That's all the really big news that I think that I have. Is there any more big news? Is there possibly any other news in the world right now, Ronnie, beyond what we
No, nothing's going on in the world, which is crazy. Pretty chill time here, especially in America. Pretty chill over here.
I love a slow news cycle. Pretty peaceful and chill over here in America, guys. We're doing great. EVERYBODY'S
DOING GREAT. Everyone's happy. Everyone's really So, let's get to some below deck. We're really What do we have to worry about? Kizzy making out with somebody. Joe making out with somebody. Max, it's a waveunner problem, guys. It's an easy world. Let's jump into that.
The real for a while. This episode really got me mad. Really got me angry. Mainly because of Joe. Like Joe, it's like I've had enough. I've really had enough of this guy now. It's time for him to leave. He is He's just He's such a piece of [ __ ] He's just like a garbage piece of [ __ ] is he not?
He is. I mean, look, here's the most annoying thing about this show to me, that it's still going. This is episode 16. End this. End it. End it. Cut the cord. Okay, that's it. End it. I don't need 18 episodes of Blow Deck. What What is this going to be? A 37 episode season. I don't need it. I don't need it. There's a reason that Wind is only on Netflix. 10 episodes a season. That's all we need of Wind. Okay. Captain Sandy doesn't get more and I don't get I don't need more of Captain Sandy. Okay, this is enough.
I'm okay with it. I'm invested. 12 episodes. This is Below Deck. Give him 12 episodes. That's it.
I'm I'm honestly invested. I feel like with Below Deck is like I don't know. Like this one I I'm I'm feeling it. I really am. And God, I love a show that can give us a McNugget cliffhanger. Like what's going to happen with McNuggets? And by the way, the reason why I'm so angry, I'm really I really don't like the way Joe treats V and the way he's like trying to cast her as like some crazy person. But even more so, I'm furious that he and Nathan ate Kathy's McNuggets because she deserves her McNuggets. And if I'm drunk at the end of the night and someone eats my McNuggets, I am like, you don't even know. You don't even know, bro. Like, you're you're going to see a side of me you don't want to see. And I was like, "What the [ __ ] is wrong with you two eating someone else's McNuggets and then throwing your halfeaten pieces of their food at them while they're potentially kissing someone?
Gelatinous chicken died for those nuggets." And you guys are just throwing them like they're nothing. I mean, it just goes to prove you've got Joe who's an [ __ ] because of reasons we're we're going to say a million more times today. Nathan's an [ __ ] for reasons I'm sure we'll say a million more times today. But Max, I think, is getting off easy because he's the only one kind of being nice to a woman at the moment. And so everybody's like, "Oh my god, he must be the sweet one." No, he's not. He's a waster of gelatinous chicken. And that's not to be. And then look what he does the second he throws someone else's chicken nuggets. He's the victim. He's the victim. He's the one that's been hurt in this whole thing because he's not getting enough attention. You just threw chicken nuggets. You should be put to death. You should be hung over the side of that boat. Not cry. I'm not going to cry for you. I'm not crying for
you. I'm not crying for Mac. Well, no. Max drives me enough. Behead him. Behead him
enough. No. All of them. Have a a women only vote. How about that? So, we start off.
No, because this is Bravo. So, one of them's going to be Malia. Okay. Bravo is not just going to And listen, I love that Bravo inflames me, you know, and I love it. And I say end the show because I I do believe that they need shorter seasons on this, but I still enjoy it. I mean, it's still below deck. I'm not gonna I'm not gonna cry. I'm still gonna eat my dessert, you know what I mean? Mhm. Well, um I uh yeah, I'm I'm at that point of the season where I'm invested over stupid [ __ ] like McNuggets. And uh well, let's just get into it. So, where we last left, Max was struggling with hooking a jet ski to a hook cuz he kept on standing on the back of the jet ski.
And now we have we learn with greater detail that the issue is that he kept on jumping off the jet ski, causing the jet ski to sort of flip upwards and not connect with the hook the way it's supposed to. And he's supposed to be jumping off gently like everyone knows. Hello. As Dr. Heavenly would say, no dey, no doy.
No dey by Dr. Heavenly guys. No dey, daddy. No way. Um, so Nathan's just doing what Nathan does, which is screaming at him uh with monk hair from above
when the guy can monk hair scream is bad cuz you know like those monks that can vow silence. So if it's a scream, it's the worst kind.
I know. Stick with your haircut and just vow to be silent. It's like, you know, when a rabbit gets k, you know, when a rabbit's like getting attacked. You ever heard the sound of a rabbit being attacked? It's like, it's a terrifying blood curdling scream. It sounds like a child has been stabbed. It's like, you know, bunnies don't like make noise. They're just like hopping around and they're quiet. But then when they are cornered, the noise that they do make is petrifying. And I feel like that's what happens with monair is that like if monk hair, you're supposed to have a vow of silence. So if they do scream, it's going to be like something that's soul shattering.
Yeah. They're not they're not really like into being silent. They're just silent because they have really annoying voices. So, they're like, "I guess I'm going to be a monk." [snorts] They learn when they go on their first roller coaster. Okay, I'm finally tall enough to ride this ride. Yes. [screaming] Like, everyone hates them. Like, I guess I'm going to become a monk. Get me a bowl. Cut my hair. I'm going into the monkdom. All those silent film stars, you know, they all lost their jobs because once they started to have to talk, everyone realized they hated their voices.
Well, yeah, that was Singing in the Rain. Remember the the beautiful actress? They they went to talkies and she was like, "Hey, WHAT AM I DONE WITH SOMETHING?
They all sound like Ramona laughing." Okay, so Nathan is screaming from above, "You got to fix it in the water. You fix it in the water." And Max is like, "Oh, I'm in the air. I'm not touching water. I'm in the air."
Max screams out something. He sounds so French. He sounds like a French cartoon. He goes, "How do you do it?" His voice is like all grally when he screams. I DON'T DO IT. He's like, "Marks, you got to be quiet. You got to be calm. Hook it. Marks. You got to hook it, Mark." And they're just, "Fix it in the water. Fix it in the water." So they're arguing and Captain Sandy's like, "Guys, I am trying to watch wind. Felicia Rashad is in a raft and she's about to go under because the big villain just came. The villain's name is Wind. I can't hear every anything over you two screaming and yelling. You can't do that in front of Felicia Rashad.
She's having a very serious award worthy monologue. Be quiet guys. So they're just arguing and Max's like they are 2 meters away. They go up and down and just like it's like a strap like trying to get the strap and like what are you smoking at? Is someone is a smoking or yelling at someone. It's like what are you talking about?
He's not listening. Well, say it again. I didn't hear what you said. I was saying, "What are you talking about?"
Well, he's not listening to his boss. Get off the [ __ ] jet ski, Max. He's really boiling me. He's really boiling me up. I'm going to prove it by all the nothing that I do in this episode. Even though there's totally a deck hand sitting in a hotel that I'm in love with, that I would love to have more time with, but I can't think to fire Max and hire her back for the final two episodes cuz I'm a dingus. I'm a dingus. What are you doing? Get rid of Max. You have the perfect example. You have the perfect reason right now to get rid of Max. Do it.
I I thought it was going to happen because later on, as we'll see, he calls up Gail's like, "There's something I've been mulling over. I want to propose to you." So, I was like, "Uh-huh. It's going to happen." But it didn't happen.
Did not. So, Sandy comes down. And she's like, "Okay, well, you know what? I had to press pause right in the middle of Felicia's monologue. So, what's going on down here?" Oh, well, it's too rough. Max is too rough getting off the jet ski. When you jump off the st, you're sinking the bottom of the jet ski and the strap should go forward. And that's exactly what keeps on happening. Okay. Well, you know what you got to do next time. Okay, I'm just going to put this out there. Put the qualified person on the hard thing, right? So, put Joe on there and put Max on lollipop duty.
Okay, just a little hint from your captain who got our favorite show interrupted. Thanks so much.
You You just got to figure out where to put your people. Who is this? Who is this Captain Sandy? What happened to everybody should be competent, you know? I feel like Captain Sandy like changes depending on who it is, you know, which I guess we all do, you know, we base our judgments on who's in front of us. But it's a little annoying because I feel like she's amused by Max because you see her smiling. Like half the [ __ ] that Max does, she sees him through her little window and she's like, "Hold on, Felicia. Okay, hold that monologue. God, that guy's funny. God, I love that Max Banana. I love that Max Nana. Love him."
She's like amuse, so she just lets it go. She's like, "Yeah, Max is an idiot. Put him on balloon duty. Don't we have some balloons to blow up? That would be fun. Hey, have you ever asked Max to tie a balloon into a giraffe? That would be funny. I'll bet he makes a French giraffe. What am I, psychic? Ask him to do it." Sandy is definitely giving 80s sitcom mom energy this season where like she opens a closet and like five things fall on her head and then she looks at the camera and just smiles like those wacky kids
like in the opening credits. It's like Nell Carter pulling the pulling the dustbuster out of the fish tank, you know?
Yeah. Like the telephone and it's like Sandra Yan wink. Yeah. And introducing Captain Sandra Yan. Hey. and her wife. Hi, baby. Just answering the phone. Hi, baby.
Special guests are Little Bear, who's actually a dog. Alf trying to eat little bear.
No, Alf. It's not a cat. You know, no matter how Max is acting, you know, listen. Is Max Is Max acting like the little rat from Ratatouille? Sure. But, you know, you you can't scream at him. He's not going to be able to make a soup. Okay. And what's Ratatouille without a good soup? Nobody. He's Mousatouille. No one's going to buy tickets to that movie. Title doesn't even make sense. But you know what? You got to do it away from the boat if you're going to yell at somebody cuz everyone can hear you. He's got to learn to pause and when something's not working, he's got to change it. Speaking of pausing, look at Felicia Rashad paused in the middle of that monologue.
It's a good one. She's about to talk about tornadoes. Funny story. I once wrote a letter to Disney Pixar and said, "Why wasn't Felicia Rashad in Ratatouille?" And furthermore, I thought Ratatouille was about a rat version of R2-D2, but I guess that didn't work out. Oh well. Signed, Captain Sandy Hoff.
Guess I'll just die holding my breath waiting for rat CPO. I guess we won't have rat Star Wars anytime soon. But maybe you should think about it. As long as you're turning rats into food critics, why'd you turn them into something more important, like little robots that can save the universe?
Just switch them up. That's all you got to do. That's all you got to do. Oh, okay.
You put a little mask on them. You don't even see the stormtroopers faces anyway, but you tell people they're rats. It's so much more entertaining.
So, she leaves like, "Okay, I just solved the problem. We have an incompetent person who's putting the guest at risk um again and again, over and over, and not listening to anything. You know what? Just give him a raise." That's what I say.
Yeah. Give him a raise. Um, so over in the uh in the kitchen, Josh is flumxed because he's trying to play to dinner. And he has he's going through his own existential crisis, which I think is relatable to every American, dare I say, every human on the planet. Captain Sandy wants plated. Asia wants synchronized service. The guests want tapas. And I'm trying to take what everybody is saying to me on board, but the imposter syndrome is really starting to show up. I'm like, put food on a plate. I think that's the that's like the you guess what tapus is small plates plated food small plates synchronized service small plates put food on a small plate it's simple but
yeah I don't really I don't I'm sorry I don't really understand what's so difficult about putting [ __ ] on a plate and I think Josh is a good chef I think Josh has really shown himself to be very very good I don't think there's been any complaints except for that vegan idiot but um I think that he's been pretty good now I will say his hair is stupid and he was on watch what happens live and I his hair was even stupider. So, I have to hand it to him that he's willing to go that far
in being stupid looking with his hair, but he's a good chef and he just put things on a plate. You know, I agree with you. Also, just a side note, he said um they said out of all the girls, who is the worst worker or something? That wasn't the exact question. It was like who's not the best worker? I don't know. It was something. and he answered Kizzy, which I thought was pretty bizarre. So, it kind of goes to show you that this guy is kind of like other guys,
petty, even though he's acting nice. It's like, oh, he didn't get the girl he wants, so now all of a sudden it's like, well, I didn't want you anyway, [ __ ] You're fat.
Was was he was he I wonder if he was asked about everyone on the boat or just in the interior because if he chose
Oh, okay. Well, you know, who's he got to choose from? It's like Kathy. It's not gonna be Kathy. It's not gonna be Asa. Who is there someone left? Was there
How would it be any of them really? Why would you say I mean I don't know. I know that those questions are I know that those questions are designed to make to cause fights and stuff. I think those are bad questions anyway. Like you're you're having people on watch what happens. Like why are you making them diss each other? I get that Andy does it because then it reunions. He started a fight and then the whole reunion becomes about his his show. Um, but I I get why they do it, but I don't think it's cool to do that. And why can't you just say like they're all great? I'm not going to pick somebody for your stupid entertainment. Sorry, I already came here with a stupid haircut for you. I'm not going to go down to that level.
But also, why do we have Josh on last night's Watch what happens live after this episode? Like, this is an episode where we needed Joe Bradley on there and we needed Andy to grill him. Although, I don't know if Andy has a crush on him or not because if Andy has a crush on him, then like it would be like a useless endeavor. But they're really trying to do something with Josh here. Josh seems like, like you said, he's he seems like a good chef, but he's been a little bit of a dud on the personal storyline. So, they're they're they're trying so hard.
They've had him get his clown makeup teen times. They've put him with his guitar, and now they've gone to a new like they've broken into a new frontier with Josh this episode where he talks about how he has an imposttor syndrome and they said, "What does your does the voice in your head have a name?" And he says, "Dominic." He's got black hair for some reason and he's almost like a little bit goth. And they put like this cartoon avatar on screen and then the cartoon avatar talks to us and says, "You ain't going to amount to anything, mate." I'm like, "No, this bit isn't going to amount to anything.
Stop it." I'm sorry. I loved that little cartoon. I thought he was great. I did it. I love
I was like, "This is a serious jealous that his inner voice was so thin and had hair cuz mine isn't. Mine is like Java the Hut and it's like [ __ ] [snorts] loser. You [ __ ] loser. Call Domino's. That's all you could do right now with your life. Call Domino's. That's mine. Mine's horrible. His is like hot. I think his is like hot.
I will say his his inner voice did seem like it had better posture than me. So maybe I was just jealous.
It had good posture. It had good fashion sense. It had cute hair. It had a nice little earring. I mean, I was like, you can't talk about your low self-confidence when your imposttor is even like castable. You know what I mean? Like I'd cast him.
I didn't like the imposttor's hair though, to be to be fair. It was like giving me a little bit like Adam Lambert 2005, you know?
It was just such an improvement over Josh's hair, you know? Like who's imposttor? It's like who has imposttor syndrome but their like character in their head is way hotter than them. It just doesn't make sense.
I just never really thought of the voice inside my head as actually having like a corporal presence. I just thought it was just a a voice in my head. But now that I know that it could actually be something from like the Nintendo Wii, I'm like, "Oh, okay. Well, maybe I should think about that." What is,
you know, the voice in my head is like B. Midler, Ty Dailyaly, Jabba the Hut, and um Colbo all rolled into one horrible, horrible person just baiting me all day and chain smoking. You know,
mine's Francis McDorman. Just Francis McDorman being like, "Oh, yeah. All right. Well, you did that. Well, are you proud of yourself? Proud of yourself that you did that. You made a You tried to make a joke. You interrupted Ronnie to tell a bad joke. proud of what you did.
I didn't finish my Pelaton today. I just God, I'm such a [ __ ] loser. It's like, oh, guess what? Just won another Oscar. So,
hi Fran. Hi, Fran. She always says hi to like strangers to be friendly. That's what she did in all Nomad Land. She just walked around saying hi to strangers. Hi, you're looking good. You You did your dishes today. Look good. Look, you look good. You look good. But then she's salty to everyone she knows. So, we see Dominic and um we've got mixed reviews on Dominic. I loved him. Ben, Ben, not so much. Um Joe asks if Max is okay. And uh Max is clearly pissed. And Joe is like, "We'll we'll deal with it later. We'll deal with it later, mate." And you know, he's like, "Oh, Nathan really doesn't know how to deal with Max. The way to deal with Max is to just pat him on the shoulder and tell him he's right about everything. I'm doing a great job as lead.
Yeah, really killing it. Uh the guests are talking about tomatoes. And uh one guy, he likes to eat them like an apple. And he and specifically when he drives cuz someone's like, "Imagine going and picking up a tomato and biting into it." And this guy's like, "I do that. I do that when I drive." So this guy takes tomatoes into his car and he bites into them like an apple. Which I think is wild, but I have heard of people doing that. But it's also seems so messy. Like he must be just eating like unripe tomatoes cuz if you're in your car, I am not biting into a juicy ripe tomato cuz that's going everywhere. Oh, think of the [ __ ] people eat in their cars. My god, I've eaten such nasty stuff in my car. Like a Burger King burger, you know, back like now I'll eat the the miracle meat or whatever the [ __ ] that's called. But like you eat that, it just slops all over you. I mean cars are disgusting
places. We shouldn't we shouldn't be eating in there. But I think tomatoes especially like you even get like a little tomato juice squirt on something which you will if you eat a tomato raw. You're going to get some squirts and that's going to that's going to smell like a dumpster. Even one little squirt of it will smell like a dumpster after a day.
But also like you're going to show up at work every day with some tomato schmutz. I kind of feel like if you're going to eat tomatoes in the car, just get a carton of like cherry tomatoes because you can just pop them in and they actually generally taste better than most, you know, offseason tomatoes. So, like this guy's not only committed to messy, but he's committed to like shitty tomatoes.
Yeah. I mean, at least get like cherry tomatoes. The peanut M&M's of tomatoes. Yeah. Like, get something.
Cherry or a grape? Something. One bite. Bite. Come on. Let's Come on. Let's get together.
Be respectful of our driving spaces. So, yeah. The guests are talking about tomatoes. Um, they're great. They're great casting. So, Nathan's like, um, you know, this is how you get off a jet ski without moving, lifting the straps. I don't jump off the jet ski like Max. I let myself off it nice and easy. And I want That's how you do it in your relationships, too. I [clears throat] want Joe and V to watch how it's done because this is the way it's going to be done for the rest of the season.
Okay. So, they So, he shows them and they're like, "Okay, cool." And then Joe Meanwhile's like, "I need to go rehearsse with Ky cuz we have to do a dance." So, um,
no one wants to see you [ __ ] dancing during their below deck needs to stop this. Let's let the crew entertain the people. I do. It's like watching people's kids. You go to their house, like my kids going to put on a play. You have to watch a play. Was I the kid who put on the play? I was that kid. I did great plays. So, I'm taking myself out of this example because I was a good playwright as a child. My sister got murdered in every play as sisters should. But no one else wants to watch your kids do plays. And that's what this is like. Like, look, our kids are going to dance in dirty socks. It's like, I don't want to see Kizzy do her her [ __ ] madeup thing she learned in fifth grade, ballroom dancing. You're not going to be on Dancing with the Stars. Okay, it's over. Pack up your stuff and go.
Yeah. And they're just they're dance. They're practicing and they're flirting and they're giggling and they're laughing and V is right there. And this also just goes to show how full of it Joe is. I mean, we don't I don't need to underline this. We all know, but it's just another piece of evidence because here he goes spending weeks on end talking about what I have with Victoria. It's special. It's so special. Oh, I don't want to ever lose. I've never had something like this before. I'm special. I don't know if I can do this special.
Special. The moment that she dumps him, which was last episode on this charter, it's like there's not like a moment of like moping around or like please, I really think that like I would love it if you would take me back. I was a huge mistake. I've been beating myself up. like not like a shred of regret. It's like right away, boom, let's be touchyfey with Kizzy. It just goes to show all that crying that he did. Just it's just such [ __ ] Like so obviously [ __ ] It's just it's it's aggravating. Well, what happens when you let a fish off a hook? It goes back to swimming in the water. That's all he's doing, you know? He got he got let off the hook and he's like back back in business, you know. And part of it is probably like, "Oh, she dumped me. Well, she'll have to watch me do ballroom dancing now.
And um you know, Kizzy just gets to be Ky, which I think is a reward unto itself, don't you?
Isn't it always? So Nathan is upset by this. He's like, "There's thin and there's giggling over there in front of V. That's so selfish. He needs to reel it in big time." Nice call back. Unintentional to Ronnie's fish off a hook metaphor he just did. But he needs to reel it in big time because what's happening between them two, it's not good.
I just like to remind Nathan that he tried to have sex with Kizzy two days before Gail came back. Okay, moving on. I love that Nathan's now like the moral center of the show. He's like, "That's just not right. That's not right what he's doing." Like, hello. Have you watched this season? Now, yes, you technically weren't with Gail, but you were still calling her every night like, "I miss you. All I want is you. All I need is you. You're all I need in my life." While you're still trying to get in K's pants. And then you couldn't and two days later suddenly you're in love with Gail and you can't you can't live without her. I can't with this guy. But go ahead.
Ky is like that Roy Rogers on the Jersey Turnpike. You know, you stop over there for a little bit. You have a nice meal. It's sort of fun guilty pleasure and you keep on going to where you have to go. And whether that happens before you get to your destination or on your way back from the destination, that's just what Ky is at this point.
Ky is a rest stop burger. She's just a place to eat while mom pees. So Nathan went to the rest stop before he got to Gail and Joe's going to the rest stop after he went to V. And that's just that's just the way it is.
This is why gays used to hang out at rest stops. So there's more food more food is being served. Uh there's a a squid ink paella which to me just sounds like poop rice. I don't that's just too I don't want that. I don't want it. And there's a meat pa too. and everybody loved it. And now it's time for the kids to come out and do a dance for the parents' friends. And so they come out and it's an awkward It's an awkward dance. It's not great cuz he has very dirty socks and I can't get over it. It's bugging me. Did it bug you?
There's There's squid ink socks, sir. Like [gasps] you put so much work into this.
I just feel like put on some socks. It's gross. I know. Um, and you know, her dancing really is a great springboard into explaining so much of her backstory. So, so she tells us, "My parents got divorced when I was maybe four, and so me and my sister growing up saw a lot of different men come into our lives because mom wanted that relationship, that person, and she was like me." Like, I'm actually such a hopeless romantic. Like,
poor thing. Oh, I know. Oh, poor thing to me. I mean I when she said that when she's like you know my mom wanted that relationship that person she was like me. No Kzy you're like her and it's sad and you need to recognize
I just told her a Roy Rogers rest stop. Roy Rogers is just like I just want to be a proper restaurant.
I just want to be an A&W. I just want to have weight staff. Yeah. Um, I just thought this was really sad that she's like romanticizing her mom prioritizing men over her kids. Like yikes. I hope she's watching this season of Salt Lake City and really, you know, learning something cuz this was sad to watch. But it I thought she was going to be like, you know, my mom would prioritize men and that's why I don't take men seriously because I know they're all pieces of [ __ ] But she was like, "No, my mom prioritized men, which is right, and that's why I do it, too. I just want that." I was just so sad. It's like, look at the patterns, you know?
and then erase them. I feel like on paper it's sad, but I wasn't moved to sadness. I was like, "Oh, this is just another below deck thing, you know?" And she's like, "It's so funny. It's just the way I behave." Like, I generally do want to really like sppy stuff. Well, she says that like she's like, "I'm actually hopeless romantic, but it's funny because it's so polar opposite just the way that I behave cuz like I generally do really want like soppy stuff and I don't know. I think with Joe there's some kind of spark or maybe just the grease in his hair. But maybe this could be something more. Maybe he's the love of my life.
We'll see. I'm going to tell you right now, he is not. And I'm not saying that just because the fact that you were already engaged to the guy you dumped so that way you could screw around on this show.
Well, it seems like what she's saying when she's saying like, "I'm a romantic like my mom." First of all, that's ick because it doesn't sound like your mom was really your romantic. It sounds like she was desperate for like male um
not attention but like um what do you call it? Like you're doing great. Assurance, reassurance, like I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. But um it sounds like approval. Approval is what I'm trying to say. And um she it sounds like she really wants romance but doesn't believe in it. So instead she's going to like reel men in with this like, "Oh, look at me just having fun." But she's hoping that ultimately it's something more than that. And it's I don't know. It's like that's not how to get it, you know? And I understand being younger and thinking that way. I mean, there were, you know, I've thought I'm not above thinking like that, especially in my younger years, but it's sad to see it, you know,
cuz you just give men like Joe fuel. What do you think is more evidence of being a hopeless romantic? meeting a guy, falling in love, and just like going head first into a relationship or meeting several men and sampling the goods, hoping that you'll find the one because I feel like everyone thinks the hopeless romantic is the one who just commits like to one person and is like, I'm in love. This is it. But I almost wonder if Kizzy sampling lots of goods is actually more of a hopeless romantic thing because you're like, one of these guys has to be the one, right? I'm just keep on looking under stones until I find
Well, I think Yeah. And I think even further, it's like one of these will fight for me, you know? Like one of these is going to be like, "No, you don't like everyone else. You really want me. I'm the one." You know, and like kind of
talk you into it, but you don't make yourself a prize, I guess, when you're with I mean, I don't know. I don't know what it is because I think you do have to sample because I mean, Costco's successful for a reason. They have samples. You go to Costco, you eat all the [ __ ] and you maybe buy one of the things. You know, one of those things wins.
I think that if you meet a guy and he tells you whatever he tells you, and you're like, "This is the one." And you just put on blinders, I think that makes you a hopeless romantic. But I think if you're if you're just you're kissing a whole bunch of guys hoping that one of them will be the one where this it'll this will be the one. I think that makes you a hopeful romantic because you're hopeful that something one of these things will work out but the other person is really like kind of like uh I'm just going to build a narrative around this person to fit my narrative and and you're sort of like oh they're in a hopeless situation because they're not going to listen to reason.
Yeah, I see. my that's my off off the you know off the top of my head kind of like quick assessment about something I really don't care about
but you know what I have to say um because I talked about Costco now and now I've got Costco in my head because like who doesn't love Costco um I do I love it
I could use a better picture for my Costco card um oh my god I could use a retake but I will say I do love it but what I was saying earlier is like there's a lot of samples in Costco right so you go try all the samples and you maybe you'll buy one and take one home but Guess what? You don't buy the person giving out the samples. No one buys that person. At the end of the day, my papa would just come home at the end of the day tired. You know, he's like, "I gave so much to so many people and nobody bought me. Like, nobody wanted me."
And I feel like that's Kizzy. So, she is both the one giving out the samples, but also doing the sample. Like, she's basically she has a tray of samples, but she's walking around Costco with her tray of samples, trying other people's samples,
right? No, no, no. She's the person giving away the samples, but nobody ultimately picks her. They pick what she's giving. You know what I mean? So, they they'll take what you're offering, but they're not taking you because you're not offering the right things. You know, my papa was never offering himself. He was never like, "Hi, my name is Rond Tivas Mullins, and
you know, this is these are my dreams and aspirations." He was just like, "Would you like a little piece of gelatin chicken, you know, flavored with barbecue sauce?" And so at the end of the day, people would have appreciate the free things they got from him, but he still felt empty when he went home,
right? Because he he gave out so many samples. Yeah, he did love that job, though.
It's a fun job, you have to admit. Well, uh I think we figured out Kizzy, which is um she still sucks. Um anyway,
she's a rest stop. She's a rest stop burger giving out samples and going home alone.
She's like a rest stop Costco. rest stop. She's like the $150 hot dog at Costco without the Costco attached.
Yeah, I think it's just she's she's just misiming, you know? I I think she just doesn't know what to do. I believe that this person wants love. She just doesn't know how to go about getting it and it's going to be really rough for her disregarding everyone around her's feelings because people are going to disregard her feelings as we see. Because do you think Joe's going to do anything for her? No. Joe's going to dump her the second the cameras turn off.
She's just on the wrong TV show. She needs to be on Love Island. She's bringing Love Island energy to Blow Deck. And this is just
She'd be a hero on that show. She'd be a hero. She would actually kill it on Love Island. Everyone be like, "Oh, we love Kizzy." Because she knows what she wants and she's not afraid and she's also I hate her, but she also stirs up a lot of drama. But on Blow Deck, you're just like, "Fuck you. Get out of here."
Yeah, cuz it's not the dating around. I mean, you're young. You should be dating around. You should be trying all the goods. It's the disregard for everybody else around her that's making her gross. Anyway, that's enough about Kizzy. Jeez.
Well, uh, Nathan is in his cab. Venezuela, am I right? So, Nathan is Nathan's in his cabin. He texts Gail and he's like, "Yo, I'd be so annoyed." Jaws back to his old tricks flirting with Kzie in front of V. And she's like, "Poor V." He's like, "Ah." And then we see Max and Kathy and they're like, they're relaxing and Max is saying, "Oh, I nearly fight. I'll nearly like fight Nathan. And she's like, "All right, well, I'm bored. Don't tell me any more about it. I'm going to sleep. Goodbye." And then we go back to Nathan and he's basically saying to Gail what we talked about before, which is he's like, "Hey, can we talk tomorrow?" Because I've been mulling over something I want to ask you. And I, since you put the theory in my head, was excited that it was coming true that Max would be fired. Even for one charter, to not have Max on would be such a relief for me as an audience member. And Gail, I had hope for Gail
because she just gave a thumbs up to the message and that is universal bravo code for you're a [ __ ] as we all learned in season one of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. So I was like, "Oh god, maybe she's finally going to stand up for herself with this guy."
And then we go to Kathy and Max and um she's like, "Oh, Ra, you're going to be a good boy tomorrow, aren't you? No pissing anyone off." And he's like, "I can do it. I was only hitting the air." So, she says that since her stepdad died, Max has been there for her in the hardest of times and he deserves someone to be there for him. I'm like, that happened three days ago. You you're still in your morning period and it's like you don't have to pivot out of your thing to go tend to him. Like, you still deserve to have him tending to you. So, don't feel like this whole thing where Max Max was bad with his job and his boss yelled at him is deserving of you having to shut off what your [ __ ] what [ __ ] you're going through to have to like tend to his bruised ego. I say,
"Yeah, you deserve someone to be there, too." But you you you had a parental figure that passed away. Max is like fighting with a a waveunner.
Yeah. Don't throw out your Don't throw out your grief card just yet. Okay. You got a lot more miles off that one that you use. So, um, everyone goes to bed and now it's the next morning and Josh is making breakfast and, um, people are setting things up. He almost gets bunkked with a naughty boy. Um, and Nathan,
no pun intended. Ow, that was very funny. And then Shannonor at home watching that was a very funny joke.
Wow, that was a naughty boy. Okay. Well, well, I'm going to go back to watching this television show on my own cuz I'm alone. So, Sandy uh is going to move the boat closer to the castle because that's where they're going today. Okay. And she goes, "Well, we're headed to Tasa Demar where there's a medieval town and the guests will go ashore and they're going to see a castle and tour the town and it's going to be really stunning and beautiful and with any luck they'll have good reception so they can watch wind on on some antenna TV up there. Okay, they don't have cable up in the old castle, but season finale is coming up. I don't want them to miss a beat."
So Nathan is showing uh V how to haul the anchor and she's like, "Yeah, like with the with everything going on with Joe, I'm just like going to double down on my work cuz like I have an opportunity to establish a career on deck and right now that's all that matters. So people are waking up while V is very determined to establish her career. Do it.
And uh Ky's going to be going on the excursion because she hasn't really gone on an excursion this season. And then we cut back to Captain Sandy who's really happy and she says, you know, at the end of this they're going to be saying, give me Tasa del Moore instead of Tasa Delm Marci that you may have forgotten that we're going to tasel Mar. So if you change out Mar it becomes more and because they want to go to they want to do more of it because it was a good excursion. I you know I think what I think that maybe you you should be more you should watch some more sitcoms. Come back to me and then you'll get my joke.
Oh, wait, wait, hold on. A word from my imposttor syndrome. Hey, can we get the little cartoon? Oh, there she is. There she is. It's me. It's me. Just She looks just like me. She's gorgeous, isn't she? You're hilarious. No, you're hilarious. You are so funny. Do that Casadel Moore thing again. No, you do it again. That's your joke. I'm not going to steal that. You do it. You do it. You do it. You do it. You know what's funny? Um, most imposter syndromes are internal, but I have the privilege of actually just being Norma's imposter syndrome. Hold on one second. Hey, Norma. Hey. Just want to let you know you're doing a terrible, terrible job at your job. Okay, great.
Bye. Okay. Wow. Great joke. Bill Frosby. Okay. Boozer. Martina Naverova called. She wants her haircut back. Okay. Gigi Fernandez called and says, "You still aren't an Olympian, Norma, so quit dreaming."
Hey, everyone else called and said, "Who the [ __ ] is Gigi Fernandez anyway?" Okay. Get Get more famous friends, loser.
She's Everyone knows her more than Norma, whoever she is. That's for sure. Oh, really?
Oh, go ahead. Go ahead. Wait, I'm not I Sorry. I I'm had I had a moment of doubt, which is crazy since I'm the imposter syndrome for Norma and I'm not supposed to have the doubt. this. It's against my brand. Sorry.
You go. You go. Right. You can't even doubt, right? God, loser. [ __ ] loser. So, now breakfast is being served and the guests are talking about how Dr. Kelly is sleeping because it's the first time she's away from her kids. She doesn't ever get any sleep. And then it just cuts to her door. We hear snoring. And it's like exhausted mom sleeping. And you know, every time someone snores on the show, it's the post-production layering in the sound effect from like the Invato suite of like cinema tools. I mean, it's just they and they do it to everyone. They're like, "Oh, Dr. Kelly finally gets asleep." It's like [snorts] it's like a slide whistle and a like a audience applause.
So ma Nathan is telling Max um we go to the swim deck and Max scares him and he's like, "Oh, look at this. The boss." And Nathan is telling him to deflate the naughty boys and um he ignores Max's attempt at light-heartedness because Max is like, "Oh, we have fun together. Oh, you're boss. I'm boss, too. We are like two boss together. Oh, look at this." He's like trying to start on a good foot, but um Nathan's like, "I hate you now."
Yeah. Nathan's not having it at all. And then V goes into the galley and she goes she goes right by Asa and Kizzy and she doesn't say anything. So then Ky turns to Asa and goes, "Is she okay?" And then Asia's like, "Oh yeah, she's really angry." Which I think is fair because you both said you don't regret what you did. Which is really [ __ ] She's like, "Oh god, it's not it's going to be awkward. It's just going to be awkward the whole day on this [ __ ] thing." And she's like, "Just be nice." And so she rolls her eyes. She's like, "Oh my god, again. Oh my god, again.
[ __ ] this." Cuz Ky is fishing for Asia to say, "Oh, she's having a tough time. But look, you guys are adults. It's no big deal. Everything's okay, Kizzy." And Asa's like, "Yeah, you guys, what you did was [ __ ] So anyway, you can live with that now. Goodbye. Was it later? Did they bring this up again later? Because doesn't she say something like, "Well, what?" Like, "I've already like I can't do anything else." She like, "Yeah, but you were a dumb [ __ ] so you know, she just keep I love that she just reiterates it to her." She's like, "No, you're a dumb [ __ ] So, just just say sorry and try and move on."
I love Asia's smiling Reed season. That's all she does. Same with the gizzy. It's so funny. So then Asia just looks at her and she goes, "Good stuff." And walks off. And Kizy's like, "Suck."
Asa has no respect for Ky. And I love it. Like remember when she was just talking [ __ ] about Kizzy right in front of her in the hot tub. She's like, "But this is what she does. She just steals other men cuz she's very insecure."
Like I heard that. She's like, "Oh, I meant it." Yeah. I say it to your face if that helps. I thought it would be more comfortable while you had a jet up your butt crack to hear something like that. But if you'd like to hear it now, I can do it on the radio if you'd like.
I think you're absolutely wonderful and absolutely lovely girl and all those other things are true, too.
My favorite line. So now Asa's talking. Oh, no. First, Captain Sy's talking to Kathy cuz Kathy goes to clean the clean her room or whatever. And she's like, "Hey, listen. You good?" good. She's like, "I'm good." Cuz it's okay if you're not good. No, I'm good. Look at Norma. She's never been good at anything really. God. [snorts] You ever tried playing Scrabble with her? One time she tried to make a word and it was fluroots and bots and that's not a word. I looked it up. It's not It's not a word. It's not good at anything.
I'm like, what sort of imposter syndrome do you have that's not checking you on flipops and like why would you even write that down? Where where was your imposter syndrome? Well, I thought that you said you have imposter syndrome. Oh, I guess I was. I guess I kind of failed at my job. But I'm the imposttor syndrome and I'm failing at my job as an imposttor. What does that mean? Do I have Oh, wait. Hold on. My imposter, my imposter has something to say. What is it? You're so great. You don't know anybody. Nothing. Norma's bad at everything. Thank you. You're so good.
Tell the Kasa Deore joke again. You do it. You do it. Hey Kathy, one more thing. Yes, I hate chocolate. There you go. Extra imposter syndrome for you two. So now Asa is talking to Max and she's asking what him and Kathy are going to do. He's like, "Oh, we need to like talk about this because I like her. I see. I I see. I like how she act with me. I'm see a new release of love. Like I can't believe it." You know what I mean? And this like warm inside me. I really like her. I cannot wait to introduce her to the mother who hates me and we'll probably hang up phone and not come to dinner. But who needs mother? I have girlfriend now. Oh, we are going to get married. We're going to have baby baby boomer.
I cannot wait. He is like it's too much. It's just too much. I mean, he really is like a stunted 15year-old. Not even 15. I'm going to I'm going to take him down to 13. like the way he the way he behaves, the way he like listens to direction, the way he's like all in with with Kathy. It's like like somewhere along the line someone hit pause on Max and forgot to take their go back and press play again cuz he is he is a stunted man. Okay, so Asia's like, you know, with Scott and I, ever since we got together, like I was with him for like 2 weeks and then I was with him for seven weeks and then for like a month and then away for a month and then three days and then six days and there was one weekend and then eight weeks after that, then 17 weeks and then there was one month and then six six half days. It's like, okay, Asia, we get it. You guys are you guys had time away from each other. Yeah, but we made it work.
Oh, yeah. you made. You're still together. Like, if it's the right person, you make it work. But, but I know I know she's the one. We need to talk about this.
You know, the way the moment that I knew that Scott would be for me was that one time when he was professing his love to me, I just couldn't look away from him and and some stranger started throwing chicken nuggets at our faces. And I couldn't even let that distract me. Which just goes to show that I loved him in that moment. Cuz if I didn't love him, I would walk away and go after those chicken nuggets. Anyway, that's something for you to think about for some unforeseeable future event.
Hold on. My imposttor syndrome is talking to me. Did I accuse Max in the beginning of this episode at throwing chicken nuggets?
You did. And I Why didn't you correct me? What is wrong with me? And why was I so into that? And why did I just realize what I did? That's so stupid. I don't know why I got so infuriated with Max. Max didn't even do that.
Well, you know, I'm using my [ __ ] mind. And I figured, you know what, when we come back to that scene,
oh, don't let me do that. That's terrible. I figured you would just have your own moment where you would say, "Oh, you know what? I I was saying Max, but I meant so and so." And I just was like, "I was just going to let it slide." I was like, "I didn't want to. I can't even release this episode." Like, that was huge. No, you have to tell me. I mean, what the hell? You're just letting me walk in the middle of the street and get hit by all the traffic
because you were being like entertaining and I didn't want to I didn't want to I didn't want to stop it.
Well, sorry to whoever quit this podcast. If you have a friend who quit this podcast cuz Ronnie's such a [ __ ] [ __ ] tell him at least he realized he's a [ __ ] [ __ ] halfway through or a third of the way through. I don't know. We're an hour. So,
now look who has the imposter syndrome. Like, did that happen? Did that really Daily B Midler, Jabba the Hut, and and Columbbo just all told me what a piece of [ __ ] I am. You know, it would have been good. I need them to have an imposttor syndrome to tell them what pieces of [ __ ] they are for not criticizing me earlier when I was doing it. But anyway, sorry everybody. Um, but I really believed in my head for that moment. Max was down on the dock throwing up chicken nuggets at at himself, I guess.
Yeah. No, that that didn't that didn't happen. Um, now I feel bad as a podcast co-host because I have my imposter syndrome telling me that I'm I'm not good at this. And then my imposter syndrome just went off to work at Badlands National Park. I'm like, get could you just get into a house and just criticize me from one location, please, Francis? God, why is she always in her van?
So now, um, Joe goes to the crew to talk about V to talk to V or whatever. and she's just like looking at papers and he's like, "Are you doing or are you studying?" She's like, "Yeah." He's like, "Where are you going, the castle?" She's like, "So, [snorts] he walks away cuz she won't give him any energy."
Yeah. Good for her. So, now he's like, "I'm noticing that Victoria has given me the cold shoulder." Oh, wow. Master of observation. We're going have to start calling you Sherlock Holmes over there.
That's huge. So, uh, Joe now goes up to the galley with Kathy and Josh, and Kiss Ky is whispering to Joe. She's like, "We're in trouble again because of all our flirting and all the dancing. Is it crazy? My god, the romance that no one thought would happen. Here it is about to happen. It was so bad. We're just so bad, aren't we?" So, then he's like, I mean, she's the one who said that we shouldn't carry on, and I still want to have fun for the rest of the season, and there's nothing wrong with me wanting to have a bit of fun. It's just laugh and banter. Um, sir, it's she doesn't care if you want to have laugh or fun. It's that you did something wrong here. You make it seem like she out of the blue just decided to halt the entire relationship cuz she's just a crazy woman with mercurial mood swings. It's like, no, you [ __ ] up and now she doesn't she lost respect for you and now you're like mad at her for it.
Like, bro, be consistent. Yeah. Well, he is consistent. Imposter syndrome. Yes, he is. He I will say Joe is consistent.
Um so, uh there's a lot about Joe, but we can't call him inconsistent. He's pretty consistent. So, um now, um they're they're like, "This is so awkward," you know, cuz now V is stuck. V comes outside to get some fresh air and they're just standing there and so they have to kind of stand there together and then she goes inside and they're like, "Oh, awkward."
[snorts] So now V and Kizzy are with the guests and um Kizzy's like, "Would you like me to lie about the facts about the area?" And so V laughs and she just starts making up making up [ __ ]
You know what's so funny? King Arthur laid down this road, tried to date me, couldn't get me. That was something. [gasps]
I missed her saying that she was going to make up the facts. I think I must have like got distracted in that one moment. So when she was saying these facts, I was like, "Wow, that's so interesting that Kissy did her research to for this as her first excursion." So she took the time to like understand where she was going. Of course, she wouldn't do that. Of course, she would just blatantly lie and mislead people cuz that's who Ky is. And that's my issue with Ky is that like for all of her upfront moments, there's also a lot of like shifty untruths. And if she could get away with lying, she would.
Like if she could have gotten away with never telling Be that she kissed Joe, she would have. But then Joe felt guilty and so it had to come out. But like that's the thing that's I think that you know like we can talk about like oh god I feel bad for Kizzy cuz you know her mom like she grew up like wanting like to have a a male figure and love blah blah blah blah blah but she's still a [ __ ] liar. Okay. And she's duplicitus. I'm sorry and so is
Oh yeah. Feeling bad for her in that moment doesn't mean I don't I think she's good. I mean she's
but like we forget that like there's a lying component here as well. like she's un she's un there are certain moments where she's very blunt and it gives the veneer of her being a truth teller but she's not a truth teller and I think it's like kind of shitty that you people who pay money to come on to a yacht you just make up facts as they go on their excursion that's like that's bad I think that's like really bad I'm like more angry that she told them that King Arthur made a road in medieval medieval Spain than about anything else in this season I was like well the cheating is one thing but the King Arthur lies. I will
the tour guiding the tour guiding God guiding her straight to hell. Straight to hell.
Because those those people will go off to a cocktail party and they will say something like, "Well, we went to this great castle where the road was built by King Arthur himself."
Well, no, she told them she was lying, right? She did? Yeah. She was like, "Do you want me to make up facts?" So, it was like a joke that she's like walking around making up the facts.
Oh, I thought she was telling B. Okay. Well, you know, I can't deal with that anymore. I can't. I'm revved up and I want a ranch.
And then Max threw chicken nuggets in everybody's head. Hold on. Let me check in with my imposttor syndrome. What you think you're doing? Going on rants about some poor girl cuz she's mentioned King Arthur's name. What's wrong with you now? Excuse me. I got to wrap some presents for Amazon because it's it's Christmas time and it's that time of year for me. But they um yeah, she's just [ __ ] around. But V actually did study, which we saw her doing earlier in the galley presumably. So she's giving them real facts. And uh so at least there's someone there who's making an effort. So then we go back to the boat where Max, Nathan, and Joe are on the swim platform and Joe's like, "I'm a bit sorry. I mean, she's upset." And and Nathan says, "Bro, stop flirting with Kizzy. It's it's causing too much drama in our department." Now, of course, it was fine when two days before I wanted to bang her while you did. That was
totally fine. But, you know, it was fine actually because there was no drama that came out of it that affected the department. But this time it is. And Joe goes, "I'm just being myself." Oh, okay. Never mind then. You're just being you and God forbid anyone impinges on the the sacrosan quality of your personality in favor of getting the job done. We'll just stop everything. Let's just crash this boat because you're being you. And God forbid anyone challenges that. Like, I don't care if you're being you. You're in a job right now. Be the best employee you can be. And shut your personality down for a second because this isn't a talent show. This is you bringing in lines. And this is if you're if you're going to inflate a slide, you being you doesn't matter.
Inflate. Put your lips on that nozzle and blow. Yeah. Um, so he's like, "But I'm just being myself. It's just playful banter. Look, let me put my teeth together to show you I'm just a kid showing you that he brushed his teeth. And then Max's like, "No, it's one and a half." Like, "Yeah, it's just one and a half. I got to be me, okay? I just can't help but me be me on these one and a half chargers." He really he really has reverse imposter syndrome, and that's a real problem. We need to get Francis McDorman and Sandy into his head because he has got too much confidence about everything that he does.
Yeah. So, now we cut back to the guests and um they see a big square like hole in the castle and one of them's like, "Oh, it's a Spanish glory hole." So, they all start laughing and um now they go to a restaurant and Kizzy and V are like, "Do you want us to just leave you alone so you guys can?" And they're like, "Yes, please." So, they have to sit together. So, they just sit on this little bench like, "Oh, god." So, Kizzy says, "So, Asia said you wanted to chat with me again." She's like, "Yeah, cuz like the whole thing like I was missing before. Is it like you guys said you just had like a quick little make out and it was an accident cuz you were drunk?" But I mean like it seems like maybe it was more than that. Like I thought to myself, nah.
And he's like, "Well, we have flirted since the day he got on board. You know that?" And like you can see that. And like everyone can see that, right? and like he couldn't have been more clear about the fact that it's not serious and that he doesn't want anything after 6 weeks, you know? So, I don't understand why you're so upset. And she's like, "Why I'm so upset?" Yeah, because if it's something that never would have happened for you guys, like she's basically like, "Why are you acting so crazy? Why'd you get your like hopes up that this was going to be something more than like what happened on this charter season?" Uh, but like disregarding the fact that Joe spent much of her time and our time talking about how special this was and how he doesn't want to have the expiry date anymore on this relationship when the season's over,
right? And so V's like, "Well, I mean, I would think that like people who work with me and are supposed to be my friends would have more respect for me." And Kissy kind of gets a roll her eyes face. And she's like, "Yeah, and I wish that was different, but I guess it's not." And Kizy's just like, "Yeah." So,
yeah, it's shocking. It's not shocking, but it is shocking, but it's not shocking to me how Ky and Joe don't seem to understand why V is like upset. And what's funny is that they know why she'd be upset because they because when she was away, they spent two days stressing and crying. Well, he cried and they were like pacing and nervous. So,
if I had to guess, I would say that Kizzy feels that she was flirting with Joe first and V knew that when she started hooking up with Joe and she they talked about what a [ __ ] boy he was, whatever. So, then when V started hooking up with Joe, Ky was just like, "Okay, well, I guess you're going to hook up with Joe now." Like, she didn't get mad at her for hooking up with Joe. So, I think Kizzy's like, "Well, I had him first and you took him from me and I didn't get mad and now that you got rid of him and I'm taking him back. Why are you mad? Like, he was mine first." And I get why that's stupid logic. But I think that that's how Ky's thinking of it in her head. I think Joe's way worse because Joe was the one like, "Oh, but you're the only one for me now. I can't think of anybody else and this is it. This is it. I'm a different man." You know, Joe did all that stuff, but he's like, I mean, it's
a [ __ ] boy. It's like we're sharing a bowl of popcorn and you're mad that I'm like eating the popcorn, too. Like, it's both of our popcorn.
Yeah. I mean, Kizzy at least is a little bit more honest about her intentions, which I do appreciate, believe it or not, despite my rant that was had no good foundation because it was based off of a King Arthur situation that I misunderstood. But she is being more honest about it, but Joe is not. and and the fact that they just I just think it's the reason why they're acting like she's crazy obviously is because they don't want to they have a hard time seeing themselves as the bad people in the situation but they know they're the bad people in the situation which is why they were why Joe was crying and that's why Ky was feeling regret and remorse one they were not there but then as soon as she gets back and then they have to actually deal with the consequences the consequences of their actions they don't like it so now they're going to make it seem like V is some crazy irrational person for daring to be upset that this
entire situation unfolded between her the guy she was banging and like her friend who she's sort of besties with on the boat. [snorts]
Yeah. Yeah. So Ky's like, "Well, I can't help it. I need to explore what's happening between me and Joe. I'll regret it if I don't. I don't want to have regrets." Oh, you're going to be filled with plenty of regrets.
Yes. Uh so V's like, "I mean, you're never even going to be apologetic. Like you're not going to feel sorry about it or say anything. Like I've looked at her Instagram. She hasn't cried once. I mean, this tells me who she is as a person and like like for [snorts] myself, this is someone I would not want to be friends with afterwards, so whatever. And he's like, "Okay, well, we have a good connection and it's fair for us to have explored that." Like, I mean, in a [ __ ] way, but still. And be's like, "Okay, but at the cost of my feelings."
I mean, I guess I disagree, but you did it. And she goes, "Nailed it." That's right. It was at the cost [clears throat] of your feelings.
Damn. Uh so um Sandy's on the boat and the swells are huge and the guests are wrapping up their meals and everything and they're coming back to the boat and Nathan is like saw Asia. Did you have a chat with V earlier? And she's like, "Well, she said they worded it that they had a drunken kiss." And they're like, "Yeah, that's bullshit." And she's like, "I know." So Nathan's like upset about this and he's he's like, "I'm gonna [ __ ] call it out if I see it." And she's like, "Well, I was going to I was going well." I was like, "You're going to go. You're going to get spoken to."
And I was like, "Just be nice." He's like, "I can't stand for it. I will not stand for this." So, um, Asia's like, "Oh, Nathan's growing up. It's just really beautiful to watch." And he's like, "How the [ __ ] have I become the mature, responsible one out of this group?" I don't I don't know that anybody would accuse you of that.
Yeah. I'm like, I've seen your social media. I'm not sure I would say you're the mature, responsible adult to this group right now, but that's okay. So, um, now they go they go pick up Kizzy and V and, uh, they Captain Sandi is like, "Whoa, it's really windy out there. God, it's it's windier than the empty queue of men that Norma would have in her dating land." You see what I was trying to go for with that one there? Winder than the back enormous pants after a block of cheese. Not much.
Windy. That was better. That was a good one. Very windy. Very windy. So now the tender goes to pick up the guests. Ky's like, "Come save me from this awfulness." So Joe brings him back and of course he and Ky are flirting and V's just like, "Jesus Christ, these people really like they are just
shameless. Shameless." So now they all get back and uh Josh is complimenting his fish as one does. And now it's water toy time. And so Asia and Ky see each other. Oh, this is where it is. So Ky's like, "Have we had our chat?" She goes, "Are we at peace now?" She goes, "Oh yeah, no, no, we're at peace, but also I'm young and single. I mean, what am I meant to do?" And she goes, "Not be a little [ __ ]
I'm not being a little bitch." But you were a little [ __ ] You were. You were.
But I've changed. I've changed. No, I don't think you've changed. I apologize. No. Well, that's good. Well done. Well done.
Thank you, mother. Thank you. Wow. I apologize and I meant it. No, you didn't mean it. But that's okay, darling.
And then it gets to Asa in the confessional just rolling her eyes. She's like, "Really? Really?" So then Josh is like, "Can I squeeze in your can I just get by here for a second?" And then Ky's like, "You're the only one I haven't ticked off, Josh." Which is funny because he's he's hot. He's hot. And watch What Happens Live. And uh so then uh Josh then then she's like, "Jes, you know, remember we did hard says something about like basically talking about their flirtations. Oh, like like you're the only one who hasn't gotten mad at me." And he's like, "Well, I play hard to get." Which is funny for poor Josh. The easiest to get.
You're hard to get any. Yeah. Uh, so then, um, now we go to Nathan FaceTiming Gail. So, I have to say with everything going on on these shows, the Nathan crying to Gail part is the worst. So, you know how I always complain on here when friends get married and they're like, "If you don't behave, you are not coming to my wedding." It becomes a year of them holding their wedding over everybody's head like, "Oh, really? Well, someone's not coming to my wedding party."
And na now Nathan is kind of doing that, but it's his sister's wedding. It's like, "Oh, I've got something really important to run by you. Maybe I could come to Ireland and come to my sister's wedding."
I like this was wow, what a [ __ ] offer. The offer was supposed to be that you come back on the boat and fire Max, not that you take your your take Gail to your sister's wedding and how awkward. Gosh. Oh, no. No. I would
and also the offer of like you're in you're in this relationship with somebody where you never see each other and then you ghost her because you're never in the same place and so your solution is for her to come to you again.
Exactly. And so she's like she's just waiting and he's like yeah are you sure you want me there? What Gail? The question should not be are you sure you want me there? She says that almost as if like she's some taboo scarlet letter. It's like no be like are you sure you won't ghost me between now and then? That should be the question.
Well, I think she's saying like, "Are you sure I'm important enough to come to this extremely important event?" And he's like, "You've won. You've won the golden ticket." And she's like, "Let me think about this." So, he says that um after the season, me and Gail went to Ireland and Gail met my family and they think the world of her. And now that my sister's getting married after the season, I just hope she might come with me. Jesus Christ. I've got no idea. Oh, but I've just done something huge. I've invited somebody on a date that I don't have to pay for. And the producer is like, "Wow, you're really nervous right now." He's like, "What do you mean?"
Like, you're picking up tape from the floor. He's like, "Oh god, what have I done to myself? I'm picking up the tape. Oh man, this is crazy. You know, tape tape. It's so addictive to pick up." And they're like, "So, yeah." So, Gail, huh? Like, I miss her. I love Gail.
Yeah. So then um V sees this and she's like, "Oh my god, that was like so cute. Like you like smile when she talks. That's like so cute." And he's like, "Oh, [ __ ] off."
So now um three of the guests are on a tube and um they tip over. And so then goes to see Josh in the galley and talks about dinner and he's like, "Well, it's plated. We're doing onion lattes with lobster." Lis after that is delicious.
You never know. It's cheffery. After that's a red snapper dish. It's going to be a banger. A real banger. And she's like "YO so I'm a bit up against it as always." She's like, "Okay, bye." You got your five minutes of of camera time for the episode. Now, moving on. So, Max um some of the guests are on this like tube thing that is tied to Max's jet ski and uh he's going to basically go tow them around at a high speed. Yeah. And or the tender and um he they're like, "Go fast. Go super fast, Max." So, he starts going really fast and they're like zipping around and bouncing and uh everyone's watching and Santi's like, "Okay, Nathan, Nathan, tell Max to slow it down. Okay, tell Max to treat that tender like Norma's dating cue. Slow.
Okay, slow down. Slow. But she's smiling. She's like, "That wacky kid out there. What's going on?" And Nathan's like, "Uh, V, tell Nathan to slow tell Max to slow down." She's like, "Okay, slow down." And he's like, "Oh, no speed now. I've got no speed. There's barely any SPEED GOING ON HERE. I don't know what anybody expect from me." And Nathan's like, "No, you're going way too fast. I don't know how many times I have to say it, but slow down. Just don't let them bounce. Wherever they get whiplash, they'll get whiplash. And you see that he really is like swinging swinging them everywhere.
They are like they are bouncing all over the place. And then of course eventually someone goes flying off, you know, and Max two of them go flying off.
Yeah. Still Max is fine. It's like, wow, Max is sure in trouble. Just put the guest in danger for the second time this episode. Oh, okay. God, Max is so funny, isn't he?
And and they're like, wow. when we hit the water, that really hurt. That's so funny. He's like, "Oh, yeah." So Nathan is like furious. And then, you know, Nathan's, you know, he's like, he's mad at Max and Max is like, "Oh, he really think I'm a baby." It's like, "You are a baby. You are a baby with a mustache. Get back to the boat." Well, if you guest ask you to go fast, you don't say no.
The guests don't know the difference between going fast and slow on a [ __ ] inner tube on back of a tender. Okay? They don't do that every day. So Nathan's like, "Well, it's not safe and he's not listening. I'm absolutely fuming with them."
Um, so then, uh, Captain Sandy makes Max go and rescue the people that he has slipped off of the tube, but they're complaining that it hurts
and, uh, so he's in trouble. So, let's see what happens. Nothing. Nothing. Spoiler alert, nothing. So, now um Nathan goes and tells Joe, he's like, "Oh, you're the lead dan, so you've got to take control of this. He's out of control." And so what do you think Joe's going to do? He's going to be like,
he's like, "Let's calm down. Do me one massive favor. I know you don't do it, but don't go too fast. Just calm down a little bit. Come, but I think the waves I wasn't going fast. Just the waves make it look like it's going fast." It's like, "No, I know what you mean. Thanks for understanding." I'm like, "Okay, you guys are all idiots. All three of you. It's time for you to go." So, Max, after all of that, what he got was an incredibly powerful Thank you.
So, there you go. There you go, guys. So, now everyone's getting ready for the night. Um, it's a a mannequin thing. It's like another decoration of putting mannequins everywhere.
Yeah. Jewels on their face and stuff like that. And so, uh, Captain checks in with Josh. She's like, "Hey, Josh, listen. I just want you to know, um, I saw a little cartoon skinny person with really good hair. Can we hire that guy? What's his name? And he's, and so Josh is like, he's like, "My mind, my natural state is always questioning myself." And you know, Josh, you ain't going to be able to manage all that. You ain't going to be able to put red snapper on a plate, Josh. You're not going to be able to do too much. But Dominic, go [ __ ] yourself. I'm doing a full plated meal tonight and I ain't going to [ __ ] fail. You watch. It's like, oh, okay.
You sure told that animated character what's up when you put the fish on the plate and survive the odds of being able to do such things.
Yeah. So, then Kizzy and Kathy are in a cabin cleaning and Ky picks up something that looks like a bott looks like a scrubber, like a toilet scrubber. And she's like, "Is this a vibrator?"
Is it? No, I don't I don't I don't know of any like toilet scrubber brush vibrators.
That would be But why would you carry around pleasant? But why would you carry around a toilet brush as a guest?
You know, people have different needs and different kinks. And some people are like, "Can't wait to get on that yacht and clean some toilets. I love some yachty cosplay."
Maybe. Okay, so uh first chorus comes out and it's a bisque and an analy pasta with the butternut puree and they got we are balloon this is amazing and uh Joe checks in with Nathan and Nathan's still fuming about Max and Joe goes well I can see both sides and he goes how can you see a side he's like well I can understand when you're in the water it's you know there's a lot there's waves there's water there's fish in there you know we don't see him that often but it doesn't mean they're not there. Have you ever thought about that?
This is a [ __ ] response. You can see both sides. No. If the What's the other side of your boss saying slow down the boat and you don't slow down the boat? What is the other side of that? Because I don't really understand that. So, Nathan does not like this. He's like, "What the [ __ ] is that?" And then there's more food coming out and it's a snapper and a sauce with white wine and tomatoes and some peppers and everyone really likes it. And uh this one guy is like, "So we went to two other Michelin restaurants this week before we came here." And literally this is 10 times better. I mean, admittedly, it was more just like a vending machine in a Michelin store. We got new tires is what we're saying, but this is better than the vending machine. So kudos to the chef. Really?
Wow. Wow. Plated meals at dinner just elevates everything. And [snorts] so she tells Josh, "They said that they went to Michelin restaurant. Could you just speed it up? I'm trying to cook here. They loved your food. They loved it." And he's like, "Fucking love that." He's like, "Did you hear that, Dominic? Did you hear those comments?" And he goes, "Oh, mate." And he goes, "Yeah, exactly. Shut your traps." Like, "Oh, for sex." So then, um, everyone's wrapping up their stuff for the day and the cabins are done, everything. And Kathy is happy that she didn't cry today. She's like, I got my British back. I didn't cry even though it's two days after severe trauma. So truly, back to my room. And um Max is like, I want to cuddle with you before bed. And she's like, okay, cool. So he's like, mad m so we need to chat. She's like, oh god, what do you want to chat about? He's like, well, what are we? What? What are
we? Are you saying what are Yes. No, that was all that was English we not French we keep up. She [clears throat] like so you're singing it now are you? He's like well it is easier to sing about something than to speak about something. And she goes well serious when you make it less serious. Is that what you're saying? He's like oh you are missing the point. She goes please please don't ask me to be your girlfriend. He's like oh. She goes I would just love to really not rush things completely. You know if you want to have a conversation about it not just being a season thing. I mean, maybe some other night, you know, maybe tomorrow night after dinner. I don't know. Just not now. Please,
could you like not suffocate this girl like 2 days after she found out that her stepfather who she loved died? Could you just like give her some space?
Give her a minute, bro. Yes. Just to have some time. Okay. Yeah. So, she's like, "Well, I mean, I do like him, but I'm not ready to have this conversation, you know? I mean, do we have to rush things? I mean, you're not on a speedboat." Get it.
Kathy Burn. I'm here. I'm learning. I'm learning. So Joe is um he's like he's in a DJ costume. He's like in his DJ costume which is like shiny and showing off his arms and stuff and he comes through the crew mess and V just sees him and is like and he's like he's like, "Oh, why don't you come watch me do my DJ set?" And she's like, "Um, no, just enjoy the attention." Which was beautifully barbed. He's like, "I do it for the tip, darling." So, cuz he's like, "What are you doing? DJing." And he goes, "Yeah, I'm pretending to be DJ." And she goes, "Oh, God. I've never been so attracted to you in my life."
He's like, "I know this. I know. Seeing this, right? Look at this." And Nathan's like, "Mental? It's mental." So, Kathy and Max say good night and Joe's DJing and Via is watching. She's just totally disgusted. And um Kizzy of course comes right behind Joe and it's like you know she's like on him in the DJ booth and he's on her and V is just like gh I hate these people. Yeah. Um so Nathan checks on V and he's like I'm here if you need me. And then it's time for everyone to go to bed and um Ky is talking to Joe and she's like oh my god did you have today's chat? And he goes no it's just like Victoria. Give me a break man. I mean, we tried something, it didn't work out. Cool. We've got we we can have a laugh and make a joke and a story. Are you good? And Nathan can hear this.
[gasps] It's such a It's such an amaz like a brazen rewriting of the situation. Like, oh, we just tried something. You like took selfies with her. You like told your mom about her, you know? You promised to take her back to meet your mom. Like, you sold her the whole story and now it's like, oh, it's just we tried something fun and then it didn't work out. Let's laugh about it. I'm like, laugh about it. you're the one who was sobbing in the bathroom. We all watched you. So Nathan is like, "You know what? Uh, it's probably be best if you're just be mindful on the night out.
Be mindful with her, you know." And he's like, "But we're not together. Obviously, she wants something more. I mean, she's crazy. Cuckoo lady, strings attached, needy, clingy, stage five clinger. You know what I'm saying? And if it affects you so much, then like then it's wrong." So it really was never good in the first place cuz she was way too invested. Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. Yeah. He's like, "So you're looking for something serious, you Oh, and he goes, "Just stop. Wouldn't wouldn't do that to one of my friends." And then [ __ ] saying, "Oh, just get over it. It's not that [ __ ] intense." I mean, but it might be to her. And he's like, "Well, I just want to have fun." He goes, "Just keep it in your [ __ ] trousers. That's the last that I'll be getting involved."
Uh, so Nathan's like, "I know Joel doesn't want to hear what I'm telling about V, but I have to make him aware because that's what a true friendship is." I'm like, "Also, you're his boss and this whole thing is messing up the the your department." She's like, "But sometimes you have to tell each other [ __ ] you don't want to hear."
So, um, Joe's like, "I mean, [ __ ] me if I tried to kiss Kissy and [ __ ] like and done it in her face." All right. But anyway, I mean, we're not even together. I mean, anyway, whatever. We're not together. We're not together. Yeah. So, now it's the final day of the charter. Um, they're hauling in the anchor to go back to the port and everything. And V is feeling a little bit better. And, um, she she she's being a little bit more cordial with Joe. she gets something from Joe. And so Joe goes up to her and they're at their anchoring positions. And Joe's like, "Victoria, I'm back here with you today." And like, you know, and then I'll run off. Okay.
So, and I just want to say, "Hey, the time that we had, no one's going to take that away from me anyway." Like, I learned a lot from you as well. And it's just I want in the future what you want in the future or what we want are very different things. And like you said, you wanted no strings attached, but obviously there were strings attached. Like,
oh wow. Okay. So now you're trying to break up with her. You were broke you were she broke up with you already. She dumped you last week. So why are you acting like you're breaking up with her? You [ __ ] weirdo.
And she's she's like, "Yeah, but like what you and Ky did to me. I don't think that like friends would do that to each other." And he's like, "A drunken kiss? I can't even remember. I mean, come on." And she just like gives him a look. And he's like, "I care for your well-being on this boat more than anything, which is why I couldn't even remember your birthday when you said I'm leaving this boat because the birthday my birthday is the day that my boyfriend died, but I didn't remember." This guy is like, "I'm just so sensitive." But I promise, you know, nothing nothing's going to happen on this boat with Kizzy.
I promise you, I'm not going to hold I'm I'm going to hold my word to it. I'm going to hold I'm going to hold me word.
He's just mad that she's mad at him. He doesn't He's uncomfortable with people being mad at him. and he and he either has to find resolution and he was not able to find resolutions or he has to villainize her. So that's what he's doing. He's making her seem like the crazy person. And she's like uh V tells us um this is crazy because like quote unquote I'm such a good person. I'm going to promise not to hurt you again. Quote it's true. It is such a manipulation by Joe.
But I'm such a respectful man. I'm very conscious of people's feelings. She's like, "Wow, what did you [ __ ] joker?" Yeah. So, now it's time to dock. And um Joe's like, "It wasn't my intention to hurt you, honestly." She goes, "Okay, well, I don't know what you want me to say." So, they're tying up the lines and throwing the lines to the dock and all that good stuff. And Kizzy uh scares Asia. And now the guests are, you know, talking about how much fun this was and how they used to always have fun before [ __ ] kids.
And now it's time to go. Yeah. So, the guests leave. Um, they give them tips and everything. And now it's time for the tip meeting. All right, everyone. Charter 8, right? Charter 8. Well, more like it with that plate of food. Good job, Josh. I'm just so proud of you all. Well done on the themes. Okay. Great work. And uh, and the chef, Josh, you really you really did a great job. Thank you for not wearing the clown makeup when you served the guests. That was really appreciated by everyone on board.
Just the way that you took those round things in the galley. I think they're called plates. And you actually put food on top of them. I haven't seen anybody do that before.
You You really went above and beyond today. Wow. I know it was hard to put eight pieces of fish on their own little plates instead of eight pieces of fish on one big platter,
but you did it. You overcame. Yeah, you sure did. He's like, I was I was very proud of the food that I served this charter and they really appreciated it. So, flicked my hair a little bit. There you go. Okay. Just tell your hot friend he's got a job whenever he wants it. I love cartoons.
So, they get a $27,000 tip, which is uh basically 20 2450 per person. And now they're cleaning up the boat to go out and everything. And Ky is really excited. Um you know, and Kathy's telling Ky like, "Gh, I think that Max wants to have a chat with me tonight." She's like, "Oh, is he going to say you you be my girlfriend?" She's like, "It's a bit quick, isn't it?" I mean, it's disgusting. It's almost like he's American. Get him out of my face.
I was like, well, how do you feel about that? She I don't want to answer. I just in the moment, we'll see how I feel, I guess. So, Max is like, oh boy, I'm going to make excu exclusive. He's like, oh wow. So, they fist bump and stuff to beyond an infinity buzz light. I was at first like laughing at his broken English, but then I realized um they're probably not allowed to say the true phrase without Disney suing them. So, they're like, "Okay, reverse it, Max. Reverse it, then say it on camera." So, everybody gets ready to go and Asa is telling Kissy she looks great cuz Kissy's like, "Oh my god, do I look good? I don't even know if I look good.
You look like Jenny from the block." She's like, "Who's that?" Um uh I was uh I was hanging out with a 33 year old and Whitney Houston was playing and we're like do you know this song? And he's like yeah like do you know who sings it? He's like um I'm blanking on her name and we're like you're blanking on her name and he's like yeah I don't really remember it. He's like well I don't really listen to this older music unless I'm hanging out with you guys. And I was like this friendship is over. Um,
well, you just brought up Whitney Houston in a Jennifer Lopez uh conversation, so I think this friendship might be over.
A lot of friendship over this today. I dare you. I just am laughing at the idea that kids would even know who Jenny from the Block is. So, they are all out and they're partying and they're having fun and they um they all are going to the restaurant and everything and Joe is Joe's talking about the dancing with Kizzy. He's like, "Kizzy taught me quite an easy dance. It took me two hours to rehearse." And she's like, "Yeah, you did a really great job and if I normally dance for the guy that hasn't danced, I wouldn't even be able to do that in one, two, three, or four hours." And that's what's so confusing. So, you've been like, "You've got the right brain for it, Joe." And they just keep on like complimenting each other on the great dancing that they did. And they're being like very touchy and laughy and flirty and like right in front of V.
Yeah. She just rolls her eyes and Asa is watching this like what the hell. And Max is now Max is like mother m I want to drink with you Cassie. And she's like okay just not now. And he's but I want to wait what? She's like just just not whilst we're here please chat later. Okay. Yeah, I would love to have this chat, you know, preferably over FaceTime while we're in different countries. So, it would be easier for me to just kind of hang up, you know, preferably in a place where I have no reception. That would be great because every time he says meniselle, it's like, okay, that means he's gearing up to ask you to be his girlfriend. And she's like, "No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't speak. Don't speak." Um, so everyone's talking and um, Kizzy's like, first Kizzy licks her spoon in a suggestive way and then she's like, "By the way, guys, what's all the different ways? What are some different ways to say blowjob?"
And there's just kind of a pause like, "Oh god." You know, cuz of course it's like Kizzy, of course. And Joe answers. So he's like, "Sucky saki 4,000.
I never heard of that." [gasps] And Joe's like, "Joly Roger." Uh, and the two of them are cracking each other up and everyone's just grossed out by them. So V goes to have a cigarette break. She's like, I just don't need any of this. And she's feeling like, oh, you got Kathy and Max over here having a moment. You've got Joe and Kizzy, Josh. She's like, I mean, I wish there was just a chef for me even to talk to just about food, but we don't even have one of those.
I mean, anything, anything. If there was anyone else with a penis around here. So,
so of course Kizzy sees Ky and Joe sees that she got up and was obviously annoyed. So what do they do? They're going to go dance for her right in front of her where she went to get away from them because they're that [ __ ] needy of attention. Like even the bad kind of like what
they redo their dance so stupid. Yeah, they're just so stupid. So they do that and um she's like I was like whatever. What do you even say to this, you know? Yeah. And Assha's like, this is just a very thinly veiled excuse to touch each other and sneak around back on the boat like decent [ __ ] Okay, you don't have to do it this way. Just sneak around. What happened to that? And then Kizzy is like, "Oh my god, my boob came out. My boob came out. Everyone look. Don't look, but look." She's like, and then she tells us this. It makes me really happy to see how happy it makes Joe when he gets to dance. I feel like there's anyone on this boat that I could actually pursue something with, it would be Joe. But not now. I think maybe we'll just get married in 20 years. This makes me happy when I see him get to like no it does like whatever she's trying she's trying to actually elevate this that it's not just about hooking up. So like
this is actually about something deeper and more emotional. So V gets upset like V is the crazy person because V is getting upset at genuine human connection right now. That's basically what she's trying to say. And there's no
I've helped a man a man who struggled with a with a loaf of bread in a real estate bad real estate transaction and I've brought him to art which has left him able to walk again.
Oh, she's elevating herself in this scenario quite a bit and it's like no, he just wants to bang you.
Yeah. So Nathan is like, you know, if you want to sit on a different side, I can change seats with you. And she's like, no, it's okay. And he's like, I don't understand how the man's brain works. [ __ ] sakes, Joe. You need to think about what you're doing. So, and Kissy's just like, "Well, I don't give a fuck." So, now we go V and Nathan, and V's like, she just feels like an outcast at this point. And Nathan's like, "You're far from it." So, now they are going to start heading, they go back, they're going to start heading back to the boat and everything.
Uh well actually first they're still they're eating. They're at the restaurant. They're just doing stuff there. But they eventually start heading back to the boat and Asia is order putting an order in for McDonald's to be delivered to the boat and and Asia orders a lot of chicken McNuggets which Kathy we find out later really really wants. So Joe on the way back to the boat like jumps on a signpost and starts like pole dancing. I love that we see the security people like get the [ __ ] off of that.
They were liked what are you doing? can get off of our sign. So, the hot tub's empty, everybody's mad, and Kizzy is saying like, "I've never been so in love with you." to Joe, and um Max is now determined to have this talk, right? So, Kizzy pops her head into Joe's cabin and um she he's like, "Do you want to come in?" And she's like, "I shouldn't." And he goes, "God, this is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life." She's like, "We're not even doing anything." And he goes, "Because we can't we can't do anything. Good night, me lady." and he closes the door. They're like a really brave guys that they didn't do that because that would have been really bad to to be.
He's painting himself as if he's in some epic romance where they're being kept apart by their stations in life. Okay, this is not remains of the day. You guys are just like they're told
like the time of Kalera and I hope you both get it. I know just means keep it together for 48 more hours and you guys can do whatever you want but like for right now don't do it. So now Max is like, "All right, Kathy, it is time time for the talk." And she's like, "Oh god." So she's [clears throat] he's like they they wind up like snuggled under a blanket on the deck and he's like, "Well, I thought I always thought love was a [ __ ] trap and then I met you and you made me believe that it is possible again and that is why I want to propose something to you." And she's like, "Oh god, great. Sounds wonderful." So, while they're having this conversation out on the dock, Joe and Nathan are on the dock and they're just being silly and drunk and um a delivery person shows up with all the McDonald's that was ordered and they just tear into this bag of everyone else's food and just start eating it.
Whatever's whatever they see, they just start to eat it. Disgusting behavior. And I would just like to point out that this is Joe and Nathan and not Nathan and Max as Ben had previously reported at the start of this recap. So yeah,
I thought actually when you were saying it, I thought you were saying it was all three of them to be honest.
Yeah. I don't I don't know. So, um they start eating the food, which is gross. And then um uh Joe and Nathan are eating nuggets and burgers and Max and Kathy are upstairs talking. So Max is like, "Oh, I'm just going to focus on my career, my career of tipping people over on what a toy." But out of nowhere, a little angel came from the sky and her name Kathy Skinner. Kathy Skinner,
very biblical Kathy Skinner, the archangel. And he's like, I just want to know what is happening after the season. And then Joe and Nathan, they're just drunk. They drop a nugget on the ground. And then Max is like, I have this question inside of myself and I just want to talk to you because I want to start something. She's like, "Um, um, I wish, dear God, I don't often, I'm not a very religious person, but if you could send some sort of miracle thing to let me get out of this conversation, anything, something make something fall from the sky and then plink.
Dear God, dear God, Kathy Skinner, please give me some sign whether or not this relationship will work." Oh my god, it's a halfeaten chicken nugget. So it go they're like what is happening? And she's like he's like I think I want to make you my girlfriend. And she's like she's like are they excuse me? Put that on pause for one moment for the rest of your life. Are they chucking chips at us? Is it chips? Are they actually throwing chips? He threw a chip at us. And then she's meaning of course French fries for all of us Americans.
And then all of a sudden she starts realizing it's like chicken nuggets. And she was like wait a second. If you waste my nuggets, I'm going to [ __ ] come down and rip your head off. Thank you so much for giving me an excuse to get out of this conversation. I'm coming down right now. So, she gets out of this m like Max has literally just said, "I want you to be my girlfriend." And now she has gotten up to chase after her nuggets
and they've eaten all the nuggets or thrown them all and there's only a Big Mac left. And she's like, "No, there's not. I don't want a [ __ ] Big Mac. Come on. I'm so annoyed by this chalking chicken nuggets at me. I'm so pissed off. So, she goes in all upset and then we cut to Max. He's like, "Oh, I'm so sad." And uh then we cut to a nugget on the ground with a bite taken out of it. And he's upset because he'd been trying to have this conversation for two days straight to make her his girlfriend. And like just when he felt like he was finally having the conversation, she gets distracted away by this scenario. And I'm like, this again, like I I don't mean to play the grief card for her. It sounds like she doesn't want to play the grief card.
She wants to sort of just like move on. But I'm gonna play it for her, which is that this girl's dad stepfather just died and they're eating her takeout and throwing it at her. I'm just like, [ __ ] you both. Like, I can't stand them.
And also, Max, it's just not the time. Like, she's got she's got stuff on her mind and she's clearly given you messages that she doesn't want to have this conversation over and over and over again. Okay. So, he's like, "What? Where are you going?" And she's like, "I'm actually fuming. Did you not see what happened with the chicken nuggets?" He's like, "You can't end this conversation." She like, "But I'm chewing." So she storms off and he's like, "I'm boring my heart out with you and all you care about is chicken nugget." A Come on, Cassie. Oh, still not listening. Those No. No. No. Does not feel good. Yeah, I was digging.
Yeah, I don't want to speak about this. But really, I lost I lost a bit of trust in the woman. I lost trust. She's
Well, maybe she would have more trust in you if you went down there and fought for some chicken nuggets. You're only worried about yourself. What is going to stand up for the pride of your woman? You need to go down there and get those chicken nuggets back. You need to go to McDonald's and get her some chicken nuggets. You need to throw those guys in the water for [ __ ] with her chicken nuggets. No one wants a man who is going to stand there and let their chicken nuggets be disrespected. You might as well have thrown your wife and child under a bus or a moving bus because what? No one was going to marry you after watching this show. You're sitting there crying about yourself.
Where are your tears for those chicken nuggets? You don't care about me. you don't care about
address her needs. This you're seeing this as an impediment, but actually it's creating an amazing opportunity for you, which is to order chicken nuggets for Kathy and a bigger and better order than what she had previously ordered, the the most chicken nuggets she's ever seen, and then she would see you as a boyfriend type. But instead, you're failing the challenge because you're seeing it all about you. And so, she is furious and she's like, I feel like raccoon Kathy right now. I'm gonna claw somebody's eyes out. Never get between a raccoon and its nuggets. And this is the second time the season that she's referred to herself as a raccoon. And I'm like really excited for like rabid raccoon Kathy to come out because I could see her being a terror. Ah, bro.
Josh, bro, I'm speaking like a long-term motivation. I'm blah blah blah. And she's distracted by dead chicken nugget. Huh? Oh, the end. [ __ ] this. [ __ ] this. Well, she just saw how you're going to stand up for her in the future, which anytime you guys have any kind of trouble that comes into your life, you're going to cry and make yourself a victim instead of doing anything about it. So, I have not ever believed in this relationship. And I hope that Kathy can now see this is not the man for her.
Kathy deserves so much better. So much better than She deserves like just a hot awesome guy and not Max. She deserves at the very least a chicken nugget of a man and she's not getting it. So
yeah, it's not fair. It's not fair. Agreed. And that brings us to the end of Bill Mediter.
Um you guys go out there. Don't don't ruin each other's chicken nuggets. You know, it's a rough time in the world. Let's be kind to each other.
Okay. Don't eat other people's takeout. Like don't their delivery. Like that is that is a that is a crime. But I love that this episode ended with a chicken nugget cliffhanger. That's that that's perfect Bravo TV for me. We'll have to see what happens next week. But until then, um you know, we'll be here recapping all sorts of fun stuff like Vanderpump Rules and Salt Lake City and things like that. Vanderpump Rules is a pretty funny one this week if you ask me. I'm excited for that. So, we'll catch you on the next episode. Bye
