This Elizabeth Smart from Crime Watch Daily. It's Anna Garcia from Crime Watch Daily. You got anything to say?
Is Crime Watch Daily. What do you don't know? She's 13. You're running away now?
Welcome to Crime Watch Daily, everyone. I'm Chris Hansen. We start today out west where a young entrepreneur filled with promise, passion, and a zest for life is at the center of a baffling mystery. For more details, let's bring in reporter Jason Mata. Chris, here in Stockton, California, police continue to search for a killer who snuffed out the life of a beloved businessman who many called a visionary. A young and wealthy real estate developer. The most magnetic person I've ever met
with California dreams. He was larger than life. Turn nightmare. Tim walked across the street and collapsed.
Immediately we started a homicide investigation. Now a father is on a mission to solve his son's mysterious murder.
We have a a good timeline up up to the time that he was last seen. And Crime Watch Daily is right there by his side looking for answers, retracing Tim Egan's final steps.
The scuffle starts here and then takes place across the street. Yes. 32-year-old Tim Egan is a trailblazer.
Which way? He was just really a leader, focused and driven when he was working on a particular venture. and according to his friends and family, a natural-born entrepreneur.
He started a online business selling car accessories. A couple months after that, that grew by the time he was 15, that grew into a large enough business where he had a daily UPS pickup at our home. So, he was very successful with it
at 15. At 15, after college, Tim set his sights on real estate development. He learned everything he needed to about something. He threw himself into something 100%. And soon Tim would meet his future business partner, Zack Court.
They were introduced and this individual was starting a a business um redeveloping a a portion of downtown Stockton.
As in Stockton, California, a city in need of a facelift after becoming the largest US city to file for bankruptcy following the 2008 real estate crash. Tim had set aside a you know a fair amount of of of money that he wanted to invest and he saw a great opportunity
and together they created 10space a real estate development company. Zack Court serves as president and CEO and Tim takes on the title of chief branding officer and Jasmine Leak worked right alongside the dynamic duo. He had this pretty grand vision of what could be and he was willing to work every day, you know, hour after hour to make it happen.
And they are well on their way over the next 2 years transforming much of Stockton from blight to bliss by revitalizing properties all over the downtown area.
It often is national news for all the wrong reasons. Reporter Kay Reese from our Stockton affiliate Fox 40 often covered the groundbreaking work of Tim's company.
It's a really special place with a lot of potential and I think that's what Tim Egan saw in the city of Stockton.
But soon others see potential in the city too when the visionary developers catch the attention of investors from San Francisco. people who are interested in maybe buying properties or um getting involved in Stockton's redevelopment with their company.
That was the start of a very good day. That tragically will end in the worst way. Little does anyone know these are Tim's final hours.
You were with Tim the day he turned up murdered. That's right. Jasmine spends the day with her boss and potential clients for an afternoon of fun, including food trucks and live music setup outside one of their buildings. Then, just before nightfall, Jasmine leaves. But Tim, along with his wife Katie, business partner Zack Court, and a group of friends decide to hit the town to celebrate their potential new venture with the investors from San Francisco.
He was ecstatic about what had happened. They like to work hard and play hard and so yeah, they were out having a good time and enjoying themselves.
Bar hopping. Bar hopping. Yeah. The group of about eight friends hangs out at a bar in Stockton's Miracle Mile neighborhood. Then sometime after 10 p.m., Tim's wife decides to call it a night, but Tim stays behind to chat with a friend. That is until
Tim got into a scuffle with the the the bouncer, and then the bouncer then asked Tim to leave. So Tim and the rest of his friends head across the street to another bar. And once inside,
Tim said, "You know, I really want to go." And then they got up, they walked outside. Tim and his uh business partner uh were having a discussion outside according to the bartender and then they for some reason got into a fight.
According to people at the bar, when the fight is over, Tim's bleeding. Tim was seen walking away in one direction and his business partner was walking a different way a few minutes later.
This business partner is Zachary Court. Yes. Eyewitnesses say Tim was headed in the direction of his home. Tragically, he'll never make it.
And that's when our officers found him laying in the street. He was stabbed. Coming up,
somebody out there definitely knows something. And just how bad was the fight between Tim and his business partner? I've asked that and he can't remember.
Or did the real estate developer have a deadly runin with someone else? This lady told us about her boyfriend being in an altercation with Tim.
Now, let's head back to California as our Jason Mata chases down leads in a puzzling murder mystery.
Chris Timan was just three blocks away from his home when he would be found dead. Was he the victim of a robbery or was it something a little more personal? California real estate developer 32-year-old Tim Egan is found stabbed, bleeding, laying in the street. It was about an hour after a drunken brawl with his business partner, Zack Court.
We know that that then ended and was broken up and the Tim's business partner uh and Tim parted ways.
And what motivated the fight? We do not. No, we don't. It's just two drunk guys.
We we really don't know. Yeah, I I've asked Zach and he he can't remember. Can't remember or isn't saying.
Do you believe him or you think he's withholding information? I don't know. I I I couldn't answer that.
Crime Watch Daily reached out to Tim's partner, Zack Court, but he declined to be interviewed for the story. He has cooperated with police and is not a person of interest in this investigation. Tim was only three blocks from his house when he was found laying in the gutter.
Who finds Tim? There was a resident in the neighborhood that was arriving home and she found Tim.
In a strange twist of fate, cops are already in the neighborhood responding to a domestic dispute. At the time, it seems totally unrelated to the attack on Tim but that could all change. Police call for paramedics within minutes, but it's already too late. By the time the ambulance arrives, Tim Egan is dead. His family living in San Diego, more than 300 miles away, receives the tragic early morning phone call.
We were literally in a in a days. We were just shocked. How did Tim die? Uh Tim died from a uh wound to the abdomen.
Stabbed. The assumption is it's a stab. Yes. But who stabbed Tim and why? Stockton PD begins an extensive investigation to track down Tim's murderer.
We just assumed it would be a matter of hours or days and nothing. No arrest. And after three long months, the family is frustrated. Tim's dad hires a private investigator, but he's no outsider. Jerry Swanson is a former Stockton police detective turned PI.
Mr. Hegan came into the office and wanted to hire us to do some additional work on on Tim's case. See if there's any new information out there. And that's what we did. Fresh set of eyes. Yes.
Pi Swanson with 40 plus years working homicides hits the streets. I'm invited along to join the retired cop and determined father as they retrace Tim's final hours that fateful night.
What was your first course of action? Well, Jeff asked us to come out and canvas the neighborhood, talk to people, put out flyers, let people know that there's a reward.
The first stop is the bar with Tim and his business partner Zach Court. And the small group of friends came to celebrate a potential investment deal.
Maybe after two 2 and 1/2 hours, uh there was an argument between uh the bouncer, I believe, and Tim. And then so Tim was asked to leave. And then that may have been as late as, you know, 10:45. Then Tim reportedly heads across the street to another bar. The bartender claims he and his business partner stayed for about 20 minutes before leaving.
And for some reason uh they got involved in a scuffle and that from what I understand started here and went out into the street and then it was broken up shortly after.
Tim is over there after the scuffle and and then what he starts to walk home. Zach and the the friend went that way next door and Tim was seen walking down the street in that direction which is the direction home.
So we followed the same route Tim took home that night to the location where he would end up dead.
Jerry, how do we know that Tim walked here and his body wasn't dumped? He walked from the east to the west and we know that because he rounded the corner uh down at Madison and Popppler around a small grocery store neighborhood store. They have a video camera surveillance and Tim was caught on that surveillance. But as Pi Swanson finds out, this surveillance video isn't the last time Tim will be seen that night.
Did you glean any new information from when you went and canvas the area? Yes, we did. We We talked to a lot of neighbors.
And Swanson uncovers explosive new evidence in the form of two eyewitnesses. There were two people sitting out on their porch that saw Tim walk by.
They tell Swanson that Tim looked disheveled and appeared to have a wound on his head.
They spoke to him real briefly. Hey, are you okay? He said he was and he kept on walking. But minutes later, Tim won't be okay. He'll be dead. Then Swanson discovers something that stops him in his tracks. Remember that call that brought cops to the neighborhood the night Tim was stabbed? Maybe it wasn't so unrelated after all.
Was this the source of the domestic dispute call that actually had brought the cops to the area where they discovered Tim?
That's what I understand. Yes. Neighbors tell Pi Swanson that after Tim's body was discovered, a woman joined them on their porch and just who was this mystery woman? Turned out to be the lady from the domestic violence call.
And neighbors say she goes on to tell them a disturbing story about her boyfriend and Tim.
The lady said that she that the boyfriend was in an altercation with Tim across the street and he walked over to this location, collapsed and apparently died here. He just seized up and laid down. Her words
that Tim just seized up and laid down. Mhm. According to Swanson, this information is a gamecher for the investigation.
It indicates that these two people, if this lady was telling the truth about being there with her boyfriend, that they were on scene about the time that Tim was murdered or that Tim collapsed. Swanson says he can now prove this couple, the two people involved in the domestic call, are the last two people to see Tim alive. He points to the police logs from that night. They're in black and white. It's a shocking timeline of events. At 1:29 a.m., Stockton police officers arrive on Popular Street responding to a domestic disturbance call. Then at 1:54 a.m. the logs show cops respond to an unresponsive male who turns out to be Tim Egan.
It's happening around the same exact time when Tim is walking through the neighborhood.
According to the police logs, these two incidents were less than 30 minutes apart and mere feet away happening on the very same street. Coincidence?
Seems coincidental at least. But when Pi Swanson attempts to talk to the couple in question, nobody knew who they were.
That's right. No one knows their names. And making matters even worse, they moved out of their apartment shortly after Tim's murder. Despite not having the couple's names or a known address, Swanson keeps digging. With some further investigation with property management, the address, who was living there at the time, we came up with the name, the names of the people that were living there. After that, the persistent PI finds the couple's photos on Facebook along with a new location.
They had moved to uh Nevada. So, they moved out of state. Yes. In a totally separate incident, Crime Watch Daily has uncovered this same couple has been involved in another domestic dispute involving a knife. The woman was arrested and accused of cutting her boyfriend with a meat cleaver. Investigator Swanson tracked down that couple and shared his findings with former colleagues at the Stockton Police Department.
They've been receptive. Yes. And recently the detective has gone over there and interviewed both of them. What he found out, I don't know.
But I would like to know what cops found out from this mysterious couple now living in Nevada. So, I pay Stockton PD a visit. We're going to go inside, see if we can meet with their public information officer uh to determine if anyone can come out here and just give us some comment on the investigation, the status. We'll see what happens. Shortly thereafter, Stockton public information officer Joe Silva meets me out front for an interview.
Somebody out there knows something, right? Somebody out there definitely knows something.
And could it be the couple in Nevada? There was definitely that incident that occurred and our investigators have been working with the involved people trying to piece together exactly what they saw and what they heard, but at this point it still hasn't generated any type of new information that would help us find and identify a suspect in this case. According to police, the couple in Nevada, neither the man nor the woman are considered suspects and have never been charged in connection with Tim's death. Despite the frustration in trying to find his son's killer, Tim's father continues to push for answers.
I think somebody saw something. Somebody knows something. I know your show has millions of viewers and and I know that and I hope that one of those those viewers is the right person. The family is now offering a $40,000 reward. Until Tim's murder is solved, his loved ones are having a hard time living with the heartbreak.
What do you miss most about Tim? Everything. I think when I when I see my my grandsons, Tim's two nephews and I realize that they're only going to know their uncle through stories and through photos. And it's just not fair. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Crimestoppers at 129-94600. Up next, a young woman 8 months pregnant never shows up to her own baby shower. Did she run away or did someone make AIA disappear?
Has there been any activity on her social media? Absolutely nothing. It all stops.
It's a mystery. Yes. Crime Watch Daily with the bizarre clue raising more questions. Coming up now to a case that's left a family heartbroken and Baltimore police searching for answers. Michelle Sigona is here now with a baffling disappearance of Akiya Egleston.
Chris Akiya has been missing since the spring. And to make things even more troubling, she was eight months pregnant when she vanished.
She was here and now she's gone. vanished into thin air. It is a mystery. Did Akia Agelston simply walk away?
No. No way. No way. Was she targeted for her money? Bank surveillance shows us she receives cash and she leaves.
Or her baby. You believe someone would want to harm her? Yes. Akia Agelston was a firecracker.
The spark plug. Oh, yes. She was shorter on the shorter side, but she had a ball of energy and she would always try to make people happy.
Yes, ma'am. She She did more for others than she would do for herself. She was always looking to see how she could brighten someone else's day.
A resident of the Cherry Hill area of Baltimore. 22-year-old Akiya had a 2-year-old little girl from a previous relationship.
She loved the daughter. You know, you couldn't ask for a better motheraughter relationship. always together dancing and playing and singing together.
And her family was growing. She was eight months pregnant with a little boy. Was she excited about the second baby?
Yeah. Was she in good spirits? Yeah, she was in good spirits, but she barely could walk.
A difficult pregnancy. The baby was breached. So, Akia's doctor ordered bed rest. Not that she was listening.
She was still active with her friends, active with the family, uh still doing things to just not to just be sitting around. Akiyah had kept the identity of the baby's father to herself. But why?
She never discussed with us who the baby father was. Did you ask? No, I didn't ask. Whatever she felt like that she wanted to come and speak about, you know, that's what pop was for her ear to listen.
Turns out Akia's stepfather Shawn would later learn he knew him. He was a childhood friend of mine.
What's his name? Andre Michael Robinson. It was kind of like, wow, I didn't even know he was dating my daughter.
One month until AKA's due date. But first, the long awaited baby shower. And she even put a deposit down for this baby shower.
That is correct. $900. Yes, ma'am. So, this was something she was planning to show up for.
Absolutely. But that day would turn tragic. Akea never arrived. How did you get word your granddaughter was missing? My wife and I, we had got a phone call from my nephew. He asked us, "Did we know about Akea? And we said to him, Aia, what about Aia?" He said that he heard that she was missing.
You were texting with Aia on the day she went missing. Mhm. What was in the messages?
I called her and she wouldn't answer her phone. So, I text her and asked her, "Was her phone off?" And she said, "No." "Why?" I said, "I have been texting you." She said, "I can't talk to you right now. I'll call you back later." And that was it.
Did she sound? I don't think that was her. You think it was someone else? Yeah.
The family files a missing person's report. Baltimore City police began their investigation.
Talk to me about Akiya's case. How was it assigned to you? The day I received the case, myself and another detective went out to the apartment. We did an initial canvas. I talked to one of the maintenance men. The maintenance man said, "Yeah, she was just here. I saw her an hour ago." So, I was feeling pretty confident that, okay, I can clear this thing pretty quick.
But finding clues to AKA's disappearance would be anything but quick. Finding a suspect maybe even more difficult.
Who was Akia living with at the time? She had a roommate. Male or female? Female roommate.
It was just the two of them and also her 2-year-old daughter. The 2-year-old would spend time with Akiia and spend time with her father. Now, the roommate also had a child. So, there was two small children in the house and the two mothers. Detective Reno talks to Akia's roommate.
We interviewed the roommate and there was some text messages between Aki and the roommate in reference to Akiia moving out. So, didn't bring up any red flags because she was moving out.
Where was Aki planning to move? She was going to move in with the baby's father.
Investigators talked to a neighbor who says he saw Aki at the bus stop the day before.
We pulled the video from the apartment complex. We pulled MTA all the bus footage for the entire Cherry Hill area to see if we could get her getting on a bus. We were trying to work a timeline, so we had to go back to when she was last seen and then go from there.
Coming up, hours of video surveillance, then a hit. She doesn't look disheveled. She doesn't look like she's under any kind of stress.
And are they closing in on a culprit? Is anyone right now publicly a person of interest or a suspect? We have a person of interest. Yes.
Where is mother to be a Egleston? With the investigation now underway, Baltimore police are hoping some new surveillance video would help point them in the right direction. Once again, here's Michelle Sagota.
Chris, at first, police say there were no indications of foul play in the case, but as the weeks and the months went on, it started to look like Akiya didn't leave on her own.
Akia Agelm, eight months pregnant. And the mother of a 2-year-old girl has vanished. Reported missing after strangely not showing up to celebrate her own baby shower.
Other things started transpiring. Her not coming to the baby shower, people going to her apartment and finding her belongings missing. It just became where is Aia?
Baltimore police are wondering the same thing. We pulled the video from the apartment complex. Of course, the one camera we needed wasn't working. We pulled MTA all the bus footage to see if we could get her getting on a bus. You're talking hours and hours all negative.
Has there been any activity on her social media? Absolutely nothing. It all stops.
It's a mystery. Yes, a mystery. But cops aren't giving up conducting interviews and searches for her remains. We had two areas where we searched and they thank God they were both negative.
But one bizarre clue did surface. It only raised more questions. Baltimore City police confirmed a crime watch daily on the day IKEA went missing. A family friend drove her around to a number of bank locations to collect money. But what was the money for?
She was getting the money so that she and her baby's father were going to get a house together.
A large amount of money. a lot of money on that day. On that day, detectives pull surveillance video from multiple banks around town and catch a break, finding the last known images of AKA before she vanished.
What does the bank surveillance show you? The bank surveillance shows us at the bank by herself. She doesn't look disheveled. She doesn't look like she's under any kind of stress. She's there on her own. She presents a cashier's check to the teller. She receives cash and she leaves. Is that bank the only bank she stopped?
We had her stop in several locations. We had her at the Royal Farms where she takes money out of the money machine and then goes to the countering where she gets cashier's checks. We have her at a Wells Fargo in South Baltimore where she says she was waiting on a check to come in.
Where were these checks coming from? Various places. Various places and various people.
Yes. Cops learn it was a female friend who drove Akia around to the banks that day, later taking her back home. That friend has never been considered a suspect or had any involvement in Akiia's disappearance. Is that person cooperative?
Very. She provided us with some very good information. Good information, but still no AKA. She didn't show up for her baby shower.
Yes. She basically leaves her 2-year-old behind and she is collecting large amounts of money on the day she vanishes.
Yes. What do all of these things tell you? She was duped or she started a new life somewhere with a new name.
Is that really possible? Oh, yeah. Anything's possible. But would you say it's more possible that there's foul play in all of this?
Gut 24 years of experience. Yeah. AKA's stepfather agrees. We expected foul play from day one. And the first thing that comes to my mind is where's the father?
The father of Akiya's unborn son, Andre Michael Robinson. Were you able to identify the baby's father?
Yes. Is he cooperative? Can't answer that. The man believed to be the father of the second baby who was your childhood friend. Have you spoken with him? I have been directed not to speak to him.
Has he shown up for any searches? None. None at all. None at all. Has he been cooperative in this investigation?
The police have interviewed him and that's all they've told me. Robinson has not been named a suspect. He has not been arrested or charged in connection with the disappearance of Akiia Egleston.
Is there any possible way in all of this Aia could have walked away on her own?
No way. It wasn't no chance in this in this God's green earth was she going to walk off 8 months hovers pregnancy one she had to have a cecerian too and leave her daughter behind three was not going to happen.
Aki's baby was breached so she would have needed the help of doctors to deliver her son.
Were you able to circle around to local hospitals in the area to figure out if a woman fitting her description gave birth? We have contacted every single local hospital and they were all put on alert that we were looking for this young lady and that she was reported missing and we have gotten nothing back.
Do you think that she could have been targeted for her baby? I can't answer that.
Is it possible? Is anyone right now publicly a person of interest or a suspect?
We have a person of interest. Yes. Are you ready to share who that person of interest is?
No. It's now been 7 months since AIA disappeared and the FBI has joined the mysterious case.
I'm here today to announce that the FBI is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information regarding the whereabouts of Akiia Egleston. We are hoping this reward money will get our community talking and provide the tips needed to find her.
In the meantime, seasons and milestones have passed. Akiya would now be 23 years old, her daughter three, and her son 6 months.
How difficult has this been for you and for your family? Um, countless nights of no sleep, tears. It has been devastating.
Just been a real burden on the family and we want her back. We want her back. Now all her family can do is wait and pray that someone sometime soon comes forward.
To the person who has information, what would you tell them? Please, I hope God touches your heart to let any information y'all have to let it go. We need a care and K needs her daughter and her daughter needs her. She needs to be home. Akia Egleston is described as 48, weighing 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She'd no longer be pregnant. Anyone with information regarding her case is urged to call the Baltimore Police Department at 1443-9847385 or you can submit a tip at crimewatchdaily.com. Still to come, a devoted family man disappears. And when investigators dig into the case, they uncover surprising claims against the wife's therapist.
It was just kind of shocking. How long has this been going on? That would lead to an explosive confrontation.
Is that a gun in your hand, Gary? Next. They are the courageous stories we cover daily.
He was saying, "I told you I'd kill you. You're not going to be with anyone but me."
Victims. Where's your emergency? My dad is hitting my mom and he's saying her to the ground. at the hands of their violent predators.
I felt like this was it. I felt like he got me. But now from out of this darkness, #we are giving and you can too. As Crimew Watch Daily launches a special event raising funds for the National Domestic Violence Hotline, a 247 crisis line and nonprofit that fields more than,200 calls per day from victims of relationship violence. He didn't break me and he's not going to. Now to a bizarre story about a Wisconsin therapist. It's bad enough that in a therapy session, he told a client he had a vision her missing husband was dead in a garbage can. However, what would happen next would take things to a whole new level. For that, we're teaming up with our affiliate Fox 6 and investigative reporter Brian Pollson.
It's a sorted tale of sex and seduction. Do you want to talk about the lines you crossed with three of your patients?
In the most bizarre of claims. Oh, yeah. He admits it's weird. A therapist allegedly makes the moves on a female patient when her husband goes missing, the talking stops.
You want to talk about how would you like it if you lost your job? And underlying it all, could there be a murder mystery?
Is that a gun in your hand, Gary? Adam Mills, a devoted family man who lived with his wife and two kids in the quaint town of Milton, Wisconsin, population 5,500.
I typically work in small towns, so haven't had to deal with one like this. But one night, he and the misses got into an argument when Adam left the house to go for a breather. He was never seen again.
A lot of it to me is kind of suspicious stuff. Where on earth is Adam? Did he just take off? Was there a tragic accident or could it be a case of foul play?
Left without his phone, left without his keys, started walking east and that was all anybody knew.
Adding to the mystery, Mills made no attempt to contact relatives, which is really what drives the family's concern and and my concern too that foul play might be involved.
Friends and loved ones blanket the town with flyers and create a Facebook page with updates. But Adam never turned up.
It just got more and more odd, I guess, that um that he hasn't reappeared. But then cops get a game-changing tip from someone very close to the missing man, his wife, who reveals salacious secrets that could break the case wide open.
Pretty much any outcome is a possibility here. We just simply don't know. Adam's wife tells cops her therapist, Gary Jones, diagnosed her with multiple personality disorder and had been treating her for about a year. But at some point, her relationship with Jones, a licensed professional counselor, crossed the line from professional to personal.
My impression of that is it's been going it had been going on for a while. After Adam Mills disappeared, Mrs. Mills tells cops that Jones became obsessed with her, calling at all hours of the day and night.
This is a big deal for us. Jones sent Mrs. Mills a frantic text message asking her to come to his house. She says Jones claimed to be having psychic visions of a creature covered in mud, which he interpreted as a sign that her husband's body was in a swamp.
Are they really visions or is it something that actually happened? Jones also said he envisioned Adam dead in a garbage can, his arms scrunched up, head sideways, eyes open.
That's very, very specific. Adam's wife told cops Jones even showed up at her house professing his love for her and saying he was leaving his wife. Then he suddenly kissed her.
It was just kind of shocking. How long has this been going on? Mrs. Mills says that the texts continued. Jones writing, "I miss you. I love you. I had one of the greatest nights of my life with you." And she replied, "Slow down. My husband has only been gone for 2 and 1/2 weeks." It was something that that we looked into. I will say it that way.
A few days later, Mrs. Mills reported her therapist's conduct to his employer and to Milton Police. Her account is detailed in a 268 page case file from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
I really don't even know what to think of it. I mean, it's just it's when I first read it, I I had to read it four or five times just to really let it sink in. Adam's wife denies having a romantic relationship with Jones, but admits she thought about it as a way to not be homeless after Adam went missing. When cops followed up with Gary Jones, he explained that his vision stem from a technique called brain spotting.
A lot of it to me is kind of suspicious stuff. He says his patient, Mrs. Mills touched a sphere in his office and put some evil stuff inside. Then Jones touched the sphere and felt an electrical charge.
Oh yeah, he admits it's weird. Soon after, Jones told cops that he started having those visions, which even he admits is strange.
I'm sorry, but if you think it's weird and it's a practice that you feel is acceptable, then you shouldn't think it's weird.
Though Jones denied having an affair with Mrs. Mills case foul showed Jones had multiple romantic relationships with patients, forcing him to surrender his therapy license. Investigative reporter Brian Pollson from our Milwaukee affiliate WITI Fox6 wanted to talk to Jones about Mills mysterious disappearance and his visions. He tracked him down at his home.
I'd like to talk to you about the visions you had of Adam Mills dead body. You're on private property. I'll have you arrested.
Do you want to talk about the lines you crossed with three of your patients? Do you want to talk about how would you like it if you lost your job?
But the confrontation quickly took a dangerous turn when a clearly angry Gary Jones escalated from words to brandishing a weapon.
Is that a gun in your hand, Gary? Then Jones stepped behind a bush. Who is pointing the gun? Did
not point any gun at you, you piece of crap. Get out of here now. I have video of it. Would you like me to call
Get out of here. Would you like me to call the police about that gun? So Pollson called the cops.
Police are on the way to talk to you about the gun you aimed in my direction. I didn't aim it in your direction. Quit being a liar.
You have them on camera with the gun. With the gun. Yeah. Luckily, nobody was hurt at this point. The mysterious missing person case of Adam Mills remains open. And police say they don't have a shred of evidence that either Gary Jones or Mrs. Mills had anything to do with Adam's disappearance. In the meantime, Adam Mills is still missing. And after 2 and 1/2 years, his family continues to plea for his safe return.
Hey, if you're out there and you just want to be left alone, that's cool. But let us know you're alive.
