The victim has now been identified. His name is Alex J. Prey, 37 years old, of South Minneapolis, brutally murdered by Donald Trump's Border Patrol Gustapo, led by Greg Bavino. Alex J. Prey had no criminal record. He worked as an ICU nurse for the VA. He was a legal gun owner. He had a permit for concealed carry of his
