he had to put his camera on first haha what's happening what's going on family this is Dr J Taylor Jacobs in the crew what's up what's good what's popping hey this is power bank Society so you know where we talk about business marketing finance and all things that relate to the swag of business the swag in the bag of business listen this is my first show in like a month bro hey this is my first show too I mean my hair is even looking you know you know one reason I wish that I was uh I was a different uh uh race why because they can just do this yeah on that thing and do this if I hear ain't cut I know what you mean you said it because you just got your hair cut down listen let me know what y'all think in the chat room I think it's real purple yeah very it's purplish you know Purple People Eater whoa wait wait a second okay yeah so if you don't know what's going on guys uh to the show you're gonna get some value with a
little bit of laughter we don't take ourselves too seriously because we know that we're great at what we do yeah period so you ain't gotta you ain't got to be too tough let me tell you the longer you watch and get gooder and gooder hey just keep watching It's Gonna keep getting better and better now let's we're gonna hope that uh uh our executive producer I.E Mogul don't give us the same words of the day so MOG will take over the show let's get it all right so our word of the day today is actually disruption oh he gave us a word we kind of already know yeah I like it okay disruption's a verb referring to the significant and transformative change that interprets the existing interrupts the existing way of doing things in the industry or market so our first uh sentence we usually go through and do we have a sentence for everybody so disruption can have a profound impact on businesses and industries leading to the
reshaping of traditional business models Market Landscapes and consumer behaviors got it so what we're gonna do right now is Nick disruption in a sentence let's get it oh my gosh Twitter actually threads has caused A disruption in the Twitter universe sorry Elon all right shots fired okay all right so here you go I got disruption y'all ready Yeah Usher has caused A disruption in Kiki Palmer's family because Kiki Palmer just broke up with her man because he called her out we're gonna blame Usher naked oh we're gonna blame Usher Kiki you calling the disruption Usher was just being Usher thank you you have to go up there and show your cheeks like that KK come on what you got what you got so in order to have effective Market marketing you have to be able to cause disruption I told him I was gonna do that before didn't I Nick you missed it I said I was going to go mark because because Mogul gave us some points and I was like nope
I'm saying my own you're gonna call it this Russia cause of disruption wind disrupted my whole thing I gave y'all sentences and everything yeah but I'm you you it's a disruption so I was acting we were talking about actions oh we were supposed okay so he wants us to read okay sorry disruption can have a profound Empire oh disruption oh disruptive I thought the word was disruption why you say disruptive so sentence two don't work while disruption can pose challenges yeah I ain't doing that serious deal we're calling we're causing disruption to our executive producer he's gonna have to just report us to HR
before we do that I want everybody who is watching the video right now to go ahead and hit the like button because I do something with the little algorithm or something yeah obliterate it yeah do your thing obliterate the like nah uh Mogul since they going ahead and hitting that like button now you can go ahead and uh do your thing I always forget to say that yeah it's all good all right so our topic today actually is um meta threads and how it's affecting Twitter at the present moment so we all saw uh recently meta just dropped threads which is basically it's Twitter um fighter I guess the fighter in the Twitter world it's a it's basically a text-based social media um within the first two days there's over 70 million people that signed up and I think there's only 30 million people that are on Twitter daily bye bye Twitter I'm loving threes because I'm famous over there already thank you uh Mogul and well which one
y'all got me on three I have you on no Moga you said you try to take credit for that you know what mogul's actually the one that was like Nick have you even heard of threads and I'm like oh I didn't know hey Mo was a superstar maker so y'all think that Mo hey first of all Moga I just want to say you you're pulling off this like handsome rough look like I don't know how you do it y'all go back to yourself them teeth assistance
Mrs Jones how's your girlfriend yeah boy you make me want to go get some braces or something that boy is amazing looking so yeah that I mean I'm loving it Hot Topic and uh first of all I appreciate you but one of the biggest things that I actually love about um uh this threads and Twitter thing is just simply I like anything that wants to disrupt something that people are stagging on yes and any company that begins to be um okay with just being number one and don't want to make changes and just try to bully people around and kind of do that I like it and most importantly I like people that's not scared of causing friction I like people that ain't scared to go to court because you know your product is going to make things better and most importantly what I love I love the fact that when I use threads my follower account can go you know continue to kind of exchange as long as people are kind of looking for
me which means I don't have to build my following all over again this is why I actually love threads because the thought of having to build a follower follower ship or whatever all over again is kind of scary man importing followers that's wild the first to do it yeah and and um more sorry I think his name CEO of Instagram um he um when they when they first released it it was a thing that he was focused on developing a conversation and to be able to have a space for people who are on Instagram to be able to have conversations and so like like Mogul says 70 million in the first two days downloaded which was not just a portion of the people who've downloaded Instagram but that's more than total people active on Twitter as a whole so I think it was one prime timing yeah for uh them to launch threads due to all like the the controversy if you want to call it that and the thing that's going on at Twitter with Elon you
know he just minimized the amount of tweets that you can see on a daily basis and it's all the stuff that that users are kind of pushing back on so now they're having an alternative place to be able to go and express and I think like I'm pretty close to like sending or threading more than I ever tweeted right all together in all these years so it's it's it it is is it for me it provides a space similar to Twitter but it's more for me it's more similar to Instagram but more of a conversational space so I can do the pretty much the same things on Instagram with posting videos posting uh pictures carouseling them and being able to have a conversation and look at that and move forward with that so I'm I'm I'm liking it I don't I don't personally think that it's the end of Twitter um just like uber and Lyft both coexist in the space and both have their market share and some people uh myself included
use both just depending on some time with price cheaper which one can get there faster so I think it's it's um thread is going to have a larger market share but I think the people who have like been on Twitter and like Twitter and has a a good foundation there will still continue to use it but it's gonna be interesting to watch over the next several months you know what like the book right like you you know how you don't judge a book by its cover okay well inside of the book is threads you know so you can't really hide behind your IG anymore right now we're gonna be in your head you know so you can't really just you know post a picture we're gonna now go to threads to see if you have any substance you know like do you are you really about what you talking about he didn't really like that yeah because you can easily go to whatever people's thoughts are and be like man this dude is off you know what
I mean so we'll see what lines up I like it was I think it was either on your stories that you post on Instagram and he was like it officially goes to not your follower but what's your three account yeah exactly your follower account is what's your thread count you heard it here first are the people that's looking for you yeah what's your thread count social media makes me depressed we'd be having to deal with this y'all we was coming back from New Orleans and I did something to make Instagram mad and it just messing up my Algos you call it Algos like is that short for like algorithm we're gonna call it an algo okay we're gonna let you know my outgo okay and I'm getting punished for something I did or did not do then they gave you threads after they punished you so it's like a but I'm loving threads because I can get on there and talk and and oh you can't okay anyway oh y'all like to talk Miss for
sure all right now I know now Mogul hear me out now I know we're messing up the floor of your show after this question I asked Nick you can take it back control okay is that is that fair can we do that that's perfectly fine okay because he over there madly fine so so first of all let me let me get some of those he's here I got it I gotta Focus I could I gotta activate your Genius I don't know have y'all activated your Genius I don't know if you have well okay so let me ask you a question on the spot strategy using Instagram with threads to grow engagement for sales of a service or a product go ah okay ah okay using a strategy if I was going to grow something on Instagram using threads first off I would make something exclusive for my thread count you know some an incentive that would make people want to even go in the first place giveaway for the first 500 people that are on my threads uh there is
something hidden in my thread and y'all find the answer and I'm sending you a product you know what I mean um you can that's good yeah you know what I'm saying yeah go ahead take the notes right now that's what I'm gonna do it's brand new it's fresh you can do and play with it right now is the time you know so I would start funneling people there obviously um making an incentive for people just to go there in the first place um another thing I would do is obviously post some quality stuff you know on your threads maybe uh because sometimes I have a better thought than I do a picture you know what I mean so post your threads onto your story on Instagram and start funneling literally like the way they have to integrated you can just click share his story I've never seen anything like that yeah it's incredible and it's way easy but yeah definitely making instead of something special that's exclusive to the thread
count make people go there that's what I would do first and foremost that's good that's good that's good so I wanna Lord Jesus I want to ask a question um so did you guys know about threads prior to it coming out because I know for me with the launch of threads I literally saw it maybe two or three days prior to and then I saw it on the news um but I want to go into actually something that we do we have a book on uh launch like a pro I want Iggy kind of explain like their launch process good job wait say that one more time I got distracted by the hello I was like wait whoa I said yeah yeah I said so with threads how they launched right so we didn't necessarily like it wasn't like a huge launch per se as far as social media or like them saying it but I saw it maybe two or three days before they said download like get on our wait list basically um and then I saw it on CNN the day after the day of those are the only
times I actually saw it but for it to have gained 70 million in a day and a half they must have launched like a pro so I want you to kind of give more and yeah so this this this is great question Mogul great great question this goes into what we talked about in developing a database developing a customer base developing a user base so that you can when you have new products that you're coming out with or you're releasing that you can go directly to that customer base and be able to Market to that so it was like a maybe like three four days before because I'm in the uh Missouri's channel on Instagram we got an Instagram Channel where he like released updates and in there he posted about um you know getting on the wait list and so the the wait list for them was literally going to that to for us Apple going to the Apple Store uh clicking uh basically like get notified which of the updates so you
would like just like you go to the App Store and download it you take the same action but it would just send you a notification when it was ready to download so when it was really download it sent me a notification I didn't pay attention to it and then Mogul I was at the office and mobile Mission I was like I do need to download that and what they were able to do is literally go directly to their consumer base of hundreds of millions of people who were using Instagram and Facebook already and be able to Market directly to their customer base based off they created threads not just to compete with Twitter but they created it based off the feedback and the data and the surveys that they had done on their uh Instagram and Facebook meta platforms to understand that this piece is needed this conversational piece is needed so based on that feedback based on the customer basis they already had they
literally marketed and released directly to them it wasn't uh you saw it in the news but it wasn't a big need for Mass widespread marketing because they were able to go directly to their customer base which was already larger than Twitter and the majority of people on Instagram are not on Twitter so the fact that they that they that there was a Twitter there people use it it was popular that was okay this is a piece that we need people can go and post videos and reels with big Instagram big for reals and stories but where are people having this conversation we're seeing a lot of conversation that happens in the DM but that is just a one to one aspect they came out with Channels with just a one person or group people communicating in One Direction threads came and allowed that back and forth conversation as well as other people to engage with that conversation would allows them to grow further so I
think that they were able to take what was working with Twitter and take what the data they knew from Instagram and Facebook and seeing the conversations that were going on in DM and apply that to threads which is why I think that we are seeing the mass growth now we do have to understand this was a launch so you know 70 50 70 million people yeah launched that doesn't necessarily mean that they're going to have 70 million active users on a daily basis this means people that tried it was got you know in the fomo or the hype or whatever got access to it to see what was going on somebody talking about it but those who are there who have benefit and have something to say are going to find the most benefit from it so you're going to see like it kind of plateau out with uh people who's subscribing and then which I think I've already seen and then we're going to see it kind of plateau out as far as the amount of people who were as
far as the number of people who are putting content on there it's gonna kind of carve out its own Niche and per se in the marketplace so I think it was it was a great job of launching but it speaks to the the need of having a solid database and customer base to be able to launch to and then paying attention to that customer base and getting data and feedback from them to be able to provide additional products additional service that can Aid based on the demographic of people that you already have and I and I actually want to uh come at it from a different uh space because you already knocked down something that's important that cross-selling to your additional database which means that your additional customer base they have to be happy with the products that you're delivering in order to present them a new product for them to want to go do it right and let me just say for clarity there's actually uh over
a hundred million people now on threads yes um and so when we talk about that when you have the side by side I don't know if you talked about this I stepped out for two seconds but now you're talking about products that complement versus compete did you talk about that yet not not really yeah okay so when it talks about building a business or creating products a lot of people create products they end up competing with each other which confuses your audience or confuses your customer base so for an example we can't forget meta actually losing the battle in metaverse we can't forget that product because that's a product that shows you that business is about trial and trial and error making us a big claim seeing the response from that claim and then taking that claim back a lot of entrepreneurs because we came up with the idea because it was your idea because you just knew it was going to work because you love the idea you stick
with something that kills the joy of your customer base so what happened was Facebook was so meta about meta that Facebook changed this name to meta because of the space that it wants to go in the metaverse not realizing that that pivot the world is not even ready for the middle verse yet so to make that strong of a pivot let me know that you now have a product that's competing with all your other products to live and operate in the metaverse is absolute of uh which which I call is web 3.0 2.02 Mana versus 3.0 so we're taking we have 2.0 Concepts Facebook Instagram social media and going web3 which kills any of the stuff that you already have in place yeah so when I see the data I realize the data I compute the data now I have to make better decisions I was just talking uh back there uh uh to Brooklyn Darren I said I said listen uh when when you get new information you gotta change so as I as my information
changes so do I yeah so when I get the information I realized oh the world's not ready for meta verse let me pause on that and figure out what our next product is going to be and this is not even including again and Nick how many products they may be created absolutely before even introducing it they never made it to the public so now we talk about that I know you're probably gonna look that up so now that we're talking about that now I think about okay complimentary products Facebook was started on communicating people connecting people to have a conversation right so Facebook was created from conversation Instagram became a form of conversation now Tres is an extended version of what conversation so the product focus of meta is around the conversation so all products that make sense how to evolve around us having that conversation with each other to hear how each other think and I think
that they've done a beautiful job but y'all know what my favorite part about it we talk about it in lunch like a pro so many businesses out here struggle with the concept when we teach them and we talk especially when we take on clients what is your best product give it free products or services they say Jake why would I give my best product free because don't you have to pay for marketing yes or yes yep so if I don't have extra capital for marketing I have to use my services and my products as my marketing yes come get free massage come get a free tattoos or extremely discounted tattoos uh come get liquor the top tier liquor at five dollars a drink what I can get a 1942 drink for five dollars yes what does that do it draws attention to your product to your brand which will allow for people to see what your value really is if I can get hooked on the product in the brand I won't mind the prices going up because I already
know that it's cheap so or it's affordable because they want to draw attention a lot of us fail to use the actual service of the product that we offer as the marketing bait to get people to actually buy into your brand or to your business so when I talk about all the big billion dollar Brands they always launch premium models they get you addicted to the freemium model yep they get you addicted to their free service because at one point you're gonna need it so much they're gonna make an addition or they're gonna cut off that area that trial and you're gonna have to what bump up and your most devoted people that actually cared about the product those are going to be the ones that actually pay for the service the ones that were never going to pay or that weren't aligned with your product service or brand those are going to be the ones that fall off who do we pay attention most to the people that pay
what y'all fail to realize that man Iggy are going to do a free master class on this for only for people in the private banking Society how we took how we take our free or dollar offer and how we took a free offer then we gave a dollar we had them commit one dollar and we got two mil 2.2 million dollars of contract signed in two weeks in month of June what we Geniuses know but we're so good at what we do and we're so confident that if we have a free boot camp or a affordable boot camp at prices that no one would ever dare to think and it actually hurts our bottom line disruption but if I want to disrupt an industry if I want to gather people's attention I have to offer something of what I do as a free service until there is so much work that now I have the attention that I need I can raise the money that I need so a lot of us again we don't lack resources we lack resourcefulness and your breast your
best marketing tool is the products that you want to sell or the service that you want to deliver I'm gonna make a prediction here in Yankton y'all can uh hold me to this I predict that this will not be the first um this will not be the only social media platform or PL or platform that meta creates or that's created that gives the ability to transfer following due to the fact of the protocol that is built on built on an open source protocol that allows you to be able to navigate and bring your following with you which is a big thing where that meta is focusing on now because of the aspect of creators um in the same sentiment that you have not wanting to when a new platform launches having to go and start over and build your Following over create a whole new following a whole new voice in a whole new space you can literally have people that already rock with you already rock with what you got going on
be able to follow you to another platform and experience you in the light of whatever that platform Shines on You So based on the protocol that is built on being open source I look for them to have additional products that they roll out and or other companies be able to roll out products that are simpler Sim similar to that and have the ability to transfer following because that is a big deal for creators to influences businesses to not only build a following but have some type of ownership over that following where you can bring it with you no matter where it is as you go so y'all can hold me to that I promise you that this won't be the only one I actually like that prediction I like that prediction I love that prediction matter of fact if y'all already got fired in today's show let me see fire in the chat let me see fires in a live chat yeah yeah make sure that you share this show out because we're going to be
dropping jewels and dimes all all day because guess what Iggy don't you got a uh a uh a free five-day masterclass coming up pretty soon yeah yeah I got a free five day uh boot camp that's coming up uh at the end of the month um private Banker Society you guys will get the dates first uh it's coming up at the end of them I'm gonna do five days we're already teaching people how to use AI to literally start productizing their service based company creating their first digital product launching it being able to automate the the marketing system with that and take it to Market so they can duplicate it and literally be able to do that with AI I gave a preview of that where I I created a product and built a landing page to launch it in an hour and a half using our back-end technology literally you're not back drag and drop simple easy mobile watched me do it right and some of you probably will own that class and watch
you do it but I got five days where I'm gonna be spending five days spending more time breaking it down show you how to go beyond the hype of AI what everybody's talking about and actually be able to use AI to create your first or your next digital product so that you can accompany your your physical product you can accompany your service or you can start in the marketplace having something to sell having something to get leads was a digital product and I'm gonna show you how to do that in five days utilizing AI so uh if you were in the private bank Society you already know it because y'all voted on it so I'm giving y'all what it is y'all want if you're not in the proper banking Society uh sucks for you sorry but listen let me let me say this before MoGo takes it to the next level there are two things that we kind of believe in for those business folk this is not on the schedule right now that's why I'm
gonna make it quick so that Mogul don't get mad at us if you have a service based business you need to productize your your service based business create some type of product that you can offer if you have a product based business offer some type of service that goes with the product or as an upsell those are two simple things that you can do to add to your company's bottom and top line and literally increase profits uh in Reverend profits in revenue between 26 and 70 within the first six months when we talk about growth we talk about multiple streams of income a lot of people think of multiple streams of incoming multiple Industries or multiple jobs multiple percents of income sometimes means another version of your product in a different way that can help that client or that customer in a different light so uh so he's definitely going to be talking about the that conversion of service-based business
with a product or a product based visible to service in that free five-day master class and anybody that goes to our master classes you know one thing we're better than your best gurus paid course what's up what's up thanks I was gonna go a little bit into a different segment but y'all already kind of talked about those segments so we're gonna go uh a little bit deeper um I want to know how do you guys feel about the fact that with meta or threads now they've made it to um where if you have a threads account you activated it basically now in order for you to delete that account you have to delete your Instagram is that facts yes I mean but you can but you can suspend that's the thing that people are missing out if I delete my threads it it It ultimately can delete my Instagram but I can suspend my threads but it wasn't it wasn't because and the reason why I asked because I I remember you said that and I heard that
switch but when it when it came to like going if you go in in Threads and go delete account it says on the first page to when you're deleting it or deactivating or suspending whatever it says this does not affect your Instagram account so I think that that's a good thing from the aspect from a business model of look this is a bridge that is is almost gives threads kind of the the position of an extension of Instagram to be to utilize it because they didn't they didn't want to an extension they didn't want to compete with themselves no they wanted to complete me and Iggy going analysis about what it looks like creating complementary products yeah because that that if if you have an Instagram account that's good I launched threads and you go over threads you stop using Instagram and you'll be like well like or you you stop using you go to threads and you just check it out and you won't delete
it well no hold up timeout you may want to use in the future so if you delete this we want to make sure that you are sure that you want to delete it because you got to take your Instagram account with you you can suspend it but you can't get rid of all all the way another reason that I think that's important is because with the ability to go to go over the threads you're using your your same Instagram name so it's your likeness on Instagram that's being applied to threads so again it's that extension if you get rid of this aspect then you got to get rid of the whole thing because we need y'all to participate in this extension but not forget about that you can post these reels over here and you and you can see the views on your reel and likes on on your reel but now you can come over to threads and have a conversation about your real or about what it is you're talking about so I think that it's an
absolute good idea it's I think it's a smart business move to keep them from competing with themselves to have that feature in place yeah you keep everybody under the same umbrella yes you know what I mean and if you don't want to use threads no big deal don't use it you know what I mean it's not going to hurt you if you don't post anything on there but it's there it's like a platform in a platform and and because if I if I were able to delete it all the way then that may lead the opportunity for somebody else to come and claim my name right and I don't want that so I just keep it even even if I was not somebody that was going to use it like I want to own that real estate though because that's my name and likeness is for social media is concern so I want to at least occupy that space until I get ready to use it meta is literally the all-in-one platform yeah like this goes the all-in-one uh growth firm
I can't let you just skate past that bisco what that mean why where that come from the actual the actual meaning of business code is business ecosystem and where it came from one day I was actually sitting on a curb and they ain't bit me now there are certain insects that bite me like a mosquito it doesn't affect me bro but for some reason the ant when it bites it bites with such aggression yeah I'm like dog like wow disrespected why do you exist right disrupted your name matter of fact I was so mad I was like why did you I want to destroy every ant on Earth so I literally thought I was gonna create this product that was going to destroy every ant that ever existed to rid every one of this god-awful insect that God I don't I don't think God understood why he created the end I think that was a mistake I did a little bit more research and what I realized was the ant is the actual crucial piece of our ecosystem
the ant if it weren't for ants there wouldn't be small enough holes dug in the ground that can allow water to actually trickle down to the roots if it weren't for the end the ant is the actual first trash compactor it eats and destroys everything that we leave that's food or something rotten on the ground from rotten bodies to candy yeah it literally breaks it down and destroys it then when I began to see if the ant dies then the ant eater dies and the Ant Eater dies and there's so many things things that needed this ant trees and trees and everything so when I started to think I said damn what a how does this correlate with business there's a lot of sitter ain't like small things that don't matter that if you don't pay attention to that small thing that's the thing that actually destroys your business not picking up the phone and talking to your customers in a timely manner you think just because they got their product they
should be good but because you didn't answer in a timely manner you actually left you lost the longevity of that client stand with you long term so when we begin to start thinking of like the smaller things of the ecosystem of business that's what made me say you know what our company name is bisco and we created the business Code system first and the bisco system literally we built the bizco system inside of businesses which is why we build multi-million dollar brands from scratch which is why when we get our clients we take clients that are struggling to get over that hurdle whatever hurdle that they have we redefine and restructure their product and then we implement the bizco system and we build million dollar companies that struggle to even get over a quarter million dollars because of that ecosystem and so yeah that's what bizco came from it's the business ecosystem so when people get bizco
and they get our system we're literally building the entire system not just marketing and branding let's go yeah okay so let's go into straight facts which is our next segment so a very interesting fact is um people did a survey and they came to understand that the golden arches logo for McDonald's is more recognized worldwide than the cross for Christianity according to studies yeah that's got to be sponsorship research international the McDonald's logo was recognized by 88 of people surveyed while the Christian cross was recognized by 54 percent so in order for you to be able to be that huge that you're more recognized than the literally the biggest book it ever sold ever in the world of all time and what that book stands for in the cross and whatever that means your branding and your marketing and what your business has done some something powerful okay I'm sorry for calling you cap not
thinking that you're out of stats I gave you stats yeah I'm giving you kudos sorry for calling you cab uh yeah see this is what happens when foolish people don't have data and just get on social media and just say [ __ ] now I got the I eat ass face but but I think that's important and this is the biggest thing I want people to understand the importance of branding and marketing because I know that Nick probably deals with this on a large scale when people say why do I need branding and marketing Services why if it's not generating cash today okay well first of all there's a difference between marketing and there's a difference between advertising and there's also a difference between branding people like to think that those three are the same okay so advertisement is I'm doing something to get an immediate dollar we're technically only supposed to be advertising to the people that are right
in our Market which makes our click to sale or with convert to sale a lot more efficient with the dollar marketing is an extension of your brand branding is who your company is okay so branding is made in reputation marketing pushes your brand out of who you are advertisement brings the dollars in and a lot of times people hire one but they really need the other and what I want to tell you all the time Nick says this often it's not about say it's not about having the best product what you say it's not about having the best product it's about being the best that everyone knows about so I know a lot of y'all like there's people there's people in your community hold on one second uh but but I want you to say it again it's not about having the best product it's about being the best that everyone knows about so when it comes to that construct right having a minimal viable product is important we
talk about having an indestructible product yes however the combination is when you have when you're the best thing that people know and you happen to be the best thing out that's when the extreme loyalty comes see what we have to understand is that you need the inflow of cash to invest into your infrastructure and product development and so there's a lot of great people that's not willing to invest in marketing and branding long term we want to invest until I get a return versus invest until invest until every business in Dallas Fort Worth Knows My Name They Know My Brand I'm investing until yeah um best until everyone has seen that wealthy label hack invest until everyone on planet Earth knows bizco because by default me and Iggy did the numbers uh the other day a lot of people know when I got on social media I tell people I did it organically technically I did but I had a strategic partner when I came
online I paid six hundred thousand dollars a year to become an international sensation that's fifty thousand a month I went from making paying 50 000 a month in leads advertisement and direct mail for insurance we were making one to three million a year in Revenue I took the same fifty thousand and we paid a strategic partner online that had 1.3 million followers online and we went from an advertisement three million a year to a international brand 15 million a year same money different perspective and unfortunately unfortunately when it comes to business so many of us only want to recognize business from the perspective that we're used to not the perspective that can change the trajectory of your life ain't a lot of y'all be mad on this here internet how come that person get they not as good as me how come everyone go into them they not as good as me but that person that you're saying is not as good
as you that may be true but when you're pocketing that money because you selfishly want to keep it they taking that money and and paying Nick they taking that money in and paying a a Iggy to blow up their brand become known because the more known you become the more obvious it becomes for you to be successful that's just that's just what it is this is why so many businesses when we tell you your first three to five years just chalk that up as you're not going to be profitable not that you're not making profitable income but you should absolutely be trying to spend 100 of your extra Surplus and become a known because the more known you become the more people want to pay you the more they trust you the more they recognize you the more they love you and the more they become devout loyalist but if you don't want to invest into that you can't be mad at the people that do so and Iggy says all the time you
gotta pay to work like you got to pay to play if you want to play this game that's why we talk to clients there's a lot of clients we don't take because they don't want to play to be the best and we only want people that want to build multi-million dollar brands that want to hire staff that want to grow that want to expand that want to be impactful in order for that to happen you have to be willing to invest the dollars it takes to be able to stabilize your business and unfortunately those couple of hundred clients that you have that's taking care of your family is not enough for you to stay on for the next 30 Years operating at the highest level truth to exactly what y'all are saying Nick say it one more time you don't got to be what but you got to be what you don't have to have the best product but you have to be the best that everyone knows about the Arches McDonald's is a prime example of that hello a food is nowhere
near the best I can't tell you the last time I ate at McDonald's I can't either but no matter where I go I know what a McDonald's is I know what they have and I know what that means to me I know that it's going to be cheap fast food that I'm gonna be able to get in and out that if I don't got a lot of money because let me tell you in my my early entrepreneurship days you know the days where you had to decide whether you're going to put gas in your car you're gonna get something to eat I know McDonald's that that dollar menu was a lifesaver whether it's the best or not no matter what country yeah you see them arches so but that just that just is proof if it's not this you you want to create indestructible products yes absolutely but you want also want to create an indestructible brand that supports and spreads those in responsible products y'all come back to me y'all see this I'm sweating right because first of all
ain't no AC in the studio that's one while I'm sweating other I actually look pretty good when I glisten it's the melanin in my skin and and now the third thing is let me tell you the third thing I wanna I wanna ping on what uh Iggy is saying your pro your business is a product put this in the chat my business is a product and it's funny that most people want you're you're selling the product you sell but you're not you're out you want to advertise the product you sell but you don't realize that your business you have to sell your business maybe not to somebody to sell but I gotta sell my business to make people feel like they trust me do you know the number one reason why people feel like they trust certain brands because of how consistent that brand is in a face so there is a cost that comes with wanting to be trusted and when it comes to any of our Brands and any of our products that we own let
me tell you this and I'm gonna tell you this clip every brand we have is a product if you got the right dollar we'll sell it because I'm not attached to products the company you currently have is a product and the question I want you to ask yourself right now if my company is a product let me ask myself how good is this product is my customer service bad do I not do I not make sure that if I have a restaurant it's not clean the entire time what is the representation of my company is is is is my product delivery skills terrible is my distribution out of line how do people feel about my company as a whole yeah they're happy when they get the product but what's their experience before and after because those are all representations of if that client will ever come and buy from your business again because in order for them to buy the product of your company they have to first buy into the brand of your business
and they would never buy from the product of your company if they can't buy in to the solidification or the Loyalty of your brand and let me tell you one thing about bisco our clients and our students let me tell you one thing about them once they come into our ecosystem they don't leave you want me to tell you why because we over deliver in every piece of what we do is with the Excellence of everything inside of us and if we don't have the system of that product down we give it free until we figure it out and then when we figure it out then we actually create a price to it your business is a product just as much as the product that you sell because the products that you sell may change but your business if you build it right will stay the same this is every multi-billion dollar company that you see that's been on this planet for a hundred plus years doing business 100 plus years they did what their current
business is they did not start off doing their business it evolves as facts change so do I and what y'all are seeing is that meta start off as just Facebook then they got Instagram now they got threads they got other businesses that they own huh yeah what's that they got WhatsApp so now guess what guess what happened now everyone trusted trust Facebook or meta based on the experience that they've had with Mark Zuckerberg in Facebook if we don't trust Mark Zuckerberg in Facebook we won't be on the rest of these apps to grow our businesses and actually have fun and believe our information is safe y'all better hit that like button man y'all better share this out because you talk this goat's talking bad branding branding is a is is a big part of your business branding is what people think when they see your business when they see your product when they see your servers when they hear about it what is the first thing
that comes to mind Nike Adidas um we we look at Tesla we look at the BMW we look at Mercedes-Benz there's certain things that just came to everybody's mind when I said that which is a part of the brand that they built up based off consistency based off what it is they represent in the marketplace based off type of customer service the customer support the customer experience all this in totality is what your brand represents a lot of us get stuck on the colors the logo and what what my website looked like and then when we think that that's the totality of our brand not knowing that every conversation that you have every post that you put on social media everybody that comes in contact with your business with your product is going to be a representation of that of that brand they're either going to say something good or bad or they're going to say something bad but they're going to say something and what you always say
about bad listen if about a word traveling about that bad bad news bad press bad conversations travel faster than the good ones now when you get more advanced and understand branding and it's it's totality and how to utilize it then you can leverage bad conversation bad press and in a way to expand your brand prime example uh Elon Musk what they had the the the the truck for the ride on the moon the whatever it was when he when he said it was unbreakable indestructible and through nothing you can do today he knew because of of the the how he understands Brands how he understands marketing that that negative pressure is going to travel faster but because of the product that he was creating in the belief that the brand as a whole the Elon Musk brand had built and everything that he that he did people trust him so it didn't matter what was going on as far as breaking the window they believe
and they trust that his product is going to be indestructible not maybe not in the structure where nothing happened to it but it's going to be a quality product based on what the Elon Musk brand has presented to the marketplace and he said he said he said it cracked bad but it didn't break yeah people ordered that thing put deposits no that's funny uh I think that's funny but but I think that that's something that people should understand and I actually wanna I actually want to hear what you got to say Nick especially when it comes to Brand because you even y'all let me tell y'all something I I teach y'all I preach it I know it but I even to myself get uh uh what they call that uh discouraged discouraged because I'm like yo like no I don't care about none of that you know what I'm saying and let me tell you Nick don't care no I can throw a hissy fit I can be mad I can't be like Nick and she gonna stick with
the plan and I'll be mad I do but I want I want you to talk about why businesses need to pay pay be more committed to the investment in brand in marketing remember branding and marketing is different than advertisement advertisement generates sales marketing pushes the brand brand is actually you know showing the trust and credibility of what you do which goes back to the product and how you deliver it yeah but when it comes to that branding and that marketing social media and talking to these clients I want you to talk about why it's important to stay committed to the plan over a much more longer period of Time Versus coming into working with someone like you and saying we're going to see what it does in 90 days and then I want you to break down the difference from people who are long-term Focus versus those who are short-term focused and what you've seen in their business and what you've been able to do
so first off if you don't believe in your brand no one else is you know so if they're I mean I get it we're human right so there is going to be some sort of disbelief when you get discouraged you're just going to be like you know but at the end of the day it's like if people see you discouraged you know then it's like dang do you believe in the brand like bro we got we believe in the brand let's let's do it you know what I mean so let me give you guys an example I posted a video on April 17th okay what it's three months right already three months don't went by video didn't do anything right now it's sitting at half a million wait when you say don't do anything I I want context let's use numbers when I say it didn't do anything for me maybe it did 10K okay in comparison to someone that's new yeah so and I've seen this happen for videos that did 500 views okay you know what I mean so let's say it it dulled out at
10K I didn't pay attention to it didn't care it was the old video I already did 10 videos after that yeah it somebody then tweeted it or posted it or whatever it already hit a different algorithm my phone has been blowing up for the last 10 days on a video I posted April 17th so it may not be the time right now for it to go but it will hit the universal algorithm it will hit the algorithm on whatever platform you're on when it needs to be you know the timing has to just be right that's just how God works y'all know this you know what I mean so y'all know this so um what what I'm saying is is that you kind of got to set it and forget it like George Foreman you know what I'm saying okay you got to set it and forget it um so that's what what is um important about building the brand like obviously some people aren't going to be with the vision right away but you stick with it because those people I
mean you're not looking for the people who ain't with the vision you're looking for the people who are you know so forget about them they'll come back later and when they do it's going to be too late because the price didn't shout out so so when you when we when you create content one thing that you're heavy on us and you be mad when we just post crazy stuff yeah you talk about quality and it's probably because you have more times when videos go viral later yeah yeah you got to make sure that the things are on point your links are right and all of that so so hearing you said that what brings in my mind is that these are your content online are assets that you never know when you're gonna cash out on these are investments periods building your asset your your your value portfolio yeah that somebody may see that scours at night your entire page shares the one video that goes viral yeah so these are more asset plays
than they are cash flow plays today exactly that's why you see people who go viral let's say celebrities or people who become Tick Tock Superstars overnight and their Twitter thread was negative their whole life and they go and rip them up and now you're canceled you know what I mean because you don't post it on your portfolio of online where you can't delete nothing they don't found it and now your name is getting dragged through the mud you know what I mean so yeah consider everything that you post online a product yeah I mean considered a product because there's stuff that I I want to go viral and it does nothing and then stuff that I would never even think it goes viral and now it's life-changing for someone he he he well he got to accept that same thing because he got a video that did the exact same thing the 50 cent vitamin water video it's sitting at almost 900k right now crazy almost a million views
let me finish because he didn't cut me off 17 times I'm gonna finish so the the understanding is putting having a plan putting out yeah Kanye you feel me putting out quality content being consistent in that content which is going to establish your brand in the marketplace and when the right person comes across that concert because it's there for us for us to put out content for you to put out content and expect that it's gonna go viral in one day and that's the only time that you're giving it to go this when it's going to live an entire lifetime right on social media that anybody can come across as you expand your marketing as you expand your product line as you expand your reach and your your services and the people that you come in contact with there's literally just takes one person to to come across it like it and share that to they're following and it enters their algorithm and now that video is picked
up I can say the same thing literally I remember the day that you said that I looked at my phone and there was a video that I posted and it probably did like 7 000 views now it's almost 30 000 based off the same thing somebody found it it was it's relevant to what it is I talk about on a consistent basis and somebody found it they shared it out and every other day I look at my phone and it's going crazy blowing up and then it'll it'll actually it'll stop for a couple days and then after it picked right back up again doing the same thing so it's about like you say all the time putting out that quality because that is a representation of your brand as an asset that represents your brand you never know when you're gonna cash in on it so just like a business you never know when somebody's gonna come checking for looking for to evaluate to see if they want to purchase it right so if you got content you're putting out there in an
understanding and establishing the same way as quality you never know when somebody's gonna look at it to come acquired to come check out when you got going on to put money it could be just that one video that when you posted it didn't do anything but be the video that takes you to A Whole New Market and get you eyeballs from somebody that you didn't even think you could reach you know what that makes me think of it makes me think of you want a binge-worthy brand yes yeah it's kind of like somebody that makes a viral song is viral yeah but when people are trying to go find more songs of yours or go find an album a mixtape there's nothing out and so now you're hustling backwards trying to put products out yeah but the attention of people is gone yeah because when something goes viral you gotta allow them to sit on your page that's why we tell people when you're creating content you need a block of 100 yeah I
don't want to hear anything you have to say until you have a block of 100 quality videos of your business of your stuff because if you were to go viral after your second or third video then they go find a video of you then they go to your page one is on private um okay number two then they go see nothing but cats uh uh cats and you out there uh you know letting your cat lick it in the nose
so when it comes to the expansion of the platform it's the question is how committed and how invested are you trying to be in your brand right is it is is it is is it I'm committed until or is it I'm committed until it doesn't work or is it I'm committed until I know it's gonna work I'm gonna stick to it and it makes me think right as an artist that's trying to hit the scene how many times have you wrapped your same song how many circuits have you hit listen how many small venues have you hit if I'm writing a book your book ain't popped you went to three locations man how many locations have you how many book readings have you done how many giveaways have you done how many of this have you done you know when we start to think about the commitment to success the problem that so many people have is that we're committed until in whatever time frame you gave yourself if you talk to somebody that's really
made it not faked it they would say yo like everyone in my circle they've been all been around me nearly a decade or more I've been doing this until it works not until I'm tired right I'm gonna do it until people know I'm the greatest business developer of all freaking time until until so how many free webinars you're gonna give until how many free boot camps you're gonna give up to you how many books you gonna keep writing until how many stages you gonna sit on until how many trainings you're gonna do until because the overall concept of being the greatest to ever do anything is you have an until mindset not until you're ready to walk away until it works I'ma so until everyone in my life can leave me period and then when I make my until don't come back hello so when it comes to wanting to be great the question is which version of until are you until you're tired or until it works because if you truly believe in your
brain if you truly believe in your product you're gonna keep going until you're seen look at DJ Khaled most y'all don't even know who he was until he said God did listen prime example of that I got I got a homie back from Mississippi dear Silas y'all probably have seen the video and people doing it dancing I ain't stressing the day yeah so he recorded that song put it out and promoted it for a year before it caught on and became a trend and went viral had celebrities and then again he Pro he he put out the song he he had a a feeling one day and you know was feeling a certain way and wanted to relay that in his music he put the song out had a little shoulder Bounce Dance they went with it and he promoted it for a full year before it took off and went viral had celebrities doing it for the the new work what kind of videos had people doing them Good Morning America all the celebrities were doing it and this in a
house uh Tia Tamara everybody you probably seen it probably did it probably got a video of it but it's the consistency and he even talks about this the year before his total streams I think he had like one point something million streams the the after the song revived the following year 24 25 million streams in totality to show the growth of from one year to knit to the next of being consistent believing in your product if you're gonna put the product out there you're the first person that got to believe in it talk about it listen I'm I'm like I believe in so much I post stuff and I'm the first person to like you sit on it yeah even if I'm the only person to like you because if I don't believe in it if I don't back if I don't support it how the hell can I expect you or anybody else to so I got to be my biggest support I got to run it and beat it and and throw it and do whatever it is I got to do to get people
to know about it because I believe in it that much and if it's a good quality product good quality if if if you but he preaching if you if you got good quality customer service in your delivery and the experience is good then it will take off but most people get give up right before takeoff you you you heard that story John Henry right when he was digging for talking about it digging for the the diamonds right yeah he he was he was billed he was digging and digging and he picked up everybody was swinging and Swinging they didn't think he could do it and just before he gave up he made a last commitment and he broke through you see somebody right before they get to the goal when they digging they give up not knowing that they just took one more school yeah he took one one my little dig in the ground to find the goal but you give up before it's time this is this is why in business with Jake talking about all the time I'm a
lifer like this is what it is that I do I'm here for life I'm not here to get a certain result to get a certain car to get a certain house to make a certain amount of money I'm here for life and if you're putting out a product sit on you and you believe in that product because that problem that product's supposed to be solving a problem for somebody whoever consumed it so if it's really solving that problem are you really believe in it you're gonna do whatever it takes to get it out to the marketplace because all it's taking somebody to share somebody to tweet it somebody like it somebody posted it it just takes one person just take one person but are you committed to finding that one hey let me let me let me let me let me let me let me bring some scripture in here because you have you had me now now this is one thing I will say uh in Matthew 13. well preach verse three say that through
it says a farmer went out to sow his seed as he was scattering the seed now watch this when you scatter this is how you're scattering and the reason that he was scattering is because sometimes depending on the season some grounds are good soil and in another season that same ground is bad soil yeah same location different season different result okay he was scattering the seeds and it says some fell along the path and birds came and ate it up so some fell on the path and scavengers come and eat your idea oh some come along the path and your and your closest friends stab you in the back some Scout on the path they sit on your vision in your dreams some Scout on your path they fly away but because my vision and my product and who I am is so plentiful you can steal money from me you can steal opportunities for me but Imma keep scattering scattered so what happened was he said some birds came and ate it then it said
something fell on Rocky and Rocky places oh it was Rocky where it did not have much soil and it sprang up quickly because the soil was shallow but when the sun came up the plants were scorched and they withered away because it had no root a lot of you are looking at your business because you have quick spurts and you think this quick spurt is where you should be actually planting your rocks in your plant that's called what we call Trendy business see trendy business is when I'm selling or wanting my business off a trend Airbnb here today is here today grown tomorrow it's in a rocky place it got some nice easy soil but it doesn't allow for your business or your vision or your dream to dig deep enough to Anchor in sustaining your dream long term it is good in the short term terrible in your future but the problem is is when I build a long-term future on rocky soil now you're going to have a commitment
now your life and your everyone that look at you now sees you in one way and you're spending the rest of your life faking instead of admitting I planted in rocky soil y'all there are things in our business that took our company sprang it up but it was Rocky Sawyer right yeah and and I thank God that we didn't build our entire life on the rocky soil now what happens is when the sun comes up it Withers The Roots away but that's fine because scripture keeps reading and it said there were some that planted on in in Authority areas which grew up in choked the plants you know what that is that is when when you plant your seeds and you plant your products in Your Vision around people that don't want to see you win they choke you out does that mean you stop dreaming does that mean you stop selling does that mean you stop building does that mean you stop teaching no it just means that you need to change where you're planting
your seeds because the environment that you're in is choking you from your dreams there's two things that's going to happen either one you're going to submit to the ground that they trying to put you in or two You're Gonna Keep scattering your dreams and scattering your vision so that one day you can actually make it now the last one well sit on it real quick and it said and then some fell on good soil yes good soil good soil and where it produced crop crop okay 800. 60 or 30 times was sown okay okay and it grew now what are we saying right here this is what we're saying y'all please I'm saying a lot of y'all running and grow your business and you and you only commit because you think that the area the environment the connection the person you know is good enough yes sir doctor yeah and you put all of your eggs in that person and when that person lets you down yes sir or that opportunity let you down or that
environment chokes you out you out your own dreams but you fail to keep sowing your seeds yeah somebody share this and this is what most people have to realize when you talk about forming only 30 percent of Farmland actually produces 90 of the produce that means that 70 of where seeds were sown are bad Harvest um so my question to you [ __ ] that talk that is when you're building your business before you quit ask yourself is this good soil because if God gave you a dream and you have a determined vision and drive and it's not working for you but you feel something in your gut sometimes you just gotta keep sowing we'll share this with somebody sometimes you gotta keep sewing sometimes you got to give service free scatter that seeds to get in the right environment sometimes you got to give the work discounted to get in the right soil because once you're in the right soil in the right environment there is no place
Satan in hell that can stop you from the vision of what God wants to take you so my question is what is your until scatter this and I'm scattering until the world know that I'm the best to ever do this not best in the black world best of my generation in general listen send this to your best friend send this to your mama sent this to your cousin cause they need to hit us if they in business they need to hit us yeah I like it I like it Mogul listen we've been talking what we got what we got all right so we are going to do the rest of what we had planned for our next year we're going to start off our next show with uh the business analysis of the day um so that you guys don't you know feel slighted but we are going to go straight into the backing fail of the week and then from there we're going to close out and let you guys get back into y'all's day uh I had a backing fail but then I got a A little birdie
uh sent me a better one right okay okay so I want to say first I want to say thank you to uh baked behind you oh yeah yeah yeah yeah okay okay all right so Bank of America is fined over a hundred million dollars for doubling fees and opening accounts without consumer consent Okay Wells Fargo number two yeah Bank of America in your Financial Bank of America is your financial institution you may want to pay attention to this the institution is trending on Twitter uh following reports that uh on CNN that Federal Regulators said Bank of America harms and harmed customers by opening it and double openly double dipping in fees withholding Credit Credit Card Rewards um and opening fake accounts all these actions are violations of various Consumer Financial Protection laws here's the T the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ordered Bank of America to pay over 100 million dollars to customers and 90 million dollars in
penalties in addition the office of comptroller for the currency also ordered Bank of America to pay 60 million in fines damn himself that's more than 200 million actually if they want to go there it's 250 million if they're they put it all together yeah so Bank of America basically back in field of the week of the year of the century of the banking hemisphere um y'all don't got to be greedy we giving y'all our money for free it's it I mean just seriously be nice so it did at this point actually we're not giving them our money for free we're giving them our money at 0.03 which is why y'all need to go make sure y'all don't ever forget the original blueprint probably make a blueprint uh you know I started to look at stuff like this and the fact that they got this going on I look at everything from well not everything but I look at things like this from a marketer perspective first so now I'm starting to think okay
if the 250 million how much to be doing that how much revenue did they make doing that because if if they made billion dollars 750 million 500 million that means that they invested 250 million dollars in fines but in this perspective is advertising marketing dollars because they knew they were going to receive this um this Revenue so now it's looking okay if I'm gonna have to pay these fines anyway like Mark Cuban at when he at the arena screaming because he's he said uh uh that you know he was saying some profanity and it was like if you say another one it's gonna be uh x amount of dollars and he was like effort you know because I already know that this is I'm it's gonna it's gonna cost me this amount but the benefit of this so it I can't at this point like one time you fooled me once shame on me shame on you fool me twice shame on me but so this right here is looking it's looking in like uh you know y'all had every
understanding that more than likely y'all gonna get caught but y'all scraped up as much revenue as y'all could in the meantime to be able to counteract this because they paid that they they paid them fines we ain't necessarily seen the dent in the way they operate their business right so I is is it absolutely a fail to the consumer but it does make me question how much money they actually made from this scam or and creating these false accounts in order to be able to not only afford to pay the fee the fines but to still be remaining and building in business so yeah I think that uh wow I think it was calculated man I can't even capture you know everything's calculated especially at the bank they're playing a lot with numbers and and data so I it's hard for me to believe that they did this in on action and I believe and they weren't going to get caught all right Mogul I agree all right so I want to say thank you
guys for joining us today uh if you're on our YouTube make sure that you like follow [ __ ] is with somebody you love so when we get to 10 000 subscribers we will be doing something special I keep telling you all that so make sure I'm scared of what the special is because it'll be fun it's gonna be fun for everybody um mainly us I think it's going to be putting us in our bag live um and give you good eyes opportunities to have a little taste of what we actually do for you um and can do for you so make sure you again like share subscribe send it out to 10 of your friends if they don't like and share subscribe tell them that you're not your friend no more there you go have a great day we love you let's buy some land to build a family that's a grown-up Flex yeah let's buy some land and build the family that's a grown-up Flex let's see a black man winning and get so upset this is generational inspirational integrative
