Donald Trump may be trying to unleash hell across the United States with his ICE Gestapo, with his border patrol terrorists. And yes, we have it on video. We have the receipts. We have it on tape. We have the photos. But it is backfiring in Donald Trump's face because the people of America from Charlotte to Portland, from Chicago to Los Angeles, and everywhere in between are pissed and livid. And we are saying enough is enough and we are fighting back. I want to go back now just share with you a little more of the story of that first clip I showed you where ICE broke down the bedroom door and pointed guns at a mother and four US citizen children. Let's just take a look at what went down based on some of the local coverage. Let's play it. Newly released video shows federal agents forced their way into a queen's apartment pointing a gun at a mother and her four kids.

COME OUT HERE. MY BABY. NO. THE confrontation with a man who appears to be a federal agent took place last Thursday at East Elmherst, Queens. Ron Kooie is a civil rights attorney representing the family.

They break down the door with a battering ram. They hold the entire family at gunpoint.

Surveillance video shows a group in tactical gear forced their way into the home. One man noticing a camera flipping it around. Kooie says the agents were looking for his client's cousin who hasn't lived there in years.

She had his phone number. They forced her uh to call him. Kubby tells us his client Jennifer, who doesn't want us to use her last name, has lawful status. Her kids were born in the United States.

They terrorized her. They terrorized the children. There was no warrant displayed, no display of any authority.

Video shows an NYPD patrol car arriving after neighbors thought a robbery was in progress. According to Kooie, the man, believed to be a federal agent, approached the officer's window. After a brief conversation, the officer drove away. The NYPD is prohibited by city law from engaging in civil immigration enforcement.

They pulled a woman out of her bed. The New York Immigration Coalition shared portions of the incident with us. They say the woman and her children, ages 2, 6, 10, and 13, are terrified.

"We are truly outraged at the way that this family has been treated. We don't think that any family should be treated this way." A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security says officers knocked on the door for 20 minutes, adding, "ICE and US Marshals attempted to serve a criminal arrest warrant for Rayundo Gabriel Herrera Benton Court. His criminal history includes assault, reckless driving, and illegal re-entry." Kubie says his client has lawful status in the United States. Her husband has been here for 24 years.

They then detain a high school intern who was working at the court. ICE and Border Patrol were stalking this high school intern. The judge who works in the court where this kid interns was trying to help the kid and ICE tried to basically kill them basically. Here, play this clip. That teen was later released after a judge intervened and told federal agents they had the wrong guy. Kayla Fish joins us now with a closer look at the intense situation and what our law enforcement analyst is saying about the temperature around ice right now. Kayla.

Well, this all happened around the same time that advocates were holding an event outside the courthouse here protesting ICE activity. So, the atmosphere here was already tense, and the wrongful detainment just escalated it from there. Chaos outside of Providence Superior Court as a high school court intern was briefly detained by federal immigration agents and then freed. Sources tell Target 12 it started when courthouse security noticed someone, later identified as an ICE agent, taking pictures of the intern. The teen was reportedly shaken, so sources say Superior Court Judge Joseph McBurnie offered to drive him home.

Back up. Back up right now. Back up. That's when ICE surrounded the judge's car and ordered everyone out of the vehicle with sources saying agents threatened to smash the windows if they didn't comply. Video shows ICE agents putting the teen in handcuffs and leading him away. McBurnernney and others insisted the agents had the wrong person and after an argument, ICE checked the intern's ID, admitted he was not their intended target, and released him.

It's concerning to me as a lawyer. Miriam Weisenbomb was outside the courthouse for the news conference pushing back against ICE operations. Clearly, it seems that if they had the wrong person, then they didn't really know who they were looking for, which calls into question whether they had a legal right to seize anybody. It's very frightening. But I think um what we saw today were many many people standing up

with all the things going on across the country in different parts. Every ICE agent in America knows that they're under the gun where people are attacking them.

12 News law enforcement analyst Steven O'Donnell says the incident as well as video showing an agent appearing to point a taser at a protester underscores the volatility around ICE operations.

ICE, you like it or not, is enforcing the law. You got to make sure you get the right people, but they have to be able to affffect effectuate their rest.

Now, a handful of elected leaders reacted to the incident with statements calling it outrageous and unacceptable, with Governor Dan McKe also adding, quote, "Rhode Islanders should not have to fear federal agents operating with such reckless disregard for the law and human dignity."
