milk cuz you have to make sure you don't die.
There's a lot of rules for a reason. So apparently in some part of the country with the trad wives it's really it's like so like what is that show that was on Hulu?
Speaking Amish. No. What was that show that was like really scary that like could come true when it was
Handmaid's Tale? Yeah. It's getting the Handmaid's Tail a little bit. It's kind of autobiography.
Yeah. What's that show that's happening right now that we're living through? So, basically, these girls are like drinking raw milk, telling people to drink raw milk, and this doctor like made this Tik Tok and and she was like, "Hey, it's not safe because you don't realize how much bacteria is coming from the cow. And if you don't pasteurize it and do these c certain things, like you could get really sick and like you could die. Y
basically. Yeah. Like it's illegal in Canada to even sell raw milk. They're like, "Yeah, you freaks. It's 20."
I would honestly trust Canada cuz they have free healthcare. So they're not monetizing people getting sick. Whatever Canada's doing, let's keep an eye on.
Well, they're also just nice, you know? Like I trust them. Yeah, I trust them. Um,
and so this girl, this one girl was saying, um, so then I'm like on it and now I'm getting like all these videos and this other girl was saying like unless you live, she lived on a farm. Unless you live on a farm and you work with farm animals, you would have that certain bacteria and raw milk because like
there's E.coli in the dust and like so farmers are like a little bit more immune. It's like, okay, maybe if they drink raw milk once in a while, but like the average person who lives in like a city should not be drinking raw milk. And I'm like, wait, how is this such a big thing? And I had no idea about it.
Food trends just make me laugh so much cuz you know when we grew up and it was like no fat, low fat, no fat, and everything's like 100% fat.
I was just talking about this with one of my girlfriends. Do you remember the special K diet?
Oh my god, yeah, I do. Which geniuses? They were like, "She only eat my cereal."
My best friend from high school one time was so [ __ ] crazy about the special K diet and like she's like, "If I don't have special."
Also, no one knew what was in Special K. I did something. Speaking of milk, I got a protein shake this morning cuz I felt like I was the pillar of health in the community.
Another thing I don't trust, but keep going. But no, they're putting protein in your mayonnaise.
Yeah. So, if you see me at the airport after a weekend of tour, it's not a pretty sight. When I'm getting home after all the shows,
this is like the most embarrass thing I've done in public in a while. I get my protein shake
from where? Like a from the news. Yeah. And and I like a bottled Yes. A bottled one. Also, I got a magazine. I got Architectural Digest. I was like I was like so ready to just end the weekend and get home. And I open there's like a clasp outside the protein shake. And I open it and I'm like not really thinking and I'm assuming that there's like a little metal, you know,
spot thing like covering it that you have to open, you know. Okay. So I start shaking it.
Okay. There's no metal thing. It's just going all over. So I just opened my protein shake if you were watching. And I just threw it all over me, all over my luggage.
You're like, "That money was amazing. Pop bottles." Pop literally pop bottles on my architectural digest on me. And then you're like, "You don't have napkins near you." And then I'm like, "Do I have to carry all this protein soaked stuff?" So, I just waited for it to dry. And then I got home and Dez was like, "How are you?" I'm like, "I think I need to take a shower."
You just smell like milk, like vanilla. I would never even think to get a protein shake in like a
I get crazy. I told you I'm not crazy in the bedroom, but I'm crazy at a 7-Eleven.
Yeah. You'll like You're like, "What's up with this Frappuccino you guys sell?"
I get pizza at 7-Eleven. Okay, look. I get t There's at least at least once every like two months, I have to order at midnight from 7-Eleven and I have to get four taquitos.
Yes. And then I have to get like a chip situation. Slippery. It'll make me glow in the dark.
Yeah. And then I have to get like some type of crazy drink. I also think like if I'm going to get a stomach ache anyway, like go for it. Also, this is a very random thought. Do you remember like when we were watching TV growing up, there used to be more twins. There were the Sprouse twins. There was T and Tamara. There were the Olsen twins. Twins were hot. Twins were rampant. Twins were everywhere. Where did the twins go? Wait, why are there no twins on the television? Lindsay Lohan, fake twin.
Fake twin. Wait, speaking. Or are they twins and they're not telling us? And that's how Olivia Dean is actually doing all our performances.
Bring back famous twins. Famous twins. There's nothing I love more than like a midday pickme up. And I like to do that with a fun drink. And the chocolatecovered strawberry smoothie is back at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
I'm obsessed with this. It's for a limited time, so run. It's a Valentine's Day favorite. Also, people don't talk enough about combining the fruit with chocolate in a smoothie is so good cuz I don't like it sometimes too fruity or too chocolateaty. I want it mixed. I want the best of both worlds.
Well, I always feel like when I h when I get a smoothie, I like have to be like I have to have a banana and I have to have blueberries and it's like no, I really want chocolate in it.
I do feel like adding the strawberry makes it feel still like light and sippable. Like it's never too heavy. the tropical smoothies. It's always like the perfect amount.
And it's um dark chocolate, strawberries, white chocolate, banana, and non-fat yogurt.
H so perfect. So good. And honestly, I like to have it in the morning. I like to have it at night as a dessert. Maybe I have a little between lunch and dinner smoothie. Keep me going midday. Look, there's no rules.

Speaking of AI, yeah, there's a documentary on Netflix that I watched the other morning. It's called uh I don't know what it's called, but but it it might be the girl's name. It's called Lucy Lety. Did you watch it?
Oh my god, it's really disturbing. It's really disturbing. Yeah. Like be mentally prepared.
You want to know? One of the most disturbing parts of it in my perspective was the AI actors.
Oh yeah. Well, it said like rendering. It was like, "Oh, we don't these people don't want to show what they really look like or sound like." Totally fine.
Put in an Put in an actress. Yeah. Like the AI. I was like, "No, this looks like I'm watching like a Sims show."
Distracting. It was extremely distracting and like uncomfortable. I'd rather a scary guy being like and
or I'd rather it be like a girl re reading like an account from someone else like okay this is what they said and like or if it was like someone that looked like that person or was an actress and like legitimately pretended to be that person like this is what happened to my baby like doing it in AI. I I really didn't like it.
The whole thing is very disturbing. It's basically about accusing a killer nurse.
Yeah. Do you think she did it? Did you get British when you said that to me? I did. Actually,
I honestly didn't. I like this. The thing with documentaries. Yeah. They show you what you want to see. So like immediately they can make you think she was guilty and then immediately they can make me think that she's not. The jarring evidence was that she was there for every single murder or death and then when they took her off it stopped.
But then people were saying that there was always I don't know like I don't have enough information. They really screwed me up and at the end I was like I looked online for like a second and I got more confused.
One of the things that made me a little weary is like when you when someone crazy does something crazy you're like well yeah they're crazy. like that's a crazy person. Like you couldn't tell me anything about anyone that I deem crazy that would like shock me. I'm like, "Yeah, he's always been like that. He's a psycho." But what with her, the thing that I found so fascinating was her friend, her like nurse friend that went all through school with her was like, "No, no, this is not her." Like there's no signs. There was nothing in her childhood that was like she hurt animals or like she was like weird and did this.
Like it wasn't like she did anything and like escalated. Well, you know, it's crazy. Early on, I did say this woman didn't do it.
Yeah. Do you know why? Why? Cuz the police come over. They said, "Lucy, you're arrested."
And she says, "Can I say bye to my cat?" Yeah. And I said, "She's not a serial killer. She's not." And she picks up the cat. And then I got emotional. She picks up the cat. She kisses the cat. Serial killers are known to hurt animals.
And I Are you crying? No. But like then it makes me cuz then I'm like okay but then think of the parents whose babies died. There were so many coincidences.
I know. I know. And then they saw a journal which apparently she was in therapy and the therapist was telling her to just write all her intrusive thoughts and they tried to use that against her as evidence where she was like she said stuff like I'm
I did it. I did it. She basically wrote it all out. But then she was like, I feel responsible.
I felt like everyone was blaming me and I felt like I was evil and I was a bad person that people thought it was me kind of thing.
Two things I felt like they should have looked into more. Sometimes you get into work environments and it can get diabolical and people will literally do things that you would never believe that a human is capable of. The fact that she had so many problems with the other nurses being mean to her. something didn't sit right there.
This When do nurses have the time to be mean while they're like saving lives? Yeah. So, I thought that was like interesting. Not that I think that someone would like people would try and like conspire against her to be like a murderer, but like people do crazy things.
Crazy. Anyway, so that was like on the light end. And then I watched Oh, I watched a documentary about a a chess player.
You know, I think I and I scrolled. See that? I was jacked up by that. A man in Hungary, everyone sit down for this beautiful story. A man in Hungary and it was like communist Hungary and they were so poor and he was like, I have to get out of this life and he read all these books on geniuses and he realized I can create a genius. So he has three daughters basically like as an experiment and decides if I train them for like six hours a day in something specific they will become a genius at it.
Uh I mean yeah he decides Williams he decides chess cuz it's the cheapest thing.
Mhm. And what I loved about it is that at the time there were no chess players who were women and it was like a real boys club.
It's like the real Queen's Gambit. Like I don't it it it seems similar but I don't think it was the same but it was the concept of like it really reminded me of standup comedy where everyone's all the men it was like the 70s and the men were like yeah women aren't as smart. Yeah,
they said women get too reactive. They don't know how to play aggressive enough. They freak out when they get attacked. Like all these stereotypes and it made me realize like also it's a boys club. Like what woman sees that and goes, "Yeah, I'd love to join in and play with them." And that's how a lot of women feel with standup like, "Yeah, I'd love to go to that bar and take the mic with all these men just [ __ ] hating on me." Yeah.
So, one of they all get really good. They end up winning gold for women and then one of them excels and beats all the boys
and it was iconic and she got became top 10 in like the world of all chess. Wait, speaking of um winning gold, are you watching the Olympics?
I watched a little bit of the ice skating, but it gives me a lot of anxiety. Okay. Well, did you There's a documentary on Netflix that I watched. It was like three episodes about the figure skating uh couples.
Oh, yeah. And now they are like competing which actually I think I missed it. I think the one couple might
I don't know what anything is besides the point. Did you see the Lindsy Vaughn stuff?
I didn't see the fall because I actually would couldn't wouldn't be able to handle it emotionally cuz I'm so I'm such an empath.
I was like I need to see it immediately. Lindon's a hero. Lindon's incredible. Well, this is the thing. The way she was airlifted was the same way I was airlifted when I hurt my pinky. So, let's just all remember that. Um, you can die skiing. Like all these winter sports, you can die. That's why I don't like watching it. Every time someone goes down, I'm like, and they're going to crack their head open.
I think I was also unfamiliar with how fast 100 miles hour. I was like, wait, does that say 93? Like
it's also like she's like the basically the most famous person in the Winter Olympics. So like I couldn't Well, that's the other thing. I'm People were like, "Well, this is her last Olympics and like maybe she feels like she's like falling off a little bit." And I'm like, "Gun to my head. If someone said, "Name another person that skis in the Olympics, I would die because I have no [ __ ] idea other than her." And also, Lindsay, this is her life being a champion, and she wanted to just go down the mountain
however she could. However she could. And I have to tell you guys, no, I give her a lot of credit for even having the courage to do that because I mean surely
I would have just rolled down in my butt. Surely she broke the other leg, right? I mean,
yeah. But I'm proud of her for like that's what she wanted to do. She wanted to go out trying and we can all learn from that.
Yeah. Yeah. But there are two types of people in this world. People who like roller coasters and people who don't. I don't.
I don't. No, I'll do a water ride. I'll do like that spin cup thing. See, I would never do the spin cup.
Like, you can convince me. I can't. I'd rather do a roller coaster than anything that spins. Do you remember?
Do you remember they used to have that ride where you like you would spin and you would and it would spin so fast that you would stick to the [ __ ] wall?
Yes. Wait, that was crazy. I could remember being like five being like, "This is not regulated." Like I was literally a Karen at five years old being like I don't think this looks right.
Were flying in the air. They had to shut it down. I think a kid [ __ ] literally did die.
So wait, so if we were to do like a show like Traitors, you know how they do Would you rather like um a crazy rowing and running up a mountain or
where they put roaches on your hand and stuff? Oh, for [ __ ] sake. Like they pour roaches on you,
you know? I would think that I I want to say that I could do the roaches, but when we went to that like where did we go? That alligator place, I was like, "Yeah, I don't like even being near them." Here's the only thing I couldn't do, and this is the only thing where I'd have to go in being like
not my forte. Don't pick me for this challenge. I can't eat anything gross. Like, I'm throwing up. Like, I'm I could my gag. I could throw up just thinking about it. But you know what I forget
is there is the element of there's a camera on you. Totally. And I I used to watch shows being like, "How's this person crying?" or "How are they getting?" So when there's a camera on you and a producer in your ear, you do [ __ ] you would never do. Like I could see myself there and there's a cockroach and they're like, "Hannah,
if you eat this cockroach, you're going to inspire women and then everyone's going to think you're incredibly strong and I'm going to be like, "Let's do it." And next thing you know, you're projectile puking on TV. Do you remember that one time on Summer House that they made us do trapeze and I was like really
I was really I was like I can't do this. I'm going to cry and if I break my neck my mom's going to kill me.
And then it never Well, my hands my palms get too sweaty as you guys know. So I was like getting it but I couldn't catch it cuz my palms were too sweaty. But that was really scary.
That was crazy. Well, we're just we're just experimental rats. We were just kids. We were kids. We didn't know. I was wearing a one piece. Who has I to say now?
You're literal children. No. Back to the segment of my uh weekly tuning forks. Oh, I have gotten inundated with DMs from the gigglers.
Well, you like begged for it. No, I begged for it. You were like, "Give me a sunjon, please."
And the girls were like, "I have a tuning fork." I didn't say anything. Like, I do sound baths all the time. And then I have this masseuse. I don't even want to call her a masseuse because she's so much more than that.
She Yeah. No, she's an artist. She does like um I don't know if there's a specific name for it, but like
she does massages in the way of like do you have trauma? Cuz I can feel it. And let me get it out. Like in that sense,
she's transformative. I really I like can't say enough things about your body shaman.
No, she's literally my body shaman. And I've only met her I've only been in contact with her for like the past six months.
Where was most of your trauma? My lower back and my shoulders. Mhm. Anyho, she I like converted her to being a giggler and she texted me and she was like, "Two things I want to say to you. One, I can help you with like your Botox and I can do like different massages on your face. And two, I'm obsessed with tuning forks. They're actually so good. Like, if you stay consistent."
Did she say anything about my trauma that she noticed? You're going to have to do a session.
She goes, "And work for free. We're going to have to block off a 6-hour a day. No, you really should go to her.
I am due for a psychic. I actually She's not a psychic. Well, I But you are due for a psychic.
I am due. You know, I actually had one set and she rescheduled on me. I wonder if she was like, I don't like the energy.
She's like, I'm actually not going to tell her that. So, maybe we just like skip.
You like every six months, right? if I'm having a rough go of it. No, I usually do like once a year is like I do like a big one the top of the year when every year around my birthday is when I start like
being reflective and stuff and getting in your head too much. Um I did get some say overthinking and I'd actually like to say maybe I'm just thinking the normal amount and everyone else isn't thinking enough. Like I feel like sometimes like Tik Tok and social media has been is like you have ADHD and you have depression and you have and totally you could but sometimes when it comes to overthinking I'm like maybe maybe you should just think more you know like the rest of us are out here thinking and you think you're overthinking but you're not.
But this is my thing. Happiness involves being in the moment which involves not thinking. And ask your tuning force
what they think. I'll get back to you on that one. I'll actually get back to you.
Um, I did get a really funny DM. Plenty of things I've been in the moment for and I've wanted to off myself. Okay.
I did get a funny DM about um, have you heard about hot people phobia? Like when someone's too good-looking, you you're like act you can't look at them. Like you're like terrified.
Yeah. And like I've felt that before. I've felt that before. People with blue eyes.
I don't like that. I mean, I love it, but like I'll get terrified. A man whose jaw is too strong. I get I get uncomfortable.
Um, I'm trying to think like is there's a situation where I've been like I'm not trying to be like hot people have it so hard, but like it is hard to look at them.
I think my thing is there's been like hot men where I'm like, you know, you're goodlooking
and like that makes me feel awkward around you. Yeah, cuz honestly that's for girls to be
and it's more like that vibe where I'm like I can't look at you because like you want people to look at you where if it's like a girl and she's really hot it I'm more like oh my god you're like really pretty.
I got pissed off cuz someone posted a tweet like don't you love like a silly man with a big nose? And I'm like why can't we say don't you love a silly girl with a big nose?
Yeah. Well no cuz women No. No. Not allowed. No no no. Honestly, one of my biggest like realizations of that in my 30s was like I feel like I've made my whole personality that like I I didn't get Botox and like I'm waiting to get Botox.
My whole personality is I'm waiting. And then all of a sudden I got it and people were like she actually is like wow like she's done so much plastic surgery.
I did there is a post that I keep getting for some reason showing like a before and after of you with Botox when the after is not with you with Botox. It's before you with Botox.
It's before the picture is before me with Botox. Look at what Botox does. They're 10 years apart. The pictures are literally a solid 8 to nine years apart.
But could you imagine a bunch of guys sitting around being like, I just want to meet a silly girl with like a unique nose. Like that would really
Well, no, because it's that's what I need. Where women like if you're an unattractive guy, we actually probably like you more, you know?
Yeah. Except when you give an unattractive guy a new sense of confidence and then that could
that could cause violence. Honestly, the majority of my early 20s. I do think though for the girls out there who like good-looking men, don't be afraid to talk to them because I heard that
we both crossed our arms and I don't like that energy. I think it's cuz we're talking about good-looking men and
we're very we're like and don't look at me. Don't look at me. Um, a lot of good-looking men are insecure. What did you think of Bad Bunny's outfit?
Incredible. I would wear it. I'd wear it tomorrow. I loved the um like aesthetic of like everyone in like ivory and like khaki. I like that he was in all white. Like I love an all-white moment.
I do have to say the aura of that man is crazy because for you to perform with like a hundred people around you and you still cannot take your eyes off him,
like he could have easily gotten lost in all the hoopla. Wait, we didn't even talk about um Charlie Puth did the beginning.
My ex. Yeah. And I'm not like a, you know me, I'm not turned on by a musician. If anything, I'm like re like I don't like it. Bad Bunny is different.
It reminds me of the swag gap chat with couples. Have you heard of this? Pardon?
How like couples should not have a swag gap. Like whatever his swag is, your swag should match. Like no, not one person shouldn't be way cooler than the other.
What I'm obsessed with doing in my shows is cuz like a lot more men have been coming like boyfriends and stuff.
And I love it cuz I'm like they're forced to listen to a woman without interrupting for the longest they've ever done it for.
They have to listen for a full hour and it's like iconic. It's powerful. You have to find a quiet quiet man.
No, truly. That was my only requirement. I was like, "Does he shut the [ __ ] up?" Perfect.
I had a quiet man spree. I loved a shy man for a while. Yeah, I'm in it right now. I love it.
I'm not like I haven't heard from him in 3 days. Is he still in the room? I love it. It's the best.
Well, let's Okay, let's shout out to quiet men. It's security when a man's quiet
and I feel most comfortable like being quiet. Wait, let's end on this. I really liked that actor in 10 Things I Hate About You, but not Heath Ledger. Like the other guy that was in it.
Yeah. Whatever. A bunch of gigglers were DMing me and they're like, "Oh my god, I used to love him, too. Look at this video that like and there's like rumors that he's like in a cult, but he's like denied it." But I'm like, "No, but that's what happens when you're a cult." If you have to deny if you have to deny that you're in a cult, you're in a cult. Shawn Mendes,
how did we get here? Thank you so much for giggling with us. We love you so much and we'll talk to you later this week.
