he wrote a book The Fire is for you and this book is about a story um it was November 14th 2022 that uh he had a stroke in aneurysm and four days later thank God he lived with 50 to 60% of people with this aneurism pass away his wife Natalie was there for it uh dropped you were dropping grapes we're gonna go into the story but half of it Scriptures but it's really easy to follow and it's a story of a miracle and uh even when you think going through the fire through the fire through the uh Peaks and valleys we walk through the valleys not to the valley so uh Travis it's a pleasure to have you here uh I'm a man of God a man of Jesus and um we got baptized at your church you know one of the things I love about going to your church is we walk out feeling good not guilty we walk out feeling like inspired to help others not like not like some churches that I've been to so it's it's really cool to have

you here and the goal is that we share this book with as many people as we can but uh let's just talk a little bit about you know where do you want to start do you want to start with the story of why you wrote the book yeah we can do that yeah first of all thanks for hanging out with me today and having me and um yeah the the the book so the book is crazy because um on nove so you mentioned November 14th of 2022 well if you rewind a couple days before that on November 11 11th of U 2022 um Impact Church our worship team our music team released its first worship song first worship song into the world and that song oddly enough or ironically enough was called he is the miracle right he is the miracle he is the miracle and so then uh it released on Friday it's the first time we've ever released a song to the world Apple Spotify all music platforms we we're proud of it well then Saturday it started to like climb the charts on

iTunes and we were like that's crazy like we've never done this before then on Sunday I preached a sermon and the title of that sermon was he is the miracle and I preached this idea that I believe God still does modern day Miracles um that was the whole sermon that same day our song climbed the iTune Charts all the way to number one so we hit number one we were going crazy like we've never done this before it hits number one we're on you know a high and then on Monday November 14th is um is when is when I suffered this this brain bleed and um yeah it came out of nowhere uh it was a fire in my life that came out of nowhere uh this is how out of nowhere it came on Thursday before I had been upgrading my life insurance and I got my report back and I got a A+ rating on my health so on Thursday you got a A+ Health rating on Monday my brain bleeds and I almost die so I get um yeah you you said drop so that's that's how it

started well it started with the cold plunge started with the cold plunge yes you never had a cold plunge so that was makes it interesting so so it was it was a stressful weekend and there's all this hyper on cold plunge and you know everybody's cold plunge cold plunge cold plunge and so my doctor had a cold ice bath in his you know his office so is doctor supervised I mean they got this you know this this look like a horse trough I mean sheets of ice and he's like well you know the goal is to work up to two full minutes and I'm competitive dude I'm like freaking let's go minutes and I'm like and I got to two minutes and and then a few hours later um um we we were at the office and I had a handful a handful of grapes and I I was with my wife and my youngest daughter who who was 13 at the time I just started I just started dropping grapes you know and I thought Tommy like it's something to the I thought the ice

bat like I'm just numb or something my hands still not circulating because the ice bath and so um I left Natalie at the church my wife and taking Jazzy to go get um some stuff at a grocery store Target and Target and and I I feel like I shouldn't say names unless they unless they pay me I mean come on I need to

back and and instead of saying I'm dropping grapes I said something like I'm I'm I'm gropping drapes or something like that it was just some words confused letters so I I just think God was telling her God she knew she knew man so she comes picks me up we go home she's begging me to call ER I'm I'm that guy I'm like I'm not going to ER I mean there's like what would I say like 911 what's your emergency I mean I'm dropping some grapes like it's bad right now you know I'm thinking like there's no way I'm calling 911 and she's begging me please call 911 so I said listen but I kept dropping stuff now I'm dropping like my cell phone I dropped a bottle of water um you know that green like Mountain Valley Spring water and like like I'm dropping stuff and I said I want lay down for an hour and if I still feel bad um we'll call ER please don't go please don't nap Travis please don't nap so I go I go lay down five minutes

later I'm like nah some's not all right she comes back in the room I get up okay call 911 she calls 911 she's like dude this is crazy this is because she goes I think my husband's having a stroke and that's the I never thought of that I didn't know she was thinking that like I'm like I'm like having a stroke like she's crazy and they go well if you think that he needs to lay on his back so I lay on my back I'm in my living room I'm like man I just feel off like my head didn't hurt I didn't have a headache my body didn't hurt I still had full function still had my mind my memory still could talk just fine you know that typical stroke like my mouth is hang it wasn't hanging like I'm fine so paramedics show up within maybe three minutes truly I mean it was so fast they come in and they test every test they test with they even did a stroke test and I passed it I passed all the tests this is the best part of the story so as

I'm as I'm laying there Natalie's now like desperately asking the paramedics please tell him to go to ER please tell him to go to ER and I look I'm on my back I made eye contact with this one this one firefighter and I said I said it just like this facial expression and everything I go what do you think I should do and he goes Pastor as a member of your congregation I think you should go and bro I had no idea who this guy was never seen him in my life yeah he didn't know he was walking into his pastor house until he got in the living room and saw me so like he's the reason I went I mean my wife but my wife's persistency and her her you know intuition a woman's intuition and then her her knowing what what she felt like God was telling her so dude this is how okay I was I got up and got on the stretcher myself I'm like okay well let's go I Get Up Stand Up put myself on the stretcher and I'm being wheeled out

of my house my my wife looks worried my daughter's and I'm like you know it's okay guys daddy be right back like I'm just get some tests I'll be right back I get in the ambulance boom I don't remember a thing that's how fast it happened so from from from dropping grapes to ambulance is maybe 30 minutes maybe I don't remember anything I don't remember the ambulance ride over so I get ambulance to One hospital they do a brain scan they say you have a mass his brain bleed they call my wife um we got a helicopter him to a level one Trauma Center so this this is Monday November 14th um a helicopter to level one Trauma Center um now I've lost my speech I've lost my cognition I've lost my memory I've lost my motor skills um what you said about the statistics are actually not the case for my specific stroke um with the specific stroke I had the do so I'm laying there in a vegetable State I can't move I can't talk I can't think I

can't I can't make a word when I mean I can't it was like this that's how Natalie explained I was talking and while I was in that state the doctor uh told my wife hey we we want you to be prepared there are strokes and then there's this one this is the worst stroke you could have it's like the stem what cerebral stem it's the brain it's the basil ganglia yeah area of which is the top of the brain stem and if it if it doesn't stop bleeding there's not there's nothing that can be done and they said we want you to be prepared the effects of a basil gangle stroke are irreversible so they're telling my wife in this moment like basically this is get ready because this is your husband this is your new this is your new life and so uh my my my wife is a woman of God and she was like man I I'm not going to receive that in her mind you know and she went she went to the word of God and she went to uh God L her write to a

verse uh in in in the Bible in the book of Acts chapter chapter 3 verse 16 do you have it there um no I don't have that but I I have it in this book yeah and because she ended up posting it on her Instagram story that same day because this became her prayer and it's it's on page 34 of the book um and it and it in our Instagram post it says acts 3:16 it says by faith in the name of Jesus this man whom you see and know was made strong and it is Jesus's name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him as you can all see and so um man they you know they were clinging to that scripture on um on on Wednesday um I you know the way they do stroke tests is and you can you can interject anytime uh you want but on the way they do stroke patient testing is they test you every hour on the hour so when you're in the hospital they come in every hour they do a series of tests because they can't do a brain scan every

hour yeah so lift your hand lift your leg touch your nose what day is it what year is it you know and I can't answer any of it I don't know I can't even talk so they said uh this is on Wednesday they said what are your children's names you didn't know your children's names that's crazy and I said 40 yeah I said I said 40 and like dude deep down inside I knew freaking this is not good like it's it's like for anybody remember any of it yeah for anybody listening or or wa watching yeah I do but it's like it's like right it feels like this right before blackout drunk huh it's it's like and and yeah I've I've been drunk a lot in my life like like haven't always been a Christian or a pastor but like that's the feeling it's like you're you're you're there but you're not there it's like you're way you're miles deep down in like a dungeon or something and I I just knew like bro this is not this is not good I said 40

and I looked up at Natalie and I said this is crazy I can't talk but I said as plain as day count it all joy count it all Joy that's what I was looking for countered all joy and you memorized that when you were in like Bible school yeah I was 18 years old count it all joy is a verse in the book of so the doctor goes what did he just say and Natalie goes and we're both crying he said he just quoted a Bible verse from the book of James chapter 1 verse two that says count it all joy when you go into various trials knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience let patience or perseverance have its perfect work in you that you may be whole and complete complete well what's crazy is that like I can't even make out a word I can't remember my kids names yeah but I could remember a Bible verse in context of the exact situation that was happening like this was the trial man this was like the trial of Trials

the mother of all trials the fire of all fires and so um miraculously man Friday evening I walked out that hospital they sent me home so I I went in on a Monday uh and supposedly I was going to be that way forever and I walked out on a Friday and uh and God and God did what only God can do and you said in the book that you prayed you said I you know I preach to you Jesus every day and I preach every Sunday about you performing Miracles I need one right now yeah and like Pro like kind of prove it yeah because I I I think of like I maybe a lot of people don't you know think this way but I do I'm weird enough to think like I think everything's spiritual before it's physical I think we live in a world of spiritual warfare I think if we could put like spiritual goggles on and see into the spirit world I think we'd see demons and angels like Waring over Tommy's life Travis's life our marriage

you know my children my babies my families my like I I believe there is a spiritual war going on right that's what I believe so and and and so think about this we release a song to the world it goes number one number one he is the miracle that's the message he is the miracle then I preach a sermon he is the miracle like church don't forget about it God he is the miracle whatever Miracle you need today God is the he's the one right then boom I need the miracle so if we're if I believe in spiritual warfare even if your listeners don't like just hang with me that's not coincidental that that feels targeted like oh really you think God does miracle oh really you're gonna sing oh really you're gonna preach about well yeah let's watch let's let's see what happens after this moment in your life and so yeah I'm like God like like like I'm telling the world that you are the miracle well like let's show the world

that not what I'm saying is not just what I'm saying like it's truth let let's watch you do something incredible here and and man he did he did he absolutely did so this whole book The Way That You formatted it is it goes through the story but after each chapter it's a three or four pages of the story and then it switches to scriptures but simple scriptures it's not like super deep it's where you explain like what it means to you yeah and then there's a song about four or five songs and then there's 2 4 6 8 10 12 13 prayers so short short prayers yeah that you say let's pray at the end of each chapter um and it's an easy book it's an easy book to get through it's um but well it's 170 pages but if you skip you're gonna read the songs but the songs don't take up the whole page it's actually a lot easier to read than it's probably like a 100 Pages if you look at it and uh you had Andre there when you

went to the helicopter what's interesting about Ryan is when you looked at him he said I know Pastor Travis yeah if the other fireman didn't know you yeah so they said this guy's fine right but they said no I know I know this guy this he's not acting the same as the guy I know on Sundays yes yeah yeah and it's I mean I I don't know how many firefighters were in the in the house paramedics maybe four maybe six whatever it was he happened to be the one I looked at which is pretty uh pretty incredible too like that that's that's that's a miracle chance yeah small chance I look right at that guy lock eyes he's he's also kind of looking at my wife like yeah I know PT doesn't seem like he normally seems and um yeah man uh yeah Ryan the firefighter he he he saved my life and then uh Andre you just mentioned who is my executive Pastor which means he's like my assistant you know he's my right-hand man um he played for the

Arizona Cardinals football team started a Bible study for his teammate open it to the public and that's our church Impact Church and you know now is you know um Church open to the community or whatever but that's how it started but Andre was there so like what you're saying some of it is screenshots of text messages between Andre and Natalie or screenshots of uh different scenarios that uh pictures pictures of me and Natalie in the hospital room in the bed uh and it is an easy read kid and it's coming out on Audible it's about to it's this is cool I read the first chapter you give away if you put in your uh your so you read that first chapter I listened to that too yeah so the the the book we did we did the audible it's it's almost to be live it might be live uh but the but the the intro because it was written by my wife so she reads the intro on Audible the firefighter reads his part oh yeah and and then Sheriff

Paul Penzone who wrote a poem he actually reads his part and and he at that time was the Arizona sheriff and had 4,000 sheriffs working for him and was a part of our church and wrote me a poem during this time which was man it's called overcome yes talk about hey talk about that for a minute think about that like probably at that time the most powerful person in Arizona Over Law Enforcement who writes me this humble heartfelt moving you know poem about about healing and overcoming and then Monty Williams tell that story yeah oh man dude so yeah I I I have been the chaplain for the Phoenix Suns uh this is my 23rd season I started in 2002 um and um man dude Monty Williams was our head coach and you know a man of God uh um he he faced I had the stroke I get out I'm at I'm at home uh it was like a few days after I was home and I get a FaceTime from coach Monty William and I'm like what the heck I thought it

was a I thought it was like an accident yeah booty call I'm like Co Mon's booty calling me like what is going on here and it's FaceTime and so cu cu it was it was like at 10 o'clock at night or something like that and I answer it and he's on FaceTime and he's like Pastor Trav he's like man we're checking on you and he's he's got the whole team behind him yeah and that's one of the pictures you know Booker's in there I mean the whole team's in there and they're calling to check on me man and and man I needed that there was a lot of moments like that that I that I that I really really needed that that just an injection of love that helped get me through and that's really the book you you mentioned the how the book is instructed I didn't want a book that just told the story I wanted a book that told the story for you so that you can get through your fire right because how many people right now are going through

a fire an emotional fire man I'm dealing with depression or anxi financial man I'm going broke or I lost this this whatever contract or uh relational fire man I'm going through a divorce or I just found out my husband is cheating on me or my wife left me or man I got diagnosed with stage four canc like those are fire man those are fires so my hope for the book was I I didn't want to just tell my story I wanted it to be a book of Hope like the the Chicago Tribune interviewed me about the book and they asked if you if you you know could sum up what you want out of this book what would it be and I said hope that that that like if you don't have hope you don't have anything like truly like if you're hopeless that that's when you find yourself at Rock Bottom in the middle of these emotional fires cuz man I have no hope no we always have hope and and With God all things are possible and I'm a living walking breathing

testimony of that very concept that the fire is for you because because the Bible says like so so the Bible uses three major metaphors for trial right count it all joy that's chapter one by the way but it uses storms we go through storms it uses valleys which you talked about though I go through the valley of the shadow of death I suff not to the valley man I'm going through it so it uses storms it uses valleys and it and it uses fires and so what what why would a fire you know when you're in the middle of a fire you feel like dude my world's burning down and I I found like with God there's no wildfires only controlled fires and the fire refines you it purifies you it draws you closer to God like all of a sudden dude I'm in the middle like Flames everywhere like is this going to burn me down no no it it's not meant to burn you down it's meant to refine you and purify you and and mature you and make you make you

more complete and that's the concept of the book so I appreciate you talking about the constructive it because I didn't want another I wanted a book at the end of each chapter like I I sincerely pray for you yeah it's short but here's the prayer for this chapter man like God do it do big things God help me God see me through this uh and the scriptures that you you said they're not complex or whatever the whole book's very simple yeah but that's how I am I'm not very smart man but I know somebody that is pretty smart he created the whole universe like let's tap into that for a while you know no it was an easy read man I got through it literally in two days and uh it's a fantastic book I like how on page 28 you said by the way the adult version of this happens when you come home and you left the garage wide open because I'm a garage Dr guy yeah yeah and your wife Natalie says well you go in first and make sure

everything's okay because either we left it open when we left that's great all that's great that's great page 28 thought you pulled out and grabbed on to that that's good that's good yeah funny yeah listen there's some really there's probably I then I got some of them here God promises yeah and some of these songs you put in here then the recovery you know we can talk a little bit about that because you just don't come out of a stroke and everything's okay yeah I mean you said up you had control of your left your right you had slur speech still yeah and you had to go you had some really good people that you worked with that literally helped you do all that exercises how long did that take man so um yeah so I got out the hospital Natalie's now asking me to go do therapy I'm same as going to ER like I'm not going to therapy babe please go to therapy so she finds this place uh a doctor in our church had Direct messaged

me and her name is Ashley by the way if I could interject on this for a minute because when I wrote this book they wanted me to get endorsements and like dude I'm I'm like I don't need I'm not doing endorsements like why would I do have have have has anybody ever bought a book because they saw a certain endorsement you know I'm thinking like why would I do endorsements well they wanted me to do them so I did these endorsements and they're all Banger names they're all big names but I wanted to do I asked could I do a couple doctors they're no names nobody's ever heard of them yeah you know one of my end yeah exactly one of my endorsements is Odell Beckham Jr like I can get big names but like Ashley Dr Ashley will she walked with me through this and she's a doctor and specializes in you know neurology and she saw firsthand the miracle um so she reached out to me and was like hey uh i' I'd love to be able

to help you with you know therapy and so I end up going uh honestly Tommy was about six days a week um probably six hours a day because it was six therapies a day so I'm doing uh I don't know if I can remember them all but I'm doing speech therapy I'm doing cognition cognitive therapy and you know motor skills I'm doing um hyperbarics therapy um I mean it was a job it was a job and so God God did a miracle where the blood stopped in my brain you know and it and it began to heal but but there was damage done it's like if if if we have a circuit board and water splashes on a circuit board it that little part zaps out well that's how they liken it with the brain so I've got this this this spot where it bled and then and then it caused causes the ner you know the nerve the the the T tingling and the numbness and all that so yeah I was going man hard hard all day every day it was a grind it was very it was very trying for

about six straight months um and then eventually I started graduating out of stuff I mean I I was doing even typing therapy I mean I'm a preacher I'm a writer I I I write 3,000 words sermons every week I have to be able to type um I went from typing probably you know 70 words I don't know how fast I typed but however fast I typed I could think and type however fast I could think I could type so pre-stroke now poststroke I did a test I I typed 20 words a minute dude I sat there in that office and just broke down balling because I'm like this is literally what I do my life this is my life I I I'm slurry my tongue's heavy my jaws heavy I can't type and and so man the therapy part and I would encourage anybody that that that's listening man therapy is is a grind but it's worth it man there are things in life that are worth the from from you know emotional therapy talk therapy cognitive therapy uh

marriage therapy relation I mean it's worth it man it's like it's not fun It's a Grind it's a lot of freaking work but like you know which hard do you want do you want to be you know hard and unhealthy you want you want to you want to go through hard and end up being healthy and so um I I could may I may I'll maybe do this on your show because you're Jack I'm looking at you and you're like jacked like that's like a thing I guess right like you and Cody and you guys like you just like swole like swoly ghost man it's like full of The swoly Ghost and the Holy Ghost But but so I I start doing those therapy and dude I start notic like accidentally my body starts changing like truly like and all of a sudden I went from like you know Dad bod to like d I'm St to get a little muscle here like this is this I remember you pinched your finger with the weights oh D I broke it oh you broke I broke my finger with sending it down

yeah yeah exactly the dumbbell dumb yeah and uh but anyway and all of a sudden just you know transformed not only how my body looked but how it how it feels yeah how it thinks the clarity the the the mental Clarity the energy the the stamina like like Easter of 22 we had seven church services because we to try to get everybody through you know I preach no no no I'm sorry we had eight church services I preached seven because I couldn't do the eighth the eth we played on video that was in 22 five months later I have a stroke five months later is Easter of or whatever it was six months Easter of 23 we have nine church services and Tommy I preached all nine and could have probably done another nine and like we all know this we all know man like nutrition and physical fit but like water getting out in the sun there you know meditating praying all of it ground you know you're supposed to do it red light therapy even

all of it here here's a secret um I'm a kpi guy like I need to know when I went to dexus scan which is the most it's a scan it goes really slow it's about 14 minutes for me 63 I I went a little over a year ago I came back at 27.3% and the guy sits me down and he's like let's just go over your results he's like um you're what they would consider obese and I'm like I'm not and I was like really angry and after that day man I vowed I said this is not gonna happen so uh you know I'm around 10% I'm going to go to 7% this year come on and uh no I'm excited okay I'm not showing the I'm not showing these guys this I'm going to show you wait they can see it wait here here Ju Just just try to look at this without the camera seeing it okay okay that's pre-stroke okay okay okay this is about six months post nice dude okay wait wait this is when I was like wait my body's changing okay now this is about a year holy cow that's carnivore

only carnivore only and then then that's today nice dude that's transformation that's crazy but but not because I'm like I want to go get it was like I I need to live yeah I need to survive and I need to be like mentally clear and I want to still be a husband and a daddy and a pastor and yeah man you know you you said these facts this past Sunday and as we uh drove into the new year but Impact Church talk about how you guys got started you already kind of went there and what you guys did in 2025 or 2024 and what you think obviously you got two other locations um it's a monster you guys are like the music going to number one on different charts uh I still hate the parking and you said let's we got to buy a new building like you said if I had $100 million I could do it myself talk talk a little bit about that so you know we we we started with 200 I started with 200 people so July 25th of 2010 was my

first Sunday there's 204 people um and man I mean you know it's not like we choose how many people we want to come to the we're just trying to give God love away and preach the word and and and I think every you know you you said this and it made me so happy you said this at the beginning you said I feel when I leave like encouraged and uplifted and not like beat beat up you know and and and I've been in those churches to where it's like man dude life beats us up six days a week the last thing we want to do is go on Sunday and get the knockout punch you know it's like dude we need some love some encouragement some inspiration like some get so that it really is the heartbeat of of Impact Church is so so me and Andre wassworth were leading a pro-athlete Bible study called impact pro-athletes right here in Paradise Valley and we were having Suns players and Cardinals players and you know baseball players and then I I was really

wanting a name for the church and I was like oh how about Impact Church uh it really is one-word purpose statement that says it all like I want God to make an impact on on me but then me make an impact on the world God make an impact in Scott sale and let Scott sell impact the world right and and um and so uh we we we we Nam the church Impact Church it it it's just grown man I mean I think it's it sees 10 thou 10,000 people or something every Sunday um we started our North Phoenix location um we are we we bought a building also in South Scottsdale that that you're speaking of that uh will be a third location we have a fourth location in the works that's going to probably launch within probably within three months that people just don't know about yet how does that work do do you I mean who who gives the sermon um so so everybody you know what I have friends all over the world that do it differently but I don't want I I

want to re you know the the Bible talks about making disciples right Jesus said Make Disciples of all Nations well that that that's the idea of multiplication like like multiply yourself I if you can raise up somebody to be you and then more people that's what leadership's all about that's what leadership's about so I could put myself on a video screen but like I don't think for us that's necessarily the model so I want I want preachers I want pastors that that that it still is going to feel like Impact Church it still impacts DNA but the scalability is can they bring it and are they Shepherds great preachers ministers that minister to the needs of people and do they have do they have banging music because like that's one of our things man is like we we we we're here we're here to play like we're gonna have the best worship that we can you know that we can POS the music and so uh great music great preaching I I'm not saying

we'll never have a location where I'm on video but these first four uh they're G to have preachers pastors that that they've been with me for a long time I believe in them they preach as good or better than I do so I'm I'm happy with where we're headed um we do need a facility for North Scottdale we do you need you need to go out there and buy we we need we need we need a chunk a land you're stuck in a lease right now at the one with the Shay it on on on Scott s road we we signed a 10e lease in 2019 and so uh there there are some um that there's options with that space But whatever but but regardless of that space we need we need land we need a my it I'm trying I'm trying to be careful because I'm trying to be careful right because because I don't want somebody to steal my idea because this has happened before but the big picture uh without saying too much well we don't have any money but the big picture is once we

have the money is to build a mini a mini Arena like seats 5 6,000 7,000 people so if you've ever been into like mullet Arena where now uh the NBA's g-league play plays it used to be the coyote it's at 10p ASU it it seats about five that's where we're having Easter this this Easter we'll have it at mull Arena you're saying yeah versus uh Chicago Stadium where it's rain yeah where it rain 14,000 yeah not bad exactly but we we we want to build we want to build like a mini Arena um um between like maybe five and 7,000 the problem is it's it it's not a problem but it is a problem is Scottdale and Scottdale thinks they can demand you know Newport 24 million they want it for four acres next yeah four acres of dirt yeah across the street from and we we we we could we could go way out further north like dinamite you know do that it's like nobody lives out there that you know the church right now is like eight minutes

from my house it's perfect exactly exactly so I'm frustrated with the parking lot too if you notice oh I don't mind it doesn't stop us from going no no it's not stop people but it but it's challenging because like we we've had to you know do side deals with you know outside parking spaces with businesses that allow us to use our parking on Sundays and we have a volunteer force that puts up 380 no parking signs every Sunday 380 people 380 signs go up no Impact Church parking no impact because there's businesses all around last Sunday you should work a deal with wayo yeah drop you off hey hey aous here's here's the things we've done we you know we've bought three sprinters for shuttling people from our you know from our our uh over um um our Exar parking we we we've bought you know 10 uh eight-seater golf carts we we've hired valet to park people that want to just park valet they Park valet um but it's a challenge and

we have three services so and it's it's you know the services are 8:30 1030 12:30 but like you still have to turn turn over a couple thousand people each service so they're leaving another couple thousand com it it it takes realistically 30 minutes so you know you got this 30 minute turnover and and uh but man I want to you know what I want to do I want to do something I want to do something nobody's ever done I want to build a World's like dopest church building and let everybody around the world come in and go what in the world have you guys done this is incredible because I think I think the church should have the coolest things on the planet yeah I know it's uh what's the biggest well how big I don't really watch joelin I did in the past but that's a big big congregation how many people does that hold so he bought the to he bought the old Houston Rockets Toyota Center so it's the you know the

first NBA arena and and they bought they only they only paid I think if because he told me the story like seven million bucks but it was basically it basically condemned but then they put you know a 100 million into it or something like that uh to make it what it is now so you know I I don't know what their numbers are preco they were packed so whatever the arena holds is what they was what they did yeah uh I know postco they they they've struggled but I don't know that they're struggling anymore wasn't there there was a um I think there was a shooting in there or something there was a shooting in there no no like was it recently eight months ago six months ago I forgot how yeah a woman walked in there with her 5-year-old kid started shooting up the place and then she got taken out and unfortunately uh unfortunately so did her child this is such a sad story all the way around that's crazy yeah have you spent much

time in Israel I'm just curious I have never been to Israel we were set up to go in July of 2022 and we had a family catastrophe happen like two weeks before and um and we had to we had to shelf that trip but no this time you want to well it's not not the best time to go now but hopefully in the next year what do you uh is that something that's like big on your bucket list we're going I'm for sure going absolutely it would be cool to go to like Bethlehem and and I got I got friends there that do ministry there and do private tours because you know what I mean like I'm at this place in my life where I don't want to get on a bus with 50 people I don't know but like if I can get in a little private sprinter with my family or something like I know that's super bougie but like that's how I want to do Israel and I want to take my time and you know go to all the really cool places but yeah you know I I

got a couple more questions I don't need to keep you too long but I I always wonder you know my dad has really helped a lot of people find Jesus over the years and um what I watched I didn't read this or learn this from the Bible but lead by example yeah let them ask you like what is what do you believe in like you've kind of follow Role Models you follow people you want to be like you want to be a better dad don't hang out of strip clubs right like just like simple things yes uh but if you really wanted you know at A1 here we've got about 800 I have 800 co-workers here right um it's not I always say it's not my job to go uh they're not coming into my trp they're come to fix garage doesn't work in this garage door company yeah so it's it's I don't know the best way to ask this um because I'm not I don't want to push my beliefs on people of course I want them to ask me my beliefs and then

share and get them to go to the Bible uh and and and pray and one of the scriptures in here talked about you know if you pray the more time you spend with me I'll show you the truth and you'll become closer with me and I'll guide you I walk through before you do yeah uh but I'm just wondering like if you were in a position of I don't want to call it Authority but just leadership and you had but but it's not Church yeah and I think a lot of people out here that that believe in Jesus probably have the same question is what's the way that you would you know invite them to church you know what's the best way without being yeah I I don't know this so this crappy world we live in is PC and you get can't I don't not worried about getting canceled at all somebody doesn't like that I go to church well I I so I think first of all that is a great freaking question here here's how I would answer it Jesus preached his first

sermon ever we all know we all know it's called The Sermon on the Mount right and inside of his first sermon he ever preached in Matthew Chapter 5 he says you are the light of the world a city on a hill should not be hidden you know he tells us not to hide our lights don't put it under under a bowl but let it this is what he said here's the key he says let your light shine so that they may see your father in Heaven and give him glory okay now let's break it down for a minute he said let your light shine he didn't say Shine Your Light that's different if I have a light and I point it in your eye that's shining your light and that's a turnoff Bible Beat you judge you criticize you that's shining your light he didn't say Shine Your Light he said Let It Shine so I let it shine in how I love and how I lead How I Live selflessly How I Live sacrificially that's letting your light shine and then people go man I don't

know some about Tommy that's different like I want that like what is that like I he's not perfect they're gonna say the same thing of Travis Hearn he's not perfect and and the word you're looking for because you said Authority and you said not Authority but the word you're looking for is influence yeah that's the word so you have a lot of people listening that have influence you might have one employee that's influence you might have one friend that's influence so like I'm letting my light shine and just just like dude living it out loud and and the world's tired of us talking about it that's the problem they they want us I think if if they see authentic genuine like those guys like freaking love hard man they they love they're selfless they sacrifice they're generous do people go man Tommy's generous do they or do they not that's what I want them to say of Travis Hearn I want people to go that man is generous he

will give his life away I want people to go he leads he leads in love he loves his wife married 27 years man we just getting started man I love that woman I want people to go he's a good daddy man look at that guy what a great father what a great friend man you can call him anytime he's G to answer he's there for you when I'm going through my own fire he comes running in because most most people when a fire when we see other people going through fire we run because we don't want to deal with the drama but like we're spiritual firefighters like we're going to run into that house when it's burning down like you can count on me man hey I'm not going to do everything right I'm going to make wrong moves I'm make left turns and right turns but I'm goingon to get back on like and I I think that's great for you because I'm not afraid of being can I I'm Not Afraid either I think the world cancels what they think is not authentic

not not what they think's like convicting yeah like okay man hey coach Monty going back to this he used to say this phrase to his team he'd say I'm not calling you out I'm calling you up and dude I love that like coach M always had these mon isms you know I'm not calling you out I'm calling you up it might feel in the moment yeah like I call it but that's not the point is Rise higher man like let's go let's go you can do this and that's what Paul said he he said what you just said he said he said follow me as I follow Christ he didn't say follow me he said follow me as I follow Christ so um you know what watch what I do and do it so then that also holds us accountable right yeah if I tell the world like hey follow me then then it holds me accountable too like okay man I got all his eyes watching me like dude like I live in a fish poow like I better like dude I go to Sprouts and I don't walk

down the alcohol aisle first of all I don't drink but like I'm like I just don't want to be seen in the alcohol aisle I it's sometimes it's quicker it's right there I just need to get to the end over there like yeah just go around I'm going to find a different find the when you walked in here you had these big sunglasses on like you were like in I got to be I got him right here I gotta be Incognito man like when I walk in the gym man I got the biggest headphones on I got my hat low I got I got what gym do you go well never mind mind mind see I thought I thought you'd work out at home like have a little home gym well it's CU it's because I got the these these friends that help train me they they go to the church and um but but man I I'm you know the gym for me is not that I don't want to talk to people it's I'm trying to heal you know it's hard to have conversation the whole time at the gym especially if you go there to get

serious about working out like you don't want to like yeah you're out there to do business you're not out there to like some people listen to audible books I'm like listen I need to work out like I want to go hard listen to some good listen to EDM it gets me especially with the cardio I can see that so uh that was a great question just thinking about like how you get people to follow you um and I think that's right you you you show them who you are and you you lead from uh I won't call it sacrifice that's not that's not the word but just abundance I think it's a great word and um but I think it is both right because it it it's if we're going to emulate you said model I love that like when I was a little boy I used to build little model cars and I'd put the Box up so I could see the what the car looked like when it was built that's what we're looking at yeah I I I'm looking at the model the

model is Jesus it's not me the model is him he's the only one that was ever perfect not me so as I take strides to to complete my model then then then you're looking at me but his model was what's the model it's it's sacrifice he died he he was crucified that that's sacrifice yeah you you you might be in business but the reality is you're in Ministry because Ministry is about people right Paul the Apostle Paul was a Tent Maker he his job was his career was I make tents you know like Jesus was a carpenter it's like he worked with his hands so it's like yeah but where there's people there's opportunity man just just to love man just to love just to serve and like you said I love that out of the abundance too like live abundantly and and and give your life away you hired what 17 people this year yep and I guess it's easier at the church because you look for people that are genuinely believe in Jesus they want to

help others but how do you I think people probably just come to you and they're like I want to work here like I I I think in this we're fairly lucky like the blue collar work has been going up AI is not taking over fixing garage or H or no one's no Robotics are GNA have that anytime soon like they're coming after videography they're coming after like coding and everything like that so everything they told you to do 10 years ago is opposite yeah but go into the blue collar and uh you know I was just trying to one of the questions I always ask on the podcast is how do you recognize people that like genuinely like first you got to believe in yourself MH uh but try to find the best of the best and what what do I mean by that is just somebody that believes in themselves that's going to take care of the clients that you could trust around you know your family when you're not home and that's important to me so what

have you learned how many people have you hired over the years bro um I mean a lot I I've been in Ministry full-time Ministry for 31 years and I've I've I don't know I mean hundreds but are you involved still in the hiring uhuh yeah yeah because because so we we probably have 50 something full-time employees we probably have another 75 part-time employees and we have you know 800 volunteers or something like that as as it sits today well my my thing is like this so it's actually really hard to hire inside of a church because first of all you got to have the heart of a minister and a pastor right so yeah you got to love God yeah you got to love people but you have a heart for people my interview process would would probably look radically different from most because a lot of people are going to go oh what your five greatest strengths and your five greatest we don't do that like if I don't know that

by the time they come sit down then then I've got issues I I mean we're going to vet these people before they come in and I'm going to know them before I know them but here's the one for me is high level of proficiency a high level of capacity um is is without question a high level of humility is without question but here how do you how do you how do you test humility um I think you can see within a one- hour conversation about the hearts of a human and and and I think um I think at the end of the day I go like this okay really like this guy really like this girl could I see myself going on a 10-day trip to wherever Europe with this person and having a great time and if the answer is no I'm not hiring you I like that and and that that ends up creating a very family feeling culture you know so if you don't get the job at Impact Church I don't want to hang out with you I don't want hang out

with you yeah you're painful you're awkward no I'm just kidding yeah that but that's the truth man it's like can I hang out with this person can I do life can I do life with this person because Ministry is not about a job it's doing life and it never turns off so like so like you know I I went to lunch with one day with with a certain NBA player and we were at True Food in Scottsdale and people kept coming up to me right and they weren't coming up to him but he's a well-known athlete and he goes PT he's like people were coming up to you but not me you know and I go well what's the difference because he did have a few people come over and he goes well people are coming up and asking me for autographs and pictures but they're coming over to you telling you your their life stories and that's the difference right that never turns off so I can leave the office at whatever time but if I'm in the community I'm on

always always like that's the heart right the shepherding part of pastoring is like uh Dre says Andre says where there's people there's poop like if if you're not ready to clean some poop like this is not for you and it it is always that way man people we go through stuff I do my events there's a couple thousand people there uh it's all about home service kpi driven you know to be a better leader discipline um and I tell you it's kind of draining because people come up to me they this podcast you know gets it's it's a couple hundred thousand downloads a month uh people know me yep that I've never met before they know my dogs they know Bri yeah they walk up and they give me hugs yeah and it's um it's cool like it's an honor but it's odd because I'm not you know I'm like this is I never wanted to be famous you know I just right and uh it's not even Fame compared to like anything like you or anything but I

think about like Michael um or Tom Cruz like that guy can't go anywhere in the world right no doubt do you ever feel like like man I'm just going to lay like obviously when you're trying to work out and get stuff done but do you ever kind of like just want to go somewhere where nobody knows you and just like not have people come up to you I I think I I think my my human nature does but then the call of God is like like this is what he's called me to do is is to I'm in the people business and I think um but but the but the real answer the raw answer is like yeah I mean I'll walk through the airport with my same thing head head down hat down I you know sungl and it's not always but like there there's times where you just like dude oh here's a great story Odell Beckham Jr is a part of our church family and he told me this is the first church I've been able to attend since before college and I said why and he said because when

I started playing at LSU I became obj and now everybody knows me around the world this is how bad it is he said I'm in Germany and he's like you just outside like at this restaurant I said like I got like 1500 people standing around in Germany like wanting autographs wanting pictures and he's like bro he's like I've thought about getting um um uh what are they called uh the you fake ears fake I'm having a brain block Prosthetics Prosthetics you know and but but he was like man thank you that that that that you guys create you know C because at Impact Church we we do have a lot of celebrities but what I love is nobody bothers them nobody wants an autograph like people should be able to go to church man yeah like a human yeah not like a celebrity not like an athlete not like somebody of influence and so I I always think for myself it's like hey yeah I might I might I like I'm private I'm very

private I like to stay to myself I'd be okay living you know with my wife in a forest like we're we're very private people but for me it's like that's not what God has called me to do he he he's called me just to to love people and and and do my best at giving him to the world so yeah I do have those those moments but I I try to think like you know what this is the reason I'm on planet Earth and and I I have I have a job to Steward that well like you have a job to Steward your influence well I love the word influence because we all have influence and affluence right and and and affluence is more on the money side but influence is on the heart side right and and so the the the influence that God has given us is is is a gift right it's like remember when remember when Moses has this Burning Bush experience yeah and and he goes up to his brain like what when God starts talking to him he's like you know Moses

take off your sandals this is Holy Ground well why was it Holy Ground it was Holy Ground for two reasons number one it was the presence of God that's holy number two it's where Moses got his calling I need you to go set my people free so that calling is Holy so for me that's the way I look at it like man this is the calling is special it's holy um it it needs to be stewarded with Holiness like a reverence and awe a respect like it's not about me I don't I don't you know the I'm the same way because I I don't know people talk about introvert extrovert I think I'm some weird combination of both because I'm good by myself and a lot of times I get drained you know talking and talking and talking or listening and listen it's draining yeah right but um but that's the sacrificial part sometimes yeah I was going to say sacrifice sometimes it is you know being selfless and self here's a crazy story remember remember

when Jesus Remember When Jesus fed the 5,000 the bread and the the context fish yeah the the loaves all the fish jumped into the no that's a different story a minut but but you're close you got two stories going we'll take it no it's so Jesus finds out here's the context Jesus finds out his his cousin John John the Baptist was beheaded because of Jesus right he tried so Jesus now tries to go like withdraw uh and and just get by himself as he's leaving to withdraw people are like there's Jesus that's Jesus hey that's Jesus that's Jesus now all of a sudden there's like 20,000 people that show up so what does Jesus do he starts ministering to their needs he has Church he's ministering he's healing bodies he's Healing The Sick and then his disciples go Jesus is getting late we need to feed these guys and and or Jesus Jesus says okay we'll feed them and they're like it'll take a Year's worth of wages to feed these guys and

there's like well there's this little guy he's got Five Loaves and two fish he's like yeah bring it you know and he and he and he takes the bread and he and he breaks it and He blesses it and he multiplies it and then he it says he feeds 5,000 men because in Bible times they only counted men yeah but but we know it says children and and women were there so we know it's probably 15 to 20,000 people that were miraculously fed goes all the way into like the the 34 a.m. okay they're done having church and and Jesus goes to his disciples he goes you you guys go ahead and go I'll dismiss the crowds like who does that man what leader does that and and so the selflessness so finally the Crowds Are dismissed the the disciples go out on the boat it's in the middle of the morning 3: 4 a.m. Jesus now goes up to the mountain side and has his moment of like you know grief and and my cousin died and then he walks down the mountain

and the the the disciples had pushed out on to to Sea so what does Jesus do he just walks out on water walks right on out to him you know and then Peter's likeoh my gosh it's a ghost the disciples like it's a ghost he's like no it's not a ghost' it's me well if it's you Jesus tell me to come okay Peter come so Peter starts walking on water and you know until he starts looking at the waves and the winds and then he starts to sink he takes his eyes off Jesus he starts to sink right my point of the story is Jesus put his own needs aside to meet the needs of the of others and that's leadership man that's that's influence and and stewarding it well it's like man I'm I'm going through some stuff too you know every time anybody comes up to me my internal thoughts are I mean I I'm going through some stuff too like can I tell you now about it's hard man the profession you picked I mean you didn't pick it God picked you

yeah have you ever this reminds me have you ever heard a word of Grace back in the day Gary kiddman oh Church yeah yeah of course here in the valley y so he was a Mesa and I don't know what happened that was a church I went to a long time ago and I used to work at Cheesecake Factory I was a bus boy okay and uh I had to be like 20 19 years old yeah and I went to service and Gary came in there after his later service and I was like I'm going to St I'm never going to say hi and I didn't I just let him do he was there with another couple I didn't even say so I respected the fact I wanted I wanted like more than anything to just say hey thank you for the service this morning yeah but I just I didn't even go say hi yeah I I filled up their water didn't even act like I knew him so I don't know I don't know if that's like because you just I I just couldn't imagine like everybody's like H you know

it's like but um I think okay last question and then and then we'll close out question um so we're trying to read Bible more I just I don't mind the King James version but it's like thou and art thou you know like I want to read and I've got a couple different student Bibles uh what's your favorite Bible just for for pretend um it's I read a lot of books it's not like I not I just want something super simple that says things in layman's terms like the way you preach yeah what would you my my favorite to preach out of is the New Living Translation NLT New Living Translation um when when when I I started following Christ at the end of my senior year in high school my mother had bought me a Bible that's it's the new international version and it's it's the new international uh it's called The Life Application that's a great one like if you want a leatherbound You Know leatherbound cover to cover just to to

read and it's like the top I don't know 75% of the page is the word it's scripture and then the bottom 25 is like help notes yeah so it's like what the heck am I reading you know it's an ancient manuscript and then those help notes help you understand the way I do it now and we're actually doing this we do this as a church staff is the Bible app and by the way yeah I the the Bible app's free the U Version Y U version um Bible app is free I don't get anything by mentioning that but I know the the the CEO and founder of it his name is Bobby grunewald he's a genius um and and we became friends and um and the Bible app dude is insanely powerful so you can pick you can pick like you could go through anything you're going through the word empathy or what just anything or I want to read the Bible in a year or I want to read it in you know six months or I want to read the New Testament a year I want to read it and you can do it

in groups so like our whole church staff is going through the same Through the Bible year and we do it all together so you can see each other you can leave comments together also creates accountability which nobody wants but it's pretty powerful because because now I know uh Tommy ain't checked in in three days Tom you good you good yeah yeah I'm just behind okay man I'm not calling you out I'm calling you up Tommy would you just start and if you were to start again would you start with Genesis just start in the beginning or would you say uh does would you start with Paul because you said you memorized Paul no I would start with John I would start with the Book of John so it goes Matthew Mark Luke John I would I would start with John because John John is about the life of Jesus but it takes us back to the beginning of time so it starts out like this uh John chapter 1 vers one in the beginning was the word and the word it's

a capital W word in the beginning was the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God in other words and then it said the word became flesh in other words the word that became flesh is Jesus and he is the word and the Word was with God and the Word was God meaning he's been there the whole time since the beginning so that Jesus is God so I I I would start in John that's how I would do it um and and and but I but if you get to these these little Bible reading plans on the Bible app man they make it so simple that all you got to do is do it but it outlines how you know it outlines how to do it yeah you gota you just do it that hardest part is getting started you got to work out so you could buy this where do you recom if someone wants to go get this I know it's available on Amazon that's where I got these copies I want that you're gonna sign that copy for me um so what's the best place to get it for you um you you

can go to Amazon you can go to travis.com either way either way it's it's the same but um but Amazon's usually a quick ship and um travis.com has some other little goodies on it and free gifts that people get if they go through that route yeah there is some gifts in here too so travish her.com it's uh hn and uh but if you do buy it on Amazon leave a review because he needs reviews that's one thing I noticed everyone's buying it through the church and if someone wants to come to church um you're in Scottdale yeah so a lot of people come here to Phoenix and visit you guys got to check out Impact Church it's not a long drown out crazy long it's just you get to the point you have fun you're NE you know I used to wear a suit when I was a kid yeah and I like like sometimes I wear flipflops I'm not embarrassed because it's a little more laid-back you get your coffee when you go in uh if you if you're into Donuts

you guys serve Donuts bananas and some good stuff uh but it's easy to get in great everyone's really happy there no one walks out like they just got rid and I know there's great churches that that just try to get people understand I she not sin and whatnot but uh yours is just really it's it's uplifting yeah so if you guys ever make it I actually brought another couple with me last this past Sunday was great and uh you you were on Andy Elli at a buddy of mine's podcast and he brings his crew I'm GNA bring the whole A1 crew because when I saw Andy doing that I like you know we're gonna fill upna see A1 van better you better get after it because he brings 85 every single Sunday 85 total deep I mean he comes and he rolls deep I I think of it like this uh Tommy I always say that church should be um it should be a god-sized party like we're celebrating the Risen King like he's not dead He's Alive Church should be fun not boring

church should not suck church should not be painful it should be a great freaking time and so that's that's good to hear from someone like you because that's that's what we try to do it's like make it make it a lot of fun you know the the the even even going the That Was Easy it wasn't trolling out we went outside we waited for 15 minutes we walked in was right at the end of the sermon yeah and it was quick yeah it was in and out we dunked got some cool pictures yeah and we were gone yeah yeah we try to make every the the idea for us for church is like we we we've read the polls and the studies what okay watch this this is crazy 99% of Americans that do not go to church would go to church if somebody simp invited them so again 99% of people that do not go to church would go to church if somebody simply invited them which means that we don't have enough people inviting other people and and we think

they're opposed to it they're not opposed to it they they they it's scary to walk into a church when you don't know anybody that's that's awkward right but but the point is is that and then then here's the another statistic is that um the average churchgoer study show goes once every four weeks okay so so what we try to do with our church is remove the obstacles what are obstacles that make people not want to go to church okay obstacle number one wearing a suit yeah dressing up right like people people don't want to dress like like what do we think of when we think of d a guy on a suit I think of I think of sales I think of people trying to sell me something or I think of uh a lot of work if I'm going to have to buy 52 suits you know or it is a lot of work can't afford one suit yeah so but we're going to make you wear a suit and tie every we you know so it's like it's just an obstacle say let's take that away

what if you can come however you want to come yeah if you want to come in a suit great if you want to come in flipflops great like we don't care like do we care does God really care I don't think I don't whatever what started that anyway they show up the church in a suit your Sunday's best I don't know your Sunday's best is not about the external it's about the internal okay right it's like man come man come with your heart open to receive and and and and so you know the idea of the baptisms I'm glad you mentioned that because um you had it was outstanding 700 what was it baptisms in 2024 we water baptized almost 1300 people 1300 wow but but but 6,000 in the last you know 14 years in the in the history of the church and we we do them every month so every last Sunday of every month there's about 100 people that get water baptized and then we do a couple big ones every year at Christmas and Easter

and there's there's even more but um yeah and last two more just quick is there any books other than the Bible and your book that you're like CH kind of helped you look through a different lens uh any books that really I always try to learn about books like a couple books that out of the norm so I I think so um first of all there there's a lot of really great books out there I I was just um uh um I I have a friend Chad Vach that pastors a church in Southern California uh great church out there called Zoe church and he has a book uh that it's brand new released too it's called I bet you thought it was I bet you thought this was about me and and I love that book because the whole book is about really humility it's about walking humbly and being uh somebody that's humble and um and then I think another one is one of my mentors uh in life is a guy named Rick Warren Pastor Rick Warren uh he founded Saddleback Church in

Orange County California and he wrote um The purpose-- Driven Life Book and that book was uh the number one selling book in America for many years running next to the Holy Bible by the way the Holy Bible is still the number one selling book in the US yeah still even through everything and it's had a tick up this last 2024 it's it's back to like record-breaking numbers people buying the Bible but Rick's book The Purpose Driven Life is great because and and and it's kind of like Chad book because the opening sentence is it's not about you that's how the book start it's not about you and then it's really a 40-day journal you know like a 40-day devotional that that that you can go through same thing both are easy reads both are just powerful though I'd recommend those two awesome the last question I always ask talked about a lot of stuff we got your story here uh the fire is for you the fire is for you the

stuff you're going through it's funny because behind you the water it says smooth Sea's never made a skilled sailor but it's it's just as you're talking about uh so buy this book it's I think you you'll really enjoy it it's it's it's it's got QR codes to the music as well and if you're into worship it's cool music too it's not yeah you know when I was a kid you said this little bright light shines bright I just thought about that song when you were talking about shine bright oh yeah like that this little light mind yeah yeah so we talk about a lot of stuff man I just want you to whatever we didn't talk about out maybe we didn't hit something but I'll let you close us out anything on your mind yeah no I I think that's great man I think that the reality is is that life is tough that we go through tough stuff um Jesus said in Matthew 5:45 it Reigns on the just and the unjust in other words um you know

good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people um what do we do with it like man you might be in a fire today you might know somebody in a fire today uh I think my heart for for this book The Fire is for you is you're in a fire or you know somebody's in a fire U buy 10 copies buy 20 copies have them on hand ready to gift and give away to somebody that's in the middle of fire I know what it's like to have a wife standing in uh level one Trauma Center uh worried sick if her husband's going to make it and what life's going to look like for her with a vegetable of a husband and that to me is what I want this book I want this book in those hands and and every host hosital every er every level one Trauma Center every drug rehab every alcohol rehab uh Center every Firehouse every prison every jail and I'm starting in Arizona but but uh this campaign that we're going to do for

2025 in Impact Church and and through Impact Church is I want I want 25 to be a year where we buy a million books and give them away and we've got boots on the ground that people are going to do it it it's the the campaign is the fire is for you books for the broken um man I don't know if if if you're broken out there um I believe this book's going to get you through if you're broken if you're hurting if you're hemorrhaging if you're bleeding whether it's relationally physically I I just think this book I I've prayed about it before we released it that it would I literally prayed about it when it was released I put my hands up on the on the computer screen and and I just prayed God let this bless people let it give people hope let it give people help and I don't care if it sells one or if it sells 5 million what whoever gets it I wanted to help them and I know it's going to end up in the right hand so um
