- Josh Allen — Person · Primary subject (player under debate) · 10 mentions · first at
The segment centers on whether Allen’s turnovers and missed throws (notably to Dawson Knox) were the decisive reasons the Bills lost to the Broncos. - Dawson Knox — Person · Key referenced teammate (missed opportunity) · 4 mentions · first at
Used as the clearest example of a missed game-changing play: Knox was described as wide open on a critical throw that Allen missed/was late on. - Deion Dawkins — Person · Referenced lineman (pass protection blame) · 4 mentions · first at
Mentioned as sharing responsibility for a sack/strip-sack sequence due to protection breakdowns, contrasted with whether Allen should be blamed. - Aaron Rodgers — Person · Referenced opponent in anecdote (comparative context) · 1 mention · first at
Mentioned in a story about Brady vs. Rodgers in an NFC Championship to illustrate that turnovers don’t automatically decide blame if the team still wins. - Shakira — Person · Ambiguous reference (likely mis-transcription of a player/coach name) · 2 mentions · first at
Named as partially at fault for a punt-protection breakdown leading to a sack/forced fumble; however, the transcript likely mishears a Bills staff/player name, making the entity uncertain.

That's crazy, man. [snorts] Josh, how hard is it to just get here again and have this happen?
It's extremely difficult. Feel [snorts] [clears throat] like I Yeah. Feel like I let my let my teammates down tonight,

given the four intercept or four turnovers that he had. Can I go first? Non- rest matter. The ref did it. It's the ref's fault. Right. In a football game, it's going to be bad plays and good plays. It's a matter of who's going to keep shooting. Right. Josh could have had turnovers and stopped shooting. He kept shooting. He kept shooting. And he made the right shots. And then when we get to this point where we need the rest to do the right thing, they don't do it. That could have easily went down there, made that catch, man, ran the ball three times, kicked the field, and win the game. and now we don't have that. So, I'm I'm gonna blame the rest for that.
Um, there's going to be turnovers in games, right? He won the first turnover. Um, you know, and then the And I look at the teams. First of all, if we want to do some real blaming, we can blame a lot of people, GMs included. Like, you got me going to war with a 9 millimeter. [clears throat] Let's keep it honest.
You got me going to war WITH 9 MILLIMETER. I I don't got no bazookas. I don't got none of that. No AKs on none of that. I don't got no super gangsters on defense. No gangsters on offense. It's just me. And I got a really, really good running back. And I think he's a good running back. I think he's a really, really good running. I think he's a good running back. I watched him today and I told you, Ash, did you watch him today?
Yeah, I did. Of course. I told you. Yo, there's a lot of times he he has great feet, good eyes. He don't not make nobody miss.
Mhm. Cooks. Yeah. You know what I mean? Good running back. But anyway, anyway, it's not But I'm just saying when you look at the game overall, you bringing Josh to a war with not really no weapons. That's the first issue. Then he brings his team there and they winning games and they went got this game winning. the boys in the black and white. I'm done with it. I'm done with it,
man. Um, I'm done with it. Of course, it's Josh Allen's fault. I'd like to hear why.
I'd like to hear why. I can give you reason after reason. Um, y'all know when to speak easy, we work harder than any other show. I already got a Josh Allen breakdown on the social channels. Check it out after this show ends. Uh, fourth quarter, game on the line, relatively clean pocket. Dawson Knox streaking behind Talenohu Funga burst cover three. He's wide open.
He late. Josh, beautiful. I'm glad Hades here next to me. He was late. He was late and he was high. Like he's streaking. Here's here's [clears throat] the play. Actually, y'all know I got the all 22 footage because I got different different different types of content. Take a look at this.
I'm glad you brought this one up because this is this is in all honesty the biggest play.
Cover three out there. Yeah, great call. There's a good job by Knox getting behind the two hook curl defenders. He passes a first hook curl defender. That's Singleton with the wide arm sleeves. Then he passes Talenoga Hufunga. So I'm pointing at with the long hair at the 25 yard line
and he just he he missed it. So what? He just missed it. So So that's just one. That's just one. Okay, cool. So remove that. So that's the one.
Before that one, the what kills me is in in in football, we often talk about uh the hidden quarter. Remove that. Bring us back on camera, please. We often talk about the hidden quarter. The hidden quarter. Y'all know it's like the last four minutes of the second half, the first four minutes of the first of the Yeah. Last four minutes of the first half, first four minutes of the second half. The hidden quarter in football, Josh Allen fumbles in the last possession of the second half. And the broadcast, why you running a play?
Because you have the best, most talented player in football at quarterback. That's why you're running a play. Josh Allen, the one thing you cannot do under any circumstance is turn the ball over, throw it out of bounds, take a sack, slide, dive, gain five yards, but don't turn the ball over. And he fumbles. Now, why does he fumble? because he's carrying the ball out here like a loaf of bread. No issue with it until you fumble. Great. That's the very end of the first half. That changed the lead from a seven-point game to a 10-point game. Great. It's fine, though. Shad's been in the locker room with Josh. He's been in the locker room with Mcder. Hey fellas, we're down by 10. We'll rally.
We'll come back out. We'll get seven points. We'll get a stop. We'll get seven points. We'll be in the lead. That's typically how coaches talk. Yeah.
Bill, start the ball. Second half, second play of the game. Josh Allen sack force fumble. Now, I will blame Shakira. I will also blame Pro Bowler Deion Dawkins, right? They were in punt protection. So like that that that shouldn't that shouldn't get sacked. You're literally have eight men in and you're in a two man. It shouldn't be sacked because
not only does it turn into a sack, turn into a force fumble. That's the dilemma. Like a sack is a sack, but when it turns into a force fumble, now that's like, okay, crap. What a sack is one thing, but now it's a sack force fumble. That's a whole another dilemma. So now we have the fumble right before halftime, the fumble right after halftime. Now we're in the end of the fourth quarter. He throws the interception to PJ Lock. PJ Lock comes screaming across the field. Looks like Ed Reed throws the interception to PJ Lock. He misses Dustin Knox.
I don't even care about the the the the Brandon Cook. Yeah. The Brandon Cook talking about the one line.
Oh, the PJ Lock. Throw that out there. Throw that OUT THERE. YEAH. AH, I wish y'all could really watch cuz Shady Shady knows you're talking about like not only do you throw it out there, you can't just float it as if there ain't nobody back there as if it's zero. And so to me, Shady, the reason I have to blame Josh Allen is three legitimized turnovers. I don't think that Brandon Cooks one should have been a turnover, but three legitimize. No, this the one right here.
Yeah, throw it out there. Go and throw it out there. That's a push on this one. But yeah. Yeah, you're you're right though. Throw it out there to the left.
I don't get this part though. Why Why are you bringing up the strip sack though? Please explain that to me.
Because I I would have rather it it's it's it's Deion Dawkins and Shakira's fault that it was a sack. It's on their It's on them. the fact the fault the fact that it turns into a strip sack.
But how's that Josh's fault? Cuz now now like and I I be with you a lot but right here I'm with you for the most part. I don't think it's Josh's you know the reason why they lost
but I can but I'm I'm not going to you know be blind to the to the turnovers like dog you can't turn around the he missed he missed knocks. I get all that. That's football.
But the strip sack though the sack before before half was crazy cuz cuz they double dip. You know what I mean? They score four and
then they got you again. Well, my question is, how does a strip sack before I give my take, how's the strip sack his fault if I don't if the dude beats my my probo tackle and I mean Saxs knocks the ball out as I'm throwing it, HOW IS THAT HIS FAULT? I THINK that was his the only reason is again I don't play offense, but like Shady, if your right guard misses or your left your your right tackle misses on the stretch and dude comes through clean and then you fumble,
you you they that was the protection. You have two guys on that side to get him like that. That that should not FUMBLE.
I'M SAYING THE SACK IS ON THEM. HE'S THROWING A ROCK. IF I'M LOOKING AND IT WAS QUICK, TOO. SO, IF I'M LOOKING TO THROW THE BALL AND MY MY HIGHEST PAID lineman gets beat
who never really gets beat and he strips THE BALL, I'M THROW IT AGAIN. AGAIN, I if you want to take that away, I DON'T CARE. LOOK AT those two dudes.
HERE WE GO. THIS IS HOW the I don't care. I don't care to argue over this one because there's there's so many more.
I just wanted to get that out cuz that was that was bad. That was bad. Can I interject here? Before you go, I just want to go real quick.
Okay, bet. Everything you said, Aro, is true. He made some bad plays today. You know what happens though, Aro? That's called football dude.
In football, you have all bad plays and you have some all good plays. That's how it works. You got you got four quarters. You play against all pros, great athletes. IT'S GOING TO HAPPEN LIKE THAT. He going to make bad Reese. He did today. You know what else he did, Ao? He kept fighting and battling. He did.
And that's what happens in football. I play with the greatest player of all time, Tom Brady. And we play Aaron Rogers in the NFC Championship game. You know what? We won that game.
Brady played well in the first half. Second half, he didn't PLAY GOOD AT ALL. He had three interceptions in that game.
THREE INTERCEPTIONS. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, RIGHT? He made a couple plays late in the game for us to win.
And that's football. So you blaming Josh for some of these plays? I'm here. I'm I'm cool with that. But my thing with Josh is, yeah, I might have played bad some plays, but I played good enough to win. This is football and it's going
But hold on, Diddy. AND HERE'S WHY I SAY HERE'S WHY I SAY DIDDY. BECAUSE IF IF IF WE GOT TO BLAME SOMEBODY, RIGHT? IF WE got to blame somebody, because I went through and I was all looking at it in preparation for this conversation.
The Bills defense held the Broncos to 70 rushing yards. 70 of which Bo Knicks was the leading rusher. I think 11 carries, 29 yards. Board
held the Broncos to to 70 rushing yards. Held Broncos to 56% completion percentage. So we held him to 70 rushing yards. Held him to a 56% completion percentage. We gave up 33 points, something like that. 17 were off turnovers. If our offense gives up five turnovers, we're going to give up points.
Yeah. Nine of the points we gave up were off Josh Allen turnovers. So, the question then becomes,
if it's not Josh Allen's fault, whose fault is it? I keep the black and white. Who the Broncos, right? Yes, sir.
What are they ranked defensive wise? What are they? I think second. They got up. They put 30 points on their head today.
Talk about the turnover, Shady. They they scored they scored 17 of those points off
turnovers. Please, please don't do that. Don't do that, Shady. It's is football, dog. If that last catch from my man counts, bro, they win that game.
Yeah. All that basketball you talking about, that's football. That's cool. I made good and bad plays. Cool. My thing is if he gets that play like he's supposed to get, like everybody in the world knows he that that was a catch. They win that game. And we not even have that conversation. We going to say, you know what? I played bad, but I made more good plays than bad.
But he didn't. He He didn't. Shady. I want to add to that. I want to interject. And I'm happy you brought up the the Tom Brady thing because I do agree with with Shady for the most part. That's football. Sometimes you're going to have a three turnover game as a quarterback. We saw Tom Brady win an NFC championship and an AFC championship. Puck punches tickets to the Super Bowl while having three picks twice. WE SAW HIM DO IT TWICE. HE'S TWO AND one in games in in in uh in AFC and NFC Championships where he throws three interceptions. The difference is, and I'm happy you brought up that Dawson Knox play, Tom Brady in those situations had to make plays. He had that throw to Scotty Miller against the Packers that that that clutched it that he ended up he ended up winning that game. He had another throw. I think it was to Mike Evans earlier in the game. I'm not sure which one was which, but you you make
those plays. If Josh Allen delivers that ball to Dawson Knox and he ends up getting in the end zone, we're not even having this conversation. It's a rough game. Okay, he had three turnovers, whatnot, but you come out with a win at the end of the day. The fact that he wasn't able to make that one play and that to me is why the the the and to Shad's point, that's why that's to me why the the the win is winning is a quarterback stat argument is bad. It's one play. It's a it's a oneplay difference. And I'm not here TO SAY A QUARTERBACK'S GREAT OR A QUARTERBACK'S terrible based off of the difference of one play. If that ball's
a foot lower and it hits Dawson Knox in the hands, we're not even having that. But here's here's here's what I hate about the conversation we're currently having.
This is football. It's the game of inches. Isn't a freaking figure of speech. It is literally a game of inches. The biggest comeback in Super Bowl history, 28-3 inches. Julian Edelman. But forget the Julian Edelman. People don't often enough talk about the Dante High Totower fourth down stop. Inches. Inches. The The reason the Eagles aren't in the game today versus the T Seattle Seahawks. Jaylen Herz, get the ball down. If Smitty has it here instead of here, it's caught inches. It's a game of inches. So, the reason I blame Josh Allen in large part I voted for Josh Allen MVP last year. Still getting cussed out by Ravens fans to this day for that. SO, [snorts] AT THE POINT in which Josh Allen, I believe, is the best player in football, at least the most talented player in football.
Yeah, Josh, you can't afford to miss Knox in that moment. Josh made incredible plays today. Incredible plays today. Keon Coleman dropped the pass. Ultimately, it would have been irrelevant because there was a holding call, but like Josh made incredible plays today. But the fact of the matter is the only reason that game was in overtime was because Josh gave away three points right before half. Was because Josh threw that pick to PJ Lock at the 40 and gave away another three points. I don't count that little Brandon Cooks interception. I think that was stupid. And I'm not even going to count the shady Deion Dawkins fumble.
Fair. But like that's why the Bills lost this game. I am not going to blame that Buffalo Bills defense. That's what I'm not going to do. Because that Buffalo Bills defense, if you hold an offense to 70 yards rushing and the quarterback has 29 of them, if you hold an offense to a 56% completion percentage and it's a dink and dunk offense, Shady will tell you Shawn Peyton's offense is a dink and dunk offense. So, if that dink and dunk offense only completes 56% of their passes, I'm not blaming the defense. I'm not going to blame uh uh Sean McDermad.
So, Josh, I I have to blame Josh. I have to. So, in overtime, um the defense gets the stop. They punt the ball. It was a great punt, too. Right. What? Five yard line, 10, eight yard.
Eight yard line. Eight yard line. Yes, sir. Josh drives all the way downfield. Correct. Tripping.
No. Drives to about the 45 then throw 40. Throws that pick. Third and 11. Okay. Throws the pick.
Yes, sir. Then they get the rock back. They got the rock back. Yeah. And then when's the Cooks play?
The Cooks play on third and 11 in overtime. In overtime. That's so my thing is at the end of the game. So we had a whole game played, right? And you're talking about these picks and these turnovers, these numbers and all that stuff you talking about, which matters.
Yeah. WE GET ALL THE WAY to the end of the game and now Josh is trying to take the lead and he's driving, he's driving, driving. He makes a great play to Cooks and it's when it's not rude a catch and it's rude a turnover. That's the problem. So when I keep telling you it's about Yes, it's the black and white dudes. You know why? Because the truth the truth of the matter is in football, you going to have bad plays and good plays. I'm trying to get that out your head. You know this, of course.
My thing is the guy that's keep shooting though. There there's a lot of great players that yo, the game IT'S NOT GOING WELL FOR ME.
IT'S NOT. But I'm I'mma keep playing. Josh kept playing. Let me ask you this, Shady, cuz and now I'm going to get nitpicky cuz I This dawned on me when I was watching the play. Carra, I need your help. y'all lock in cuz nobody has brought this up to my knowledge on social media yet. Bring up the cooks play.
Um, when I was re-watching it and I watched it on the all 22, I didn't watch it on the game tape. Hopefully, we can show y'all some better version of it.
Shady, see if you can find another angle. Okay, Shady, I think this ball was under thrown.
It was under thrown. I was under throw. Okay, bet. Because I'm like when I'm watching it, I was like, one, dang, I wish Josh would have put it out there more. And because if Josh, you put it out there more, I think it could be a catch. And then two, better.
Okay, bet. The only thing you ask quarterbacks and like sometimes you don't want to overthrow him, you know what I mean? And it's like you want to make sure cuz he had him beat.
I want to make sure he catched the rock. Bro, that's a catch. That is a catch. And And if we and he catch that ball and we not even talking about this no more.
But is it all right? So like my thought is like was this a good pass? First of all, his drop back was whack cuz he thought that he's getting pressured. So he's trying to get the hell out of there.
Got it. Wait, run that back cuz Shady teaching me something. Break. What you mean? 25. So take it to the beginning.
Yeah, from the beginning. He think right side stop right he he you see the blitz coming. He like damn right. Oh my I ain't going to have nobody back there. It looks like kind of zero if it's essentially plays out of zero.
Right. So he know it's zero. So they coming. I'mma I'mma get back out of this drop super fast so I have some time to put this ball up. Right. But but they block it up low key. So he really could have set his feet better than he really wanted to. But my thing is like
we can do this if we want to. That's a that's a catch. And then now he's on the 50 yard line. We're not having [clears throat] this conversation. You know, you know what conversation we have Karen?
We going to have this conversation right here. We It's going to be damn Josh, he ain't played great today, but he found a way to win.
Mhm. That's what it should that's the narrative of this game should have been that the storyline on the speak easy should have been,
man, Josh put the he put his cape on and he found a way to win in an ugly game.
Yeah, cuz that's what football's all about. Cuz I seen Tom Brady do the same thing. Have three turnovers against the uh the Packers. We don't we don't sound like damn when he going to turn it on.
I will say this. You go and then I'll go. In the video, I have to say this, watching it live,
it does look like an interception. Like like like if if we if we go back and look at it right here. Bring it up one more time angle. I thought it was too
like like when I first initially saw it, I was like, "Oh, it might be a pick." Look at how fast the entire sequence happens.
That don't matter, though. It look like it looks like like you end up falling to the ground with the ball. We don't know if you even have firm possession whenever we're calling it on the field. I think if this is called a catch on the field, they go look at it and they're like, "Oh, okay, cool. It's a catch."
They're not gonna overturn that. I think because it was called an interception on the field, it put them in a bind. But dog, but dog, like, so
in the in the air. Yeah. In the air, he had the poss he had the possession in the air.
When he hits the ground, then you get it out of his arm. When When does that ever happen? And you give it to the defense. And And in any football game, offense is always more important than defense. So when it's a tie, that's why they say if it's a tie, it goes to the wide receiver. Yeah,
this was And then my thing is, you know what? The replay MAKES IT APPARENT. I'M NOT EVEN I'M NOT EVEN mad if if they said it was a pick.
I'm mad about we not even going to stop and look that part. Yeah, that part that show them to call A TIMEOUT LIKE YO YO
