He not allowed. Let's start this interview. Henry look a little [ __ ] up. Bro,

are you going to let Henry do this interview by himself? So, come over here. DO YOUR [ __ ] JOB NOW.

ALL RIGHT. WE'RE here at Diamond Gym. We're here for an interview, but we had to earn our interview. I just did a a workout at Diamond Gym with Haddie and I guess my first question for you guys is when did you first start working out at Diamond Gym? How did you get into this? I first started working out in 96. Um, just coming here, not even throwing weights, just doing push-ups, pull-ups, and doing my homework at the front desk. Weren't weren't allowed to touch no weights. Wasn't allowed to bench press unless you can bench 315. So, I just made my bones just lifting the light little weights and doing pull-ups. And um, then I ran across this prick and um, I don't like him, but we got to work work together and try to stay positive for the kids.

Yeah. So, how did you guys meet? I got it. So, Uncle's been around for a long time. He's always been this this ignorant kind of guy, right? So, I used to go to a different gym back in the day. Um, and Uncle was always walking around and Uncle would always see me in the gym and walk past me. He'd just make a comment towards me every day. Kind of like the comments he was making towards you while you were training. What's up, pretty boy? What's up this? What's up that? Um, and one day I was just I was just fed up with it. So, I had my friend that knew him personally. I said, "Tell the old man from that gym who keep calling me prettier boy every day tell him I want to work out cuz I don't I I want to show him that I'm not a pretty boy." So, he brought me in here one day.

Um, we trained legs in the same room on the same leg press that you guys just used. Um, and that's where the story started really next and I brought my camera that day. We filmed it. Um, that's kind of when we started filming together.

Henry, you look a little you look a little [ __ ] up, Henry. You all right? Yeah. Yeah. I just did your workout and that actually

it was half of a workout, Henry. Bro, that was one of the hardest things I've done in a while.

Not not not for nothing. That was not even a warm up. I gave you multip like when we really get to it, you're you're going to die like at least 10 times. You'll be all right. You'll be fine.

Shut. You guys didn't let us think of me. I can't hear you. Go. All right. Are are you good?

He's good, man. He's still I can see the red light. Is it always 100 burpees when you come in? We had to do that. Is it always

That's the entry. That's your guest pass entry fee. Guest pass entry fee is always 100.

Yeah. Because of the influx of the kids that are coming in, which is great. Um the influencers that are coming and people that's coming in the entry fee right now to even be around us is is 100 burpees.

Yeah, that makes sense. And speaking of people coming in, who's came in you've been most impressed with? Like what influencers come in here, content creator? And you're like, "Wow, like they killed it."

I'm impressed with all of them, bro. I don't like to single out anybody. I think I think anybody who I mean it's as you can see it's not for the cameras. I don't even have my camera here today. This is just regular stuff. This happens every single day, every single night, all hours of the day in here. Especially when

when me and uncle in the building, we like to keep the standard of that Diamond Gym has held for the past since the 70s. So anybody who comes here kind of experiences what you did at a at a more intensified scale. It's magnified because we have more time and we're not just trying to get through so we can get to this interview. The Trend Twins performed great. Ashton Hall performed great. AJ Brown was one of my personal favorites. He performed great.

Kyle performed great. Kyle Landy um performed great. They all of them, man. They all did a good job. They all come in here and they work. As long as they finish the workout and they get through it, that's what we want to see.

Is there anyone like your dream to get in here or you don't really care? It's whoever here's working.

I have a whole list, brother. You want me to go through it for you? Yeah. Yeah.

David Gogggins. JJ Harrison. James Harrison. James Harrison. Aaron Donald. Aaron Donald is another one. I want Kabib in here. Bal Muhammad I want to get in here. I would like to get some NBA guys in here too.

We have a couple big names that might come through in February. I don't want to ruin it. One's the uh bench press rep king and the other one is basically the one of the best bench presses United States. So, we're thinking about getting him out there um coming in February and then um I think Mike Rashid might pull up on us. For us, it's not competition, it's collaboration so we can all just learn something from each other that day. Um, learn different mentalities, learn different things that motivate you to make you go, and then have a a nice conversation at the end of the workout.

Um, can I grab my phone real quick? I think we're done, but I just want to make sure I didn't miss anything. Two seconds.

Who's at the [ __ ] going on with you, bro? How you say we you? I'm taking over the interview now.

You You pissed me off. Yeah. I want I want I want to run. I want I want you to come back.

I can understand. You know why? cuz I go so through so much pain in here every day. And then you come in here with the biggest sports agency in the world. Nah, don't tell me what I'm saying. I'm telling you, you come in here with this big sports agency. You guys walk in here six figure salaries and all that type of [ __ ] and and I don't know. I just want you to pay like me.

That's real. I thought a little bit. Yeah. I just tried to get up to go get my phone. I thought I was going to my legs were going to

collapse. The last question we had is, "Are these workouts real or fake?" And I think we answered that one pretty easily.

No, no, no, no. We're going to No, we're gonna answer that. We're gonna We're going to answer that

when you come back, no [ __ ] and he comes back and we really and and and e you're going to jump in the workout, not even with us. You're going to jump in with the younger kids that's 17, 18, and 20. And you're going to then answer that question cuz I'm telling you 100% these workouts is real as [ __ ] We're not content creators cuz we're going to work out anyway. We're just actually sharing you our content. Meaning, we're going to do this [ __ ] whether the camera's on or off. So, when people think this [ __ ] is fake or this [ __ ] is edited, come running with us.

Come [ __ ] around and find out if you want to. And if you walk out, you walk out. If you die, that's on you.

You felt it for 15 minutes. You tell me how you feel. I feel like [ __ ] right now.

So, tell me if it's real or fake. It's 100% real. You answered the question already. You'll find out how real it is.

How How real is it? It's too real, honestly. You guys are both 22 years old. This is your prime time. This is like best shape of your lifetime. So like the reason why I'm getting on your like when I'm yelling at you and I'm getting on your ass is because I'm I'm I'm just a little bit older than you guys. You know what I'm saying? I'm I'm in the same age range.

This is this is your time to shine, bro. This is like the peak performance of your life. Athletes are 22 to 27, 22 to 30 even. You should be on point as a man, right? So that's why I'm on you cuz yo, you are 22 year old high functioning man. Go be that. You know what I'm saying?

100% 100%. Well, I appreciate you guys giving us a taste and doing this interview with us. I really appreciate it.

Thank you for coming in. You have to leave 50 [ __ ] burpees. You and your cameraman to get the [ __ ] out the gym. There's exit fees, too.

Let's go. All right. Put the camera down. You've made it to another end of a video and I'm very happy that you made it here. Click this video to do it again. Maybe you'll hear me at the end of that
