went up and down the field at will. Stafford on the first play has Puka Nakua coming loose and of course he does. Play action. They do this more than anybody. It's Nua with his second catch and a first down for the Rams as Nua takes it inside the 15. Tackled by the old Ram Nick Scott right there with Drake May. going to be Stafford or May headto-head for MVP. GOING IN ZONE, POKING AUA. AND JUST LIKE THAT, LOS ANGELES IS on the board. Nua with his third catch of the drive. It's a 14 yd touchdown. One of the best offensive minds in football. He understands that there's going to be a lot of eyeballs on Puka Nua. So, the idea of being able to move him around. That time he aligns in the back field in a traditional running back set. And then six defensive backs.

So, layman's baits. They're on the sideline. Here's Coker for a first down. They go from second and 19 to get in a first down on Coker's second catch.

Here we go. Try it again here against a four-man rush. First is coming. Young gets rid of it to Tremble. And they've got another third down conversion. Tommy Tremble careerhigh in catches. His second of this playoff game. Moves the chains.

Just a little bit longer. Give himself time to find a target. Quick throw to the Royal McMillan. First down inside the 45. The lone rookie with more than a thousand receiving yards. Probably going to be the offensive rookie of the year.

Looks to throw. First read taken away. Rips it over the MIDDLE AND IT'S PICKED OFF. KOBE DURANT. THE INTERCEPTION. The turnover margin three to nothing. They're down 10 today. The man late getting on the field there. They hand it off to Kairen Williams taking advantage of the Panthers not being set up.

Second and two. Back to the air with Stafford. One-handed catch by Kobe Parkinson. And there's the first look at a Rams tight end. And I'll just let you take over.

His ability to evolve this offense is one of his strengths. Nua's got it for a first down, beating Christian Roseboom,

the main Cog and all that's the MVP candidate quarterback. Look out for Devonte Adams down here. They give it to Puk and Aua though AND NUA BREAKS TACKLES AND GETS HIS SECOND TOUCHDOWN. Puk and Aua having himself one heck of a day.

We talked to defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers, Adro Aero. He said, "We have to turn this into a kicking contest. We have to force red zone field goals." So far, his Rams team's been down there twice and they have no answer for. So far, it hasn't played out.

Young under pressure again. And it's Spooner Ford coming after him. He gets loose. THROWS ON THE RUN. JAYLEN COKER SNAGS IT. Perhaps atoning for stopping his route and leading to an interception on the last drive.

Yeah, you got to wonder how good can a guy be expected to be. This is hard. You can only block the trainer with the pad so many times late in the season. Jared Vers is not the trainer. Looking long here, letting it fly. There's McMillan. Put it right on the floor.

14 yds inside the 35. From the 33 play action in time, steps up over the middle. It's McMillan again to the 11. Second consecutive grab for the rookie. This one goes for 21. Can get a first down here without scoring a touchdown. Just outside of the 10. They'll hand it off to Chuba Hubard. Breaks a tackle and gets to the four.

HERE COMES HUBARD. STRAIGHT INTO THE END ZONE FOR THE PANTHER TOUCHDOWN. All right, watch Damen Lewis, the left guard. He was the other half of that big free agent spending to solidify the interior of this offensive line. Robert Hunt, we've talked about him dealing with injury. Stafford has a wide open man. IT'S HBY STUMBLING THREE inside the 35. On third and three, sideline. ADAMS CLIMBS THE LADDER, BUT he's out of bounds. Defended by Mike Jackson

from 46. Right down the middle for the thicker kicker out of Missouri. Down because of that depth they've developed through the draft.

Third down and two. Young back to throw. He's got Huard swinging out of the back field and oh no, he had room to run and couldn't pull it in and the punt team has to come out. Got to imagine at some point try to get Devonte Adams into this game.

Corner blitz off him. IT'S PICKED OFF. THERE HE IS. DEVONTE ADAMS, BUT IT'S IN FRONT OF HIM AND INCOMPLETE. OH, they had him.

You got to work yourself back into game action and can't help coming after this.

Almost got there. Fair catch TAKEN BY ETN. OH, AND HE LOST THE BALL. THE RAMS ARE ON TOP OF IT. That was Troy Reer that got there first. Did he hang on? Don't be afraid to throw this ball short of the sticks. If it gets to a fourth down, could be a go.

Stafford finds Higgby. Tackled shy of the first down marker. It was Nick Scott. Gain of nine. Fourth and three. Let's see. Nua emotions out. Blitz is coming. Stafford looking to run for the first down. INSTEAD LETS IT GO AND IT'S BROKEN UP. DJ Wam the coverage on Higgby.

47 yd line. First and 10. Young lofting Coker. PERFECT TOSS. JAYLEN COKER INSIDE THE 20. Longest play of the day for Carolina. 32 yds. And there you go. Both teams trying to break through still. Young steps up. He's got room. Bryce Young TUCKS IT. RUNS. ZONE touchdown

and try to do a little TE stunt here on the right side. Byron, Byron Young, he's going to get some interior pressure. That's what moves Bryce Young. And then just one-on-one in space with Nate Landman. Tell you what, it's not really his game, but you think back to his career, right? His Heisman Trophy year, what he did at Alabama. Not the biggest guy, not the most physical, but his athleticism is probably one of the more underrated aspects of his game and one of the best passing games in the league.

From the 40 after the penalty, Stafford. There's Devonte Adams. and the potential Super Bowl hopes of the Rams.

Third and 10. Stafford going long. COCONU OFF HIS HANDS AND INCOMPLETE. 99 times out of 100, it's a touchdown and a 14 or a 174 game. And Puk and Aua drops early in his career, but you almost never see that anymore. All right. Thanks so much, coach.

Joe, we've been monitoring avoid right here. Over the middle, it is a strike and a first down. Fires it over the middle to McMillan. for a first down.

Four-man rush into the flats. Tommy Tremble upended by Forbes. Fourth and two. So the rookie out of Florida State, Ryan Fitzgerald in his first postseason kick has tied the game.

Shaw Smith Wade sees that pressure coming off the slot. Here they come. Picked up. DEVONTE ADAMS has it. Blitz gets picked up and Stafford zips it through for 20. Stafford going in zone. Watch Nua. Defended by Jackson and it's fourth down. The Rams retake the lead. How about Harrison Meas WANTS ADAMS. IT'S PICKED OFF. MIKE JACKSON MAKES HIS MARK AGAIN. Under a minute to go in this third quarter. Second and nine. Young retreats, steps up, LETS IT FLY. HE'S GOT COKER. JAYLEN COKER STOPS AND STARTS. FIRST AND GOAL Carolina 51. Biggest play of the day.

For these moments to run the ball between the tackles. Chuba hover STRAIGHT AHEAD OVER THE GOAL LINE. TOUCHDOWN CAROLINA. Panthers lead. And he knew he knew what he was getting himself into. He told us these are the best DBs we've seen this year. Over the middle and he's got an open Adams. Devonte Adams again attacking the middle of the field and Adams gets 22 into Panthers territory.

Certainly a tough matchup. They get down there around the 5 yd line or closer it becomes Dvonte Adams time.

STAFFORD HAS WILLIAMS. KAIREN WILLIAMS PUTS THE Rams back in front. Watch what he does to Sherless. He's going to be one-on-one. It's going to be a three-way go. The best guys I've ever been around, the linebackers, the Luke Keequleys of the world, they always say make the back break out. But you see just the ability to manipulate the eyes of with Stafford and one Sherless plays outside leverage and Karen Williams crosses its face. Bringing a blitz out of the secondary trying to beat it to Cocker DOWN THE FIELD. CAN'T PULL IT IN.

Durant the coverage. Stafford to throw on second down. ZIPS IT. NAKUA INTO THE TIGHTEST WINDOW. Stafford to Nakua for a first down. Chuck down. Corum can't split him. Nick Scott. Christian Rose.

They did a great job on backto-back plays tackling in space. Evans the PUNT IT COMING AFTER IT AND BLOCKING IT. CAROLINA'S BLOCKED THE PUNT. Isaiah Simmons has him in a tough spot here. They lead BY THREE. WOW. FAKE AND A TOSS. MCMILLAN INSIDE the 15. How about that nifty whip play? As aggressive as Canales is. Blitz comes. Young corner of THE END ZONE. COKER A DIME. A TOUCHDOWN. A Panther lead. Wildard weekend. Bryce Young takes a look out ONE-ON-ONE IN THE SLOT against the safety Cam Curl. There was no doubt when Bryce Young caught that ball where he was going. Now key now for the Rams. You want to get as many offensive snaps before that two-minute warning.

Adams this time settles in the zone with a first down. He's up there at the top. Nula middle of the defense to the 30. Trayvon Merrick. They've used him as an extra rusher a lot today. zips it through there and it's a first down and the first catch of the day for the rookie Kate Mumfield. First and 10 from the 19. Staffer going towards THE END ZONE. PARKINSON. WHAT A CATCH AND THE TOUCHDOWN. CATCH the miss high outside. Left foot, RIGHT FOOT. HE IS IN THAT. Tell you what, Kobe Parkinson, they paid him a lot of money. Originally drafted in Seattle. My last year in Seattle, he was one of our young tight ends. And I think everyone thought he was going to be good, but he has taken on a huge role in this Rams offense down the stretch.

And this place is dead quiet now. Whether Landman drops or not, it's just stressing the protection. They get there again. Lofted up. Incomplete. And it's fourth and 10.

Young, IT'S DROPPED. AND IT'S OVER. JIMMY Horn drops it and the Rams survive. He had it. He found it.

Beat him by three in November. They returned the favor here in the playoffs. Matthew Stafford and the Rams are moving on. What a ball game. And Shawn McVey told us he thought this team was ready for a playoff run because they'd been tested, because they'd suffered so many close losses. Learn from those he had hoped.

Fourman rush. Williams under pressure. Fires into traffic. Caught there by Luther Burton. Third and eight. Trips to the left side. He goes that way. Is blocking out in front. It's a first down as Burton makes the grab. So they set up trips to the left, pick up the first down from Dallas on waiverss two weeks ago. First down here, nice hole over the left side. DeAndre Swift who had a thousand yd season this year. Second down on third and 12. Pass is caught and that's going to be a first down. DJ Moore with the grab. So they're four for four on third down. Third and five.

Williams dancing in the pocket. Williams goes off his back foot and that's incomplete. 27 yd attempt. You saw the flag. That's a light breeze in this venue. And the kick is good. Running back is Jacobs. And he's a lot healthier than he's been in the past couple of weeks. to hand the ball off to Jay Reed coming around from the outside and the wide receiver picks up a first down on Green Bay's first offensive play. Brisker making the stop. This is a noise box here. Love dancing has time deep downfield. Hold in. Big gay Romeo Dos their top receiver.

Toss back. Jacobs tries to get around the corner and Dean. He does and picks up about nine and a half. Going to spot it just shy. Second and issue. Third and two. Fake it to him. Rolling, THROWING, CAUGHT. AND DOES he get into the end zone? He does. Christian Watson crosses the goal line for a touchdown.

Working. Watch them work from the right to the left. It looks like a outside stretch play and instead they come back the other way and Watson with that speed able to get to the corner outflank Mloud and an easy throw that time for Jordan Love for the touchdown. Good call by Matt Laflur.

They go nine plays 85 yds. Nice balance, four runs, five passes. Off they go. Man in motion. Pass wide open making the grab at the 45 yd line. DJ Moore gain of 17 on fourth and six. Williams fires and that's going to be picked at the 12 yd line. Carrian Valentine comes away with it. So, the Bears styied on fourth down and Green Bay will get the ball early in the second quarter and the Packers lead by four.

Jordan Love's going to put some points up tonight against his own defense. Second and three and that's a first down and a lot more. Getting it out to the 34 yd line goes Josh Jacobs. Mug. He's not going to take off. He's going to throw on the run. That's going to be caught. Matthews Golden, the rookie. Love now comes up in the pistol. Chris Brooks is the back. Third down and eight. Pass to the outside. Hold in. And that's going to be enough for a first down. Romeo Dos making that grab in the pocket. Open. Caught. Reed.

Touchdown. Jaden Reed from 18 yds out. Christian Watson take two defenders with him takes 26 and 31 downfield. It creates an opening for 11 and a mismatch against the linebacker Edmonds. So Watson won't get recognized except for you and I talking about it here. But by him taking those two defenders,

they do indeed. It's juggled. It's and then it's tipped and it's incomplete. It's a major gamble and he lost it

off the fake. Wide open. First down and a TON MORE DOWN THE SIDELINE. DIVING IN. Does he get in for the score? He does. Watson. Christian Watson on a fourth and one from 23 yds out. What a dagger. Take a look right here. And yeah, the helmet clips the ball. He's clearly loses it, but Dobs ends up coming in right there. But it doesn't matter. It's going to come back to the spot of where that ball got came out.

Originally signaled a touchdown. You got Tyreek Stevenson created that. Three receivers to the left. Love looked that way. Jacobs the back. Love throwing open caught. Doss for the score. List of Matt Laflur coming up with a good plan right here. He's basically has a a bunch formation. You can see two defenders in the back end of Chicago secondary confused. See him pointing 26. He kind of gets caught up in the wrong guy. It leaves Dobs all alone out there in the flat.

Meanwhile, Williams fires over the middle. Good beginning to this drive and they will gang tackle.

Third and 10. Williams stepping up, stepping away, signaling downfield, going to keep it himself and slides to a stop. So fourth and four going to keep the drive going. Williams throws over the middle. Incomplete.

No timeouts here remaining in this first half of the Packers. And they'll get the ball to start the second half. Love dumps it off here. Chris Brooks. Brooks takes it across the 50. Out of bounds, stopping the clock at 25 seconds inside Chicago territory.

Bears playing three deep right now. Threeman rush. Love takes to the sideline and he's close to a first down with a a chance to run one more play before they send in the field goal group. There's a three deep again. Threeman rush again and that one is thrown away and out of bounds. So, the Packers a dominant first half after Chicago had gone down the field on their opening possession to take a three nothing lead from 55. And it's a kick that is no good this time. So, third and eight. Deep drop. Look out from behind. Throws down the sideline. It's caught 30 yd line. And that's Lovelin making the grab and holding on this time. 30 Williams rolling throwing wide open catch made to the 12 yd line. Loveland again their number one draft choice 10th overall. Backto back first down.

Gmpy here. Williams throwing and diving for it to the 11 yd line and it's incomplete. Meanwhile, now you got a field goal attempt from 34 yds by Tyro Santos, which is good. Play clock at one. Just get it off. Fourman rush. Love chased. Stepping up. Looks downfield. Throws out of bounds. Fourth down. No doubt. Williams back to throw deep downfield. caught at the 40 yd line into the 43 goes Luther Burton.

Second and eight on the ground again. Can swift it around the corner. Yes, he can. And is it shoved out of bounds a yard and a half shy of the first down by Edin Cooper. Third down.

Williams out of the pistol. Picking spinning looking throwing. finds the open man. First down and that is the Andre Swift out of the back field.

Can they get that yard? They're going to throw it. He's under pressure. He throws and it's going to BE INTERCEPTED AT THE TWO YD LINE by Tyron Hopper. Love go to the air. dumps it off to an eligible lineman who came and look at and then the ball comes loose and the Bears THOUGHT THEY HAD IT for a moment then it GOES OUT OF BOUNDS OF ALL CRAZY STUFF. They went to Darian Canard on a tackle. Ellisville lost it and it rolls out of bounds off Gervon Dexter Senior Rush four over the middle catches and bouncing his way out to the 23 yd line goes Chris Brooks in comes the punt group.

So we didn't see Wheeling at all in the first half and now we see him for the third time in the second half. Duivere back to receive it. Duivere moving up, moving back 28 yd line. It's around the corner. DUIVERE ON HIS WAY. Duivere staying in bounds and a good run back. And again, Chicago is in prime shape and they take advantage of it. That's the issue.

Williams under pressure, loses it. Down he goes. Luke Vaness is able to strip it. Recovered by Chicago back at the 36 yd line. Fourth and forever now.

Yeah, a little twist there on that left side and to fourth and 19. Have to go for the 51 yd field goal off the foot of Santos. And that one is good. Third and 10. Brooks is the running back. Love under pressure throws it off the back of one of his linemen and incomplete. Montes Swit put Bat on. That was the very first NFL championship game. Meanwhile, they start this drive. Williams dancing, waiting, looking. He's going to keep it himself. He's going to get around the corner, stay in bounds, and then die for a first down.

First down from the 45. He fires to the sideline. caught and out of bounds at the 34 yd line is Poston Lovelin. Second and 10. Plenty of time. 11 and a half left in regulation.

WILLIAMS FIRES DOWN THE SIDELINE. CAUGHT again inside the Foundry. Lovelin once more. First down. Second and 10. to the outside goes the pass coming back the other way. Williams is out there blocking for Swift. Takes the ball to the five yd line. Tackled there by Walker.

ON THE GROUND. SWIFT. CAN HE GET INTO THE END ZONE? He can. Off a Lovelin block. Lovelin did it all in that drive. Touchdown Chicago. Five wide,

glove in the pocket. Throws caught on the run and once again it stops making the grab. Takes it to the 33. Tackled there by Edmonds. That pass is caught and enough for We'll take a look where they're going to spot it from the 23. Pass to the outside. finding room here. Golden. Golden is inside the 10 and Golden will go into the end zone for the touchdown. So, Matthew Golden, their number one pick, who did not have a single touchdown during the regular season, picks an opportune time for number one.

Finally gets a chance. And here it is. Took him to come out of the back field with motion. Nobody responds. They blitz from the interior. See the slot there? Gordon blitzes. But how about Golden's effort? Good blocks. Good job by Watson. But that is a heck of an individual effort.

Brandon Mcmanis for the extra point. And that kick is no good cuz fourth down and eight. Have to get to the Green Bay 49. Williams chase THROWS AND IT'S CAUGHT at the 30 yd line. Roman on a fourth and eight keeps it going. Yeah, you should go for the field goal if you don't get it.

Third and 10. Williams dancing, throwing, caught and escaping, GETTING INSIDE THE 10 YD line to set up a first down and go to Manungi

IN THE POCKET. FIRES TO A TOUCHDOWN. Zakius into the end zone underneath either checking it down or finding a tight end or receiver. Zakius this time from the from the right just works underneath trying to work in space against the linebackers. Caleb puts it out in front. Easy job of play.

Has time throws caught. Two points. Who else? Colston Love. Extra pressure. PASS. THROW. DO makes a tremendous catch. Do is Love outside. Hold in. He got Golden who scored the touchdown. Makes the grab. Third and 15. UNDER PRESSURE. THROWING FOR DOBS. OUT OF BOUNDS. Couldn't stay in. Jaylen Johnson covering. Fourth and 15. Long time with the Broncos. Second year now with the Green Bay Packers to try to make it six up and the kick is no good. Crowd quiet then quiets down now. Men at work.

Williams throws caught. That'll be another first down to the 46. That's Loveless. Now you got a guy hadn't played all all game at left tackle except as a receiver. Ash is caught. That's a first down and a lot more down the sideline before he steps out of bounds. DeAndre Swift with 148 23 yds from the Green Bay 25 yd line. They're in field goal range. They want to get seven. They can use the clock.

WILLIAMS THROWING AND IT'S CALLED FOR THE TOUCHDOWN BY DJ MOORE. Forget about the clock. Just take the lead when you can. Two, three receivers. They look like they're going to just throw a quick screen to Luther Burton. Watch Caleb Williams pump it and then release DJ Moore down that left sideline. So, you put Moore and Lovelin out in front. The defense, watch them react. They think the ball's going to be thrown the burden. They completely lose DJ Moore behind him because their eyes were on that quick screen. Good job of kind of showing it, flashing it by Caleb. And there's nobody downfield once they've been on it. Easy throw for Moore once again against the Packers for the touchdown.

Watson wide to the left. Golden goes in motion. Needs seven to keep it alive. going deep down the sideline and that is hauled in by Matthew Golden to keep the drive alive and their hopes alive.

Man coverage and goes right to it. Third and three. Pass is holds. You got to get up to the line of scrimmage. Ready to go.

Looks downfield. Fires downfield. Caught to the 24 yd line goes Jaden Reed. All over Soldier Field. Hearts beating furiously. GETS STRUCK. LOOK. LOOKING. One last gasp. Moving guys around. FIRES TO THE END ZONE AND IT IS broken up. The Bears win it in a crazy one. And not only does he keep this alive, watch the football. Mitch down on the ground now. Watch how much time he takes here. He's got a threeman rushing. He's just trying. He's He's pointing, directing traffic. I thought he might have thrown it there. Still being patient. And then he just says the heck when I got to take a chance and throw it. Just not able to move the receivers where he wanted. And the Chicago Bears after a miserable first half, horrible, come back and advance in a playoffs.

Good for Ben Johnson and his team. Shakir showing why he's one of the best in the league after the catch picking up additional yardage. Second and eight and they've got Cooks out of the gun. Allen right down the middle and it's not there. Followed your line. They went with ETN. He's got the first down out to the 40. Written down by Jordan Pyer. Looking the throw. Lawrence pass. Almost intercepted off the deflection off the hands of Washington.

And Lawrence again up top and picked off. Picked off by Thompson. JACK THOMPSON'S DOWN TO THE 32 yd line. Here's the coverage. They're going to disguise it right here when Trevor Lynch drops back. He's going to end up throwing an in route right here. And Shaq Thompson reads his eyes and flows right to the ball. And they switched up, went to Tampa, too. And that means you're right there in the middle. And you read the quarterback's eyes. And that is one that Trevor Lawrence wants back. He knows that was a poor decision. Check it down.

If they pressure, he's got to get it out if he comes. If not, he's going to go with his legs. And he is stopped after only one. Raider, hold on. It's good. You'll take him when he's at 80%. Line up on the near side. Watch out for him. He's been unheralded this season. He's been injured a little bit, but when he's played,

he's been brilliant. Yeah, it's been a difference maker in this offense in a lot of ways. Watch from here.

There's Lawrence. Guess what to Strange with Lawrence. Tim Patrick's now in the game at wide out as they toss it to Tuton. And look at Basil Tutin go. Rips off the long run for 20. Tuten the rookie out of Virginia Tech. First time in Buffalo territory. They've got more. They've got Tooten again with a chunk play of about 12. Think one's going to have to come down.

First and 10. Lawrence balls on the hand off. Tooten inside the five. Travers are going to go up top. Going to THROW IT IN ZONE. GOT A TOUCHDOWN. TO BRIAN THOMAS JR. FROM JACKSONVILLE, the first to find the end zone

by Trevor Lawrence. And you just see the ball placement is absolutely perfect inside. And you watch Ray Davis is back there at the goal line. Number one kickoff return average in the NFL. got a chance to show his stuff as he crosses the 20, the 30, the 35. He gets hit by his own teammate. The ball's on the ground. EACH TEAM THINKS THEY HAVE IT. Looks like a big return and then all of a sudden comes flying in. Buster Brown gets that ball out creating a huge play. Nobody better than Jacksonville. and finishing with sevens if they create a turnover. And they have created a bunch this year. And Davis is down. He got hit by Sam Franklin, his own teammate during all of that.

Already thin at running back with Tai Johnson inactive. They did again bring up Frank Gore Jr. who he's in the back field on a second and three. Here's Lawrence. Pass caught by Jacobe Meyers right off the top of the surface. That's you see the motion and back. They get so much stuff pre- snap. That's what Liam Coleman has brought here with this system. It's helped Trevor a time still hold up top or will it be? No, he's sacked by Rouso out of the gun. They gamble and they go with Lawrence. Oh, this is going to be so close.

And we're back. We're back, everybody. We're going to take a look at this replay. Watch Trevor Lawrence here on the down the line shot. And remember, when that knee is down, if Thompson is touching, everybody, we're going to take a look at this replay. Watch Trevor Lawrence here on the down the line shot. And remember, when that knee is down, if Thompson is touching him right there, we can see see the ball short at the 13 yd line. Great challenge by Coach McDermott. And here's a closeup again. Watch Lawrence's right shin. Touched by Thompson right there. That's where he's down by contact. No first down. First down Buffalo Bills though. Yep. They've already announced it to the crowd here after being injured on that return where he coughed it up. Second and six. Back to Shakir. He's got blockers. He's got a first. He sidesteps a defender and he's out of bounds with a first down.

It is second and four. Cook. Cook picks up a first down. Jim, I'm telling you, went back to Laram in November and had his jersey retired in his old campus. Throws. Oh, that was right over the head of one defender. The flag is out and look at Cooks come Allen down the field WIDE OPEN. KEON COLEMAN SLIPS TO A TACKLE AND HE'S INSIDE THE 10 YD LINE. Big play by Keon Coleman for 36. And they've got a goal to go situation

inside the five. But you see so many times injuries to the fingers to the hand when you have something like this happen.

100%. This is Oh, right on the finger. you don't want. And you could tell that definitely hit it. And oh, that's that will be concerning. Even on the toss, you could tell. Here he goes, Tony. You had THE RIGHT CALL. AND I think he broke the plane. It's a touchdown.

Jean, you saw him do that. That's very strange. It's a touchdown if they're allowing the play. But he came out and said something very fast. He is, by the way, hurt again. Now he's hobbling as he goes to the sideline. It looks like Yep. They're moving it back into pat formation. Spotting the football at the 15. So it is touchdown.

And watch this at the end though. Good. Yeah, you had the Vader, then you had the knee, but the fact that he's sitting there in his position makes him feel a little bit more comfortable. Okay, there's a rushing play. He's with his son, but these are the plays right here that you need. Third and six. Nothing there. Nothing across the middle. Oasis to it was Bill's defender and Parker Washington somewhere in the area.

That is some injury report and all in one half. Here's a second and 10. Able to get it across the way to Gabe Davis. Stopped it. down protected long enough to get rid of it but well short of the first. It's

shifted the game a little. Angles it left. Bounces inside the 10. Oh my gosh. How about that?

Wow. This all start with the clock running. That's correct. First and 15. Swinging it over. need to go out of bounds

again. The longest ever at the Raiders 68 yds. Here's Lawrence pulling it down. YEAH, THREW IT. OH, WHAT A CATCH BY WASHINGTON. 34 yds. No one is set. This is a chance. Defense is offside, but they'll get an extra 5 yd if they got the snap off before the clock hits zero. Great job by Jacksonville to have a chance.

Now, when that football just starts from that center, that's when the defense unabated cuz they didn't get back occurs. So, it's a kill right there. We're looking at fractions.

Great job showing the center's hand movement. Watch the center's hand movement right here.

That's where I'm looking too, Tony. It's so close. ruling on the field is that the offense did get set and there was offside by the defense set the ball to one second.

Cam Little's going to get his chance. Unbelievable by Jackson. And what a catch by Parker Washington to set it up. Here it is. 54 yds. Washington's kick. After all that, it's no good. Third and nine. Quick toss. Shir blockers. pins. That move got the first down for Buffalo. His sixth catch of the game. Play action. And Allen stood in there. Completes it again. Is back to Shakir to the Jacksonville side of the 50. Throws quickly. He's got Davis and he's got the first down. Quick zip. Shir maybe got it to the 28. Fourth and three.

Lot of yards. Already good from 50. This from 47. And Prader is good again for a 13-7 lead. And Lawrence held to 88 yds passing in the first half. A touchdown and a pick. He's coming out throwing here. First snap of the second half. And it's Washington. And Washington was for

toss to ETN. ETN has an opening. ETN SLASHING HIS WAY INSIDE the 30. Lawrence with time and it's knocked down at the last moment. White makes the second pass defense on this series. Would have been a touchdown. Cam Little 43 yds. The right hash. Little nails it. And they've got matching field goals here in the third quarter. He's got a second and eight. Looking for options. Not going to be there. He's dragged down again. Josh Hines Allen now a third and 20. Allen. No one there. Rookie from Ohio State. Here's a third and five open.

And that was the man on the coverage we just mentioned. Hancock. That means they got everybody else right here. So I think it's going to be hard to run it. Well, here they go. Up top they go. They've got the first down again. It's Hancock in for Puyer on the coverage and goal. 6 yds away from the lead. Here's Lawrence. ZIPS IT IN ZONE. CAUGHT. TOUCHDOWN. PARKER WASHINGTON. But just Parker Washington being a big difference maker. That throw is exactly where it should be. high and away. I mean, that is why Jacksonville I think whoever wins this game has a shot at going to the Super Bowl, Jim. This game is that close.

Cook, can they get him going? Can they find openings for him? He's able. fakes, sets, throws, got him at the 28 yd line. This time it's Dawson Knox with the grab for you knew the ball was going to stay in Josh's hands right there. No question. First and 10. Makes the quick toss. Goes down THE FIELD. CONCAID HAS IT FOR THE TOUCHDOWN.

To Concaid for the lead right back. Just an exceptional play call. And Josh Allen with the pump fake. Just watch right here. We're running a screen, right? We're running a screen. I'm going to go out here and block you and then go up the sideline. And Josh Allen throws that.

Lawrence is one playoff win. He brought his team back from 27 down against the Chargers a couple years back. He can do it now. He's down three and he completes it. ETN able to get going from 27 nothing down. Led by Lawrence in a wild card game a couple years back. Here he throws on second and 10. Wide open. It's Washington. Somehow no one was near him and the Jaguars are set up at the Buffalo 25. Been playing outstanding.

He's over a 100. He did not have a catch until the last 30 seconds of the first half. Here they go back to him on the end of round. Little tipsy Doom. Bosa not able to bring him down. He's rolling right. Loves to throw it this way. Flicks it. ETN. HE'S IN FOR THE TOUCHDOWN AND JACKSONVILLE takes the lead again. Just take a look. He's going to run out here. Russo's the only guy. He's got to cover him. And he has a double situation. Do I take the quarterback or the running back? And he decides to go.

Big time play call by Liam Cohen. Great job. The Bills are going down. Josh All will have the ball in his hands on every play coming after him. Gets rid of it. Deep. IT'S OPEN AND COOKS HAS IT. COOKS WAS LEFT ALONE IN THE SECONDARY. Promise you.

Everybody knows. And it's cover zero. Looks like one-on-one. Do they have some play? Shir. Wiggles. Wiggles. Wiggles. He's pushed back. And we're going to have Well, the spot looks generous. Reggie Gilliam fullback. Big on the tush bush. There he is shoving. And Allen's got it. Not to be denied. HE'S STILL GOING. LOOK AT THIS.

WOW. A full thoroughb bread. AND THEY SAY TOUCHDOWN. A TOUCHDOWN is under review.

Well, Torrance just carries Josh like his baby just pushing him being like, "You're not touching my baby."

He's definitely short. He's going to be short for sure. But he gets the 10 yardds basically. That was an incredible play call. This will be a 10-second runoff. Jean, will you explain this for here?

Yeah, in this situation, they've ruled touchdown. Now, if they come back and rule, which we believe they will, short by the yard by rule now,

after reviewing the play, the runner was down short of the goal line. By the way, it might not be all bad for the Bills because you can use some more time. I want the 10-second runoff on first and goal. They shoved across. They'll go ahead and take the touchdown as again Reggie Gilliam rides right behind him and the Bills are back in front with a minute to go.

And then they let them score here. Don't actually see how they come out of there. They back out of it. That gives you the most. You can see the yardage line to get to is at the 50. That would match his career long 68 yd take. BALLS INTERCEPTED. THE GAME IS OVER AS COLE BISHOP GETS IT OFF THE REBOUND. Bishop is there, but watch Javius White is all over Jacobe Meyers and Bishop wisely goes right down. It's just a great defensive play by White ending Jacksonville's season and he threw that ball and put him in position and they finished it off with a 10yd tush push to get to the one which is insane.

He was absolutely battered and bruised in that first half with a head injury. Here's McCaffrey. He's trying to get the run game going and he goes nowhere. stacked up by Nolan Smith and a couple of others

passing featuring their tight end and their halfback. You see they're already on the ball with some tempo try to catch. He goes off GUARD HAS ROBINSON DEEP AND WIDE OPEN FOR THE FIRST DOWN AND HE BREAKS THROUGH FOOT RACE NOW CUTS BACK AND AGAIN IT'S STILL ON HIS FEET ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE 15.

30 second down time throws over the middle. It is caught and held on to by McAffrey. He went up and got it. It's a first and goal for San Francisco.

Second and goal. Couple of fakes. Pretty quick throw. Caught in THE END ZONE. TOUCHDOWN. ROBINSON AGAIN. And the 49ers strike first.

A lot of deception here on this play. They fake the jet sweep, fake the toss, and a little bit of eye candy. Mitchell just can't squeeze that coverage tight enough. Been a good throw just above the helmet to Robinson.

I'd expect a lot of Saquon and more scrambles, excuse me, more fine runs for Jaylen.

That's a pretty good run for Barkley with a big hole into San Francisco territory. He goes and down to the 32.

It's a great place for this defense to try to start today. On the fake. Herz looking to throw it near side. Complete for a first down. It's AJ Brown's first catch of the day.

Third down. Here is Barkley looking to bounce outside. Barkley, what an effort and a first down for the Eagles.

Third and goal. They give it to God on the sweep. DALLAS. GDARD'S IN. TOUCHDOWN PHILADELPHIA. An underhand shovel. This is just a jet sweep to Goddard coming across. Seal the edge of the defense. And Pox Freed Dallas got his first career rushing touchdown. He's got 12 total touchdowns on the year. And Elliot as the point is no good.

Third and six. Herie near side. Strong throw, but it's going to be short. It is caught there, but a couple yards short is Robinson

trying to solve it. Third and seven now is Herz has some time. Lets a rip over the middle and it's caught by Darius Cooper for a first down. just nine catches during the regular season, but the rookie delivers there. Here's Herz again. Time. Nice catch by AJ Brown. That throw was a little low, but he hauled it in into San Francisco territory.

Yeah, no help in the deep part of the field. Great opportunity to throw it. Her splits is coming going far side. It's knocked away. Upton South, the tremendous rookie, saw it, made the play, and the 49ers take over. Third and nine, fourman rush. Perie looking to run. Ajomo in hot pursuit. And Pertie's well short, chased out there. Boy, the big guy, AMO really had some wheels.

I didn't. Here's Herz throwing for side. AJ Brown has a catch. going to pick up about eight with three seconds left.

Here's Herz over the middle. He goes Devonte Smith. Makes the catch and forward right around the first down.

Blitz coming. Herz gets it to Smith with a turnaround catch and gets stopped. Wow. Big time hit by Jer Brown who read it all the way.

Third and long, fourman rush hurts all day. frozen. Devonte Smith has a little bit to go and think he's going to be a little bit short. We'll see.

Second and six. Herz sets up Barkley who's looking for a block. Great move from Barkley. Oh, Barkley breaks through to the 30. So patient on that catch and run for Squan who gets it down to the San Francisco 30 and he picks up 20.

Do some dirty work of his own. Staying out there too is Bsby. Going to give it again looking for a couple blocks. Bixsby stays up. It's got this crowd juice down to the 10. They picked him up from Jacksonville after week one. And they picked him up for kick return purposes, but Herz the keeper. OH, ROLLING THROWING CAUGHT FOR THE TOUCHDOWN. Guess who? Dallas got another one. If you're blocking within a yard, you can drive that defender. You could drive that defender five, six, 10 yards downfield. Great flag pickup. Touchdown for the Eagles.

Here you go. So, it's like uh Michael Ler on the blind side where he took the guy.

He's going to rely more on Perie and some of these receivers to open up some production for other guys

like this coming to George KD who makes his first catch of the day. Man, this is really tough to watch. George KD, one of the greatest players and one of the greatest guys, frankly, in the NFL. And this is not good for the right leg.

Yeah, just trying to brace himself and a little too much pressure on that lower leg. Let's hope he's okay. It's a huge loss for the NerS. Just an emotional loss, physical loss. The tone setter in the run in the pass game.

Heartbreaking to see. Now they got to figure it out without one of their leaders is pretty rifle it over the middle. That's a good START TO JUAN JENNINGS racing away from Eagles. Jennings inside the 30. That's a pretty good response from Perie on McCaffrey stumbles, falls short, just kind of tripped and now it's fourth down. Send the kicker out to try to make it a three-point game. Danny Pierro's been in the league a while. His first career playoff game and he hits his first kick from 36 yds out. and done a remarkable job coming in there as a reserve tackle.

Third and long blitz is coming. Her sees trying to take a deep shot AGAIN AND BROWN CAN'T CATCH UP TO THAT ONE. He was covered pretty well by Green. Fans want to flag. There is none. A couple near misses to your Pro Bowl receiver AJ Brown. That first one on the post open and then this is the go route where he almost always catches those and the frustration mounts. Sirriani on get off the field and again just a little colorful with this star white out. They have a great relationship. Everyone kind of makes a lot of that. I

You're okay. I think it's two great competitors and in the heat of the moment they know how much they care for one another and vice versa when the Eagles are on offense. Birdie 119 to go gets out of a sack but not the next one. Taken down by Jaylen Carter. Daquin Barkley 71 rushing yards in that first half and he's off to a good start here racing through the middle as we go downstairs to Aaron.

I never yelled at a coach. I never saw it. Third down. Here's Barkley drops the ball. He picked his head up. I think was looking at the upcoming Upton Stout. He just wish him a speedy recovery. Now the 49ers have to do it without him. And Port's in a lot of trouble racing around looking to run against B who chases him out of bounds out by the 10. 10 for the 49ers who use their first timeout already of this half to avoid a delay a game previously. Here's Pie. Heavy pressure throws. Good throw and catch. It's Robinson again who's been a big factor today with a touchdown and a 61 yd catch and he delivers there.

Yeah, quick motions quick adaptations for this offense to succeed. Here's McAffrey run game breaks the tackle. McAffrey good run out across the 40. First miss snap of the day. You get the idea. Perie to throw. Pressure in his face. Oh, intercepted. It is picked OFF BY QUEEN YAN MITCHELL. Open on the front side of the route to the right, but he came off it so quick trying to find Sky Moore on Quinan Mitchell. Little bit of pressure, erratic throw, and way too easy for Mitchell.

Now third and 19. And they rush four. Herz's going to throw underneath to Goddard who is going to be tackled immediately by Garrett Wallow. And the Bluebirds raining down. Third and nine. Eagles send a blitz. Perie has it picked up. Throws near side and it's incomplete. Wind get a hold of that one or just three straight three and outs for them. See if they get something going with Saquon Barkley. Jump cut hit behind the line again. And it's been a theme. And the ners get there with CJ West, the rookie.

Well, it's coming. Herz gets rid of it. Devonte Smith and is wrapped up. Good tackle that time, man. Maris Seagull, the rookie.

Barkley sworn, hit behind the line again. It's Bryce Huff, the ex Eagle. This time, going in this direction earlier in the game. if they don't get this. Herz on the quarterback draw run and he's going to slide down well short. So he gets a couple more yards, but now we'll see Elliot.

Elliot's kick is perfect right down the middle. The one that ended up being intercepted there by Pertie. Just see if he makes the right read. There are some guys open in the secondary. Just like that.

On the fake. Perie's got time as you check wide open. Room to run. Kyle use the fullback puts his shoulders down and down to the Philly 40.

Sky Moore again little tricker who's thrown IT BEFORE GOING DEEP TO CRY. HE'S GOT IT. TOUCHDOWN 49ERS. BUT THERE is a flag. Wait,

hold on. Let's see what the flag is. So much deception here. Ends up being your passer. Give it to Sky Moore on the jet sweep. And then I don't know why Blankenship comes out of coverage. He feels McCaffrey there, but he kind of goes to approach the running back or excuse me, Jennings. And then who else? Christian McCaffrey.

And then they're out of rhythm. Looking to throw it on first down. Gets it out to Barkley who gets a block and a good one for Barkley who breaks a couple tackles and there's a first down. Not a good drive starter for the Eagles that time and got a good block from Cooper, but now we see a penalty on the far side. It wasn't a good block by Cooper. It was a hold apparently.

No, he thought he had him cut up there on Pock and again just wrestles him to the ground. You got to know when the backs by you. Saquin's probably going to run through that arm tackle anyway. Little job of acting, but you're okay with that if you get the call.

Fourman rush. Still some pressure. Hurst throws on the run and it's incomplete. Barkley the intended receiver.

Tremendous confidence in one another. That's how you go on the road to the playoffs and have a lead in the fourth quarter. Here's Birdie looking to throw wide open is this man is used again who rolls his way for a first down. As a reminder that AWSai the NFL with time floats one deep. IT IS INTERCEPTED. IT'S QUON MITCHELL NUMBER TWO. Up and running is Mitchell. And now he's still going.

Yeah, there's Ton just on the crossing route. I mean, Mitchell has so much more speed on that throw. He just easily undercuts it. Probably couldn't believe that the ball was being thrown. It looks like there's a little separation and that ball hangs up there a little longer when it's up there than anyone with more speed. up.

Play fake. Herz rolling, looking going to take it and run and then gets enough for a first down before he slides down. And there's a penalty at the end of it.

Here he is on the slide. Herds getting out of there and he knows he's kind of getting into danger. I'm not sure. 96 15 yd penalty field play.

I don't know. I kind of roll my eyes at those. Dean, what do you think? I know it's tough on the defender. We talked about this. It is a late slide, but he still can't go to the headneck area. Looked like there was some contact. I don't love it. I think it's hard on the defender in that situation to avoid that

from their 36. It's Barkley dancing around. Good cut from Barkley getting a little traction is Barkley now. Right around a first down.

Hurts one over the middle. It is caught, but short of a first down. It is Shipley who makes the catch. It's going to be a fourth and about three. Elliot up and he drills it up and through. You know those practice reps work. Late blitz. Perie can't find it one. Breaks through. Looking to run on a fake and Pury close to a first down. He should have it.

A rare rep at tailback. Birdie has some time, zips in, and it's caught. Coming back is Demarcus Robinson who's over a 100 yardds on the day. An unlikely hero, and he's been great in, excuse me, not in K. Jennings and McCaffrey. Still plenty of weapons out there for them to move the ball down the field.

We got set up a screen. McAffrey couple blocks. Christian McAffrey. Good cut on a first down. Oo, that was pretty. So, a first down. McCaffrey racing left. Breaks a couple tackles and he's inside the 10. It's a first and goal for the Ners. Third and goal. Hery pressure. Steps up. TOUCHDOWN SAN FRANCISCO. It's McCaffrey.

This is the guy who catches it. McAffrey. Of course, it's McAffrey. Look at this route. comes across, dips underneath Williams, sells the flat route on to Kobe Dean, and then his quickness to get back to the inside and Perty's awareness to know where he's at. Oh,

now the extra point is missed. So, the Eagles miss one earlier and now it's San Francisco's turn. Fourman rush for Herz. He goes underneath to Barkley who's tackled immediately by Kendricks for a short gain.

Third and five. Blitz picked up. Hurts. AJ Brownie drops it. Oh my goodness. Drop out of the blitz. Herds looking throwing. Caught up for the first down. Dallas keeps them alive.

Fourman rush. Herz stands in wide open as Devonte Smith who's taken out of bounds right around the marker at the 35. That should be good for a first down.

Stay with rushing four. Herz over the middle. Quick throw. Smith. Devonte Smith. Another first down. He's down to the 20. They do snap it. A lot of time on the clock. Hurts going to take off the run. Tripped up from behind. Boy, that would have been a big gain. Keon White made a nice shoestring tackle.

They back out of it. Herz needs 11 over the middle. Tip incomplete. San Francisco takes over looking to take away the upset

for all the things he's done, all the wins he's gotten this team, all the championships they've gone to, maybe the best coaching job he's ever done. And just think that the 49ers, every time the Kyle Shanahan's had them in the playoffs, they've been to the title game.

After the gain of six, made in the air for the first time, complete. And Stefon James will take it.

You talk to him, it feels like a Hallmark movie between he and his wife and they met in sixth grade and the whole thing. draw here with Stevenson for a gain of about four against the Chargers defense

and at one point has been interviewed by about everybody with their head coaching vacancy.

Third and a half does it here. Chargers bring four. May can't get away. Adolf who came over in the trade from Baltimore comes up with a sack. Championships at different levels and here they are headto-head for the first time as coaches. Justin Herbert. Charger offense begins in the 20, begins in the air and begins with Trey Harris. A first down gain of 14. Rookie out of Old Miss. They got big people that want to play tonight. Scott Matlock, Tucker Fisk. They're two big fullback types are in, but they're blocking cuz Herbert's looking to throw scrambling on the run will go to the marker and on first down get about nine as he goes out of bounds with his Chargers offense.

Fourman rush protected. Herbert slinging it. Gadson. Can he get there? No. Two yds shy. Gadston is brought down.

Head of the operation on the back end. Very seldom do you see them play anything but these two deep safeties.

Second and 11 from his own end zone. May deflected. Duran James almost had it, but a teammate comes UP WITH IT. IT'S HENLEY WITH THE INTERCEPTION AT THE 10 YD LINE. IT'S THE guy who does next to nothing on the rush. Here's Sierra Tart. Really doesn't get off the line of scrimmage, but gets back into the throwing lane. He's getting double teamed. Found a way to get into the throwing lanes. And there it is. Nothing more dangerous than a ball tipped straight up in the air. And the Chargers get the break they're looking for on the road to try and shift the pressure to Drake May and the Patriots.

Glad Munki is the motion man. Herbert going to take off, get it down to the five. He got five yards as he was tripped up by Anthony Jennings. Always a factor on third down and in the red zone. Herbert looked his way. Covered now takes off. Tries to get it himself. Cannot. Stopped around the two yd line. Marcus Jones comes up to make the play. Going for it. Pats bringing the heat. HERBERT TRYING TO ESCAPE. ENZO THROW. NO, ALLEN COVERED BY CHRISTIAN GONZALEZ.

Saw the pressure coming here. Here it comes. He's looking left. Covered. Comes back over the middle and completes IT TO RAANDRE. STEVENSON WHO'S GOT A LOT OF ROOM. THERE IT GOES. STEVENSON ALL THE WAY TO MIDFIELD. 48 YDS. BIG BIG PLAY FOR New England.

Second and five. Little play pass here. May everything's covered to the left. She's going to take off and dive forward and they'll mark it for the first down and the big gain ensues. Stevenson right the 29 yd line. Chris, it's such a big part the X's and O's the ability to throw the ball run. Terry McCauley, our three times Super Bowl referee with us back in the studio confirms that from the 23. A LITTLE PRESSURE HERE AND THEY GET TO May Julie Tui Penotu. They protected throwing open is Chisum to the 11 yd line. First down. He's on the same side with the former Charger.

Hunter Henry is in motion. Third and four. May nothing open at first. Keeps it alive. Directs chased. Flings out of the end zone. block was low, but Boralis punches it through, including a goal to goal stop on the last drive. Avarian Hampton first run, nothing. Loss of a yard and one of those players we've already hit, Craig Woodson on the other side of the line. A deep catalog of plays in Greg Roman's offense. That one works. Firing to the far side to Keenan Allen. And Herbert turns, gives it by Dell. Nothing. So what is Harbaugh going to do now? Only four misses all year for Cameron Dicker from 21 to tie the game.

Operation clean. The kick is perfect. Well, great work in their communities and some international work as well for Hunter Henry. Deserving team winners. May begins. floats it out softly taken by Trevon Henderson right to the first down line

is a Chargers defense that simply does not give up those kinds of plays where they haven't

the 42 play pass for May found the space just took off first down Drake May second and 10 May out quick high throat is brought in by Kahan Booty question if Booty was going to go tonight with a hamstring injury but third and five Chargers bring in four. May throws. It's off the hands of Stevenson and incomplete. Back to the air. Herbert throwing. Good job to keep his eyes up and complete it. Allen very close to the first down getting the little push or the big push I should say from Bradley Boseman as we get near the two-minute warning. Pressure coming off the edge. throws right into that pressure. Videll Ellis couldn't bring him down until he got a few more yards.

And Carlton Davis is not in the lineup for the Patriots being looked at in the tent. Fourman rush without one of their starting corners. Hats recovering. Defensive pressure gets to Herbert at the 23 yd line.

Clearly established itself as a runner, which he didn't do. That's forcible contact. It should have been a penalty for roughing the passer. 15.

Here is May taking off on the run. First down IN FIELD GOAL RANGE AND MORE. THERE GOES MAY INSIDE THE 20 TO THE 17 YD LINE. BIG RUN BY MAY. Second and 10. May looking for that end zone shot. Gets it out to the sideline. Incomplete. And with 6 seconds left, Boragalis and the field goal unit will come on. Andy Borgalis from 35. He gives the Patriots a 6-3 lead with two seconds until halftime. The headline of that drive. He had a move like that to block a field goal against Miami. Mazize first play of the second half is complete. Staying in bounds on the sideline as Stevenson Markham very close to that first down. Think they're going to move the chains at the 29 yd line.

Second and 10. Derwin James was nosing around. Made the other side. And Hunter Henry goes to the ground and holds on to the ball despite the Tony Jefferson hit first down across the 45 yd line.

Takes the man in motion. Pressure comes from the secondary. May's got time. Slipping out Stevenson. First down Stevenson. Gain of 17 as he stayed on his feet to the 33 yd line. Now he's got an extra offensive lineman there. Munford in third and one. OPTION MAY. BEAUTIFUL FAKE. First down to the 18 yd line.

Oh, show the whole resume, Drake May. Show the whole resume. Here we go. On second and 10. May look out from behind. Protects the ball. Now he loses it and the CHARGERS ARE ON IT. ALL THE WAY OFF THE EDGE. KNOCKED IT OUT AND DESHAAWN HAND RECOVERS. Off the edge beats the rookie Campbell. Second try gets a hand on the ball. hand recovers.

Communicate and get to what Terry says is the right answer at that point. Second and 10. Herbert go right back to Johnson. That time he's blanketed and the flag comes down on Carlton Davis.

See the arm get hooked here right at the last second. Little grab and hold that down. And that's what was called.

We brought in the right fit guys on this Patriots team. Part of their story of success this year. Second and nine. Videll inside across midfield. Overload to Herbert's right.

Patriots bringing four. Herbert in trouble. Eludes Barmore. KEEPS IT ALIVE. OVERSHOOTS VEL.

WELL, they had sprinkles. Let's add a little sprinkle out here. Let's go. 15 yd line. May in trouble. Tier Tart. He had a great start to the season. We have to keep our eye on that left side of the offensive line.

Third and 13. Stunting on him again. THIS TIME MADE PROTECTED TO HENRY across the 30. Three field goals thus far this one.

May has time. LITTLE SHOT DOWNFIELD TOWARDS BOOTY. CUT IN FRONT. GOT IT. BOOTY ON THE RUN INSIDE THE 30 TO THE 26 YD LINE. 43 TO KAN BOOTY. Third and four for the Pats. Here comes the pressure. They throw double caught then dropped by Douglas. And this Chargers defense comes up with a stop force a field goal attempt. A good season. Couple of misses early on, but for the most part was pretty solid throughout his first year. Good from 39. And the Patriots extend the lead. Seven plays, nine yardds to this team in the first part of this third quarter and a drop ball by Herbert. BUT VIDEL SAVES THE day with their best play on offense in this half. Well, I've heard of fumble ruski before, but maybe this is Spike Aruski. I don't know what that was, but it really worked. That's the best play we've seen out of the Chargers in some time now. So, every once in a while, Mike, in a playoff game, you just catch

a break, right? Just catch a break and all of a sudden it wakes you up. Like Brael now and has three catches. Manki one from the 35. Herbert looking. They're covered again downfield. He's got to take off and run and he gets to the line for a first down. Consistent diet of pressure from the Pats. HERE THEY COME AGAIN. FLAG IS DOWN UNDERNEATH off the hands of Allen. Let's check that flag. It's going to be illegal shift on the Chargers I believe. Secured to the correct call. Second and seven. Bay had a step up. Throws to Westover. Got the first down. Jack Westover.

Deep drop. Bay looking to step up. Climbs through the traffic. Goes towards the numbers and down by Henley just shy of the 40 yd line. Second and two for Drake Mate and the Patriots

trying to add to a six-point lead. Stevenson left through exactly into the secondary. Stevenson to the 29. You see the Stevenson 128 yd total tonight. Play pass. Oh, picked up on Henley. Twists him up top. Henry's got it TO THE END ZONE. TOUCHDOWN NEW ENGLAND AGAINST HIS OWN TEAM IN THE PLAYOFFS.

The other back is going to make a spectacular block. Then you're going to see him get just a piece of Dayon Henley who's a whirling dervish coming through and almost got to May who kept his eyes down the field and was able to see Henry and just lobbed the perfect throw over Derwin James's head. This is a play we did not see from Drake May early in the year. He was the kind of guy that would drop his head down but look just barely over the outreached arms if they have to go attack that position because he has been the one that's been stopping him all night. Herbert's trying to find some space. He's taking off trying to take it in his own hands. HE MADE A GREAT MOVE.

Herbert jump starts the drive. Knocked out of bounds at the 47 yd line. Now some opportunity to sit and read it and get the ball out.

That's spring five again. Herbert tries to get away and he does again. Herbert does the splits as he tries to slide.

The ability of the passing game to to get anything going. They just haven't been able to do it.

There it is again. Got away. Then gets popped. LOST THE FOOTBALL. It's recovered by the Patriots. Herbert shaken up. Ellis the recovery

and this Patriot defense has just shut him down. Try to take care of it with the offense. Good initial pressure by Jamari Caldwell, the third round rookie out of Oregon.

Third and six. May pumped in trouble. He's hit. The ball comes free and the BOUNCE IS RECOVERED BY NEW ENGLAND. Left guard Jared Wilson on it. It was a bounce away from

and Jared Wilson knew that his guy was the one that was going to be coming late. And there it goes. That's one of the better fumble recoveries. I think we've seen Justin Herbert do some amazing things. We just haven't seen it tonight.

Going end zone. Videl to the 18 yd line. Robert Delane, the linebacker there. Fourman rush for Herbert underneath. Johnston the catch. Bringing five or more and the Chargers haven't handled it at all. Third and two. Same deal. GOT HIM AGAIN. ANTHONY JENNINGS.

Charles Woods at the top is the sub for Gonzalez. Here they all come. Backpedaling. Gadston's got it. First down. Arande Gadston.

Now they're going to back off. Looks like more zone and fourman rush. And Herbert underneath Gaston into Patriots territory at the 46 yd line would be huge for the Chargers. Trey Harris the 35 yd line. 245 to go.

They got nothing out of it. Johnston in motion. Fourth down. Herbert hit to end it. Milton Williams in his playoff career. Got the guts, got the talent. Things just continue not to break his way. And Drake May, welcome to the winner circle in the postseason. He's won his first playoff game here in New England.

Set hand. Starting from the 20, a hand to Warren who bends it back. Nice start. Breaking tackles and knocked down at the 30. A pickup of 10.

Quick throw. Ball comes out quick with Aaron Rogers and the Steelers. DK Metaf out across the 45.

Rogers good protection. Pass too high for Gainwell and he was covered well by Toho and it's fourth down. Straoud steps up, floats it looking downfield AND A DIVING GRAB BY KIRK. Christian Kirk with a brilliant catch trying to give himself an edge and he comes out early. Queen coming on a blitz. Straoud hurried on the throw and it's incomplete. TJ Watt with pressure. It's fourth down.

Has been the majority owner since 2017. Is watching from a booth nearby as Rogers rolls out to his left, has his man. PASS CAUGHT BY Metaf and into Houston territory with a big play of 25 yds.

And that's the matchup. Now handoff is to Gainwell on first down. It's a game of six and we go to Laura

on third down and 10. Rogers able to complete Marquez Valdez scantling but it's fourth down. 32 yd drive for Chris Boswell and like he typically is perfect right down the middle now. 18 for 18 in his career.

18. Second and six. Here's Markx right up the gut and Woody Marx is going to be knocked down just short of first down yard. He's got chug in the back field on third down and three. Pressure on Stra throws. Pass is caught. That's Hutchinson and a strong catch. He got popped right after making the grab. A gain of 16 and a first down.

Extra offensive lineman in there. Fiser. Here's a little pitch back to Straoud looking to air it out. PULLS OUT. RECOVERED by Pittsburgh and YA Black

brings up third down and 10. Pressure off the edge from Anderson. He gets ridden right past Rogers. Marquez Valdez Scantling is brought down way short of first down yardage. The Steelers were losing here to the Bills. They won four their last five and here they are as AFC North champs. Snap gets away from Straoud in trouble. Throws it. Incomplete

and he was under pressure from Brandon Eckles after he could not corral the snap from the out to his left on the move. Pass is caught and a first down grab by Christian Kirk.

The ball out to his tight end. Second down and 10. Strad over the middle. Nice throw. Nice catch and there is Nico Collins. Stra throws low but caught. First down Houston. And the grab is by Schultz 18.

And Marks gets it. Gets to the edge. Cuts it up field. Has a first down. Tripped up inside the 15. And a good block from Blake Fiser. We talked about him earlier. Longest run of the night. 20 yds from the 13. Marks spins down near the six and it's second and three. Fake toss wide open spinning catch. Kirk touchdown. Strong play and a good catch by Kirk. Ball a little behind him and the Texans have their first lead of the night. But this is an excellent job. It's designed well. They're going to act like they're going to turn and toss it behind them.

But as Kirk comes across, he's open immediately. And typically down here, you make a throw behind a receiver like that, the defense is going to be able to make up for the difference and then make the play. But Christian Kirk able to make a man miss. And this is a defense that really does not try to fool you. They line up and just come after you.

Second down and 10, play action. Rogers in trouble and nowhere to go. Denil Hunter was right there in his face and a flag is thrown at the end of the play. Yeah,

he was still in the tackle box. Intentional grounding offense number eight that includes a loss of down.

Third down coming off the field after that long drive by the Texans. They go to Gainwell. He's got a long way to go and he survived that hit

in this first half. Ball is down on the ground again. Straoud picks it up. Ball is out again. Watts on it. all season has lost two in the first half tonight. And there's Benton knocking it out. Yeah, he knocks it out as he's coming back trying to get it out of his hands. Puts the ball on the ground and he he just is not securing the football. It's the second time he's put it on the ground. He's been fortunate to get it back, but then just careless at the end trying to unload it with a pass. And that's the break. trailing by four. Rogers Gainwell is brought down by Lacer.

They go right to it. Rogers keeps. He goes to his back and Feland's got a first down. Number 19.

Rogers in TROUBLE AND DOWN he goes. Houston's defense makes another play and knocks it through.

19 for 19 now in his playoff career over to the right side and the pass is caught by Christian Kirk. A gain of five. Pittsburgh charged a timeout for the injury. Third down and five. Straoud. He's got Kirk and Kirk's got a first down. He's got a touchdown in tonight's game. Now he's got a first down and a timeout is taken after a gain of seven. Second and 10. Marks gets hit and dropped and the ball out. That's no catch. Incomplete. And Peyton Wilson made that play to it.

Texans are seven for9 on third downs on offense. Steelers are 0 for six. Here's a completion to get this second half started to Jaden Higgins and a quick first down by the Texans. And

here we are, a 76 ball game. And really Pittsburgh's not done much of anything.

Here's a handoff to Marks and Woody Marks gets a first down and picks up 14. So back-to back big plays and backto back first downs for the Texans to start the second half.

30 yardds on back-to back plays to start the half. Wide open nice catch and a grab by Higgins. His second catch on this possession.

Black comes in for Hayward. Hand off to Markx. And another nice gain about nine and a half as Jaylen Ramsey. Straoud in trouble. Finds a place TO GO AND HE'S PICKED. ECKLES HAS GOT IT. ANOTHER TURNOVER BY THIS TEXANS OFFENSE FOR the Steelers. Eckles with the interception. Steelers ball.

Here we go. First down at 15. Quick throw. This is Austin and he's brought down by Petri. The ball's coming out quick. There's nothing downfield. Steelers have not faced a third down shorter than seven yards. It's third down and nine. Here's one downfield. He's got Valdez Scantling in a much needed Steeler first down. Third down and 12. Projection aired out downfield. Austin contact and no flag. And it's uncharacteristic. This is an offense second in the league coming into this game. just 12 turnovers on the year. On second and 10 after the penalty on Schulz and gets keeping his eyes down the field, but they've got him out of sorts. Third down and 10. Receiver Collins fell down and it's incomplete.

Fourth down. Not a lot of room for this Steelers offense. And Aaron Rogers play action to start. Protected. He's got a man. He's got feeling. And a nice catch. Rogers balls knocked out of his hand and it's recovered by Mason McCormick. 14play drive have gone fumble, punt, interception punt and now another miss on the snap. What is going on? Jake Andrews, he snaps it without being told it was time. Straoud able to step into IT AND LOOKING DOWNFIELD. HE'S GOT KIRK.

Would be a 50 or 51 yd field goal try from this spot. Third down and six. Quick throw sideline spinning try and the pass incomplete and Porter was there for the Steelers. The young man from Hawaii has got it and a thing of beauty. Do not win a playoff game. It is absolutely demoralizing.

Here is Gainwell. Started to his right, back to his left. And a nice start against this defense on the ground.

Boy, they're few and far between. Here's Gainwell men in the back field. Togei. Third down and 12.

Rogers. Time runs out. Ball is out. IT'S PICKED UP BY THE TEXANS and Sheldon Rankings and he IS IN FOR A TOUCHDOWN.

You've got the pressure off the edge with Will Anderson and then Rankins comes here and he goes right through left guard Sea Alo. I mean, this is a twoman rush on that left side and both guys get home in a close ball game. The defense, as you would expect, comes up with the huge play and it is a touchdown. He never went down. Rankkins picked it up while he was standing up that came to Houston. And now the Steelers will try to catch Houston substituting. Strong catch. Prior move. Good throw. Good catch and a flag is down in the secondary. First down to the 45. Rogers looking left and now gets tripped up as he tried to take off the last few years.

That's been third down and long all night for the Steelers. This ball is hit at the line of scrimmage.

Were on the roster prior to Deno Ryan taking over. Here is a quick throw for a first down to Jaden Higgins. Third down and four. First down. And there he is again. WHAT A NIGHT FOR Christian Kirk.

Decisions to be made as they go forward. First down and go ball. Back outside the 10 as Marks has his first 100yd game and takes it into the end zone for a touchdown. as we look at Markx who got down and then got in.

Second down and 10. Rogers gain well drops it. There is nothing going right. A lot of networks knocking on his door. That's for sure. And if he wants to continue to coach, if he's let go, there'll be a lot of suitors knocking on his door for that as well.

Here's an interception for good measure. It's picked off by Bullock and Rogers is in his way trying to make the tackle. Can't and it's a touchdown Texans.

The man who is number one all time in interception percentage as a quarterback. Aaron Rogers throws a long pick six. Yeah, he sure does. Bullock, this is his fifth interception of the year. He had five last year which led the team and this entire secondary has been a ball hawking group. A line drive that is no good when under the crossbar. It is a 30-6 win for the Houston Texans with a dominating defensive performance. The Steelers are finished and Demo Ryan's Texans are moving on to a date with the New England Patriots.
