and the best damn gummies you've ever had must be 21 years or older to purchase delta none this is the dan levator show with the stu guts podcast we are presented by draftking sportsbook an official sports betting partner of the nfl download the draftking sportsbook app today and use code dan for a special offer when you sign up that's code dan only at draftkingsportsbook well john skipper is here he is running the company and at some point here the ceo of meadowlark media is going to pay his grid of deathbed and frankly i got to be honest here more honorable than many of you about this because i don't know how we could in good conscience sell to a sponsor grit of death this year when you guys have been such failures sponsored about paying your bets you want me to announce the sponsor wait a minute is it ready for that i have a prop you want to go get the prop sure let's start well but billy i've been dying to do
advertising this way forever like i don't know why we arrive at it too we got it for you okay so you're in sales now you're running the sales department i would prefer to do our ads if we're going to sell our soul to the sponsors can we at least have the sponsors in on the joke i mean the lobos have a sponsor invisible i know but the way we did the ad was terrible the way we did the ad for visible was to go was greg cody saying i don't know what to do they do everything yeah well you were the one undercutting it so maybe yeah thank you thank you verizon yeah you said it so probably if we're actually finally selling things like that maybe stop perhaps complaining about it exactly if they're actually changing what is the prop that billy has entered the room it's under a sweater of some sort all right so billy please tell me what this plan is you're this is the thing that's good in here here's i think
this is what people probably don't understand as meadowlark media tries to grow wings is that billy has been for the last 18 months in sales like just buried in learning sales i felt for him in this regard and so you say this learning is now going to birth us something you have something under wraps here that is going to show how metal arc media can soar because our sales department has figured out how to sponsor something absolutely so guys this was previously the bucket of death which i will let you know was just a jack-o-lantern halloween bucket covered in black tape and then we wrote a bucket of death on it this is no more i'd like to punt it out of that way what wow oh a panel helmet's in there jesus that's the most reckless thing billy's ever done i one time swung a baseball bat in here that's true i should not have kicked that that hurt my feet you also just hit a full golf shot in the other studio once yeah once
one time i one time one time i also we had rubber golf balls we were on the roof and i tossed it to either lewis or tony and they swung and they hit it across the street to try to make it to the ocean i felt very close to my head that's fine we have a sponsor now so wait before mike's concussion is sponsored by that before before you do this billy billy billy before you do this because i do want to fund i do want our sales to fund the most reckless parts of your dreaming i want people to sponsor you going to tim legler's halloween and being on a pontoon boat with stan van gundy but you break things and when you get with lewis and tony who have very bad judgment what very bad judgment very bad judgment we were having a conversation about that in the break they didn't like me telling them no no skipper is here this is what i'm telling you skipper is about to pay a grid of death punishment because he's
got to be machine gun skippy okay we he did not know what he was signing up for he's paying that off today yes yes he's supposed to be machine gun kelly and he's going to be machine gun skippy and he's got like he's a very powerful man stu gods he's the most power like at espn he was the most powerful man in sports these people don't do dress up and he didn't know what he was signing up for and my wife is burying him marrying him burying barry yes we have a costume for him and so he will be machine gun skippy here in a moment but he does need to get control of this grit of death because nobody pays their punishments billy like how can someone sponsor this how can we do this and fear this when i'm the only clown out here playing dress up and i'm the fat heisman trophy and nobody else is participating and and greg cody one time is who were you you were uh don frank no you were uh you were walter
love that yeah i love the makeup and i'm not making that up no that was great god craig i paid i'm i'm current by the way i paid all my that's not even close to true i think you owe more than anyone remaining yeah we did an audit last week i don't believe that's true i think i'm all caught up mercato was my last one put me over the top mercado was like from three seasons ago i think you have to dress like lamellar balls still and little models i love little nozzles why aren't we doing that and beyonce i think why are we we're working on that december's coming back next month i think yeah is chris are you doing the sign in the street today i'm ready wow what what is this thing can you go out there now all right i'm going go what is the pun what is the penalty i was supposed to like uh like someone would for a restaurant i'm supposed to go out on the sidewalk for an hour i believe i'll do it as long as
you want it's been a sign promoting our show okay before you do that i think so all right let now that the executive series now that the executives are in town okay listen to me as that we sponsor this segment can we please dear god stop around around here like can we get chris cody out in the street with camera people following him because he's paying a grid of death punishment that he's owed for way too long spinning what's the punishment chris cody tell the people what the punishment is to spin like a sandwich board type sign around for an hour promoting the show letting people know hey we're here and then they'll know we're here and what will we do when they get here well no they're not allowed to come in here no they're right they just know that we exist right well why can't we give them something if they come around why can't it be a televised spectacle why can't it be an organized
thing where everybody makes money and is happy and we're having a party he still hasn't revealed what's under that no we still have the bucket here the new and improved bucket is here finally cleaned up his mess ready for reveal i think they'll like that there was it was more it was not only symbolic it was an actual gesture of punting away the old bucket and bringing in the new box so we're done with that all the time okay we're gonna have something and and okay so we're doing this again this year and now there are going to be rules and people are going to pay their penalties or no i don't know i just get the sponsors and then the rest we had a meeting yesterday a creative meeting for new punishments so we have a whole new list of 35 to 40 new punishments that we'll be ready to go uh for for our grid this year we kind of came up with the idea what if everyone in a given week had to pay off
the same punishment that way we're not trying to like do accounting oh this percentage so we're trying to come up with new ways to make sure that these things are promptly taken care of the problem was if i'm going to be honest last year too many people were participating and too many people were losing yes so when we had weeks where like nine people lost it would wash out a third of our grid so we were constantly having to redo things over because like every time you know bimmel came to town or you know hildy came to town or kasilda or whatever one of them would lose and we would have to have them do these punishments really you act as if you're not responsible for that i wasn't inviting people in here no look i had one job that knows make sure lewis never participated last year in the bucket of death and i did a great job yeah she did yeah she did draw one helmet every week he's like i want to
try home anyways guys we have a big unveiling can you just i want to get into the mind of billy as he runs ourselves good luck i feel like we've been there for the last 15 minutes i've been there for the last 35 years i've been uh you've you've done this for 35 years i would like to understand i'd like to unspool all of this because before we get to this big unveiling why do you cause so much more work for yourself here and on for example god bless football where you go out and get 40 guests of jabba chamberlain's friends so you can make your job maximum hard trying to reign stu gods in why do you do this okay choices that make your job so very much harder i mean i think it makes it better you know what i mean yeah rome wasn't built in a day dan you know i mean imagine what rome would look like if they built it in a day yeah sometimes you need a couple days yeah it'd look like what it is now the ruins
that's right though he's got a point thank you excellent work that's great cody it's a greg cody tuesday what do you have back there underneath your uh your your unveiling well i want to make sure i'm looking at the right camera so tv people i look at this camera right here right here wait i can't wait how many cameras are you pointing man this is part of the problem you know are we going to go before we go off air today are we going to get the visual payoff of machine gun skippy and chris cody uh on welcoming people with a sign to a place where they get nothing from us yeah they can't meet us and there's givers here we can meet skipper as machine gun skippy yeah maybe anyways all right so here is the big unveiling dan you want to do some sort of dramatic thing you guys are the producers you're in sales you're the it's your it's your show now all right this year the bucket of death will become
oh my god the kfc the bucket of dead the colonel we will be drawing out of a kfc bucket finger looking good wow that is exciting it's going to be hard not to see what helmet you're drawing in this but we'll figure it out don't worry gang worth it beautiful kfc i love sanders i know dan's happy about this wow i love herbs and spices i mean dressing up like a colonel seems like a slam dunk with this one right with that little tie that he wore i wish i had one of those spring tie will greg cody agree to be next week as football season is upon us and as we got to go gather some of these sponsorships and stunts and some of the nonsense that we're going to do during football season to make it a little bit more fun will greg cody commit next week as football season begins to next week on tuesday we will see lil lil nas cody i'd love it i'm a big fan of his okay i'd love it you've got to do it are you going to do it do
you have the uniform no that one that one's more of a photo shoot situation yeah and we have to get like yeah because you have to be pregnant so we're going to have to do that it's going to take yeah sounds very involved well this is explained to you yeah you pick explain to me yeah you picked it i don't think i was there at the time you also have if i remember correctly you have to every day for a week on social media promote a product for 30 minutes what you picked this i didn't pick any of that stuff how many years ago was this i thought i was all caught up seriously i think you have eight remaining no lie yeah you have the most out of everyone i believe yeah and that was just last year's what if we were to sponsor them all though but shouldn't it be sponsored kfc sponsored them yeah yeah send me a dossier on uh everything i've got outstanding but kfc should help us with a budget for greg cody costumes to
properly sponsor this so that we can do these things correctly with our sponsors i'll eat some kfc chicken believe me pay me in chicken and i'm there let's make that deal right now on air i don't believe you let's do it let's let's do greg cody greg i bet you that we could get you you know how these things work these sponsorship things work i bet you we can get you some sort of card or something as part of a sponsorship to sell kfc yes where you can throw kfc parties you've got to think that somebody in industry if somebody who works at kfc can use a card and just go to every kfc and eat to their hearts to like whenever they wish correct yes i want to be a kfc ambassador what is the rank just below colonel no why can't why can't you be the current well you're it's too it's too glorious it's only one colonel and that's it a right like a lieutenant lieutenant colonel that's what i want to be harlan cody
lieutenant colonel why do you keep doing this harlan that's his first name yeah i think he goes by sanders exactly because i think his mom calls him sanders a colonel she calls him harlan so we have a list of everyone's outstanding punishments if you'd like to know greg owes one two three four five six you're seven punishments right i can't believe that one of them's easy just stick your hand in a jar of mayonnaise for an entire show i've done it oh you have not i think i have no maybe that was at home you were getting ready preparing i was making a turkey how you play yeah well is there any particular reason what is keeping us right now right now is it just organization somebody go get a goddamn jar of mayonnaise i'll do it right now like all greg cody is doing is he's not gonna bring in his own materials he insists someone do this for him right that if he's going to be punished you want to have a little nas x thing at
home i mean yeah really but you have another one why don't we look if you want you can maybe knock out two one of them is called my hands are tied you have to have your hands tied for an entire episode so you can have both your hands tied in a jar of mayonnaise and knock out two together can they be tied in front of me well yeah okay why are we having this conversation on air why aren't these things already happening there's something happening right now yeah we got chris cody out there spinning a sign in retrospect seem very easy to accomplish yes he's going to hit somebody he's going to spend it's a liability that is about to get sued these are all my foot still hurts too these are all though i think a little bit harder than we think they are for example whittingham agreed to where's that trampoline widow winning him go get the trampoline because you agreed today to do the show for the entire hour with
the trampoline and i i believe that this is going to be much harder than whittingham thinks it's going to be he's not going to be able to do the show on on the trampoline we have low ceilings too which is an issue it's very easy to hit your your head on the ceiling on that trampoline in fact when it arrived we were behind the scenes having a bet of who could hit their head on the ceiling and we were having a contact why don't we give him a microphone then and let whittingham do the show from another room where there's where there's not a liability that's going to slice his head open with a camera maybe in front of the green screen where we could put him anywhere in the world that's a good idea go ahead and do that go ahead and do that yes thank you i appreciate it so this is what i would like kentucky fried chicken to sponsor so you're concerned about heads hitting ceilings but not ceilings
hitting heads right uh mike i'm concerned about everything but i'm also okay yeah narrowly escaped sign away a literal grit i am tired of waiting for us to start another season of chaos where where greg cody's going to be stunned that he's got eight penalties and we're not doing any of this so this is as chaotic as this feels this is actually very encouraging you're just clearing a bunch out right now dan you have a couple outstanding too it's tough to dress like a formula one driver i'm gonna this is the problem with that one i had a trouble with the helmet finding a helmet that works i i did because i'm trying to buy these things myself on the internet i've i've got a cane costume coming tomorrow or tomorrow oh i'm supposed to be kane next week at some point uh with the wrestling singlet yeah you you have to be kane no the wrestler yeah you have to be kane the wrestler and then i believe tony has to be able
which is uh the weeknd with like his face all wrapped up and it's kane and abel i like it yeah i like that so i took it it's a dual costume together now you guys suggest surprisingly i believe only has one remaining punishment and it's very simple you just need to record and submit a video to america's got talent where you're auditioning for the show okay and then we have a couple group ones like we have a couple people that need to dress up like in sync all together and then some people that need to dress like awards but aside from that like dan and sugats are in really good position here where they they've paid off and mike only has one two uh one remaining as well i think where's just get pied in the face the comedy calamity i gotta get pied yeah you pick comedy calamity i thought we were all like doing an n sync like no strings yeah yeah we are that's one of them that's there it's called the bye bye bye it's a
five person punishment now the only hold up on that is there's two people that still need to select so right now mike chris and sugats have selected the bye bye bye but we need two more people to select that to go through now dan here's a actually that one got cancelled december no no why oh i thought it got canceled because of everything going on with him on the vmas who has to do that uh that is me witty and dan we have to have a it's called the december pageant where all of us will dress as johnny in johnny depp costumes and we will have a you know do some sort of performance and then a winner will be selected and the winner of the december pageant will have one of their punishments removed all right so we've gotten that cleared up and in the next two weeks we will figure out hopefully greg cody next tuesday will be a little nas x uh this isn't much of a payoff from chris cody out there we have to hope your helmet
comes i mean that's the uh that's what we're all waiting for well i thought i don't know how scott's got off that light i'm sure they're cheating he was supposed to do it my helmet hasn't come he was supposed to do a freestyle for like three minutes on the stage of the cleveland did it you missed it you did not do it poetry jam uh i've also been hearing the squeaky springs of chris whittingham jumping on a trampoline yeah i'm not sure if we'll actually have that payoff but i can confirm with my ears that he is doing it okay so he has started and we've lost him can you get him a microphone because i think after i think he's mic'd up he's got a microphone all right so uh waiting him is this gonna be no you're not moving are you moving enough winning him is that you got to get off the ground off the trampoline seriously do a backflip touch yeah now but winning him so i'd like to go out to you 45 minutes and you'll be
winded right like you can't do that for an hour without getting tired right you're going to get tired yeah i'm i'm getting there already chris winded him i think we're gonna have to oh wow strange form by the way jumping with the hands in the pockets it's also not great for the microphone you're probably gonna have to go handheld there witty what do you mean yeah it's just popping is it popping it's [ __ ] popcorn okay so this is the stuff that happens when you just uh yes you do this on the fly but if we didn't do it on the fly we were never gonna do it because i've been waiting for two years to do this kfc sponsoring yeah well congratulations kfc this is what you get look at the drama and pageantry the height of entertainment look at kfc we will be selling your buckets of chicken because our loyal fans they are very loyal they support the people who support us and look at the entertainment value they get
a popping microphone and a fat guy outside holding a sign yeah it was not enough unnecessary translations metal art media creating jobs in south florida that can't exist without us going for it why doesn't everyone just sponsor this yes sponsor this look at this the companies we left espn 50 million dollars
he's going to injure himself that's it that's another thing he broke the sign and it's upside down all right clock starts over okay so i'm happy that kfc is now sponsoring this and i'm happy that we've got now a kfc bucket of death if i could just get your helmets i mean uh i will work on that let's see what we can do about your freestyle how about that when uh when greg when stu got pays his actual punishment that was an old company dano i mean this is a new company i do not know that punishment anymore i only owe one as billy stated a new day new day new day and greg cody owes eight yeah but some of those have expired by the statute of limitations my lawyer tells me so i actually owe two do you know what you owe do you want me to tell you what you owe you have the little nazex one you have the influence one that we discussed you have to recreate a photo shoot of steve harvey in his green
goblin outfit that he had love steve harvey yeah well that one's easy then you have to meet the mets where you just have to recreate a met gala outfit of your choosing ooh i like that i have several in my closet i'll do it then oh i didn't know any of this you have to recreate lamellae balls opening night outfit now that was last nba season i don't know what i don't who knows what that outfit was we will we will let you know the internet exists we will help you here you're not gonna you're not gonna have to just figure it out all right can somebody email me the list so i can get at it is that possible we're gonna start next tuesday that's where we're gonna start while i was gone my legs are burning yes going to be much harder than anyone thinks it is but let me winning him let me explain to you where it is that this arrives at equality uh jessica initially chose that how bad would that have
looked for our show yeah yeah yeah man show adam carolla and uh and jimmy kimball let's have let's have the only woman in the room bouncing on a trampoline for an hour that's probably something that kfc wouldn't want to sponsor in 2022. instead we got whittingham we're going to wear him into the ground where the cavs are taking the burden for jessica he's going to be hurting here and it's not the right mic no it's not all right we'll keep working together he's so mad at us if we were doing this he's in a vat who would be mad whittingham using the wrong mics bad sound well nobody nobody prepared for this uh i wanted to ask you about something while i was away can you guys um explain to me why james harden was throwing a birthday cake off a yacht as little baby was giving him 250 000 dollars in cash and as as a in a suitcase as a gift it's a new james harden right i hope he's reporting that
to the irs yeah but that's james jordan telling you that he's that he's being healthier now it'd be a real shame if someone looked into the under table under the table dealings of james harden i'm just talking from the nba perspective as they totally cheated well they had an owner right did the owner of the sixers run off with embiid to just sort of do gambling stuff is that is that like how owner had to divest because he is angling for gambling stuff and then a bunch of 76ers are signing deals with that company it is curious that james horton is taking far less right well no nobody does that anymore right wait wade just went on the point forward podcast and pointed out like why were we being asked to take all the discounts like why should anybody take discounts so that everyone else can make the money they figure that part out in the middle of the game yeah well dwayne wade says it's specific because his
experience now is a part owner of the uh the utah project more than that mike you now see like more than that one oh wait a minute the mariners can pay somebody how much 400 million wait a minute the john carlos stanton contracts the brands and stuff oh these guys have all been way underpaid when you when you eliminate the salary cap and everybody well what happened here there's a juan soto turned down 440 million dollars like everyone sees it at the same time that kid from mariners is going to make it was a great set of the day we were just a little delirious when mike shirt delivered it but every 11 games he's eclipsing willy mayes's career earnings that's crazy to say hey kid of a scene winning him i fear for whittingham's calves and i fear for whittingham's health uh chris chris cody outside spinning a sign has already winded uh bored not entertaining yeah he should be interacting with people the
way to do this there's no one out there it's a bustling beach area it is uh there's no there's no one out where he is ocean drive is right around the corner and i assure you that there are people going up and down ocean drive he's in a place that no one has access to because he's exclusive protected security enforced we've got more security around just walked on to the intersection interact with people nobody wants to go near a science as they actively break this area this used to be one of the great tourist destinations of all time they actively blight our area with political corruption here he should be interacting mingling making television for the masses as we tune in with chris whittingham whose sound still stinks out there and i'm worried for him because whittingham there are a number of things in sports i want to talk to you about and i'd like to hear what winded trampoline whittingham sounds like giving like a
take of the day on something are you willing to do that for me sure why not my ankles and my achilles don't feel great right now but we'll go for it is that original audio witty shoes on the other foot my friend i'm not in charge of the mixer stu gods you appear to be in some sort of dungeon with lots of chains and skulls yeah these are remnants from our yeah i'm talking to them what i'm talking i'm holding the microphone jesus raise the fader i'm looking at the decorations which are i believe uh dan's uh raiders punishment i think those are what those chains are you can't breathe all right no this is gonna be problematic in 45 minutes okay i think you wanted to though start a dialogue about inner miami so what let's hear the breathless dialogue i want to go through like things you want to talk about and in a new segment called witty dies a little bit by the syllable on a trampoline enter miami dan are currently
in the playoff places in the mls eastern conference despite the fact that they are currently facing sanctions from the league it's been incredible transformation since they acquired alejandro posuelo designated player that arrived from toronto fc unfortunately took a red card at the weekend which really dampened their chances against the new york red bulls but they go again wednesday night against the columbus crew a massive playoff six-pointer for the mls playoffs and i'm a believer in this team i'm a believer they've had a rough start and they're going major league soccer but i think they're going to make the playoffs and don't be surprised dan they make some noise in the playoffs wow i'm worried about him i'm worried about it i mean there's there's so many soccer stories out right now witty can you inform dan in the audience of the uh the paul pogba scandal oh this is absolutely extraordinary so paul pogba the player
for juventus french national teamer world cup winner with france was embroiled in a controversy right now against his brother he is accused i believe his brother of witchcraft and also has accused his brother of com of uh conspiring with a gang in france to potentially take him out if he doesn't pay a 13 million euro bribe i suppose it's a very bizarre story that also features killian in bapa who's the main star of the french national team there's gonna be some real controversy by the time you get to the world cup in qatar in november uh we're approaching the deadline and i'm very confused as to how barcelona is conducting their what you're doing right now is cruel he's hurting him he's already hurting i can hear him still wearing a sweater too all right wendy how do we help you here to turn i don't want to turn you before we help him help me understand the barsa situation because they're struggling to
register players just walk me through the whole thing yeah so barcelona are in a bit of dire financial straights they're over a billion euros in debt and they're still trying to buy players so their club president john laporte has been what he calls pulling levers which is essentially just selling off parts of the club media rights image rights all kinds of rights to raise capital so they can buy players and even still the registrators at la liga have decided not to allow barcelona to sign some of their players because they're not financially compliant and so like they're one at a time signing players and yet somehow they're still linked with more players it's completely shady i have no idea how this is happening oh my god but uh yeah all right let's stop let's stop for a second let's stop for a second because i do not winning him keep jumping that's yeah no this will become cruel and we need to
give him a response cody's spinning a sign yeah he's still spinning he's only gone like 15 minutes he doesn't have a chance to go an hour here we can't have him bouncing the entire time this show's been moving at a breakneck pace kind of like sports will in november because we're going to have a fall world cup and christian pulisic is the star of the u.s men's national team car in a bit of transfer drama chris he wants to leave teams he's upset that chelsea won't loan him out so he can get regular playing time how important is an informed christian pulisic for the u.s men's national team i'm actually not a huge believer in that theory i'm more concerned that christian pulisic is healthy for the world cup and qatar he is that's been in those means by the way is that injury this is
it's going to be hurting so much tomorrow go ahead cody woody why do barcelona players keep getting robbed in their own homes uh i have no idea greg i don't know what the situation around barcelona's crime think goings-on i'm sorry i'm not an expert on everything why not yeah well actually that player is no longer reportedly going to be a good word good work is that right obama yang is actually transferring to chelsea how do you think he fits in with thomas style you know they have a connection over at dortmund that's a good question yeah they used to work together borussia dortmund supposed to be a prolific goal scorer during his time in germany under thomas and chelsea are desperate for center forward play absolutely desperate rahim sterling scored a couple goals for the weekend against lester but if they have any aspirations of winning the league title they have to i'm not i'm gonna have to
go get a striker mike i'm i'm believe i'm beginning to think that there's you asked for these ideas to be executed i'm liking the idea i'm just beginning to think that it's mean i did not know how bad a punishment this was i did not know that an hour on a trampoline was going to result i i did not know well it was born out of a cardio class that jessica said that she took was a trampoline cardio wow
we will find machine gun skippy here at some point the costume is made for him and i want to mcgill might be in the zoom be sure to check please okay yeah so first out there man he really does he almost got hit by a car already yeah yeah we'll come back with ryan mcgill or do we just let him how we doing on time witty uh we're about half hour in so all right wait wait wait wait we'll probably make up the rest of this hour all right we will take him live you can now we will take a break and we will uh we will start with ron mcgill been wanting to use those streets forever visually because the things that chris cody will run into out there will be fine high fives wow he has to interact with the community out there even if he gets hit by a car it's part of the sacrifice's name and done in the name of show i broke my foot today for this bit uh ron mcgill joins us next stugot's here i've said it before and
i'll say it again i love a good gummy whether i'm on the golf course or winding down after a long day of carrying the show on my back all i need is one good gummy to help me totally relax and now thanks to my good friends at cbdmd getting delta 9 thc gummy shipped directly to your door is not only possible it's easy and affordable how about that every cbd md delta nine gummies packed with 10 milligrams of thc per gummy and let me tell you buddy they work cbdmd also has delta 9 microdose capsules that feature one milligram of thc so it's easy to enjoy them whenever wherever and listen i know it's easy to get confused with all the different deltas out there but delta 9 thc is the same good old-fashioned thc we've all known and loved for years to learn more about delta 9 and everything else cbdmd has to offer just head to cbdmd.com once again that's cbdmd.com for information education and the best damn gummies you've ever had
must be 21 years or older to purchase delta none don libertard i mean they used to call me chris karaoke stu gods that back row is bringing it today this is the unlimited show with these two gods we're presented by draftking sportsbook an official sports betting partner of the nfl download the draftkings sportsbook app today and use code dan for a special offer when you sign up that's called dan only at draftking sportsbook always grateful for his presence here ron mcgill joins us weekly to talk about the animal kingdom to inform and enlighten us we always learn something around here thank you ron as always for making the time i look forward here at some point in the not too distant future to doing a moss event with you where you do that sex and the animal show you bring it out you bring it out of uh retirement here very popular right how long have you been doing that just uh valentine's day
special you've been doing that for how many years well probably 30 years but i haven't done it for the last several because i retired it i'm only going to bring it out of retirement for you and so the the audience will get to experience it's it's very funny and very well done and it's educational so grateful as always for ron making time for us greg cody you wanted to get us started off this week on uh on asking ron stuff i did ron how you doing pretty good greg missed you guys i'm sorry i've been gone for a few weeks here hey uh james harden recently threw a large cake off a yacht and it made me wonder how discerning are fish with what they eat would a would a fish go automatically go to a a cake a fish will automatically go to something that splashes in the water not to say that it would eat the cake it would might go to it just think when it makes the ripple in the water and not say they would eat the cake probably not
unless it was you know there's some fish like brim and stuff that like like bread type products that might be eating it but generally speaking the uh carnivorous fish would not uh not be interested in it fair enough ron what fish has the best diet and what fish has the worst fair enough i mean you know i digested his answer and took it as something that was legit right but he's telling you it is fact not like fair enough you're negotiating an agreement it was an affirmation of what ron said in my opinion fair enough thank you ron what fish has the best diet and then what animal has like the worst diet they would have cheat days where they'd eat cake and stuff like that they're all opportunistic feeders so whatever's available to them you know the fish that would have the worst diet or the fish they're exposed to the worst things you know it's like your kid you know kid has the worst diet depending on
what the mother's feeding or the father's feeding so the bottom line is it's what they're exposed to now fish sometimes if they get really hungry and they're exposed to something that's not good for them with people throwing garbage into the ocean and they're eating garbage this is why we have animals with tons of plastic in their belly and things like that so the bad diet is not dependent on much on the fish as it is the environment that they're in are there are there animals that are finicky about their diets you know i mean like pescetarians out there within like the bear kingdom or something like that or like gluten-free iguanas anything like that well absolutely i mean you think immediately of koalas koalas basically only feed on eucalyptus leaves they don't eat the leaves of any other tree i mean how many thousands of species of plants and trees are there but they only eat eucalyptus
leaves so they're picky in that sense but they're picky in the sense that that's what their digestive system has evolved to digest so it's like you know um they're things that we eat that other animals cannot eat they're certainly things that animals eat that we could not eat so it's a matter of how they evolve but they are picky and they're picky because they've evolved to survive ron what animal would perform best on a trampoline kangaroo no no i don't know if it would necessarily be the kangaroo um know depending on what you're asking the animal to do if you're asking the animal to do the things that we see humans do double flips inside thing and all that kind of stuff i would have to go with a type of primate because the primate is going to be much like us and being able to tuck and roll and flip and do those kinds of things so uh i would go with a you know what i would go a safaka that's
what it would be a safaka what is this what what is this safari s-i-f-a-k-i i believe it's zahumafu anybody who's watched the craft brothers yeah that would be the best trampoline forgive me what's what's safaka safaka is a type of lemur from madagascar but it's known for the way it jumps and bounces on two legs from tree to tree it'll go on the ground it goes these great hops look it up in the video guts i know you're already there man it's just a fantastic animal chris cody just came in super winded tired muscle sore for 20 minutes of doing the sign he doesn't want to do it anymore he was very sweaty he's exhausted he was saying it was harder than it should have been whittingham do you have a question for ron mcgill as you try to get here to a half hour or more on the trampoline i just can't believe that ron was so vulgar and used the word like safaka on the air kiss your mother with that mouth
a breathless joke you don't actually have a question for ron mcgill ron are fish dumb no i don't i don't think there's any animal that's dumb when you think of the way you survive using your instincts you know does a fish know how to add and subtract maybe not in the way we do but i think they do in the way they can survive um you know animals are instinctive they're certainly a lot smarter than than we are in their ability to to adapt to wild environments so you know a fish probably looks at a human that goes into the forest or you know goes into the ocean and is drowning the ocean saying boy that human's pretty dumb here i am swimming around eating all the food i want living but that human can't live you know for more than a couple of days just floating in the ocean so it depends the perspective dan the safaka is the coolest thing i've ever seen in my particularly guys another thing you've learned on
today's wonderful show it's pretty great have you ever seen a sufaka like have you been uh are there animals that you have not seen that you that you want to see that you've never seen in the wild in the wild yes i've never seen a safaki in the wild i've not been to madagascar and i've always wanted to see a snow leopard in a while those are my two you know and i guess being able to see a panda in the wild would be pretty cool too most most everything else on my bucket list i've seen in a while but we're talking about a safaka a snow leopard and a panda those would be uh you know what a komodo dragon too a komodo dragon on the island of komodo in indonesia would be pretty freaking cool well take us through that though take us through the four of those adventures because you have seen everything in the animal kingdom and ron your wealth of knowledge doesn't have a lot of parallel in the industry i've i've been telling
people for a long time we've lost our national wildlife people and you are a voice here because you've seen almost everything you've traveled the world and you know these animals and you care about these animals and so when you describe those four things unseen why are they special to see firsthand i really appreciate those really kind words but i haven't seen nearly everything there's so much to see but having said that the komodo dragon just getting there is an adventure in itself because it's in a series of islands indonesia which is kind of surrounded by whirlpools if you don't go the right way it'll suck you down into the ocean it's unbelievable it's treacherous waters just to get to indonesia and then to watch a komodo dragon take down you know they are now believed to be the third venomous lizard they weren't believed to they're only believed to be two venomous lizards in the world the gila monster the masculine
lizard but now they believe that komodo dragon has venom that it actually will inject with its bite that comes out of its salary gland and what they do is they'll go after something like as big as a buffalo man they'll bite the buffalo and this venom slowly takes effect and then all these commodore dragons come in and they start ripping it apart after it dies it's brutal and then they let it rot for a long time because the longer it rots the more tender the meat gets full of flies just disgusting they can smell it from a long way away and they'll just rip it apart it's just fantastic to watch a lizard that can get to be 10 feet long over 200 pounds just rip this stuff apart so that's number one um hold on a second hold on hold on ron if i may i hear in the background that clearly exhausted chris whittingham and just hold on a second we'll get to your other thoughts but whittingham where are you
with this because this is now cruel and you're more than a half hour in and i hear you're laboring and the last time i was out there you're like it's no problem it's just there's this bone i feel like is gonna break back here yeah i have shitty ankles dan i've had multiple ankle injuries throughout my life so this is generally not the best thing to do with crappy ankles i'm trying to put a little flare on it though smack the ceiling you know maybe have the mic go behind me that sort of thing you know there's something to uh showtime thinking more showtime showtime yes height of entertainment you're exhausted do you have any questions for mcgill you're not producing the show right now all of this was uh not a clip not a great idea have a lot of questions i just fully support this okay thank you whittingham i appreciate your thoughts go ahead tell us more about why it would be special to see the safaka in the wild
well because this is an analyst incredibly rare madagascar is you know basically this this world in itself when it comes to wildlife there are animals found there found nowhere else in the world and the safaca when you see the dexterity that thing has first of all jumping along the ground dancing and then going from tree to tree the balance the incredible balance and dexterity that animal has and you can't help but love the face it's got those big eyes little snout and it's got i don't know i guess i was probably you know effective one like when watching zaboomafoo on the craft brothers which was a great series great educational nature series for kids so that was another big thing madagascar that now the snow leopard come on guys you've always known that after the harpy eagle on a cheetah is probably my favorite animal well nobody sees those though right those never get seen there's like
very little video of the snow leopard nobody and never are two big words dan it's very incredibly rare but i want to be part of that rare club i want that's that's a dream of mine now you know i'm gone 63 years old now so i don't know if i'm gonna be able to get up there it's high altitudes a lot of climbing a lot of you know uh physical exertion to get there but still a dream of mine but what if it kills you it's not going to kill me the reason why you don't see them is because they see you before they before you see them and they run away well they or they kill you maybe maybe people have seen them they get killed right because they haven't survived oh thanks for asking there are new spots for the bucket of death yeah and if you'd like to participate kfc kfc's bucket of death and speaking of stuff like around billy how about that fragile box behind what's in their head that was the camera that was sent to me
and i'm gonna say the box is there anything super interesting in your office ron is there a skull of any kind what is it hmm actually that's a misnomer because this crocodilian would not go after a human being strictly a fish eater those teeth she has a very slender snout really slender snap why so that it can move quickly in the water to get fish and grab them in those teeth it's a fish eater it doesn't go after after humans so as menacing as it looks it's probably one of the least dangerous crocodilians in the world when it comes to humans so you see you'll learn something else guys these are incredible animals man look oh i'll show you another cool one hold on a second yes oh where did you take though
painful it's a wild pig from indonesia i have a question for ron okay question oh he's in the middle of something go ahead he was of chelsea go ahead witty go ahead i'm sorry we interrupted you've been there i mean we're looking at skulls waiting hilarious you're excited
so really it's from india very rare but incredible incredible yeah but he has a question what's witty's question uh my question is you told me today that you couldn't do 10 because there was something going on with a giraffe at the zoo what was going on with the giraffe at the zoo we had a baby giraffe born the 57th giraffe born in the history of the zoo and today was his first day going on exhibit with the herd i got some great pictures for those of you listening go go to my instagram ron mcgill wildlife i'll be posting pictures of the baby the first day out of the exhibit where you can see it out there with his parents and it's and it's in his whole family the thing is so flipping cute i had to be there for the first moments when it comes out into the exhibit to catch those moments i could kill that baby giraffe oh god what are you serious i'm saying i could i mean you killed him right if he wanted to yeah
you said i couldn't kill a full girl how many days old does a baby giraffe have to be before chris cody can no longer kill it with a knife in a fight well this one would be more like like level how would that work ron how how long but how how old is a baby giraffe have to be before you cannot kill it as a human being like chris cody not answering that question what do you mean you're not answering it you're not gonna kill it you just don't why do you want to ask just something you said i couldn't kill an adult giraffe so i want to know when you couldn't kill it i told you by going underneath it with a little stink knife and going so you couldn't do that so i could kill a baby giraffe up until he's how old yeah no you could kill a baby giraffe and then i'd put that on the internet and everybody in the world will hit and then
these animals died naturally allegedly killed and when they died i saved the skulls because when i go to schools you know when a kid touches this stuff there's a connection that happens man you want to get people connected to nature that's the way you learn about stuff that's amazing ron what you have there i want to do it every week okay we'll go through your office and we'll you'll explain what these things are how many more skulls do you have right he's got a lot of my wife i had one but my wife wouldn't let me keep it you had a human skull why yeah explain how did one go to require that i had it was i went everywhere wow
