oh what up check check check in that mic check check checking that mic mic all right what up everybody stream number six what's up uh it's me I'm Drew um we're going to get streaming here so I said last time I was going to talk about this every time but uh this is what I see as a way for us to uh for for you guys to support the channel if you're watching um please Super Chat super thanks stuff like that because I would rather give you something for your money like streams that are hopefully fun rather than just ask for money through like a Kickstarter or something like that that's my that's my pitch all right let's get going hey thanks man that yeah that or or whoever you are um that is an original song that I wrote for I can't remember if I wrote it for a short or what but I just like expanded it into a little song All right so I'm going to start out again with uh recommendations like I did
last time so first up oh there we go um podcast So I listened to a ton of horror podcasts I actually was recommended this podcast by viewers of doors although I had already heard the first like five or so episodes of this before I even made doors um and dude no I appreciate it thank you so much um give what you can if you can that's totally fine um just tuning in helps and uh we do get revenue from the stream uh from our videos it's just negligible cuz YouTube is a little stingy with that stuff with ADD revenue and stuff like that so even if you can't give anything just giving your views is enough thank you so much though um anyway so yeah the Magnus archives so people had recommended I listen to this um or uh had compared doors to this podcast to elements of this podcast before ID actually D dived Dove that deep into it so it was not an influence on doors but now that I'm about 40 episodes in I see what people
are talking about there's a lot of similarities um with the uh story element inside the Magnus archives called the spiral um so if you haven't heard it I actually recommend skipping ahead to um a certain episode that I recently sent to a friend so it should be easy to find um but skip ahead to an episode called Killing Floor episode number 30 and then if you like that go back because there are certain connective tissue between episodes but it's really like an anthology Series so basically uh it's somebody like going through these old tapes or uh going through these old accounts of uh Supernatural occurrences uh at a facility called the Magnus archives or the Magnus Institute and it's kind of like the X Files in podcast form uh but pretty much strictly horror uh second recommendation check out some Hammer horror movies uh I have I haven't watched a new horror movie in the last week I've just been watching a lot of
old stuff and I watched um the house that dripped blood starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee a few other cool people um denholm Elliot from Raiders of the Lost Arc he's the uh the guy who works at uh at the uh College where Indiana Jones Works in Raiders of the Lost Arc he's in the first segment um anyway yeah check out Hammer horror these are like Gothic horror movies a lot of Dracula movies a lot of uh Frank Stein movie stuff like that I think uh probably archive 88 uh we got a question from uh one of our viewers uh I think archive 88 actually came before the Magnus archives if I'm not mistaken I tried listening to Archive 88 and it was a little too drifty for my taste it didn't it didn't really cut to the the good stuff uh as much as I would like um I tried watching the show as well and there was good stuff in it but I didn't stick with it but yeah Magnus archives if you haven't heard it and you have
heard archive 88 you you'd get it you know Magnus is very similar in a certain way uh there's a lot of podcasts a lot of horror podcasts where the format is somebody going through old files or old tapes that they found like cassette tapes and stuff and you're just hearing these like case files or like kind of like True Crime but supernatural horror that kind of thing that's sort of what Arch Magnus archives is uh so hammer horror yeah check those out Gothic horror movies spooky castles Christopher Lee being a vampire Peter Cushing usually being a Vampire killer it's great stuff especially as we're getting a little bit closer to Halloween it's not even close to Halloween but for someone like me it's getting there there's there's Halloween decorations in the stores and stuff yeah check out Magnus archives and then uh a movie this is like an underrated movie I think some people who uh um watch like analog
horror and stuff might have already seen this because it is it's got a similar flavor to a lot of analog Horrors called Banshee chapter it is an independent movie produced I think in 2007 or 2008 um lowbudget but they do a lot with their budget um there is one name actor in it um the guy who plays Buffalo Bill and Silence of the Lambs whose name is escaping me right now um but he plays kind of like a Hunter S Thompson sort of journalist I believe or maybe a scientist I can't remember anyway it's uh someone tracking down these ghost signals that come through shortwave radios they call them Banshee chapters or maybe that's one of them uh I forget what they call the signals but they're trying to there's this mystery this real life mystery where these these ghost signals being broadcast from various places around the United States through shortwave radio and uh one of them I think is called
Banshee chapter and they track it down and uh it's super mysterious it's got a lot of found footage elements but it's not found footage in and of itself uh super scary really great like I can't say too much but really great like well-designed scares and it's just really creative it has a creepy postive feel it has a you know internet horror feel to it Ted livine yes thank you I can't say his line from Silence of the lamps I'll get demonetized um yeah so those are my recommendations I'll watch more horror for next week and then give you some new stuff but let's get gaming um so I actually bought three games this week because it's much more like or much less likely to get demonetized through music in the games if I get them through Steam because they have their own uh copyright system so we're going to start out with fears to fathom and I've seen people I've seen that people have played this a
lot a lot of big streamers and stuff um I've never played this I think I've seen like four minutes of of this game being played um I should have tested this out ahead of time but I didn't uh Mara I have not seen um that looks great though that's on my list I don't know why I haven't watched it I just haven't um and then there we go yeah cool uh smile yes smile is good it is not the most original story um it has some good scares unfortunately the best scare in that movie was given away in the trailer where the girl's head Turns Upside down it's pretty great um but I did like smile that's the kind of movie I like lot I don't know kind of Jore um somebody going on a journey to find out the source of this haunting that's kind of infecting different people like it follows as well as kind of like a modern example of like a j modern American J horror sort of style story to use alliteration there all right let's get this
going so this one was free but uh the other ones I know are not free so hopefully is good and I can play the rest of them om Maro was free yeah um yeah modern trailers are not uh very good they just give away the entire movie hoping you that will sell you to see it I didn't want to put this on Reddit just for it to be called piece of fiction I don't even know where to start all right I got to get my character voice excuse my lack of good storytelling
skills I guess I'll just start okay let's get on with it not how I would write a creepy pasta if you know what I mean I wrote a creepy pasta It's on Reddit it's called uh we were driving through Colorado when we entered a tunnel that's the whole title it was the middle of summer my parents had left for that weekend for due to a work trip which I meant was all which meant I was all by myself for the weekend also I feel like I have I do have to mention that my sleep schedule was really messed up around this time I would sleep and get up at just about any time of day okay though I did plan on fixing that yeah hard to do though for me it's caffeine I drink too much caffeine I can't sleep and then do the same thing the next day oh we're wigging out with the Sensitivity I woke up around 8 after a nap that evening if you nap in the evening your day is over okay sensitivity is not that bad okay cool there's a lot
of interaction I can do I can maybe not run can I run yeah I can run a little bit light switch nope door yes let me turn the volume up for y'all since it sounds like there's not actually music in this from mom dad and I may be back Sunday evening why are you being so paranoid mom Mom I'm 14 think I'm going to take a little nap probably order some pizza yes no need to order anything already made lasani for you this morning check the fridge okay it's kind of cool uh how's Cam yeah crap I totally forgot probably going to do tonight L same my parents are out for the night want to come over we can play Mario Kart too I'll let you know okay call Josh too I can't promise my may have plans with that do I need to read all of this yo yo okay there is a scorned lover element there and they're going to be back on Monday and I am allowed to ask Mason and Josh over okay how do I get out of this there we
