your journey in 2026 right around the corner. It's about to start and this is the time of the year where I start really paying attention as I wrap up one year and move into the next. I'm standing out here this morning early. Sun just came up and I'm remembering doing this oh 40 years ago. This was my ritual. I would come out wish hope manifest firm my dreams and start working on what little Grant Cardone could do to become successful to one day maybe own a home or a business. I had nothing, man. I was broke in a sales job, stuck in a sales job, but I had all these dreams and ideas that one day I'd live in a place like like my home today in Golden Beach, Florida.
Look, I'm here to help you guys. I want to help you. I want to help your business. I want to help your family grow and have freedom and time and peace and tranquility. It's never been about money for me, just money. I use the money to measure because I can measure something. I can manage it. And obviously, I wanted nice things. Who doesn't? 2026, I want nicer things than I had in 2025. I want my family to have nice things. mostly the things that that you can't touch and feel, but that you know give you certainty and security.
If you're a business owner, CEO, VP of a company, you're upper level management and you want to grow your business in 2026 or you're a soloreneur or maybe you're just getting into business and you want to figure out, hey, how do I actually have what other people have? I'm not some phenomenon, okay? I'm not some special person, I'm telling you, at all. No special intelligence, no special skills. I do have a big appetite. I have an appetite to be great, to feel good about myself, to do good things and help a lot of people. You know, when I was a kid, when I was a young kid, 8 n 10 years old, I wanted the attention of my father and I couldn't get it cuz he was so busy working trying to take care of the family. Then he died at 10. Now I can't get his attention at all.
So, and I wanted it. How you doing? How's it going, guys? Morning. You know, now now today I've helped millions of people in business, millions of entrepreneurs start, millions of business owners around the around the globe take their businesses and 10x them, 100x them, thousandx them. For real, I'm going to be doing an event in Phoenix. When is it? Uh there's three days in Phoenix. I want you to come. I want you to come and start rebuilding, reshaping your life, your business, your goals, so that you can have everything you want.
You want to be on the beach? Good. You want an island? Let's go. Let's go get it. Let's work on building the business that you need to get the beach or the island or the house or the freedom or the plane, the whatever it is you want. It's available. You know, there's so much available out there. It's endless and infinite. And there doesn't have to be any losers, by the way. You can have something and everybody around you can win as well. It's not a zero sum game. It's a everybody can win game. So, I want to help you. I'm going to be sharing with you seven things that I've done in my business over the last 40 years that helped me get where I'm at. And I'm going to share with you the mistakes that I've made that cost me not just money, but cost me time and mostly anxiety and stress that I do not want in my life.
I'm going to share with you how I wake up every day, what I do, how I start my day, how I work my day out, how do I manage five or six businesses, a family office, 14,000 units, $700 million in revenue, not knowing any of this stuff. I didn't go to school to learn this stuff. How did I get it? How did I keep it? I'm going to share with you seven things that I do on a daily basis to make sure this wheel of success continues. I don't want to give it up. First, I want to get it. In the beginning, you want to get it. Okay? Then you want to keep it. And then once you're like, "Okay, I think I can keep all this. I want to start manifesting more of it." So those people that I don't know know me.
And maybe I helped them. Maybe I did it. I don't want them to know me to know me. I want them to know me cuz I helped them. Dude, I want some free time. How many of you like to have some free time? Spend more time with your family. That's what I want. Or to take care of your physical body. I'm going to get in the best shape of my life in 2026. What are you going to do? I'm going to get my finances in the best shape of their life in 2026. I'm going to make sure every one of my businesses or divisions are pumping. I want every graph up this year. I have strategies to do that. Both my health, my family, and my business.
How can I expand them all? All all also this year want to start two new businesses, two new divisions. And why am I telling you all this? Because this is how you should be thinking. This is part of those seven steps. It's the targets. The first thing that you have to do is get the targets right because if you don't get the targets right, you're not going to do any of the work necessary to hit any of the targets because the targets are so small. I'm telling you, promise you the number one biggest mistake that I see people making, I've worked with millions of people, folks, without exaggeration.
And I'm not working with people to get them motivated. These people are already motivated. I'm working with these people because they want to change a number, some number, some graph in their life they're trying to change. It could be their income. It could be their uh the number of employees. It could be the number of customers. It could be the number of things shipped out so that by the way all their motivation is so that their life can be better, not so they can have more money. Okay? Nobody really wants more money for the sake of more money. People want more money because it gets them something that they didn't have.
Okay? Uh some kind of security they didn't have. Uh maybe some more time with their family that they didn't have. Ways to do things with their family they didn't have. Or maybe they can hire new people so they can scale their business. One of the steps, by the way, is how to scale that we'll be sharing in Phoenix. I hope you take time to come. I'm telling you, you you're on YouTube. You're seeing this video. Maybe it was an ad and you're like, "Why would this guy even do this? There's $5 billion of real estate under my management. 5.3.
We have five businesses that accumulated $700 million in revenue last year." And why am I doing this? Because the government can't and won't. And schools will never get there. And I can because I've done it. And we're doing it. And I'm telling you in real time what's working with our marketing. If you don't market, nobody knows you. If nobody knows you, nobody flows you. Nobody flows you. The income stops. The income stops, you quit hiring people. You quit hiring people, my business gets bad, too, right? Because the economy gets bad. It's a wheel, the will of success.
So, you have to learn how to market. You have to become a marketing genius. I'm telling you, you cannot delegate this. You can't give it to a company. The number one job of the CEO at your company, the owner, the boss, you is to market yourself. To market yourself through success. I recently got rid of somebody in my my company. Uh God did a decent job. He's like, "Why are you getting rid of me?" I said, "Cuz you didn't do an exceptional job, bro." He's like, "Yeah, but I did this and this and this. I paid you to do those things."
And the problem is you've had so much turnover in your department that you're just giving me problems constantly. I don't want the turnover in that department. I want to know who's in this division. I want to walk in and recognize their faces and not walk in and say, "I'm not going to even learn their name because they won't be here long enough." Okay? You're losing people. Okay? So, I don't want to do that anymore. I've did it three years with this guy. I don't want to do it anymore. Now, that's a step. That's part of the success wheel. You have to know when to get rid of people. You also have to know how to bring people into your organization through your marketing.
Marketing is not just for sales. It's for marketing to people and internally to make sure your people are excited and building a a strong co culture that's excited about your business. Look, we do business in real estate personally. have a real estate division, a health division, an education division, a wealth division where we basically manage other people's money. Uh, what else do we have? Yeah, I think I got it all. And a consulting company. Yeah, I knew I was missing something. A consulting company where we work inside businesses. About 1,500 businesses a year hire us to actually get in their books.
Now, those 1500 companies represent everything from dental to chiropractor, roofing HVAC engineers, um, cyber security, agriculture, farmland. I mean, I could just go on and on forever. Probably there's probably list of a hundred different se uh segments of society that we work with. solarpreneurs coaches uh I don't want to repeat myself here, but you get the point. Lawyers, like a lot of people across the board, people that are selling tangibles and intangibles finance medical. The point I'm making is this. All of them have families. Every one of them have families. Every one of them that wants more time with their family. Every one of them wants their their health, their bodies. They're worried about are are they going to die early or are they going to live too long and not be healthy? Like I worry I I you know I work on my health every day. I'm 67 years old. I'm in the best shape of my
life. I'm going to get in better shape this year. How do you do that? You do that because you have a commitment. You make the time. You have a target. You actually market that self to yourself and others around you so you have other people to hold you accountable. That's the purpose of the marketing. And then you measure whether there's success or not. If there's no success, like losing losing 3 ounces isn't going to get anybody excited. You'll quit the diet. [snorts] But if you knew you could get in your ideal weight, ideal shape, perfect. Where you looked in a mirror and you were excited. You take off your shirt and you're like, "Damn, I look good." See, if you could get to that place, you would do it. Same with money.
Same with your marriage. Same with your kids. I homeschool both our kids. I've been married 23 years. Like, you can have it all. I'm telling you, you can have it all. And but you need you need a you need a you you need a system. You need a strategy to calm the environment down so you're not just like, uh, I got to go sell something. Uh, I got to go market something. No, it needs to be a system so that you can turn things over to other people. So you can have time with your wife or husband. You can have time with your kids. Different by the way, different time.
And you can have time with yourself. Okay? You can have time with yourself. And you can also have time doing the things that are important to you, like the 12 minutes I'm spending with you right now. Really, really important to me. I can't tell you. My wife cannot give me this. My kids cannot give me this. Uh, none of my friends can give me what I'm giving you right now. I will never meet most of you. I'll meet some of you in Phoenix in January, just around the corner, by the way. Great way to start the year. I'll meet some of you. I'll get to know some of you really, really well because you'll start working long term with us. Um, but most of you I'll never meet. I know I still made a contribution. This 12 minutes I spent with you was better than you watching uh Fox News or CNN or getting on spaces and on X and hearing people talk about silver's going through the roof and the world is going to collapse
and the US dollar is going to go to zero. No, none of that's going to happen, folks. Only thing you should be focused on right now is you. You, not your family right now. You. Let's get you in the best shape of your life first. Then we move to the family through the business. Let's get that business healthy. Let's get the income healthy. Let's get the surpluses. Let's get Let's get Let's get uh abundance overflow cup overflowth. Why not? There's $400 trillion of real estate property on planet Earth. There's $130 trillion of stocks. There's $160 trillion treasury bills. There's probably $80 trillion dollars of cash sitting around.
There's what? $30 trillion dollars of gold,$20 trillion dollars of silver, endless amounts of oil, gas. It's crazy, man. You can have anything you want is my point. Okay, come join me for three days in Phoenix and we're going to manifest. We're going to manifest the targets, big giant targets, and then we're going to put a system together to ensure that you get them. Okay? If you come to Phoenix, I want to meet you. If you don't come to Phoenix, I want to meet you. I do. I want to meet you. I want to hear about your journey. I want to hear about what you're doing. Okay? If you're already doing $10 million a year, let's go to 100. If you're doing if you're doing a hundred grand, let's go to a million. If you're doing zero, well, let's figure out where to start.
So, we we you can get started just like I did when I was 25 years old. I got started. I was broke. I was sub zero. 40,000 in the hole and a terrible drug addiction. My reputation had been ruined because I was a drug addict and I put all that back together. Okay? Took me 20 years to really start like 20 years. I didn't know what I was doing. No systems, no mentors, uh there was none of these videos. There was no internet. It took me 20 years to figure out what I was doing wrong because I was so dumb. I was making money. I was making a little bit of money.
It only took me about 3 months to start making a little dribble. About 90 days, I started getting a little money. That gave me a little hope. Got in business four years later, started my own company because I got fired. Took me 13 months to start making any money in that company. Didn't have a mentor, didn't have a system, didn't know what I was doing. Just trial and error, getting up, waking up like most people, trying, going out there, stumbling into And then I started to get my groove on at three years. I'm 31 years old. I'm starting to get the groove. I'm starting to figure it out. I actually hired a mentor at the time, guy named Jim Rose.
Jim helped me in Houston a couple times. I paid him a little bit. I don't even remember what I paid him. It was negligible to look at some presentations I was doing that weren't working. He helped me, told me a couple things I could do to tweak. Bang, it hit. Started making money and I quit getting coaching and I quit reaching out to Jim and um what happened was my I flatlined, started looking for help again. Met a guy named Bob. Bob said, "Hey, I want to do something with you. You got some talent. I like your product. I like your service. We can scale this." He got involved with me. Bang. My numbers went up again. Okay. And then I flatlined. I guess I'm six or seven years into the deal. Started getting bored with my business. Started feeling burned out.
You're going to go through all this, folks. These are break points. These are actual measurable scientific points called break points that you will have to move through. Fast forward 52 years old. Dude, I had the right motivation, the right strategies. I finally had a system. thing. I've made all my money in the last 10 years. The money I made in my life, the first, let's see, 25 to 51, 26, first 26 years, negligible money. I was living a good life. Negligible. Okay. Last 10 years, crazy. Insane amounts of money. More money than I ever dreamed I would ever make. I have been manifesting, writing affirmations, postulates, goals for 20 47 years. I've been writ I've been doing this since I was like 22 years old. Okay, writing my goalless down 20 20 years old. And I can just tell you guys, okay, I have exceeded every goal I have ever written down. Every one of them. And it's insane to me when somebody says they can't have
something. I'm like, that is crazy, dude. You can have anything you want. Okay, you need a system, though. Got to get a system. Got to have somebody hold you accountable. Got to have big targets. You're going to have to market the target. You're going to create leads. People going to be interested in what you're what you're saying. No matter what you're saying, you could literally say something foul and profound, terri terribly profound and ugly and somebody want to buy that product. Okay? If you market it up, you're going to get leads. Somebody's got to manage those leads. Somebody's going have to convert that lead to a sale so that you can stay in business.
That sale is then going to be scalable. We got to manage money. I'm going to show you how to do all this in a simple It's simple as f. Okay. I hope you can join me. They'll put a link below. Uh dude, guess what the price of the seat is? It's insane. Check it out. It's Well, we just check it out. Okay.
