has anyone seen something like this so the judge apparently said that she had a scheduling issue and then she had to take a couple of days off so the prosecution rested at the end of last week now we're starting up tomorrow we're going to have we broke the story yesterday 35 different uh members of the witness list for galen maxwell are going to be called some coming from abroad also some that have been requested to testify under seal which means they would testify anonymously of course we saw the prosecution do that with some of the epstein victims but we don't know exactly who these anonymous witnesses are that galaine maxwell's team wants to bring but of course human events daily is going to find out but one of the biggest questions that people ask me about this case is what is going on with the epstein network are we going to name names who were the celebrities involved in this who were the financiers

involved this why lee wexner the head of victoria's secret jean luc this french model recruiter all of these names these people that were going down to the island what's going on why are so many members of the royal family that seem to be involved in this including obviously prince andrew well you're in luck because the department of justice has just made a deal that all of the epstein network is about to be made public all of the black books are about to be released and everything oh wait no i'm sorry i'm reading that backwards they've made a deal it's all going to be sealed none of it is going to come out yes that's right the black book of contacts thought to include prince andrew will not be released during her sex trafficking trial this is according to daily mail and according to an extract from the context book that was made public during court documents it will not be made public and a deal has

been made between the defense obviously but also the prosecution team the book is believed to be a version of jeffrey epstein's infamous directory this prosecution defense trial uh have made a deal judge allison nathan ruled at the manhattan federal court that only small parts of the directory would be released under seal it is said to be a version of epstein's infamous 97 page book containing the names and addresses of almost 2 000 world leaders celebrities and businessmen there's one page of it that came out where you just see it's redacted redacted redacted redact react directed and then you just see duke of york on top great thanks so much really appreciate it you are doing the public an absolute service here department of justice and i for one salute you but let's go back because we have heard more about this network from the victims that have come forward in the past now not all the

victims that have come forward are testifying in the trial and prosecutors made this decision um quite frankly i think it's a terrible decision that was made by these prosecutors i think they could be making a much stronger case against gelane maxwell have all the victims who are willing to testify come forward whether it has to be anonymously and you want to do that to protect their identities or if there are people that have come out publicly already and have evidence of crimes or were eyewitnesses to these crimes uh most importantly what's going on with the blackmail situation those 20 000 images but listen to victoria jeffrey roberts because she talked about this network and she talked about people who were involved with epstein island in newly released court documents accuser virginia roberts jeffrey says this was one of the place teen abused underage girls in a 2011 transcript of a conversation with

attorneys jewfrey said she saw former president bill clinton on the island according to this document she told lawyers i remember asking jeffrey what's bill clinton doing here kind of thing and he laughed it off and said well he owes me a favor he never told me what favors they were in a statement clinton's spokesperson tells nbc news the story keeps changing the facts don't president clinton has never been to the island so you understand what's going on here because i get this question every single day literally every single day they say poso when are we going to get more information on the network when are we going to get more information of who was involved when are we going to get the details and i'm like do you not understand what point in the movie you are in we are not going to get that information from this trial they have a 37 year old lead prosecutor right that's it that's the highest level of person that they

including climate climate change yeah because the people's relic of china really cares about climate change um and then finally of course news trends and you're definitely not allowed to talk about feng shui or any of the celebrities that have been disappeared or silenced throughout china understand what's going on here a ministry of foreign affairs spokesman from china named wang wenbing just came out and essentially said the era of the united states dominance over world affairs is over take a listen to this clip it's all in mandarin it's not going to play the whole thing

the omicron variant this is really basic stuff but of course our great experts can't even pronounce simple letters correctly but you know that's not that's not cause for any alarm so borla comes out and he says and we've got the clip of this where he says that his boosters will stop the omicron variant listen to this and so what they're suggesting here is that a booster dose can return the antibody levels to that height that does provide good protection against infection they found that two doses may still protect against severe disease likely because of the t cell response but there was a 25 fold decline in those neutralizing antibody levels against omicron for just two doses they find when they give that third dose they are boosted 25 fold higher and so that it restores that protection albert borla the ceo of fizer saying in the release this morning quote although two doses of the vaccine may

still offer protection against severe disease caused by the omicron strain well there's just a little problem with that because according to the very same nbc right so that was cnbc where he gave that interview just a couple of days ago about a week ago now we've got nbc again omicron appears more resistant to covet vaccines but is causing less severe illness in south africa major study fines an analysis released tuesday said that that the doses of fisa vaccine gave 70 protection against omicron hospitalization compared to 90 percent for delta the first major real world study of the omicron covet 19 variant found that it appeared to cause less severe illness in south africa but that the doses of the pfizer bioentech vaccine offered reduced protection against it this was a study and i believe i thought you're otherwise 21 000 cases they had those things so apparently albuquerque really does

been one heck of a first season with you here on the show but we've got one more must-watch episode left all this and more i'm isabel brown and this is on the front lines on campus the left tries to silence us but there's a lot of liberal indoctrination we are on the front lines we are here in phoenix arizona at tpusa headquarters joined by the one and only charlie kirk isabelle it's great to be a guest here absolutely charlie thank you so much for taking time out of your business thank you of course and congratulations on the show and the book and everything means the world coming from you i want to start today way back at the beginning it's been a wonderful nine years of turning point usa but you started all of this everything that we see today from a garage in illinois so talk to us more about where this idea came from and why you decided to pursue entrepreneurship instead of college well i'd love to take credit for

it that's just this wouldn't be true so many people have played a role throughout the years our donors our students people like you that kind of stepped up so early on in this journey i think it was like five years into this yeah you got crazy oh my gosh it's amazing to think about and yeah i mean it was an ama it was an incredible thing i was 18. i was going to go to west point didn't get in um just wasn't kind of what god's path was for me and started turning point usa then um with bill montgomery may he rest in peace in june of 2012 and we just kind of got going and started speaking across the country and started to see things moving and all of a sudden i realized that students and young people in this country are not being communicated to properly with conservative pro-american ideas and it was just one thing after the other and as much as i'd like to call myself the founder i'll just say i was

the starter and then from there it's just been this amazing movement that has really been created across the country when you started all of this did you have any understanding that you would end up here right now nine years ago oh no i mean i didn't know how to write a check i didn't know how to i mean you know we have over 200 employees now and you grow up in a hurry when you start something you know people say do you have a plan true entrepreneurs don't have a plan you have a passion you have a skill you have a general direction and then you adjust along the way and then all of a sudden next thing you know you're 21 years old and you have 30 employees and you have to learn payroll and you have to learn management hiring and firing people they don't teach you that in high school they definitely don't teach you that in college right and so then you kind of have to learn what you believe and why

you believe it i remember being in this building right here three and a half years ago walked into this space it would have been january of 2018 right near there december january 2018 and our whole operating budget at turning point usa at that time was a couple million dollars a year and that was kind of the asking price for this building and as soon as i walked in i saw the whole vision i was like oh my goodness we could have directors in each one of these offices we could have people in this kind of shared working space and i was like we have to buy it so we took out a loan to buy the building and paid off the loan very quickly praise god and just kind of how god has moved now we have another couple buildings and we have presence on all these campuses and so um just been so humbled and blessed throughout the process college campuses in particular have really brand your bread and butter with turning point usa

and have evolved so dramatically over the last nine years when you first got started starting turning point usa and going down this journey college campuses had a little bit of indoctrination but it was nothing like what we're seeing today can you tell us more about your first visit to a college campus to give a speech and what that experience was my first campus i'd have to think about which one that was but yeah i mean when i first i'll tell you about one i went to in let me think about this october of 2012. wow that was nine years ago i don't know if this was my first visit but it was kind of one of my first visits and it was in normal illinois at illinois state university and it was a debate of communism versus socialism versus constitutionalism and there's no protests there's just kind of there are some liberals but they were somewhat annoying and campuses have just become so tyrannical yeah and they

become these islands of totalitarianism and these places devoid of wisdom and people trying to pursue things that are eternal and beautiful and good and true and they've also just kind of become so automatically radical without people actually even thinking do i even believe this or am i supposed to be so fired up about race and sex and class and gender all the time and not even thinking themselves as an individual that has autonomy and agency and the ability to make choices and so yeah i mean i've seen this and honestly one of the turning points of this whole thing where all of a sudden i realized we were living in a different country was when you hosted me at colorado state university i'll never forget it so i remember being in fort collins and i'd come up and there was like swat teams it was like the national guard or something the national guard of the state of colorado and i i had never really

experienced anything like that before i'd done a couple campus speeches i did one at cleveland state university a couple months before that was a little raucous but then i'm entering and they say sir the perimeter is secure and i have to be escorted there's a bomb squad it's like what are you talking about and so i remember the speech i gave remember what i talked about i still think it was one of the better speeches that i've given on a campus even three years ago it's just because i i don't know why i just felt like it was uh pretty organized the way we went about it and i think some of those clips from that event have been viewed 30 40 50 million times yes but no that was a turning point for me because then i i said we're not living in the country i thought i was living in and then i woke up a couple days after and the front page of usa today was the event and there's like white nationalists and

like antifa clash with police and i said what is going on and got a quick education that these campuses have become battlefields yeah do you have a favorite moment that comes to mind from a college campus so many i mean going to berkeley was you know obviously an interesting experience where they just shut everything down i'd say one of my favorite moments and it's hard to pick one was kind of when i saw the grassroots energy of turning point usa and we were so unprepared for it it was at ucla and it was candace owens and myself and we walk into this just random room they had us in no security there was police there but we had no personal security and we were front row against the blm activists wow and that was kind of when candace was just came onto the scene and exploded and i just kind of saw in real time what it was like to build a successful grassroots counter cultural movement but

no like when we when i first started going to these campuses it was raw and authentic and in some ways i missed that in other ways i was like yeah i could have had my head chopped off you know or just a kid could have got hurt that would have been you know really a tragic thing um and at ucla i'll never forget the blm incorporated bigots were outside with their big speaker phones trying to drown out our event while we were doing our event but no i could go all across the country our event that we did with brandon tatum at michigan state university in the following semester was amazing university of nevada reno was incredible um i'll give you another one speaking at brown university um they didn't allow any filming which we honestly should have broke the rule but we were too much of rule followers um that was before i think even the stakes of the country have even erased this was right before the chinese coronavirus

spread back in last no no november of 19 i want to say and i've never seen such hostile students wow just the way they the way they ask questions and they look at you there are some fans and supporters but my goodness brown university if you want your child to hate america send them the brown university sounds like we need to send you back to an ivy league
